Bought a 2013 Fat Bob 103 from them. They were truly professional and honest. The bike was babied by the previous owner and they did all of the servicing. What a great experience purchasing the bike through them. True gentleman and stood by their word throughout the whole process. They did not rush me and worked around my schedule. I highly recommend them for all of your servicing, customization and bike purchasing needs. The best alternative to a Harley Davidson dealership.

I recently brought my 2017 Street Glide Special to Prestige Custom Cycles for an S&S 475 cam upgrade, exhaust, tuner and fluid change. Bill was patient and instrumental with discussing the build. I dropped my bike off and it was promptly finished in acceptable time. The bike was meticulously Dyno’d and workmanship was precise and efficient. They even performed work not in the original scope but however corrected flaws that needed attention. It’s an entirely different machine. Andy is a top notch tech that cares about what he produces. When I picked the bike up, the final payment was exactly what Bill and I spoke of during the original estimate. Bill and Rich are gentlemen whose intention is to satisfy the customer and help them build their ultimate machine. Thank you guys for your help in acquiring my build. I will be back. Ride safe. They are the best. They fix everything once and done. People that work there are so nice it's unbelievable. They've worked on my bike and it's got 218,000 mi on it and runs like it's brand new out of the showroom . Again if you want your bike fixed once right the first time go to prestige.

Went there recently for a bike show and had a great time. Had our bikes checked out. We went back the following week to get some work done. A mystery squeak that two other mechanics had previously been unable to find. The mechanics at Prestige found it and even gave my friend a bike to go home with in the meantime. I had a new back tire installed on my dresser and was very happy with the price and service. While I was there, a ‘93 custom FXSTS caught my eye and now it’s mine. I got a great deal. John, Vinny and Rich rolled out the red carpet, for sure. Harley is just way corporate for my taste. I forgot what a real bike shop is like. I definitely trust and recommend Prestige.

Love these guys. I was on my way back home in CT and ran into some issues with my bike. I found these guys and took a chance on them. Knowing that I was not from the area, and on my bike, they hooked me up fast! Had the parts I needed, installed them while I waited so I could make it home. I can't thank these guys enough. Just all around great shop, just outstanding how they went out of their way to help get me on the road quick so I would not be stranded. I would have these guys work on my bike anytime!
