Anthony, George and Angel were the BEST! They were friendly willing to go to great lengths to help us out. We had no damage and they were very professional with handling our furniture and appliances. I asked them to help me with heavy toolboxes and they were happy to do so. I had to sit most of the time because of health reasons and I feel they went out of their way to do things to help us out. The price I thought was very good and I would definitely call Two Men And A Truck If I happen to move again try to request these three men again. I highly recommend these guy's. It was a pleasure to have them help us!

The three men that came were all so wonderful! They answered any questions I had cheerfully. They had my belongings out of the house and on the truck very quickly. They took extra care moving my furniture. Unloading went amazingly fast. Brendan called me in advance to make sure the meeting time was accurate. I wish I could remember the names of the other two men; each of them was so courteous and professional. The quote I was given when I scheduled was exactly what I was charged! Hiring movers is not exactly inexpensive, that said, Two Men and a Truck was very reasonable and worth every penny! The office staff was great and the actual price came in at or just below the quote for a pack and move from Santa Fe to Albuquerque. The actual crew of guys that came to work were AMAZING! I tried to be helpful in assisting with packing and carrying but they were so effective and efficient they made me feel like a spare d!&k in a p@rn, just useless and flopping around. My suggestion is get out of their way and let them do their thing because Henry and the guys were absolute pros - professional, courteous, friendly, and very careful!! Thank you TM&aT!

Were thoughtful and courteous from phone call to the very last signature. We had them do 2 stops to pick up everything and then they had to take it up to a 3rd floor apartment. So thankful they did it, because we can't anymore. It was faster then we could have ever done it and saved so much time that way. Two different sources told me they had used them, plus I think I had read about how they started out a long time ago and liked "their" story. So, I didn't hesitate to call them recently when I was going to be transferring apartments in my complex. I originally spoke to Christian and he was most helpful. I had to reschedule the moving date two or three times & they were able to accommodate me until I had a firm date. The movers who came were Darren and Brandon and they went above and beyond in getting my stuff packed up and moved to the new apartment. I am beyond satisfied with the services provided from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company to anyone & everyone.

Overall we had a good experience. The office staff in Bloomington, Indiana was very professional and always responsive to our inquiries. The movers on both ends of the trip were very good. They stayed with the work until it was done. Two things I would recommend. Always have someone come out to your house to do an inventory. We did it by phone and we vastly underestimated and ended up with an extra charge. Second, insist on regular communications. After our stuff left Indiana, we never heard a word from anyone until the day of delivery. Up to then, since they gave us a 4-day window on delivery, we weren't 100% sure what day our stuff would arrive. Other than those two items, we were satisfied.

The crew worked very well with us during loading and unloading. We had 5 glass display cases and 3 glass curio cabinets. All made the 250 mile move intact. The crew moved items where we wanted them and even plugged the lights in so we did not have to move them again. Great people and a joy to work with.

This company was fantastic for our out-of-state move. From the customer service rep, Christian, to movers and drivers (Sam, Josh O, Jordan, George, Derrick) Unlike the ‘old’ moving companies that take weeks to get there, have multiple houses on one truck, and never give you an exact arrival date, these guys pack up and start to drive the same day, got there the next. Had them pack also and done hours ahead of estimated time.

The guys initially moved my studio from Santa Fe to ABQ. it was a long hard day for them but they got the job done. My problem was that the house I moved into wasn't ready. So about 7 weeks later - when the house was ready - I had two guys come out and move everything into place from the garage and rearrange what I had been living with temporarily. The only thing that didn't get moved was the dining room table and chairs. That took 4 hours, exactly what I had calculated. They did a great job and it wore me out watching them. They worked smoothly and efficiently and were very courteous.

The team, Josh, George and Quincy, were on time and worked well together! They were friendly and professional! We used them only for moving (we packed ourselves). They worked quickly and efficiently! The only complaint I really have is that several boxes that should have been put in the kitchen were placed in the garage, which made it very difficult to unpack. The boxes were clearly marked but apparently incorrectly identified by the movers. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone needing to move!!!

