Highly recommend this place. I was a little intimidated walking in here at first because of the badass vibes Harley gives off and because I’ve literally never stepped foot inside a Harley store before (previous bike was a Triumph). Glad I did because as soon as I stepped in, Marvin (sales rep), greeted me kindly and helped me find the perfect bike! The rest of the staff were awesome too and helped along the way which I really appreciated. You guys definitely have yourself a loyal client now!

Such A positive experience from start to finish! From the 1st phone call to riding out the dealership, it was seamless. My salesman, Mathew, listened to everything i had to say about what i wanted with my next bike.. i wasn’t misguided or misinformed, he was straight to the point, and made it an awesome experience. I chose A 18 road king special Black on black! knew what upgrades i wanted, being as knowledgeable as he was, he moved me in the right direction, he heard what i wanted and produced exactly that! Long story short. This dealership dropped the ball, but one employee took ownership and made things right, and it's because of him that I'll continue to do business there. It's fair to say that I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at this dealership between bikes and parts. For example, my latest Harley has well over $20,000 custom paint, parts, etc. all purchased at this specific dealership. I dropped my bike off well a year ago as of writing this review - September 6th, to be exact- It was just delivered today. Yes, I waited for a YEAR for work to be finished on my bike. A year ago, I dropped my bike off to: - Perform the scheduled service - Change out the handlebars - Powdercoat a shorter riser set (and install them) - Paint a headlight visor and side cover - Install a new set of wheels that I ordered - Change the derby cover I was informed that it would take a few weeks and that the job was easy to accomplish. A week into the build, I inquired about the price of an air-ride installation as well. The person managing the parts counter provided me an estimate for the total job via phone, and I approved it. In January, the parts manager sent me a photo of the bike's progress, and it'd been sitting dismantled in the same condition for three months. Concerned, I asked about the progress, and she said the power coater was backlogged with work and couldn't get to the parts I had requested power coated. I consider myself a pretty patient person, and I wasn't angry at the time. I realized mistakes happen, and while there should have likely been other solutions, I made up my mind that a motorcycle wasn't a priority, it was winter, and chose not to take offense. Pre-COVID, the bike still had not been worked on. And then this dealership laid off the person who was in charge of project managing the motorcycle. Months went by without an email, phone call, or any information regarding the progress whatsoever. In June, I received a phone call from Harley asking for me to remit payment for the work that was still yet to be completed. Baffled by request, I explained the situation and my confusion to the person on the other end of the phone, and he mirrored my sentiment and confusion. It was then I realized who it was - Darnell. The salesmen I'd run into dozens of times at the dealership before. Darnell, who wasn't a service advisor, parts specialist, or frankly anyone I expected to be calling regarding service, was now in charge of managing the work on my bike. Darnell took the initiative to listen to my frustrations, took ownership of the progress, and worked alongside Ed (the service manager) to get the work done on my bike. When everyone else 'dropped the ball,' Darnell was there to pick it up and make things right. I want to thank Darnell and Ed for making things right and putting up with my frustrations. While it wasn't your fault, you took ownership of an otherwise unfortunate situation and made it better. So, thank you.

John Graf was amazing!!! I live in Florida and was looking for a CVO road glide and could not find one anywhere. I got on the phone and started calling around and searching the Internet without any luck. A couple weeks later JOHN calls me and asked me if I was ready to come pick up my bike. to my surprise they got one in and he contacted me right away! Not only did he take very good care of me but also shipped it to me in Florida. First class service! John you rock!! thank you so much for all of your help I love my new ride!

My dealership closed (Miracle Mile) and I was transferred to this dealership. I had to do a warranty claim on a luggage day bag & my motorcycle was leaking oil from the top rocker box and was making loud popping noises. Even though I didn’t purchase the motorcycle (2016 Street Bob), extended service plan for pre-owned motorcycle and the bag from this dealership, they still took great care of me. The staff was very friendly and excellent helping me get these issues resolved quickly. But what really stood out was the service to my motorcycle. The mechanic who worked on my motorcycle name was Mike and he was Awesome! He did a fantastic job fixing my motorcycle. I dropped it off Wednesday morning and it was ready in 24 hours. The motorcycle is riding better now then when I bought it 2 years ago. I highly recommend this dealership and if you get your bike serviced here be sure to ask that Mike does the work on your motorcycle!

