When I had an issue with chair later they sent out knowledgeable, efficient staff the following day. It is great to work with this local excellent business.

Delivery guys were very friendly and helpful. They began delivery of our back patio furniture to our front door. I apologized for not seeing them arrive and asked if they could drop off in my garage at the rear of our home. With a simple and eager "no problem sir" they headed to the rear of the property. This saved us from having to break down and carry everything through our home. We appreciate you guys a ton! Thank you!

What a great moving experience we had. Actually, the best experience ever and we moved a lot over the years using different moving options. Starting with Brad who took the time to come over to the house to give us an estimate. Than Denise who arranged boxes for us. A. Thousand thank you goes out to Ivan who was responsible for carefully packing up all of our possessions, driving and delivering them to our new house. Ivan was so caring about all of our stuff. He was amazing from start to finish and we are so appreciative for him.

Although the company was a little difficult, our driver Ivan made our move a smooth process. He kept his word when we had some difficulties and he worked with us. I can’t say enough about the care he took with our things. Ivan’s crew was great, too. If you’re moving and you’re lucky enough to get Ivan as the driver, all will be good. Ivan is welcome to come to our house at anytime he’s in the area - great service and a really nice guy!

We're grateful especially since they showed up the morning after a long airplane flight for two old disgruntled married people! ProRelo did not send enough packers despite having completed an on-site inspection. As a result, the packing was not completed when the moving van arrived and the packers had to go into panic mode. There were untagged boxes, prohibited materials packed with everything else, boxes full of belonging with zero padding/paper. Before the final blitz to get done, the early packers were pretty careful and meticulous. No issues - there just weren't enough packers from ProRelo to do the job on the agreed schedule.

They arrived in a mountain snow storm and instead of grumbling about the weather, they happily carried boxes to their truck and joked about the cold temperatures. I had my full purple mattress shipped to my home (11/8, 10am). Removed the existing mattress. Two gentlemen (Victor and Evero) set up the purple mattress for me. Made sure I approved, gave me a paper to sign off on, asked if I could leave a review, and offered to help me locate where to leave a review. It was quick, fast, clean, and they were done in 15-20 mins. Called me ma’am and told me to have a great day. Great experience and in love with my 4 full purple mattress.

Scheduling a day in advance, following up with a phone call 30 minutes prior and putting the items where we agreed upon upon purchase. This was the perfect delivery. I was updated frequently as to the estimated delivery time. First 10:30 - 2:30 (sure beats all day!). Then, a call and a text saying 11:30 - 11:45. Wonderful, I can plan my afternoon! Then another call from the truck to confirm 11:30 - 11:45. Another shirt call at 11, same time frame. At 11:28 they came around the corner. They smiled, they gingerly unloaded my large delivery and placed it exactly as I requested. Alexis and Saul were not only prompt and professional, they were kind, well groomed and polite. Wow! The delivery guys were great! They had to haul a 70lb counter top and a 280lb vanity up a narrow set of stairs with a tight turn in the middle. It was not easy but they were very gracious and didn’t complain a bit. I can’t praise them enough. Very professional.

Deliver drivers called before they arrived. They arrived in the time frame they indicated. The box was damaged by a fork lift driver, but the contents were not damaged. The driver took photos of the box and gave me instructions on how to contact them in case of damage. They were very helpful and nice.

Ivan was amazing. He moved my sister's furniture, etc. from Albuquerque to Denver. The move required moving things from a home and a storage unit to another home and storage unit. All of her things arrived without damage and were sorted as requested. Ivan was very conscientious and careful with all items. He listened carefully and asked questions - he did not make assumptions. They wrapped nearly everything and were careful with take down and set up of our furniture. Definitely worth every penny! We had to change our moving date up a week and the office was very receptive and able to accommodate our needs. Office staff were also great to work with. ProRelo delivered a patio dining set for us and they were fantastic. They contacted us the day before with the delivery window, and also called a half hour before arriving, which is super useful when you have two young kids at home. Bryant and Perris were not only super sweet, but instead of dropping off at the front door like they were supposed to, they carried both big boxes to the back yard when they realized it was meant for outdoors. Through three sets of doors, down a couple steps with a dolly, and on a very hot day. I highly recommend this company and a want this company to know you have a couple of great employees.