Oh my! What can I say. Their service was excellent, outstanding beyond measure. First they moved all my furniture. Initially I had them lined up to move a small # of peices to my storage unit. Then when it came down to the wire, realized I needed more help moving additional items to my casita in a remote location in the mountains. No problem! And* they did both moves in one trip. The workers were fast and effecient, the whole thing cost less than the original estimate! Unusual items -huge flower pots with live flowers in them, my loom... Then while I was in the hospital and couldn't go home, they cleared out all the remaining junk. wow! Wow! WOW! I didn't expect so much care and flexibility. My princes in shining armour.

I have never been disappointed in this company. We need them to bring a vanity upstairs and my husband and I knew that we ourselves were not going to be able to do it ourselves. They were super friendly and very efficient. They went above and beyond by moving my furniture around in the apartment until we were satisfied. The best moving company ever. I called Two Men and a Truck and spoke with Christian because I had questions as I was filling out the online form. He was awesome and answered all my questions. He also rescheduled my appointment without any issues when I called a few days later requesting to change it. The movers (Tony and Tyson) were TOP NOTCH! They arrived on time, requested a walk through to see what they were taking (no boxes....what!?), and very respectful of my furniture and home as they navigated through doorways and around walls. They did a phenomenal job wrapping everything in plastic. The same care was also shown when they unloaded my belongings into the storage unit. I have always moved myself in the past. I gathered up some friends, renting a U-Haul and got the job done. The only time I could move into my new home was on a Monday, so gathering friends would be difficult with them all working. I called Two Men and a Truck and got a quote. I thought it was a bit pricey, but I really didn’t have a choice. From the moment my movers arrived they began working very hard and professionally to get my items packed. They were not like robots, they were very personal and friendly and went above and beyond to get my things on the truck. They took care of each item as if it was their own. They went above and beyond than just your average movers. So now I understand why I paid what I did pay. I could have not asked for a better couple of guys to do the job. Oh, I also forgot to mention that I was scheduled to move in a week before, but the sellers were not out of my home till the following week. I had to reschedule with Two Men and a Truck, and the rescheduled on the short notice without blinking an eye. I never plan on moving again, but if I have to, I know my first call will be to Two Men and a Truck! Great job by all who were involved in my move.

Had a good experience with this company last weekend here in New Mexico (3/26). My movers were very friendly and were quite polite. They treated my stuff with respect and nothing was mishandled. It was definitely a different experience compared to my move from California. My only complaint was that they forgot to move two office chairs and left some of their moving items behind (a blanket and plastic wrap). I'm more annoyed about the office chairs because we had to take them apart to bring them to the house. All in all I would recommend this company to my friends! I'll just remind them to make sure the guys pack up everything before they leave their first destination.

I used them to move 7 1000lb file cabinets from a storage facility to my main facility. The movers gave me a call when they were 15 minutes out and showed up on time. The young men were courteous and professional. They moved the file cabinets without incident and in a timely manner. Exactly what I was looking for.

When I first contacted Two Men and a Truck and got their estimate I was dubious, because of how the estimate was put together. I was concerned about the time estimate and how some companies end up way over because the workers don't work as fast as their estimators think they do. Well I was mistaken I had a 3 man crew because of a gun safe and other items. These guys Josh, Robert and Quincy showed up an after an initial walk through, went to work and literally never stopped. We did go over the time estimate but that was because of extra items I added to the process and was more than happy to pay the extra cost. I highly recommend these guys for any move you might need. Amended Comment I also had my items delivered to my new home from my storage unit the pick up crew were prompt and careful. It became obvious to me that the first crew that I had praised was not near as good as I thought they were. As my items were taken from the storage unit by the second crew DAMAGED furniture came out of it that was damage by the previous crew and it was very apparent as to what had happened. When the previous crew unloaded the truck they were not as careful with setting down the furniture and broke corners off and scraped the furniture with their moving dollies. I did not notice this problem until parts of the furniture were laying in the bottom of the storage unit floor. The pick up crew confirmed the damage was done by the carelessness of the previous crew. I had signed the damage release so I did not claim anything. Word of warning if you use these guys, Watch and inspect all of your items prior to signing of the damage waiver no matter how long it takes.

