I had a great experience on the day I went there. I only dealt with parts and service and both were polite attentive and accommodating. I was able to get a NYS inspection and a inspection mount plate for my electric motorcycle. Also picked up a helmet with Bluetooth at a very competitive price.

Great customer service and very professional. I called all the Kawasaki dealers in New York and NY Motorcycle was the only one that got right down to what needed to be done when I had an issue with my Kawasaki Jetski. We set-up everything ahead of time and scheduled an appointment. When I got there at least 3 employees were working on it. It took quite some assembly but I was in/out in 1-2 hours. If you're buying Kawasaki, get a warranty.

Excellent service over the phone and in person. Someone is always there to assist you and answer questions. No pressure to make a purchase and got help picking out the right fit for me. Made my first bike purchase a smooth process. Accessory shop next door is great as well. The service there is also helpful and friendly. Only recommend investing in a better seating area for guests who come with a customer and a water cooler since people may be in the shop for a while. Beyond happy! 2 weeks ago my husband and I shopped here and put a deposit on an MT03 and today we picked it up. Tim made the entire experience of shopping and answering our questions an absolute pleasure to do business with. Place is great, Top of the line bikes, quads, and a lot more. Joey the sales guy was spot on. Definitely would recommend this place. Owner also was a great guy. Really like this place. Just bought a Yamaha raptor 90 and Yamaha yfz450r. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Great guys and absolutely no problems. Best I’ve seen. Definitely will be using them in the future.

Taking a moment to post my experience. I just bought a 2021 Yamaha DX Deluxe Waverunner from New York Motorcycle. I waited way too long this year to look for a jet ski. By the time I got around to it, every dealer in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey told me they were all sold out of their current stock and every preorder. I got lucky with New York Motorcycle. I was able to get the model and color I wanted before the last one was sold out. Within two weeks, it had arrived. It was a three hour drive from Rhode Island. I will say, parking was a challenge. Rocco took good care of me. By far, the most enjoyable part of this experience was the friendly and helpful service provided by Hannah U. She fielded every phone call, returned every email, and kept me updated by text. Even on her day off! Someone, please give that woman a raise!

These guys are the place for bikes. Went down to purchase a used motorcycle. When the one I saw online didn't work for me, Jay, my salesman, and his manager were extremely helpful and accommodating. They gave me a fair deal but the best part is that they are all men of their word. They didn't play games with fees. When the color I wanted wasn’t in stock, he traveled a considerable distance to get the bike I requested rather than try to talk me into something different. I bought a new motorcycle about a month ago at New York Motorcycle. I am very pleased with the purchase. The salesman Jay was very helpful through the whole process. He answered all my questions, helped me get a great discount on clothing and accessories in the parts department. It's refreshing to know that even after the sale is made, you can still count on him to be there when problems or concerns relating to the bike surface. There was a problem with the fuel gauge reading on the bike and I spoke to the service department about it and they told me they were going to contact Kawasaki about it and call me. I waited a few days and decided to call them and they told me the same thing, (that they were going to call Kawasaki). This happened three times and now I am thinking that they are giving me the runaround. Finally I get the call back the third time and they said they called Kawasaki and that they were working to resolve the problem. I explained that I was dissatisfied with the way I was given the runaround and was offered an apology. Although at the beginning of the encounter with the service department was not good, at the end they turned out to be nice guys, thank you. If your like me that read reviews about anything before buying, I can tell this is a great place to purchase a motorcycle, make sure you ask for the salesman Jay, he is a great guy.

Pricing was fair and trade in value was appropriate. I never felt like they were trying to bleed me of money. It simply felt like they were trying to woo me as a customer. Recently purchased a new Kawi Ninja 636 from Jason @ NY Motorcycle. Process was effortless and a pleasure. Jason got me on the machine I wanted and for an amazing price. NY Motorcycle has a great bunch of guys working there and mechanics as well so service is never a guessing game. Even though there are other dealers on the island I'm super happy I made my final decision with NY Motorcycle. The salesmen are more like regular guys that are super friendly and work with you, they don't work on you to make a sale. They stock a lot of bikes and in different colors and styles to help any indecisive buyers. The parts guys also were extremely helpful and go out of their way to get you the parts you want at a great price. All in all, great experience. They also set up group track days for loyal friends and customers. Can't wait to start riding!!