We moved last week after being in our home for over ten years. Using this moving service was the best decision we made while making our move. They had us completely packed and moved in three days. Not one thing was broken, they were always on time, followed directions, and moved large furniture multiple times while we figured out where to put everything. I had a very heavy and large order that needed to go up a very difficult stairway after a long driveway. Bryant and Perris were patient, deliberate and determined to get it all the way to where I wanted it. When the package wouldn't make it through the final turn, they unpacked the box and took the pieces up individually, then they removed all the packaging, which was a huge help given how remote I am. I highly recommend them.

Today I had a delivery. I live in a remote location, not easily found. The delivery person, Bryant, called to say they were on their way. Because I am hard to find we agreed that I would text him directions. He and the driver, Israel, followed them perfectly (you would be surprised how many people cannot follow directions). The only problem this time was that they did not take the items out of the boxes. Both my husband and I are in our 80s and, as you might imagine, it is a challenge for us to deal with unpacking large boxes. They provide you information as to when the delivery is going to happen they even called to say they were ten minutes away. What an awesome delivery company. The delivery men were very nice and welcoming. They called me the day before, and they called me after to make sure it all went smoothly. This is the way a delivery company should be. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Now I also used ProRelo to move across town. Senior and Bryant were awesome! I honestly cannot believe the amount of work they did to move everything. From carefully wrapping up Mirrors and paintings, to providing wardrobe boxes for our clothes. They had everything ready to go and did an awesome job. Senior is like a machine. He moved a whole room of boxes before I knew it. And Bryant took great care of packing and carefully wrapping up our important items before I could even ask him to. Together they were as efficient as possible. Moving is a nightmare, but they took over and got the job done! I really appreciate their help. I very highly recommend them.

This was a third party delivery service hired through Wayfair. They delivered our bed frame which was three massive boxes that were brought all the way inside our home. We were given a four hour window and they called ahead as promised to let us know they were on the way so we were prepared for them to arrive. Sam and Rafael were professional, efficient and fast. The two gentlemen that delivered my mattress were exceptionally polite, friendly, and aside from being hard working handsome fellas, were laser focused on high customer satisfaction. They safely arrived at my home ahead of schedule, and were courteous enough to call with more than 30 minutes, but less than 1 hour, notice that my delivery time had changed and worked within my schedule to deliver my furniture. The paperwork process was manageable and exceptionally short; the men were well prepared in advance and only required one signature. These service choices aren’t really applicable. This company was contracted by Home Depot to do a “last mile” delivery of a two piece 400+ lb tool chest that had been shipped from Atlanta to Albuquerque. Bryant and Perris did a great above-and-beyond job, including fixing the alignment on the top chest lid which had been bent during transport. These guys were professional AND good natured; took the packing materials with them. Service couldn’t have been better.

ProRelo delivered a daybed I ordered from WayFair. They emailed to confirm the delivery date/time and delivered it 6 days ahead of schedule. They called to let me know they expected to deliver it at 11:30 and arrived within minutes. Placed the packages on my porch with the delivery receipt-all no contact. Much better experience than with a different shipping company who continually failed to communicate with me, delivered only the trundle bed, and took so long in trying to locate the main daybed that the seller refunded my money. I would definitely use this company again. again.

The movers, led by Dominic, were great - very professional and hardworking. But as stated in many other reviews, this company has a major issue with its office staff, especially Denise. She set the move up with a truck that was way too small, resulting in the packing being a much more laborious endeavor than it otherwise would’ve been. When I called her to discuss why this would be she told me that I’d told her it was a basic 2 bedroom move with “no heavy objects.” Who needs movers when there are no heavy objects? And who doesn’t own anything heavy? I am totally sure I never told her that, and equally certain that I told her we had a garage that had quite a few items in it, as well as patio furniture on our balcony. She insisted that her “notes” trumped my clear recollection - Denise thinks she’s incapable of making a mistake. I insisted that they needed to offer some time as compensation for the move that she botched, as, not only did the tiny truck result in the loading taking hours more than it otherwise would’ve, but we ended up moving about 1/3 of our items ourselves, doing SEVEN loads in our SUVs when it was all said and done. Denise insisted that this was solely my fault, that I, for some inexplicable reason, misrepresented my move (which was paid hourly, so I had no incentive whatsoever to do that!). Fortunately the manager, Chris, had some sense and made things right. If it weren’t for that and the great movers, this would unquestionably be a one star review. Denise is in the wrong line of work, she needs to find something where she doesn’t have to be bothered by “annoying customers.”