I had rented a 26 foot truck. After a walk through of my house I was worried I would need a trailer. The very professional men were able to fit everything on the truck with all my weight lifting equipment. I couldn't believe it. They wanted to make sure everything they did was to my liking and made sure that they catered to my needs. They were so helpful, careful, and very polite. I was super impressed by the crew that came out today and very happy with their service.

I moved in March 2022 and I want to say thank-you. Elijah R. and Raymond were very helpful. I had heavy furniture and stairs and the second location, nothing was damaged. In fact Elijah had tools that came in handy during the move. I also want to state that they did wear masks and I felt safe with them. None of my furniture or electronics were damaged. I had the opportunity to deal with Joshua at Two Men & A Truck. He was very responsive. He took care of my needs from the get go. He was very professional and polite and very nice and courteous. I decided after that that it was just out of my budget. I then sought after Midnight Movers who were the absolute worst. They were apparently dealing with a stolen truck issue and they were responsive and then unresponsive. They did everything over Thumbtack and then via text and then finally when I had enough an wanted a call, I had to leave a few voice mails just to get a call back. After my umpteen calls someone finally responded to me over the phone and then after that it was the same ole song and dance BS. Cheaper is exactly the quality that you try to pay for. Cheaper is not better. I then contacted Joshua again and throughout it all were the more impressive movers I've had to deal with. After moving out of my prior residence after 14 years, I needed someone who wanted my business and who wanted to put my needs first. I needed the best and I got the best. Jovan and Raymond were so quick when they moved me. They went through everything with a fine toothed comb with me before, during and after the move. I was 120% satisfied with Two Men & a Truck and would recommend them to anyone. If I ever have to move again-they're first and the only movers on my list. Moved in the middle of a giant snowstorm…. they packed the truck perfectly… wrapped everything really really well… they worked so hard I can’t say enough about the great service that I got from the movers! I am a "control enthusiast." And, unfortunately, my move details changed twice after I had decided to use Two Men. It did not matter. My office rep was amazing and responsive. He replied to my "I'm nervous" e-mail well after hours just to reassure me my team was ready to go the next morning. The team (Dimas, Matt, and Antonio) was excellent. They arrived on time (a little early), kept in contact, and were extremely courteous and professional. Even though they are the pros, they did let me direct how items were placed into my storage unit so that I could easily access what I expected to need first. Everything was shrink wrapped for moving. Time was a factor so I opted out of furniture pads. Not a problem the furniture was still moved carefully and the shrink wrap provided the level of protection I needed (it was pretty well used furniture). The job was finished on time (also a bit early). The quote was reasonable and I consider this money well spent. Possibly some of the best money I've ever spent. I wasn't completely wiped out from the move, nor was I annoyed (due to lateness, incompetence, unprofessionalism) at the end of the day. Short version: HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION

My wife & I purchased a refrigerator from another family in our city, but due to my age (65) I did not feel up to the chore of moving it from the seller's home to mine. Your guys were actually ahead of schedule, and already had the fridge loaded on their truck when I arrived. They had to remove the doors from the new fridge, as well as from my existing one so they could go through the side garage door, and when it was all finished, they re-attached the doors on both units for me. They were great! The whole process took just under two hours, and came in at $130 LESS than I was originally quoted. No regrets on any level!

Admittedly, I don't have much experience with professional movers as this is not really a service I've needed in the past. Two Men and a Truck was recommended to me by a friend and I was in a bind, so decided to go ahead and use them. Based on the previous reviews, it seems like service can be hit or miss, but I did have a good experience and would likely use them again in the future. I should also note that from what I understand, this location is under new ownership AND that I wasn't moving a whole house, just a few large pieces of furniture from a house to a storage unit. I called in the middle of the week hoping to get something scheduled for the weekend, but was able to get movers scheduled the very next day. The person handling phone calls was a little short, but overall was able to answer all of my questions and was helpful in getting what I needed taken care of. The movers (Marc C. and Nate M.) accommodated my request of meeting someone else at the pickup location and then getting in touch with me and meeting me at the drop off location. While I can't speak to their work at the pickup location, I was very happy with their communication and their work at the drop off location. They had wrapped and protected a large China cabinet before loading it up and they handled everything with care, making sure to load up the storage unit as I requested. They met the quoted time/cost and made sure I was happy with everything before they loaded up their gear and left. Hopefully these newer reviews are a sign that the new ownership has addressed some of the previous concerns. Regardless, I had a good experience and would likely recommend Two Men and a Truck to others based on that.

