Absolutely amazing place, and amazing people. Really nice and laid back. Very friendly and helpful. Much thanks to PATRICK, Whom is the one I corresponded with, I was always calling asking many questions etc, he was always very straightforward and answered all my questions. I had a Yamaha R1 I was looking to use as trade, which I ultimately did. Got me a 2022 Rocket 3R. Very happy with my new purchase, very happy with my salesman Patrick, Thank you for a great experience and trade/buying transaction. I must also mention that EVERYONE there is very nice and professional as well, finance and general manager. Highly recommend you go check this place out, ask for Patrick, he will take care of you. After dealing with another Triumph dealer that always gave me headaches… I came here to Triumph of Westchester where Patrick made everything as easy as possible and actually has knowledge about the bikes he is selling… This dealer is a little out of the way for me but after my experience buying a new tiger 660 from them I will always be coming back. This review is for sales: Patrick Fitzgerald was an absolute pleasure to do business with, and I'll be going back to him for all things Triumph. I purchased both a Triumph Bobber and a Triumph Street Triple. On both occasions, Patrick was able to beat Triumph Nassau, Triumph Brooklyn, Motorcycle Mall, and Cross County with minimal fuss. He was respectful, level-headed, easy and punctual. The buying experience was extraordinarily efficient and professional. Shout out to PJ as well for handling the paperwork so proficiently. Just picked up my triumph Bonneville yesterday. After speaking with a number of dealers who are wheeling and dealing and playing all sorts of games I got straight to the point with PJ. Told him all the information on the phone. Within one hour he gave me a price and they stuck to it exactly when I arrived a day later to trade in my bike. Initially I met Patrick who is friendly professional knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. I then met with PJ who took care of all the paperwork and other details. The process was smooth quick and hassle free. The dealership itself has every triumph bike accessory and clothing item you can wish for. It’s a fantastic place. Not the closest to my house but well worth the trip! Skip the other dealers and head straight to Westchester. You will not be sorry.

Second review: Patrick, PJ, Bruce and the rest of the team were so great the first time around that I am back for my second bike. After enjoying my Bonneville Speedmaster, I decided to upgrade to the Rocket 3 GT. Amazing customer service, straight forward and honest, and helpful on making my trade quick and easy. Patrick went as far as taking me on a post-purchase ride to show me some great roads around Westchester and the capabilities of this awesome bike. Can’t recommend this bike or the team enough. 5/5 stars, 10/10 points, the bees knees, the cats pajamas! If you are looking to have the best experience possible buying a motorcycle, look no further than Triumph of Westchester. From the showroom, to the organized accessories, friendly staff, and hell, even to the landscaping out front, everything was superb. My salesman Patrick lives for Triumph as indicated by his rad Triumph tattoo on his forearm. He was an absolute gentleman, and worked so hard with my insurance company for hours to make sure everything was correct and I would be able to take my dream bike home that day. Each question I asked was met with patience and clarity no matter how dumb it was, and he seemed genuinely interested in ensuring I knew everything I could in order to make an informed decision. When, not if, I find myself in the market for another motorcycle, it will be a Triumph, and it will be from Westchester.

We only have good things to say for the people over at triumph westchester- Patrick, PJ and ____ (delivery guy sorry forgot his name). Patrick was very accomodating in answering our questions in person, email and over the phone. He patiently worked with our lender for more than four hours while we were at the lender’s place. We never felt the pressure in getting the bike neither the service plan while at the dealership. They even gave us a lower financing rate compared to our lender. We like the experience that even if we have to cross the hudson river from NJ and paud the pricey toll and gas we decided to get the bike from them. There was one closer to us but who could resist the awesome professionalism of Triumph Westchester? Thank you!

I've been a client for 2 years: First I bought a Street Twin and yesterday I upgraded and traded it for a T120. There is an obvious reason I keep coming back to ToW -not only to the showroom but to service my bike as well- and this is because of the entire team at Triumph of Westchester. No, the place may not seem as hip as Brooklyn, but the people here are just awesome. Patrick will really go out his way to help, regardless of it ending in a sale or not. This time he literally spent hours (5 to be exact) on the phone trying to help me get the best insurance possible. If it were to me, I'd give him a raise plus bonus: he deserves it. Then there's Raph who really knows his business and is always willing to give me a good discount and finally PJ, with whom it is an absolute pleasure of just talking. It is refreshing to find people who are in love with music -and Dachshund dogs! - just as myself. Lastly, the guys behind the scenes, the mechanics in the shop backdoors: they are not only also awesome at their work but fun and always cheerful. They've also proved to go beyond their paycheck to help. So yeah, I give them all 5 well deserved stars. 6 to Patrick.