I just wanted to say the last two years made it difficult in getting a smile of surprise out of my three little boys. When my oldest Maxie was turning 8 years old his only wish was for a Motorcycle. I knew he was too young for a real motorcycle, but his heart was set, and I asked show me a motorcycle in hopes of a glimpse of what would make him happy. Maxie showed me a person riding a Harley Davidson. I knew nothing about Motorcycles. And never really went into a Harley Davidsons show room. However, since this was for Maxie and it was his birthday, I generated the courage and reached out to the Harley Davidson in Long Island City and took a chance. Elizabeth originally greeted me on the phone, and I started to speak from my heart (I almost felt like I was rambling) about doing something special for my son and she said with sincere empathy “Don’t you worry, I got you” after a few minutes on hold she patched me to Derek (the sales manager) and then I continued to explain that it’s for my son. I said “It’s Maxies’ Birthday, and that he turned 8, he loves Motorcycles, and I don’t know what to do.” Derek eased my concerns and asked, “How soon can you be here?” Not knowing what to expect on such short notice I repeated “Today, you can do something today on his birthday?” Derek said “Yes, but can you be here before 4 PM?” I need to admit we arrived after 4PM because the traffic and weather, and I completely was ready for everyone to be packed up as it was Saturday and sure they had families of their own. But the whole Harley Davidson Team was there as they waited for us outside in the rain for us to show, and when we announced ourselves that we were here that’s when John (the other sales manager) extends a warm greeting and smile and said lets go inside. Bridget (the clothes manager) smiled at Maxie and his twin brothers and said “let’s pick you three up some complementary shirts and other good stuff”. Adrian (the Service Technician) gently helped all three of my boys climb a Harley of their own and with their tiny hands grip the throttle and imaging the experience of the Harley Davidson dream and the feeling of power, the hum, and the confidence of a True Genuine Built American Craftsmanship every kid should feel. I just wanted to say Thank You to the “New York City Harley Davidson” Family and I genuinely encourage every parent, family, or just the curious to experience a place where you can feel the passion for a family friendly customer service atmosphere, and that the only thing you left behind was your worries. The persistent follow up calls regarding the status of the parts he ordered for my service were relieving being that I didn’t have to chase him down to get updates. The new text message system he used is so convenient in today’s tech savvy world. When I arrived at Harley Davidson Phil welcomed me with open arms. I recently ordered a set of switch housing parts to chrome out my hand controls unfortunately it took them over a month and a half to get my parts to me when they told me I would have them within 5 to 10 days I was very upset when I called I was told due to Covid I have to wait without even checking or requesting part numbers for me I requested to speak to a manager I was clicked off at the switchboard two weeks after that I decided to call back but I still didn’t have my parts and a young woman picked up the phone by the name of Andie I explained my situation to her that’s when she began to tell me about the new structure in new management I appreciate someone talking to me and telling me what was going on she asked me to hold on while she look for my parts to my surprise she was on the phone within two minutes to tell me to come pick up my parts that they were there I immediately left to go pick up parts unfortunately one of the items I had ordered the switch cap covers had not arrived so she took my number down and told me that she would call me to notify me when they came again I was taken aback by a customer service a few days later I received a call that my part had arrived so I proceeded to go by to pick it up upon doing so I went by Andie front desk to thank her and Express my appreciation for her commitment to her job. My previous experience wasn’t an experience that I want to remember, by her showing just a little compassion and a whole Lotta customer care I took it upon myself to have to write this review because I tip my hat to her! you should have more employees like Andie working there it only takes one bad employ to ruin it for the rest. Needless to say I left the Harley dealership with a smile knowing that when I go back I can count on Andie to make sure I get the customer care I deserve.

The service department is incredible. Ed, Sid, Darnell, are great!! HOWEVER, the person handling the merchandise at this location doesn’t seem to have any clue or care about what local customers want. They have all the basic style merch in store if you’re just looking for something that says New York City, and the quality is good... but there really isn’t many cool shirt design options like other HD dealers in the area offer. There are not enough larger sizes in stock. And there is no merch selection for kids. I have multiple friends who’ve been told what they want won’t sell. Really?! You can’t even try?? Do not waste your time going here for merch, service dept only. Tribeca (even Long Island, Staten Island) have way cooler selections.