This was by far the most complicated move i've used them for: I wasn't able to get as much packing done ahead of time as I'd hoped due to a death in the family, so I let them know the day before that I would need packing services as well. They worked quickly and carefully, and got all my stuff securely packed by early afternoon, then as they were loading up the truck another crew who had finished their job came over to help, so made super quick work of finishing the loading and then the unloading at my new place. My recent move with Two Men and a Truck is not my first with this organization. I have used them before. Initially the set up on the computer and then by phone could have went smoother. I mentioned to the person on the phone that this move was the same as one before with the same items being moved. This person didn't seem interested in following up on that move to get a sense of what was required. Consequently he underestimated the move and was not the most effective communicator to work with. The movers who showed up we not that way. They dis a great job as they have done before. On time, courteous, helpful and effective. Did a great job. The supervisor showed up mid-way through the move and understood the difficulty created by the dispatcher that did not pay attention initially to the old move and hustled another man onto the job to help. This was done at their expense. Great move on the supervisors part. Again, great job by the movers and I will continue to use them again. The reason for the four stars above has to do with the initial person on the phone who did not pay attention. The guys doing the move and heavy lifting easily get five stars.

I had the opportunity to use their service for moving my mothers items. I felt the start experience was great. They were prompt, great price and willing to work with me with my move. They also offer own storages to put away items. Where they lose a star for me was the after the fact once I utilized their services and storage. You are unable to go look at your items when needed. When ready to move out they miss more flexible options and try to make some money regardless of the option. 1) they use own service and own truck and deliver to location 2) bring your own truck but be charged for their loading service and forced to get a moving package valued 300+ 3) bring own truck and own movers but still have to pay 2 hr minimum of moving cost due to they have to bring your boxes out. The options aren’t to flexible, try to make some money regardless of the option you pick. So this is the why I give a 4 star, great beginning, great help and good cost at first then starts going downhill as time progresses or getting ready to stop using their service. At least in my case.

We had many more items (furniture and boxes) than what I had made the reservation for and the three young men worked tirelessly and without complaint to pack their truck as full as they could. They carefully covered and wrapped my furniture and treated each piece with care. The movers even helped place all my furniture into my new home. These guys did an incredible job. Any valuable furniture pieces you have will be wrapped with a blanket and then shrink wrapped to protect the piece. They also moved my 65" flatscreen unboxed. While in the end all turned out okay, our experience was very frustrating. First, I was not given a warning call as to when the movers were coming. I was told I’d get a 20 minute warning. The mover said he tried calling several times (two hours ahead of time) but if this was true why didn’t he leave a message? The number on the order was correct. Then, the movers complained that we have a two story house and that the job would take HOURS longer than anticipated. We are paying for movers to complain about the job! Just do the job! Lastly, furniture and walls were damaged in the process. Two Men and a Truck claims to use “trained professionals”, the men who moved us were the farthest thing from professional. The manager took care of us after all was said and done. He deserves 5 stars but the movers certainly don’t.