Triumph of Westchester is the place to go and buy a motorcycle. I was treated courteously and respectfully, and Bruce made everything easy for me. From the discussion on finding a first motorcycle to the test ride, everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, i was unable to complete the purchase due to the policy of not accepting credit cards for the entire payment, but if my circumstances change in the future, i will consider Triumph of Westchester first. *review update* My circumstances changed and i decided to go back to Triumph of Westchester. The deal was made but right before i went in to pick up the bike, i was told that the engine was bad and that they could not sell the bike to me. I appreciated the honesty and appreciate them not throwing a headache onto me. In the end i ended up with a used Street Twin; i rode 35 miles that day and loved every second of it. Will definitely come back in a season or two for a Thruxton!

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to write one about my recent experience at Triumph of Westchester. I can describe the experience in three words: professionalism, integrity and pleasant. I visited a few other dealerships, mostly due to a closer distance from where I live, before I ended up in the Triumph of Westchester. I recommend anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle to visit this location and not waste your time with other dealerships. The trip It's totally worth it. PJ and Patrick were excellent through the process and made the experience of purchasing the bike pleasant and painless. They gave me the price over the phone and they stuck to it, something very rare with car or motorcycle dealers. So I decided to purchase a street triple rs. Seeing that this was the most nearest dealer I decided to make my purchase with them. First and foremost the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They can answer any and all of your questions and at no point do they ever rush you to make a purchase. My sales man was Bruce, stand up straight forward guy that knows his stuff. He's very patient and helps you through every step of the process. I was really glad to have had him as my salesman and would highly recommend him. PJ Mandfield handled all the paperwork and boy it was a very smooth process and before you know it we had agreed on terms that I was very happy with and I had keys in my hand ready to go. He is also super transparent and helps you get what's best for you while still making you knowledgeable on what's available as per warrenty etc etc, and never pushing anything on you. I can't begin to describe how wonderful of an experience it was to purchase my first bike from Triumph of Westchester. I am someone who does not like to be pressured into making a big purchase decision on the spot like many salesmen try and make you do. I like to think about it for a little. I visited Patrick about 3 times before I made my final decision. Every time he was extremely kind, he never made me feel rushed or that I was bothering him/wasting his time, he did not try to pressure me into making a decision and gave me his honest advice and guidance every time. Triumph of Westchester is truly one of the most exceptional dealerships I’ve visited. I was interested in a 2019 Speed Twin and had a trade-in I was looking to get appraised. I spoke with Raf that helped me get a very fair appraisal on my current bike. From there I worked with an amazing sales rep, Patrick. He helped me with a deal over the phone and within a day, we scheduled delivery. He prepped all paperwork prior to my visit which made everything incredibly easy. I just finished buying my second Triumph from these guys, and as per usual, they made the experience butter smooth. This is really the only place to buy a Triumph in the NYC metro area, but they still earn your patronage with smart salesmanship, direction and advice. Rumor is they will be expanding soon on Route 119, so their small showroom space will no longer be an issue. They've made dealer of the country 3 years in a row selling over 200 bikes last year! Couldn't be happier. My customized Bonneville T100 rides as good as it looks, and the process from walking in the front door and saying hi to Patrick, to ordering special accessories, to signing the paperwork, and driving off was just as smooth. No pressure (other than the desirability of owning at least one of, if not all, the bikes in the store!) and a friendly, approachable team that worked together seamlessly to order, install, and deliver a great bike. Gotta go now, back for another ride!

Lots of great selection of used and new bikes. Their prices on used bikes are good. But in terms of new bikes, they're a little on the high side. Interest rates for their bikes aren't too bad either, but keep on eye on the term on the loan. 66 months is too long for any loan, unless it's a house.

This is a premium dealer. They quoted an excessive price for a Triumph Speed Twin and I did not purse it further, but they called me back with a lower acceptable price and we had a deal. The bike was delivered a little late -- not their fault, even if.. they had told me it had been delivered one week earlier (their fault..). But overall the sale experience was excellent, and the service department is really knowledgeable. You get what you pay for.