First, I have to say how much I liked having a nice, fair, delivery window (2 hours). They confirmed via text and by phone (also nice). 11-13- 2020 I am updating my review of this company. We had another delivery by this company today and it was a complete 180° turn around!!!! The driver was very nice and courteous!!!! He was happy to help us in any way we needed!!!! Thank you soo very much for a great experience!!!! The driver restored my faith in ProRelo Moving!!!! I will happily use them again and refer them to my friends! We have had quite a few deliveries by this company. They have done oversized deliveries for Wayfair. The last 3 have been very disappointing!!! They would not load the objects into the house. Not even through the front door. We paid Wayfair with our order for that service. The young man said that they weren't doing that due to the pandemic, we needed to talk to Wayfair. I totally understand that, however he was in a mask and so were we. We just wanted him to put the 269lb dresser inside the front door. He said no. So my husband offered to pay him to put it inside the front door and he said he was busy. I am very disappointed in the lack of service!!! It never used to be that way.

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is the delivery guys who come to the house to deliver and set-up. They are always very nice, professional and do a great job in a timely manner. If something isn't right or damaged, they do their best to help out in any way. The ladies who call to set up appointments are very rude and hard to work with. They could use a little more professional courtesy. They have to understand that people who work are the ones ordering furniture to have delivered and set-up. We can't just leave our jobs because they can get you on the schedule in a four hour window. That is probably a management decision, but being nice about it would be better then acting bothered by people having to re-schedule.

The reason your company was used was for an oversized delivery from Amazon. The men who delivered my pkg were very nice and did a good job. Initially they thought they were going to leave the pkg at my front door. I explained that I needed them to bring it into my house given the size and weight of the pkg. They had no problem with that and did bring my pkg into my house. The only issue I have is this...when I ordered the treadmill from Amazon I was able to pick the delivery window. The text msg I got from ProRelo had a completely different window than what I requested. Fortunately the pkg was delivered only 30 mins past the end of the requested delivery window.

Your delivery team did a great job. Unfortunately they were not provided a detailed product list, so we don't know yet if we received all of our products. However, they called 20 minutes before arrival to allow us to be ready, they answered all of our questions and made sure I had a number to contact of there were any problems. Some of the boxes seem smashed but this was not caused by the drivers. I do not yet know if all the items arrived w/o damage. Drivers suggested that we photograph the damaged boxes, which we did. The truck they were driving was in poor shape and the lift appeared unsafe. Again, our drivers helped us to feel better about our purchases even with the decreped truck and smashed boxes, AND they were 1st class gentlemen.

My experience with this company was very good. They honored the contract even though I added a mattress set and asked them to carry a heavy piece from one apt. to another. They stored our items in a vault. They did not hold my furniture hostage. The crews at both ends of the move were very, very good. The only damage was two broken glasses. The only problem was that the staff did not tell the loading crew that there was a second pickup that same day. I was delayed driving 7 hrs.

Got a message several days earlier to see if their desired delivery date worked for me. It did. I responded and let them know. Day of delivery, the driver called me as the delivery window has only recently started and told me that they would be by after a pickup. Got another call as they were heading over and they were good to their word. They carefully removed my (new to me) BMW motorcycle and parked it where I had asked. Driver explained the paperwork after allowing me an inspection of the bike. I signed the paperwork and gave the two of them some cold bottled water. This was my first motorcycle that I have had shipped and it was better that I thought it would be.

We moved from Sonoma, CA to Santa Fe, NM. The house we bought was not yet completed, so we lived in a rental for three months. We had our furniture moved by Turner Moving in Napa (good company as well), and they contracted with ReloPro in Albuquerque to store our stuff and have it delivered to the new house when it was ready. We got a closing date on the new house, called ReloPro and got a delivery date. The moving date was pushed out, called ReloPro and rescheduled. The moving date was pushed out again (!), called ReloPro and rescheduled again. No problems. Denise on the phone was most accomodating and understanding about the changes. The crew called on the scheduled morning let us know they were on their way. They arrived within the stated tiem frame. And, boy, were they good! There were five guys. I didn't catch all their names, but Ivan was the crew leader. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were all polite, professional, respectful, and personable. They were a pleasure and very easy to work with. They arrived at 9:30 and had everything unloaded and into the house before noon. They laid two carperts and put together the bed, the dining table, and a bar. Before they left, they asked if there was anything else we needed -- any furniture we wanted moved to a different spot. We didn't use them for unpacking, so I can't comment on that, though I imagine it would have gone well. All the boxes were undamaged, a compliment to both Turner Moving and ReloPro. Bottom line: Highly recommended. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