I see their trucks (TMaaT) all over the city and outlying areas decided they must be doing something right to be so busy for so many years. Last week I needed a modest amount of furniture and boxes moved and it was fairly short notice. The scheduler was informative, helpful and (very important) patient. I needed to coordinate TMaaT availability with my schedule + another person's schedule so there was some back-and-forth calling and the scheduler just hung in there with me, never becoming short or irritated with things out of my control. The movers, Nick and William, were friendly and Very Professional. They worked quickly, efficiently, and with tremendous care and respect for my things. It became very clear, right away, that they KNEW what they were doing. I am so grateful for that. They arrived at the new location and worked with great care to get things into their new places and set up just-right. The were careful to protect doorways with special blankets at both locations. One very cool thing happened during the process - one of the supervisors for TMaaT stopped by at the new location to do a random 'spot check' of their team. The purpose, Nick explained, was to make sure the items were prepared/boxed/wrapped properly, the truck was loaded properly, the items arrived to the destination in excellent condition, etc. (of which everything arrived in great condition, Thank You!). The price was absolutely fair, the service was excellent from start to finish, I will request Nick and William every time I need to hire TMaaT, and I STRONGLY recommend Two Men and a Truck. First of all, Shylowe, the administrative assistant, was very friendly and gladly accommodated my needs, scheduling a last-minute pickup. Scheduling rep will ask what needs to be moved (each piece of furniture, appliances, boxes, etc.--doesn't have to be exact-exact) to get an estimate of time and cost. We received the contract the next day, several days before the move, so we were fully prepared. Very efficient operation--3 men arrived as scheduled, with a courtesy call earlier that a.m. Friendly, efficient, did walk-through, asking pertinent questions and answered our questions fully. We had full confidence in their ability to complete the job. They wrapped each piece of furniture and padded the door frames to save damage. Our full contract was for 6 1/2 hours, but it was completed at the new house within a little over four hours, saving on the hours we had to pay for. Supervisor arrived toward the end of the operation, checking on their progress. We would highly recommend them!

I want to make it very clear I'm ONLY giving a full star rating as to the three movers who helped us, Brian, Elijah, and Robert. If I could I'd give no stars to the management office/ manager I spoke to. Our original movers kept calling saying they'd be running late, the job before had run over. I get that, moves can change and can not be what you expected. I was asked by a mover to give corporate a call to see if they can get anyone else to move us because they weren't answering him. I spoke to a manager (who was not the nicest) and was told I would get a call from someone to give be a definitive time to expect a truck. A half hour went buy and no call, I called to see what was going on. My boyfriend and I used both our phones to get ahold of someone and we called for another half hour, so an hour went by with absolutely no word. The office was not answering at all. So we decided to start moving ourselves, we couldn't just sit and wait for who knows how long. When we were almost to the new house across town Brian called and said he was at our old house, we didn't get any notification he'd be there, he was just told to show up there. I turned around let them in and they moved us from about 6-11 pm which means they probably didn't get home until midnight or later. The movers were awesome to stay late and help and they were all super nice. Management, treat your customers better, a courtesy call goes a long way and answering the phone is even better.

These young men were upbeat and smiling and moving our boxes like they were their own. They were so careful with every move and yet so fast. By far the best moving crew out of our 13 moves. The Two Men were great. They were very careful and took care of everything, both loading and unloading. There was nothing damaged, which is unusual in a move, at least in my personal experiences. The estimated time was nine hours, but when they finished and estimated their drive back to Albuquerque, they reduced the time and price. I am 81 years old and hope not to move again, but who knows. What I did not like about my experience was that I was quoted 2 men and one truck and on the day of the move three men showed up to move. Since the estimate was for 2 men (paid by the hour) I was concerned that it would cost me more than I had agreed to. this could have been disastrous for my pocket book. What I liked about the move was that the cost came within the estimated quote. the men were polite, careful and professional and wasted no time loading and unloading the truck. Excellent workers! I would use this company again in the future if they would guarantee no last minute changes without my approval. Management and scheduling need to do a better job keeping to the agreement.

The work crew was friendly and very hard working. They did all they could to empty the house but the truck just wasn't big enough. We made the mistake of using the web site to estimate our moving needs. This proved to be inadequate as we still had about a forth of our household goods left to move. Fortunately all the heavy stuff was moved and we are able to move the rest ourselves. A better option would have been to have a person go through the house with us to see what exactly was needed.

We used the company before (and it was ok but not great) but after this time I don't think we will again. After my husband complaining THEY DID REFUND US a portion of the cost so that was nice!! But we've lost our trust with them. It was a small move from an apartment to a house, filled about half their truck and 3 guys showed up for a total of about 4 hours. We liked the main manager guy - he was professional and tried to wear a mask (was tucked under his nose), but nonetheless tried. The other 2 DID NOT WEAR MASKS. It's a state order during a pandemic! There were 2 main things that annoyed us: 1) Disregard for masks (we wore ours for them too) 2) I heard one guy whisper to another 'I heard something break in this one but don't say anything' - they didn't know I heard and I waited to see if they'd say something (never did). I noticed which box it was and checked it immediately when it was moved into the house - a crystal bowl was broken. Honestly I could've cared less about it breaking, if they had told me instead of hiding it I would've been ok with it and appreciated their honesty! The corner of the entire box actually tore apart too.

