My Ford Escape was shipped with Wrightway on July 18th arrived at Tacoma.Wa. port Aug 1 had no problems.goods I shipped inside were intact and undamaged as was the car.no dings and scrapes extremely easy and quick pick up. First off I would like to say thank you too Mark and his friendly staff. I have never shipped a vehicle before so I was a little worried about my SUV as well as what kind of service I was about to receive. As I walked into the office I was greeted by two staff members with a smile and also with the knowledge of knowing my truck was coming in. They took care of me so quick that I thought the process was going to take longer but it didn't. They gave me all the info I needed to receive my truck in Tacoma. Very impressed. It was quick and easy. The only thing that threw us was having to take a trip to a scale business down the road to get a weight, we had opted to place boxes in car so we had to weight with and without boxes. There is a charge for each weight. But even that was fast and easy.