Good to a point. I can't fault these guys for getting me on a bike I love, dealing with test rides and changes of heart. Their "prior to sales" service was excellent and communication was great over the phone. (emails get ignored and emails don't get sent out). I now sit happily aboard a 2020 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC. Communication once I was out the door has been less than impressive though. Firstly, the night I picked up the bike the key fob failed and I had to go through the routine of finding the "hot spot" so I could restart the bike. You would think for a bike that out the door was $12,000 + the dealer would've put a new battery in the fob. Secondly, when I followed up this issue with an email outlining a few requests I had regarding paperwork and parts, I heard nothing back. After a week had gone by I called and some of the answers to my questions were provided over the phone. Others were left with "I'll find that out and get back to you" (price of new keys, service records etc). It's now been nearly 2 weeks and I have not heard back with any follow up. Pre-sales service excellent, after sales service, questionable.

This said I cannot stress enough how amicable and helpful the people at Triumph of Westchester were, and how efficient and convenient they made my trade-in process. I've owned a Daytona 675R for about four years and was looking for a more street-friendly alternative. I saw a Street Triple R on their site and decided I loved the Dayton's set up so much I would be dumb not to capitalize on the trade immediately. Dealership owner Rafal Bassendowski made me feel as though he was genuinely interested in helping me obtain the bike and ultimately made me a trade-in offer I couldn't refuse. Equally as helpful was Corey Albright, who made sure my new Street Triple was ready to go when I came in and picked it up, making sure some of the adaptable parts from my Daytona were adequately fitted to my new ST - free of charge. Ultimately, my experience at Triumph of Westchester can be summarized in three words: friendly, professional, and most importantly recommendable. I went in that afternoon and loved the bike and put a deposit down. A couple days later I showed up with the balance and Corey has the bike ready for me, fueled up and ready to rock. Couldn’t have been an easier process and Corey was fun to work with and despite looking very young, he is super knowledgeable about bikes and was great throughout the process! Two years ago I contacted Patrick, one of their associates, about a different bike, but didn't proceed with the purchase. I was in the market for an Adventure bike after not riding for a few years but didn’t really have a specific model in mind. I looked at a few different dealers and decided to visit Triumph of Westchester since they had a good selection of used bikes from different manufacturers. Patrick spent a lot of time going over their inventory, talking about the pros and cons of each and comparing the bikes. He was very knowledgeable on a range of motorcycles. I finally decided on a Tiger 900 Rally which I am very happy with. My main focus was getting a bike that I could do some light off-roading with and be comfortable riding on 4+ hour trips and the Tiger has come through. The delivery process was really smooth and Patrick showed me off of the features of the TFT. I had a slight problem with the bike after the first week of riding and they got me in the next day to fix it and took the time to show me how to make the adjustment myself in the future. Let me start by saying I bought 3 bikes from Triumph of Westchester this week. I have owned many bikes of all different brands. I was smitten by the Daytona 765 Moto 2 Limited Edition. I met with Patrick Fitzgerald and was blown away by the personnel and the dealership itself. It’s a beautiful facility, clean as a whistle—even the bathroom. Patrick is intelligent, affable, direct, and a consummate professional. I immediately felt I was in trusting hands. After consummating the deal quickly, I met with PJ Mansfield, the finance director. We finished the paperwork quickly and he suggested different warranty and maintenance options. He was never pushy and we chatted more about our rides and motorcycling in general. While there, I fell in love with the Thruxton RS and the Rocket 3 R Black. Two days later I purchased them. The level of finish and detail on Triumphs is class leading and was beyond my expectations. I also had the pleasure of meeting the service manager Rafael Bassendowski, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in placing my order for heated grips. In sum, from Patrick to the other personnel, as well as the facility, all are first class. Purchased a beautiful low mileage Tiger 800 during Covid-19 shutdown. Purchase made via email and phone went smoothly. Pickup at the shop also hassle free. Patrick was my salesman and he guided me through the process from start to finish. My brief encounters with the service department showed them to be accessible and friendly - not my experience at a previous (not Triumph) dealership that shall remain unnamed. The bike is awesome so far. I will say if you see their bikes on CycleTrader ignore the "make an offer" banner. At least with this particular bike there was no room whatsoever for bargaining - it's a hot item though. Not sure who is responsible for the "make an offer" pitch but they should knock that down. UPDATE: Just bought my second bike at ToW after my Tiger 800 was stolen :-( Did not hesitate to return to Triumph of Westchester for the replacement, a brand new Tiger 900 Rally Pro. Patrick is great, very helpful, responsive, no hard salesmanship. PJ in the finance department is knowledgeable and great to work with as well. Triumph dealerships are not located on every corner. Triumph of Westchester was not the closest but after reading the reviews I decided on them. I was not disappointed. Patrick is a knowledgeable and patient salesman. I knew walking in that I wanted a Speedmaster or if that didn’t feel right a T120. After sitting on both I felt I could go with either ( I am 6 ft). My concern was the forward positioning of the Speedmaster. I had never ridden a forward. The solution was a test ride and was was sold. Patrick and the rest of the staff made this an extremely wonderful buying experience.