Packers showed up day 1 and finished a 1500 sq ft house on time. Movers showed up day 2 with 2 trucks and finished unloading and furniture set up. This was for a move from Rio Rancho to Albuquerque. We ordered a large credenza from Wayfair and paid the extra $20 for the item to be delivered into the threshold of our home. When the delivery was scheduled through Prorelo, they offered a free upgrade to bring it into our room of choice. Guys were on time and polite. The item that Wayfair sent had been badly damaged earlier in its journey (not by Prorelo). So Wayfair sent a replacement, again to be delivered by Prorelo. Upon delivery, the guys went to all the trouble to open up the box to check for damage BEFORE swapping the credenzas out. It turned out that the replacement was even worse than the first and the Prorelo team courteously loaded the item back up. The THIRD time Prorelo came out (with another replacement), they again opened the new one up to check for damage before just taking the old and leaving the new. They went the extra mile to help me switch out some damaged drawers between the two credenzas, screwed on a fixture that fell off in the process. They were again helpful, polite, and eager to do the job right. Not every mover/relocation company has people this motivated...keep up the great work! Also, because I had to work with them three different times with this, I had plenty of interactions with their office staff over the phone. Very helpful and eager to accommodate, even when I had to reschedule the delivery several times. Thanks, Prorelo!

Booked this company for my moms move after reading so many good reviews. The guys were on time and everything seemed to be going smoothly for the most part.. except for the lack of knowledge the guys had about moving a memory foam mattress. The memory foam ended up shifting during transit and was unfixable. We filed a claim with the company, which was a nightmare in itself, and after harassing them everyday for a damn answer, they came to the conclusion that after depreciation the mattress wasn’t worth the amount that the coverage pays for. So after paying $1700 for the move, my mom had to also pay $900 for a brand new mattress. Another thing to add would be the girls who answer the phones, they have some serious attitude in their voices, and if I were the manager, I would do something about that. Don’t know if I would use the company again just based on lack of knowledge for mattresses and their own claims process.

***ATTN: TRUCKERS*** Best and easiest approach for delivering is to come from the north so ProRelo is on your left. Park on the street and go check in to see which dock your backing in to and back in from the street, through the gate and into your dock. Hopefully another truck doesn't dock to your left, because you probably won't be able to get out and they're somewhat slow at unloading. Took 4.5 hours to unload me while another driver that was done a couple of hours before me had to wait til they were done with me so he could get out.

Fedex could learn lot from them as they just toss my delivery items wherever they want. Not these guys. One of the two boxes had some damage. I started opening that box and the kid tells me that they can’t stay for me to unpack it. I explained that the box is damaged and I would not sign until I inspected it. He starts telling me they are on a timed delivery. There is a survey on the delivery ticket. Since it was to be a curbside delivery I should check the N/A box. I finished inspecting the item and signed the documents.

Item was originally delivered to incorrect house driver was confused Google maps steered him wrong BUT as I tried to help him when he called he didn't give me enough information to steer him in the right direction. Subsequently I worked with company and provided map and it worked well. Driver should have bee more patient and worked with me to solve the problem instead he said "I got it" when he actually didn't and delivered to house not even close to the house I described. I have never used movers to pack up my home from one location to another, but the extreme generosity of my new employer afforded me the opportunity to try it out. After having moved in to a challenging living space in a gated apartment complex at the beginning of 2019 (difficult to find parking close to the main doors; down a flight of stairs; a long distance to move items), I recoiled at the idea of having to do a similar move out of there after our recent purchase of a new home a couple miles away. Durrell (forgive me if I’m spelling this wrong) and Brian made the process easy on me, but I felt awful about the challenges involved with moving out of the space, considering the previously mentioned issues. Despite this, they worked efficiently, packed things carefully, and were a pleasure to chat with throughout the day. They were also cognizant of the stringent rules set out by the apartment complex vis-a-vis moving. I would definitely work with them again!
