Brought my snowblower to Rob this afternoon and he could not have been more gracious and professional. I thought I had an engine problem but Rob assured me all was well with my machine…, his honesty was refreshing! Most other technicians would have kept my machine and milked me for a couple of hundred dollars. I highly recommend Rob and expertise and when needed, I will feel very comfortable returning to Rob for help!

I found this shop online this morning and thought it would be just the regular experience of taking my money and just fix the lawn mower. This turned out to be the best customer service experience I have had in the last 35 years. Firstly, he didn't fix the lawn mower because he didn't have to. He did a series of minor things and it started right up. He refused to take any money and wished me all the best. But that wasn't the best part. As I struggled to lift the mower into my car he ran over and gave me a hand lifting the thing in my car. But thats not even the best part. This guy (I assumed he is the owner) had the most positive attitude I have ever felt from a person. Even though he had other customers waiting he took the time to explain how to have a better experience using the mower and was super patient. This is a business owner who loves what he does and wakes up everyday happy to do it. I always thought I was a super positive person who loved my career. This guy showed me the true meaning of customer service and valuing the customer. If you have any small engine that needs fixing do not go anywhere else. Even if you have to drive some distance to get to him I guarantee you it will be worth it. I am sure he is busy if he gives this type of service to everyone, so it might be best to call him before driving out just to make sure he has time. But if he does you will not be disappointed.

Haven't been able to use my snowblower the past winter or two as it turns on but cuts out pretty quickly. My neighbor suggested a tune up and I found Rob. He was great: gave clear directions once I got it back after he did an end to end check on my blower parts and fixing what needed help. I am actually looking forward to seeing some snow this winter just to use it!

I called and Inquired about service for my snow blower. My snow blower is currently operational but I figured a tune up couldn't hurt. The person I spoke to did not identify himself but he sounded like an old grumpy man. I spoke to him very nicely although he was very rude and condescending. He quoted me $150 just to pick up and then return my snow blower with a diagnostic. I felt that was expensive because I live so close by. Any agreed upon service would have been on top of the $150. Too expensive for a simple tune up. Response from owner based on this review is uncalled for. Nobody has asked for anything free. I am more than willing to pay for quality service. However, I am not going to get ripped off. $150 for local pickup up and drop off of a simple snowblower is ridiculous. Good luck with your business. I have already gone elsewhere. I wish you the best.

I researched on google for the nearest repair shop for my snow blower as it was snowing on that day. Rob took care of my machine promptly and was able to use my machine during the snow storm. Since then i have been utilizing this shop for any issues with my machines such as trimmer, snow blower and mower. What a great experience. Rob was very responsive to my initial phone call and fixed up snow blower for the upcoming winter season. Would certainly recommend. Just as a follow up, i called Rob on Sunday (before the most recent snowstorm) regarding one of the sheer pins on my snow blower that had broken. He walked me through what i needed to do to replace it. He was literally on my way to my house to fix it for me when i figured it out. Rob is great and is a great business person. I highly recommend.

Upon moving up from the City in 2009 I encountered my first snow storm of sufficient proportions. Passing Rob’s shop daily, I reluctantly went into Rob’s shop to inquire on the purchase of a used snow blower, funds at this time were of a concern. Prior to moving up, I had only had the pleasure of needing/using a shovel to deal with the snow. To my surprise Rob was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and professional, addressing all my issues of concern. As well as taking the time to provide me a lesson on how to utilize the equipment while explaining what I would need to cover my property. Needless to say my back breaking days of shoveling ended. Upon my son in law purchasing their home and moving to the area I gave him the snow blower from Rob and informed him that he will need this when coming home from a hard days work with mounds of snow waiting. This pass winter we suffered through another severe snow storm. When I asked my son in law how he was making out he informed me that same blower was going strong and handled the season without a hitch. My daughter was even able to operate the blower in his absence. Rob is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Repairs, picks up and drops off exactly when he says. In short Rob is the truth!

He not only fixed the problem (the wire) he checked over the lawnmower (checked oil, sharpened blade and cleaned it up) In addition, his pricing is fair and very affordable! Rob at small engine repair dropped everything as soon as I walked in with my mower. He had the problem fixed within about 60 seconds. I left the mower with him for a few hours for some preventative maintenance to keep it running well. All that at a very reasonable price. This was my second time visiting Small engine Repair and Rob will definitely remain my go-to lawn mower guy!

You MUST do yourself a favor and use Rob. He is a man of his word and knows his stuff. He explained everything needed in detail in layman's terms. There is no trying to overprice you to make an extra dollar. Word of mouth will get him business as he is awesome. He told me on Wednesday, he'd get back to me on Friday. He called me on Thursday to pick up my lawnmower. It runs like new. I also have a snow blower that I will be bringing to Rob to get fixed for the winter. I showed him pictures of it and he explained everything in detail... IF I could give him 7 stars, he would get 7 out of 5. Awesome job Rob.

We were expecting a snow storm and my kids volunteered as a snow angel to help the elderly in our area. Days before we realized the snow blower didn’t work. How could I tell the kids they could not volunteer. So we brought the snow blower in and Rob took amazing attention to helping the elderly on my block! Rob showed sincere kindness to us and my neighbors. Our machine worked like it was built to do. We got it back the very same day. Just in time for the snow. Frosty Bring IT On! We were ready! Rob Bisceglia, the proprietor, is a class act. He is well organized, accurate and on time. He came to our home to assess a generator that the prior homeowner left for us. Rob gave us a range of issues that the machine could have and laid out all of our options prior to taking the generator with him for further analysis. The turnaround for final recommendations was 1 business day and we had a clear game plan on how to resuscitate our machine. Rob then explained how to care for the generator going forward and really made an extra effort to make sure there were no unanswered questions. The price for the quality of his service was a significant value.

Had an issue starting my chainsaw. Went in before the most recent storm with a snowblower that was barely running. They were able to rebuild the carburetor and tune up the rest of the snowblower. Even with the heavy volume of repairs, we were able to get the blower back in a timely matter and use it for the storm. It now runs better than when we bought it new. I am now a customer for life.

A few days later he called me, broke down step by step the work he did and quoted a fair price. When i got there to pick up the machine he turned it on for me and it ran like it was brand new. Third or fourth time I have used Rob for a lawnmower. Recently he changed the carburetor and today he cleaned the gas tank of the water that I added with the gas, inadvertently. The proprietor indicated, by phone, that he had a used Husqvarna chainsaw for sale for $279 with a 20-in bar/58 CCs valued, new, at $500. When I arrived I was presented with a used Husqvarna with an 18" bar/50 CCs, valued new, at about $400 I could have spoken up but the price was still reasonable for what I was shown, so I bought it. It's a good machine. I am giving the shop three stars, as the machine is great. I suggest, however, that you "know what you are buying".