Buying a brand new motorcycle is a lot like getting married, you want it to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible because you only get to do it 2-3 times in your life. The staff at Triumph of Westchester did everything to make sure it was exactly that when I recently bought my 2014 Bonneville. In all seriousness, for most of us, making a purchase of this magnitude is a special and exciting occasion. Unfortunately, it’s one that can easily turn sour if dealing with the wrong people. However, during my conversations and negotiations with Les (salesperson/part-owner), I felt that there was a mutual desire to get me on the bike that I wanted at a price that I was comfortable with. There was no pressure to act fast nor was it ever suggested that I opt for a trim or color or option that I didn't need/want. Les was extremely professional in keeping the negotiations moving smoothly and in his knowledge of both the product and the buying process. As for parts and service, to date everything has gone well. My initial impression of the staff is that they are very friendly and helpful. At the time of my purchase the bike was prepped properly and all its features were explained to me before I rode off. Also, they've assisted in ordering and installing aftermarket parts to my satisfaction. I fully expect this level of customer service to continue as I bring my bike back for scheduled maintenance and further customization. All in all, this place is top notch. I live in New York City and there are certainly closer places to buy and service a bike. My advice: drive the extra few miles to Triumph of Westchester and work with people who value your business and care about your motorcycle.

Before arriving to the dealership I called earlier in the week and spoke with Patrick regarding setting up an appointment for a test ride. Patrick was very accommodating right from the start. He asked me a series of questions took down my information and told me to come on in when I was available. Typically when dealing with dealerships even over the phone the sales people can become a little much. I did not have that feeling at all with Patrick he seemed very straight forward and honest. Being that I have no experience riding other than the MSF training Patrick told me I was not allowed to test ride the motorcycles due to a company policy which I can completely understand. So I went to the dealer and upon entering Bruce asked how can I help you. I told him I was looking to speak to Patrick and he told me that he was with a customer. In the meantime I started walking around checking out a few bikes and Bruce was kind enough to walk me through and explain the differences between each bike while I was waiting for Patrick. Once he was finished with the customer he came over and introduced himself. He asked me what type of bike was I looking for and I told him that I was new to riding and the whole experience of trying to pick a bike can be overwhelming with all the options. Patrick was well versed with all the bikes in the showroom and he was able to help my narrow it down. I ended up going with 2020 speed twin 1200 in red. Even though I couldn't take it for a test ride Patrick fired it up for me in the showroom and gave it a quick blip so I could hear the exhaust. He even went a step further and took the bike outside where he really let me hear the pipes and they sounded great! I was curious as to what a brown seat would look like and he even swapped out the seats so I could see the difference. If you're looking for a bike and want a great experience than Patrick is the guy! He was never pushy and let me decide on what was the right bike for me while guiding me to make the right decision. I told him I didn't feel comfortable taking the bike home and asked if they could deliver it and Patrick made it happen for me! My experience didn't stop there. I met Bartek who was able to help me find a new leather jacket, gloves, and cover for my bike. He was awesome! Bartek took the time to get me what I was looking for. Lastly, I was introduced to PJ in the finance department. He had everything prepped for me and made the purchasing process extremely smooth! As I was in need of a reliable bike and have not narrowed it down to the one I was looking for, Les was of a great help and his expertise and sale skills facilitated my decision. He will not just force the sale but instead, search and match your need for the bike. Once I had my pick, we sat down and ran some numbers. Believe me, he will help the best he can to give you the best deal. He knows his store, and he knows his lenders so he will offer you a wide range of choices for you to have the product you like without putting into a financial difficulty. If you ever go the Westchester Motorcycle, ask for Les. In addition to that, I had the opportunity to briefly touch bases with the technician, Rafal. When you buy a bike, you will always want to buy the service as well so it is important to get to know their technical staff as well. Although I have not had the need for maintenance yet, he seemed to be an experienced person. He had the right answers to my questions and he goes to the point. Overall, it seems that I am in good hands with this dealer and I will definitely recommend it.