It was a very good buying experience from these guys. I bought Ninja 1000 on 5/17/2014. I called up and asked about the availability and pricing of the motorcycle I was interested in, Dean (sales) answered and he gave all the info I requested and he wanted me to visit the store to look at the bike. Although they didn't have the color I wanted in the store, I was shown the similar model. Spent less than an hour and I had bought my bike! I would recommend this dealership for motorcycle shopping. They have good pricing and also good sales staff. Dean helped out with the required accessories and explained all the paperwork in detail. All together I am happy with my buying experience with these guys and i would recommend NY motorcycle!

These guys are the best. My whole experience here was fantastic. Used to go to this dealership a lot with my father back in the 90s. Always knew I'd end up getting a bike. Went in yesterday (4/18/14) and started talking to Slim about buying a bike. Ended up buying some gear for me to get started with the course and go into that. Slim definitely lives up to the reputation as far as the reviews on here go. He was patient and detailed about explaining the process of getting the bike. He let's you know exactly what you're getting into and has the knowledge to help you find the bike you're looking for. Everyone here was down to earth and very approachable. If you're looking for a bike to buy go to Slim. He's got you covered.

I live in the area so I just walked in to NY Motorcycle back in 2005 when I first started riding. I've been a loyal customer ever since. I've since bought three new motorcycles from them. A Kawasaki ZX-6R, Yamaha R1, and Kawasaki Concours 14. First off, they are kind and courteous, unlike other dealerships in the area. They are honest and straight forward, which is what I appreciate most about them. I have always been able to buy my bikes at a fair price that made me happy, and the negotiations have been pleasant and professional. My latest bike was sold to me by Mike (great guy). Also, when you need service, they take care of you. You set up an appointment, and you'll have your bike back quickly. They also price match when it comes to parts, and can get you anything you want. Overall the place is just great and I can't recommend it high enough.

I just bought a new 2014 Kawasaki KLR650 today with $4899 + tax and fees. I have been shopping on line for a long time for this bike and almost decide to buy a 2009 model that has 3290 miles that is asking for $4499. Although the price of this bike was firm but the manager was willing not to charge me 3% credit card payment and free delivery to my NJ home. The sales Jay was very friendly and explain what all other charges are and even showed me how the bike was put together in the shop. Before I walked out of door he stopped me and offer walking through bike's switches and tips to start the engine and how to winterize the bike. Anyone who is interested in buying a bike should stop by this place even you have to take a long drive. The entire transaction is less than an hour. No hassle at all. Highly recommended!

These guys at NY Motorcycle are truly the best I bought my first bike 125 CC Made in China about a month ago after the putting 54 miles on it I out grew it so I bought it back to Jack at NY motorcycle to try and trade it in for something a little bigger. I saw a great Italian 250CC bike I asked Jack how much am I going to loose on the week old bike to my surprise he told me to bring the bike in and just pay the difference which was about $2000.00! I could be happier this bike is red and catches everyone’s eyes. I don’t think any other dealer would have done what these guys did for me. Personally, I dealt with 2 dealers here. Jay and Dean. Both are experts of their trade. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I like the fact that they are patient and take their time to make sure you will be happy on the road. I tried dealing with other dealerships but none are as hospitable and friendly as this one. I was in the market to buy a motorcycle for my husband's birthday in May. We live in Queens and New York Motorcycle has been around for years! My husband and I wanted to shop around and we ended up coming back to New York Motorcycle. We had spoken with Mike previously about purchasing the 2013 FZ8 Yamaha motorcycle. When we went back on May 16, 2013, Mike was there and both him and Vincent were able to get me 100% financing with not out of pocket expenses to purchase the bike for my husband! Mike is great! His customer service is excellent and he is very knowledgeable, patient and knows how to treat his customers and make sure they get what they want.Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we got what we wanted! We where able to get the bike and have it delivered the same evening! Both my husband and I are very happy with our purchase and the excellent customer service that Mike provided to us! I bought my Ninja 300 SE around end of July 2014. I walked in and was greeted by Jay. I asked him about the Ninja 300. He let me get on it to get a feel of the bike while he held on to it. I had the bike delivered to my home in NJ. We were in constant communication and kept me up to date as much as possible. Jay is highly recommended - a gentleman and a scholar! New York Motorcycle was one of the dealerships on my checklist; it turns out it was the only dealership I checked out.

