These guys did a great job moving a lot of heavy furniture up three flights of stairs in heavy heat! I had to reschedule three times because of issues with Uhaul delivering my belongings from a cross-country move on time, and they were very responsive and willing to fit me in last minute each time. They were efficient, friendly, and got the job done quickly and professionally!

They did an awesome job! Very professional. I rented a uhaul and everything was carefully loaded and balanced so truck drove very evenly. Micah even found someone to unload me at my destination. Highly recommend Open Box Moving!

These guys are fabulous! Everything from the free estimate, to the delivery of furniture was seamless. They were timely, communicative, knowledgeable, and everything survived the move (including our Japanese Maple tree - which other movers wouldn't touch). They were available for all my questions and concerns, and even tolerated my *could we move the couch over there?* moments. I actually asked them if we needed to move again (even though we are in a different state) if they would return and move us - the answer was, absolutely. Can't say enough good things about this company.

I had an excellent moving experience. This was my first headache free move. Felicia, the owner, took care of everything for me including my packing. She even offers cleaning services of both your old and new homes and I took advantage of this service for my old home. She did such a great job that my security fee was returned in full. What a relief this was and she was very reasonable as well. I would definitely use the Open Box again for my next move and I recommend them to anyone looking for a full service moving company.

This is our second time using Open Box. The first time was a local move, the second was long distance out of state. From the beginning estimates to the end of the move, this operation is first rate. Micah is extremely professional in both himself and the work he does. He doesn't overlook anything in his estimate, takes pictures of everything and is very thorough in all aspects of this process. The movers themselves were very respectful and friendly and professional. What I think sets them apart from other movers is this. In any moves, there is a good possibility that something may get broken. It is how a company deals with what may go wrong. In our case, I have a very fancy, French card table (wood). During the move one leg of this table got cracked in half. The man who did it reported immediately to Micah and Micah, the very next day had it picked up by a local furniture repair company. When I got it back two days ago, you couldn't tell where it had been damaged. This table has a very specific paint job on it. The only other thing that happened was the guys forgot to hook up the gas to my dryer. Micah contacted a local appliance repair company to come and make sure it was all done correctly. Open Box Movers helps take the angst out of a very stressful situation. They are the only movers I would use. Sorry about the length of this, but I think a good review is honest, and not just saying they were great. They were great, but sometimes things happen. It's how these things are dealt with that is important. Thank you Micah and Team!!!!!

Where to start... First, I had a tricky situation where I had to relocate. I was lucky to find this company based on a recommendation from a coworker. They made me feel at ease. They were professional and took the time to help understand everything that was involved. Needless to say, the move went great. They took excellent care of my belongings, and everything was moved on schedule. I will definitely use Open Box Moving Solutions again, they took my difficult situation and made it a breeze! 5 Stars Plus!! The whole process was just a pleasure! They were on time and after a quick review of the job the crew applied padded door jam protectors, and protected the hardwood floors! They did an incredible job. So pleased. They were very efficient, professional, and prompt. We had to change our moving plans around last minute, due to our closing not happening on time, and Felicia was a champ. She was so calm and reassuring, that they would work with us with the changes. Very glad that I chose this company!

We moved our home and offices from a big house to a condo and separate offices about five miles away. Open Box accommodated our needs to make two separate moves beautifully. They were helpful, friendly, and gave us the best move we've ever had. They packed for us as well as moved us, and unpacked a lot of our stuff and took away the boxes and packing material. We continued to unpack for a couple of weeks, and they came back and collected the boxes and packing materials for recycling. One thing that impressed me was the thoroughness with which they made sure that we didn't leave anything behind - we ended up with things we had never seen before, which had apparently been left behind by previous owners of our old house! Everything arrived in good condition. I am determined to use Open Box for every move I can in the future.

This is the fourth time that Open Box Moving has helped us with our moving needs. We just sold three houses in Asheville and not only had to move everything out, we also had to arrange for someone to deliver our new stuff. These guys had solutions for problems I didn't even know I had. They had these things called Door Jam Protectors that locked onto the door jams, covered my banisters, and protected my floors. I would recommend these guys to anyone that cares about their belongings.