My experience at Triumph of Westchester was nothing but pleasant. I came to them after having tried 4 other dealerships in the tri-State area. Although I initially came in to see a used Honda Shadow, I ended up coming out with Triumph Bonneville T100 and couldn't be happier. They were extremely accommodating in terms of finding a financial deal that worked for me, they never pushed the sale, they never rushed the sale (I must have spent over 3 hours there that first day), and they always treated me with respect (something the other dealerships did not). Perhaps the biggest selling point for me was how VETERAN FRIENDLY they were. Triumph dealerships nationally have discounts for veterans however, Les and Adriana went above and beyond, providing me with even more discounts at the cost of their store. All-in-all, instead of having to piece together the majority of my gear over the process of a few months through the internet and running around to different stores, I managed to get most of my gear there with the help of their staff and their accommodation in ordering gear. They didn't try to push the $600 helmet on me like some places would nor try to get me to buy the Triumph logo gear that makes it look like Triumph has thrown up on you and you're now a walking billboard. They gave me their honest riders' opinions about what gear works, what doesn't, what's necessary, and what isn't. Peter and Adriana (both from sales) worked with my budget and my style taking the time and effort necessary to make sure I walked out satisfied all the while making the experience extremely enjoyable. All-in-all, I'm extremely satisfied. I drove out with a bike that turns heads (at least 5 on the drive home from the dealership) and confidence that this was the right way to buy a bike. For those looking for used bikes, they have a pretty competitive selection and can accommodate accordingly to what your needs are. They're great with new riders, grizzled old veteran bikers, or anything in between and, perhaps most importantly, THEY DON'T PUSH THE SALE. They understand one of the most fundamental aspects of sales that so many dealerships today seem to forget: the customer's satisfaction is the best thing for business. I will be returning (if for nothing else than the free espresso shots).

I started riding this season and originally came in on a Honda that Triumph of Westchester had on its website for my very first bike. Once I looked at the rest of their inventory I ended up choosing a Yamaha. No matter where I looked, it was a better price (year/ miles) than anywhere else I could find online. It was a low pressure environment, never once did Patrick ( my salesman) make me feel like the Noob in the motorcycle world, or pushy, while still being very informative. Even when I left the first day with out buying anything there was no (don't let them leave) mentality. When I was ready, I was ready. A very hard quality to find in any dealership or salesman. I wasn't expecting the dealership to have such a massive collection of used inventory (non Triumph models) They are extremely easy to talk with about motorcycles, and they all ride on there days off together I later found out. At the Time the F and I manager was off the only day I could come in and pick up the bike. The general manager came in him self to do the paper work with me. (thank you Les!) I don't write reviews a lot, and this may seem like a lengthy one, but I felt it was due for the fantastic work, and exceeding my expectations. I now ride my motorcycle and could not be enjoying it more. If your looking for a motorcycle, Triumph Indian, or even used like my self.. Come to these guys and see Patrick. Since I had already left a review on my main google account, I had to log into the account I use for my bills just to leave another good review. So let's see, I have had my Daytona 675R for 2 years now and Triumph of Westchester continues to impress with their service. At my 12k service my friends asked if they would wash the bike considering what I paid for it, I didn't expect them to but sure enough picked up my baby more clean than when I dropped her off. This week my quick shifter was malfunctioning, although I lost a few days of riding, Triumph of Westchester did everything they could to get it back to me as quickly as possible and with a brand new warranty covered quick shifter! When I went to pick her up, it had been raining outside and instead of finding her soaking wet in the rain, they had brought her into the show room.

I’ll preface this by saying I’ve worked in automotive sales and sales management for quite some time now. So my expectations for how a customer should be treated are quite high. From moment one, this dealership set the bar. I sent in an email inquiry on a used Street Triple, i received a response in almost no time at all from Corey Albright. He answered the few questions that I had (I’m pretty well versed in Triumphs, this is my third) and gave me all the information I needed in terms of securing financing. The entire process was effortless. Not once did I feel pressured, or did it seem like Corey had anything other than my best interest at heart. I was able to leave a deposit over the phone. Corey got me all the information I needed to get the bike insured and set up delivery. The bike was cleaned, prepped, inspected, and ready as soon as I arrived. I met with Alex the finance manager, who was every bit as professional and knowledgeable as Corey. He went over all the paperwork. Offered me some great protections for my bike and never once pushed. He made actual recommendations of what he thought would be best based on the bike and my riding style. Everything was fully transparent. No surprises when I went to pick up the bike. No hidden fees. Nothing. The communication between the dealership and myself was phenomenal. Cannot recommend this dealership enough.