Worked with Jay here in July 2017 to pick buy an ultra-rare 2013 RSV4 Factory SBK. Saw a bike on their website and did everything we could prior to me showing up at the site to make the visit as short as a quick signing and riding away. It was for a pre-owned machine and they went as far as tracking down the original parts that the previous owner removed and shipped them to me free of cost. Top shelf buying experience, fantastic customer service, and friendly staff. Best motor-vehicle buying purchase of my life. I had a good experience here. Just bought a Kawi z900RS - had to order it as it wasn't in stock anywhere. The guys (Arnold in Sales, Jack the Manager) were very nice and down to earth. Figured I'd go there, sit down and talk about the bike, since phone call's often can be interpreted as not a serious buyer. I was offered a better deal than I hoped for, right off the bat. They got me exactly the bike I wanted as quickly as possible, and worked with me to have it dropped off the night before the January Blizzard, as I was unavailable for days afterwards. I recently purchased a new 2013 Ninja 650 from NY Motorcycle. The overall experience was very good; got a great deal and great service after making the purchase and before pickup. After calling other dealerships who did not have some new models I was interested in in their showrooms, I reached out to these guys and got connected to Dean in sales who said they had what I was looking for. He was very helpful upon arrival. I was frustrated by the attention to detail from some of the staff: I had done a lot of research on OEM and aftermarket parts for the 650 finding very limited options, and to my surprise during my first visit the staff promised that a rack mount and top case were available for the 2013. However, when I returned to finalize the purchase, a closer look when I actually wanted to select the parts showed that this was not true. At points some of the staff seemed disinterested in helping me solve what I was after. However, upon meeting the manager, he promised that they would seek the parts and help figure out how to get a rack mounted. The manager was very impressive and sealed the deal for the purchase (five stars)! I ended up finding options for a rack mount that would require minor modifications, frame sliders, and lowering link, which I shipped to them for install. In the end it was probably a better deal for me than overpriced manufacturers parts (that don't exist). Ultimately, I got great service to get what I wanted. During the week of final sale I was very impressed with the attention I received from Dean. We corresponded daily on the status of the parts, what custom modifications would be needed for the rack mount, and they worked hard to get me rolling a week later and out the door with a new bike! I was expecting I may have to chase status updates, but that was not the case; I felt Dean was on top of it and he'd reach out to me to let me know if they were on track. Very happy with assembly and the modifications required for the rack mount; I've observed no issues (except for a loose turn signal wire, which was a cinch to fix). Overall, I am very pleased with NY Motorcycle and plan on going out of my way to have service from them. I recommend asking for Dean in sales, and if you get a chance to meet the manager, you will be impressed! The only thing that holds me back from an 'five stars' rating is the unimpressive parts experience. Otherwise, I am more than happy with my new purchase!

Just Bought my second bike from them in 3 years. Customer service is great here and you are treated like they value your business, which is not that common in NYC. The service dept is very good, but kind of expensive. At least you can trust them to do a good job.

John at service knows how to take care of his customers. I had my bike ECU reflashed per Yamaha corporate's bulletin, John followed up with me on availability prior to the work and after I got home. I've had this bike for over a year. Bought it new and got a good deal from them too. I also had them install a new rear tire. They did good job balancing and everything. I'm definitely going back to them I'm ready to get an R1.

I finance a 2017 z900 leftover. I liked the bike since it was my first bike in 13yrs. Salesman didn’t want to give me a better price but said, they don’t charge freight on bike but they did. Almost 4 month past, I outgrew the bike so I went back to them n said I wanna trade my bike for zx10r, what can you do?. He said he’ll give me 5k n he’ll give me the zx10r for 13+k plus tax. Well it came out to well over 18k. So I went to another dealer in Brooklyn. I new the guys at prospect Yamaha as I bought a bike there years ago. They called the same bank that ny motorcycle did. While I was at prospect the other dealer found out and started calling and calling. They called a few times until I decided to answer. Now they wanted to give me a better price plus said they’ll give me free stuff. Well I decided to deal with prospect they had 2019 n 2018 zx10r. Although ny motorcycle matched there price prospect also went lower, I decided to go with 2018 zx10r for really good deal. Prospect is not a bad place to buy buy if they would’ve gave me a good deal from the beginning, I wouldn’t have gone to another dealer.

But after visiting several shops in New York and New Jersey, I had to write this to show my respect for New York Motorcycle and the staff. I was working with Slim who was great to work with. I knew exactly what I wanted, he made it happen. I was also working with another guy who's name I did not learn for the financing, and same deal: he politely came and found me in the back wandering around to give me updates as I waited for the paperwork to go through. No hard sell here, just knowledgable guys. Slim was the only one to give me actual specifics on the bike I was buying- details specific to that model that none of the other shops told me about. I was looking for a specific bike so I talked to all of the shops about this model, some of them had no real idea- I guess a dual sport isn't exactly the most desired type here in NYC. Thanks guys!

