Wish I knew about their MyConnect service long ago, take advantage of "free shipping" (not for Alaska) and have Carlile bring up pretty much any "can't ship to Alaska" items for a fair price. Service was tracked and constantly updated. Looking forward to my next shipment, maybe a quality battery backup without a 500% markup.