From the first call I made to Two Men and A Truck, I was pleased to find a company with such professionalism. The phone call to schedule the pickup/delivery was fast and easy. Yesterday, the scheduled move day, two men and their truck 😁 showed up just as I was told they would, on time. Many of the boxes had fragile items and these two men handled every box, whether labeled fragile or not, with care. Both were professional, kind and extremely patient when we arrived at my sister’s house and had to wait for her to get out and unlock the garage. They were unable to get the truck close to the garage because of overhead power lines, but even having to lug the boxes from the street back to the garage through dirt and gravel, these two guys never lost their sense of humor. Wyatt and his team called me just before arriving at our scheduled time. After looking over the items to move, and a few signatures on the paperwork, the 3 man team started loading. They wrapped and covered nearly all pieces of furniture which really protected them during my local move. The un-load was a bit longer walk than the load, but they all kept going and going until the job was done. I work for an agency that serves domestic violence (DV) survivors and their families. Many times when survivors flee their abusers, they leave with just the clothes on their backs. We work to help them get back on their feet by helping them find housing, and get basic household items, such as beds, dressers, appliances (when possible). Every move has been timely and professional. They wrap the furniture, and use extreme care when moving from place to place. Everyone involved in the process has been compassionate and non-judgmental. Five stars on the professionalism, effectiveness, and care of the two movers. Five stars for the easy and careful order taking. Four stars on the timeliness of truck arrival, which is mostly the fault of heavy Albuquerque traffic. However, subtract one star because phone communication was slow in alerting me about expectations. Two stars on price. I was surprised by the amount of cost for traffic, which is also not the fault of the customer; I'm not sure why the customer should be held accountable to pay for slow traffic. I'm not happy about having to pay full rate for traffic time. While service is friendly and sprightly, the hidden cost for traffic is a real negative. I would prefer that a flat or even a progressive travel fee be applied that is predictable and not at the mercy of traffic congestion. Overall 3.5 stars. It would have been closer to five stars if the price had been predictable and fair in accounting for traffic.

They provided good service, I just hope if you hire them you don't get the thief as one of the movers.

They sent me a thin, small frame guy and a woman with super long fingernails. After they had me out and we were going to the new place, they drove about 15 miles an hour the whole way which was only 5 miles away. Half way thru my move, they had to call in the Operations Manager because the woman was unable to get my things up the stairs. It took them an hour longer than it should have and they bill in 15 minute increments. I over paid for my move, with the slow snail pace they took driving and having to wait for an additional person to show, by probably 1-1/2 hours. They also charged me more for the fuel surcharge because of the additional person they had to send out. I've moved with these people 4 times now and I could not believe they would send someone out that was not physically capable of doing their job. Not happy.

For the most part, this was a decent experience. We had a winter storm that caused delay in the movers arriving on time. They had me initial at the pick up site that all items had arrived at the drop off site without damage, so when they damaged my headboard upon arrival at the drop off, I felt there wasn't much recourse. Oresto (sp?) was a bit careless as I had to stop him from knocking off the legs of my night stand as he came through the door. Luckily he stopped in time. (He, incidentally, was also the one who damaged my headboard.) Martin was diligent and mindful in his work and I really appreciated that. I let them do the big stuff and moved the boxes myself, but I might let them do it all the next time I move. Constructively, I would recommend that you don't rush your customers through the paper work and have them initial it at the appropriate places. Thank you for making my move a little less stressful.

The "Two Men & a Truck" gang showed up with 2 Ryder trucks at 0930 and by noon had the entire house loaded. Will, Gabe S, Clinton, Xavier & El Fego did an outstanding job, despite many heavy equipment racks and storage cabinets.They wrapped all furniture with blankets and plastic to prevent nicks and dings. Everything was unloaded at new location across town within a few hours, including an hour of steady rain. I would recommend these guys to anyone contemplating a move in the Albuquerque area. The price is right, too!