I found out about New York Motorcycle because I bought a Groupon for a Linhai scooter. I'm very glad I did. I came into the shop for the first time and met Vincent the manager who was very friendly and accommodating. My Groupon number didn't show up immediately, but he took down all the necessary information and explained the process of getting the vehicle ready. He got back to me within a couple of days telling me that everything was sorted out and I could come back at any time to finalize the paperwork and get the scooter. I had many questions and he was always prompt to respond by email. The second time I came back he wasn't in, so a salesman Mike helped me out. He was very helpful and got right up to speed with my situation. He helped me process my insurance (which was my first time and is not the most straightforward process) and sort out all other paperwork as well as picking out a helmet. There was a minor issue with not having the right license plate available, so he offered to process the paperwork with the DMV and let me know when the plate was in. Then he and Vincent arranged to have the scooter delivered to my place once it was all ready, so I didn't have to be inconvenienced to come out again since I live over an hour from the shop. Overall, a great shop and great customer service from the two people I had the pleasure to interact with. Check this place out.

So I had been kicking around the idea of picking up a brand new atv. I have purchased used in the past and it always worked out, but I just needed to experience a brand new bike. First place I looked was NY Motorcycle in Queens Village. I knew what I wanted before I even walked through the door, and luckily my man Jay was there to help me out. I told him what I was interested in which was a 2014 Kawasaki KFX 450R and he said no problem. After a quick conversation about how I would be paying, he secured my financing and I was ripping it up in less than a week. He was always honest and up front, which is all you can ask for from a salesman. He kept in touch with me before, during, and after my wait to keep me informed every step of the way. Like I said before I didn't know how this experience would work out, but I will confidently say I'll be back to pick up a new King Quad sooner than later.

This is by far the best dealership I've been to. I'm a new rider but I've done a lot of research and been to a bunch of different dealerships. A lot of other places make false promises and never live up to their claims. Everything New York Motorcycle said they would do or could do, they did!! I originally came in to look at a Ninja ZX6R with the intention of possibly upgrading within a year but they gave me a deal I just couldn't say no to. Vincent, the manager, was very professional and made negotiations extremely easy. At other places there was a lot of back and forth. They don't try to pressure you into doing anything you don't want to, but they work very hard for your business. Vincent gave me the best deal on my trade in and the best price on a new Ninja ZX6R. I was skeptical because the price seemed almost too good to be true but thankfully it wasn't. The financing was exactly what I was told it would be as well, 0% for tier 1. A few months before at another dealership I was told 0% was available for the model I was interested in for tier 1, I went through all the paperwork and applied for the loan only to find out 5.95% was the best available interest rate for tier 1!! I wasted my time and theirs. My salesman, John Schultzy was very accommodating. He was worried about me riding home a supersport with brand new tires for the first time in cold weather so he pushed it across the street to face the direction I was going so that I could get used to the bike and the tires could warm up a little before I had to make any sharp turns. It was very appreciated. The little things mean a lot and New York Motorcycle goes above and beyond. They were even able to transfer the adapter for my heated jacket from my old bike to the new one at no additional charge. Needless to say, I was very happy with my experience here. They more than exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend New York Motorcycle to anyone looking to buy or look at a motorcycle.

Had the best experience I've had at any dealership here. AJ Jones and Vinny the manager really did everything they could to help me out. I got screwed by RoostPowerSports in Connecticut when I traded my 2011 YZ450F that was a brand new leftover, right off the showroom floor in march for the 2013 YZ250F. After I made the trade, they told me they would be able to get a duplicate title through New York, which was false, and was unable to get an MSO for it. When I tried asking if I could just bring the bike back and get my 450 back, they told me it was sold. After taking a look at the 250f at home after the trade, I noticed a spot where the engine casing was JB welded (from a hole I'm assuming) and the bike creaked when braking and leaked fuel. New York Motorcycle crew was doing everything possible to get me that duplicate MSO and give me peace of mind. They went way out of their way to help me out. If the opportunity comes for me to buy a new bike, it will only be through this dealer. The manager Vinny is incredibly fair, and AJ Jones was more than willing to help me get to the "price is right" point on a new KX450F. Couldn't ask for a better crew to do business with honestly. These guys helped me get my new YZ450F back from RoostPowerSports and get them to take their old POS bike back. I even offered to buy these guys lunch, and their reply was, "They were just happy to help out, even if I wasn't there to buy a new bike in the end."
