We are more than satisfied with every step of our move. I cannot say enough about the courtesy, and professionalism of all the staff. Starting with Calista Rose who was perfect with her estimate and helpful all along the process. Michael and his crew were unbelievable in the process of packing and loading our house. They were respectful of our home and worked without any breaks. The whole experience was unexpectedly without a hiccup. We are blown away at how well it all came together. We will always be a positive reference for this entire organization.

AT stored our huge antique carved teak double entry doors with 22” thick surround for several years while we completed a building project. They were always courteous and patient with credit card changes and semi-permanent residency, even though they had to move the 800lb crate several times around their warehouse to make room for other shipments and containers. On extremely short notice, Alaska Terminals packed and moved some of our mom's possessions from Alaska to my Chicago area home and the rest of our mom's possessions to Idaho for my sister after our mom passed away and my sister and I had to clear out her apartment. I have moved many times (25 to include overseas moves) during my life and I have never seen items packed so carefully and thoroughly. Every piece of china and every fragile collectible arrived completely intact. Everyone that we worked with was very professional and very thorough. Nicole followed our shipments from the time she first provided a quote to us to the day they were delivered to our houses.

I've never had a move go as smooth as this one. Nicole was fantastic with the coordination and kept us informed all the way. Matt & Art packed our deceased mom's belongings to include a large amount of crystal, china and family heirlooms. Everything arrived with absolutely no damage! It also arrived two weeks ahead of schedule.

Working with Alaska Terminals on our Alaska leg our cross-country move was great! They called as soon as our belongings arrived in the port to schedule delivery. They arrived on delivery day on-time. The two men we're professional & took great care of our items during unloading. Once we got everything unpacked, they even came back to pick up our moving boxes for recycling! I'd definitely use them again for any move I might have!

My overall move was a good experience. I moved from the lower 48 up to Wasilla, Alaska (March - May). Alaska Terminals was recommended to me by my employer. AK Terminals arranged everything from my vehicle move, household goods, including packing everything, temporary storage as I searched for a new home, and final delivery and assembly (of the big things) at my new home. In the 2.5wks since delivery, I have unpacked about 90% of my belongings (all the important stuff), and only two small items were damaged (tilt angle handle on the table saw and hook on an older coat tree <$30 value). None of the boxes looked damaged upon arrival and they were careful both when packing and unpacking to not damage either home. My vehicle also arrived a week earlier than expected and in the same condition as when it was picked up. They will even come back to your home and pick up the empty packing material (I haven't scheduled that yet). I would use them again in the future, if the need arises.

We moved from Alaska to Colorado. The packers were punctual & professional, yet very friendly. We had enough packers to keep us on schedule. The moving truck arrived at our house in Colorado within the estimated time frame. We had so little damage to our belongings that we didn’t bother turning it in to the moving company. We feel very fortunate to have been in such good strong hands!

Start to finish and beyond, Alaska Terminals Moving Company made my whole moving experience not only easy, but highly enjoyable as well! My Pre-inspection and phone calls with Dave were handled promptly, with respect, and with an emphasis on what my needs were. The crews that packed us up and hauled our goods to our new location were very courteous to me, my kids, and everyone else walking through our house during our transition. Everyone was determined to make their time in our house quick yet safe and non-damaging to our goods. They all took time out of what they were doing to answer my questions. They were super efficient at their job and worked well as a team. I would highly recommend Alaska Terminals for any moving needs & will use them again in the future if I should happen to move again!

I needed the contents of my home stored during earthquake repairs. They were willing to bring back some items as I requested as work was done, the guys were friendly and helpful. Items were wrapped very carefully! Lots of paper to protect things. I will definitely use them when I move out of state!

Absolutely the best movers experience I have had in anchorage. Calista was fantastic and helped the whole way. Constantly communicating with us during the process. The pickup crew was fantastic as the day was so icy, they couldn't get a truck to the house. They found a way to divert another vehicle to our location to get the pickup completed. All in all a great company from representative to Dispatcher to ground crew. A+++

Excellent customer service from Calista. Very reasonably priced too! Her estimate of the weight was exact to about 2 pounds. We did not use Alaska Terminals when moving to Anchorage previously and seriously regret it. They say we ship to/from Alaska all the time and know how to do it, and they are correct!!

We used Alaska Terminal (Atlas) for our move from Anchorage to Crossville TN. We had great crews on both ends of the move. The pickup and delivery times were as promised and everything arrived in good shape. When you consider it was a 4200 mile move we were very surprised that nothing went wrong. We have moved several times with other major moving companies and always had claims against them. Not so with Alaska Terminals (atlas).