First, a clarification: to save money, I packed all of my non-furniture items into boxes myself. So TMaaT came, loaded the boxes, and padded/wrapped the furniture and loaded it; then unloaded furniture and boxes at the destination. So I cannot evaluate TMaaT in terms of packing boxes. TMaaT arrived promptly. They did a great job of wrapping and padding furniture. I have a lot of old antique wooden furniture, and everything came through without damage. I also had a couple of large, awkward items, and a very large heavy desk - they handled it all without problems. They made no issue of taking apart furniture when necessary. Loading went much more quickly than I had thought it would. They happily added a lot of "loose" stuff - vacuum, shop-vac, toolbox, suitcase, plastic storage tubs, etc. At the destination house, unloading went very quickly, and they quickly reassembled all the furniture. They graciously helped me repair a wheel that had come off an entertainment center, and also helped me put together a bed that (at the origin point) had been in storage and was not put together initially. We had two small communication issues; one caused by the lead-man's cell phone, the other by my carrier's spotty cell coverage. Overall, the move went much easier and quicker than I had thought it would, for a very acceptable price. I heartily recommend Two Men and a Truck.

was disappointed that my first contact did not lock in my move date, had to reachedule. was thankful the crew was able to secure a second truck when needed. was disappointed the movers suggesting taking some of the boxes we packed, which i stated were not packed for truck transport, was told they would be careful but there was some damage, then the company would not pay for the repais because i packed the boxes, which in the first place were to be moved by car. was missing a power chord to my airbed, which i ended having to get one on my own but let the company know i was okay with that. company did not repair the torn foam pad incurred when the movers placed the air power box inside the mattress, but the company did repair a problem with a cabinet. company was not prepared to take us into storage, had to rent 2 storage units for 2 weeks and was charge about $1,000 from 2 Men and Truck for pad rentals. We did refer the company to friends in Los Lunas and they used the company. But, i think we will use a more professional comapny for our next move.

The three gentlemen who were responsible for bringing our transition together within this long-awaited project was Jamey, Mauricio, and Martine. Their ability and expertise to work together as a Team went beyond all of our expectations! Even at this moment, it is a truly genuine challenge to find the words that would offer a "bird's eye view" of exactly everything they did correctly, patiently, safely, with care and sensitivity for each item of our belongings, with a professionalism that rose beyond an established standard, and a finely cultured sensitivity to us as customers. The connection these three young men had with each other was an awesome experience for us as witnesses, allowing us to feel their harmony in the movement of our belongings, their strengths in preserving the integrity of what we own, and getting everything here within our new home without incident or trauma. If there was a particular situation that presented a special set of evidential challenges , these three individuals were truly able to trouble-shoot several methods of operation that presented a spontaneous, well-considered, perseverance-oriented vision, and a commitment to ensuring the selected job could be accomplished without harm to the environment they were working within ... but most especially that they took exceptional care of themselves! One of several outstanding features that was worthwhile and unique with the trio working energetically together, was a genuine sense of humor, and the ability to teach us as customers and individuals the value of learning so many facets of the moving process, and the success of everyone's focus and efforts ... in engineering an experience that would forever remain tucked away in our memory vaults! They did take great care to wrap furniture for safety. I give them kudos for that. They moved slowly and did quite a bit of standing around, so we ended up having to load much of our stuff on a trailer to move things along. They were careless with many boxes. A few were labeled “do not stack on top” and “FRAGILE”. I found one under several boxes as they brought them into the house. Many glasses were shattered in this box and it had been packed very carefully. Next time, I will not allow a mover to touch my fragile boxes. Lesson learned.

We used Two Men and a Truck in Albuquerque to move 2 bedrooms and miscellaneous items to Phoenix. Jeremey was the crew leader (2 others). One word summarizes our experience - OUTSTANDING! The pack out was done very efficiently in Albuquerque. Jeremey and crew met us the next day in Phoenix and unloaded our stuff at our storage facility. Jeremey then took all of our Christmas decorations to our home and unloaded them there. I have had VERY unpleasant moving experiences in the past but this one was flawless! Very well done! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