This year I finally committed to learning how to ride and getting a motorcycle. I contacted Ben Baez at the recommendation of a friend who was working with him on getting a new bike. Ben helped me in obtaining a bike that has been great for me so far. As a new rider, his input and knowledge was extremely valuable. I worked with Les (who is also part-owner) and purchased a Triumph Street Triple (non-R) in early August 2013. With Triumphs at least, he doesn't move on the base price. This was in line with other dealers I visited. But he helps out everywhere else. There was a destination charge, but no handling charge or any other charges that I have seen other dealers tack on. It was great working with Les; he is flexible in thinking of ways to move a deal along, including (but not limited to) discounts on accessories. I got the flyscreen, Arrow exhaust, and bar-end mirrors. Oh, and a pair of bobbins. Even when busy and short-handed, Les was able to keep things moving without getting overwhelmed. Showroom is clean and neat; parking is not plentiful. The whole staff is friendly and enjoys talking about bikes. Overall a very good experience.

Just bought a used Street triple RX from Ben and the team at Triumph. I spent about 30 min purchasing the bike with Ben, and then 30 minutes filling out the paperwork with Les when picking the bike. They had a almost identical model at the store so it wasn't a big deal but it would have been nice to see the actual bike. If you make preparations beforehand they can bring the bike to the dealership beforehand. Would definitely recommend checking this place out!

The shop is small but offers a more personal experience. The salesmen Les was extremely helpful and allowed me to check out some of the different bikes they had to offer. I was shopping for something more classic so the boneville and thruxton really caught my eye. Even though I came in very late and maybe with about an hour to closing they were very patient and not pushy at all. Les laid out all the financing options and explained them for me. There were no weird upfront costs and fees like some high volume dealers. The guys stayed late to prep my bike and I was in and out of there in just over an hour. I've known raf and les for about 6 years now as my first bike was bought from the shop they previously owned. I can't recall one instance where I was anything less than happy whether it was during the sales process, bike service/repairs or buying parts. Have things gone wrong with various bikes? Sure. But even knowing how hard I am on my bikes they've never given me a problem when it came to repairs/warranty work. There have even been instances where other shops couldn't figure out my problem only to take it to triumph and have the bike diagnosed within a couple days. These guys really try their best to keep customer satisfaction at their highest priority which is why I recommend them for all things motorcycle.

My experience at this dealership was like seeing an old friend I haven't seen for years, even though I was my first time meeting them 2 weeks ago. I was interested in the "Triumph Rocket iii 2018", so I called one week and Les picked up the phone. He discussed the options with me, and was willing to work out a mutual deal with me. So I came in, finally putting a face to the name, and we worked it out. The color I wanted on the bike wasnt at the dealership. So they had it shipped out for me, and a few days later I met my new bike. They handled everything from calling my insurance provider because there were some errors, and even calling the finance department of my old dealership to get the 10 day pay-off for my old bike, so I can trade it in for the new. Yesterday I rode away with my brand new 2018 Triumph Rocket iii Roadster. Nice dealership, friendly employees... but $74 to mount and balance a front tire with myself supplying the tire and tube was very steep. Most dealerships/service centers will do this for about $35...Needed this done in a pinch though so was willing to pay extra. Im from CT, I was in trouble when my chain started to loosen up, so checking locally I was willing to trust a shop I've never visited. read a few reviews online and picked this place. The guys here really are awesome, very friendly and easy to talk to. I came in with my 2013 Honda CBR500R and they were happy to help me with my problem. I came in wanting a new chain and they recommended new sprockets too, at 12,000 miles I figured what the hell why not. Once the parts came in they had it done within 24 hours. Just riding home I could feel the difference. Bike rides so smooth and they told me to come back after 500 miles for a free inspection to make sure everything is okay and to tighten the chain after it's broken in. I recommend getting your bike serviced here regardless if you ride a triumph or not, staff is willing and ready to help! Thanks guys for a great experience!