First time ever we were greeted at the door and taken to where we wanted to go. Michaelangelo was fantastic, remembered our names and then thanked us for coming in today. Bridget at the merchandise counter was super friendly and had no problem finding us what we wanted and in our sizes. It is nice to see that they are trying to change the culture. I recently went to Harley to look at a new bike and find out my options with selling the one I currently owned. Literally from the moment I pulled up to the curb Matthew was extremely informative!! I spoke with him about what I was looking to do and he was so awesome right from the very beginning! He went over the bike I was interested in literally down to the nut and bolt! He didnt skip a beat! He was just as excited about the bike as I was lol! He then directed me to Andre who throughly explained my options and really helped guide me in the best direction that would work best for me. They were so patient and answered all my questions with no issues! I ended up selling them my bike, which they gave me more then expected and buying the bike I wanted!!! I would reccomend this Harley Dealership to anyone because of the excellent customer service experience with Matthew and Andre! They were with me every step of the way and made my experience there great! The dealership was really busy that day, into the evening, but they made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting because there were a few others buying bikes. When all was said and done they even waited outside with my bike while I walked my girlfriend to her car and watched me pull away on my bike just as excited about the whole experience as me!!!! Excellent customet service.. I went to LIC Harley in Queens NY. I received awesome service from Phil. The service write up guy and Darnell. These guys talk to people on a personal level trying to help quickly and efficiently. First I have to tell everyone in Parts, Service, and Technicians are great. The logic of not working on older bikes does escape me. As a retired car guy with over 20 years in Parts and Service I understand working on older product, even just changing a light bulb, can turn into a nightmare on several fronts. Those of us with older bikes, some have older and newer bikes, are now going to local shops. Basic maintenance parts ate being purchased at HDNYC. Major parts are being purchased at after-market retailers. I just dropped $1,500 on parts at an aftermarket retailer and had my rims and wheels in 3 days. The HD warehouse has trouble getting a bolt to HDLIC in less than a month. This conversation has not spoken to impulsive retail clothing and miscellaneous sales. We are not browsing the sales floor. So those tops, gloves, glasses, must have low travel rates. Ok, that was my 2 cents. Thx.

What can I say about this place? I was driving from the city and saw it from the corner of my eye and decided to park my car and walk in. Seeing all those beautiful bikes lit something in me I didn’t know I had. The staff was amazing. They made me feel at home. Darnell was a great help picking my first bike. He was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the perfect bike for a then noobie like me. Gretchen from the clothes department hooked me up with great riding gear and helped me navigate to all the things I needed to start my HOG riding journey. Jim the sales manager was very thorough and explained everything that I was signing. Daniel from the parts department put up with me over the summer and always had a smile on his face. Once I was ready for a bigger bike Darnell was crucial in helping me pick the perfect second bike. This place has become very special to me. I joined the HOG chapter associated with this dealership and made a lot of awesome friends. Everyone treats you like a brother. I can't say I've ever enjoyed a purchase experience like the one at NYC Harley Davidson. What an amazing way to spend a few hours! I didn't want to drive all the way from Bellport to Queens on a sunny April Saturday morning - but a confirmation call the day before from Gaby, an inside sales person there, made me feel like they were expecting me. I got there and looked around a bit and then Marvin, a very helpful sales person, showed me some of the new and used bikes – but I was really there to test ride a Sportster 48. I was pretty sure I wouldn’t like the Sportster 48 but a minute in to a test ride with MichaelAngelo, the assistant sales manager, through the side streets of Long Island City – with Manhattan in the background – I was sold. I had barely even gotten the words, “test ride” out of my mouth and MichaelAngelo had a helmet on and was heading to the door. MichaelAngelo is an awesome riding partner – his enthusiasm for Harley Davidson is something you can feel and riding with him was just plain fun. It made the low slung seat, aggressive riding position, and sound of the Evo engine feel like I owned the bike already. I can say at no point in the process did I feel like I was being sold to. You might think that a Harley Davidson dealership rests on the strength of the brand name and aura of the bikes to generate sales – but the entire sales, service, parts, apparel & finance team at NYC Harley Davidson works hard to give you a very unique experience. I know because they take you around to meet staff in each department as part of the purchase process. Very cool - who does that? If you prefer to have your bike delivered to your house, MichaelAngelo himself takes it to you – something I’m looking forward to in the next couple of days. And in return he asks for only a burger and a beer – both Marvin and him are amazing stewards of the NYC Harley Davidson brand. I’m already looking forward to my next purchase there.

Really great place to visit! They have a ton of bikes and gear. I got my motorcycle here and my motorcycle jacket here. The service department is very friendly. They have free coffee and clean restrooms. There's no place like Harley-Davidson and this is really the only full-service dealership in NYC.

I think it’s worth visiting, especially from outside the area, but would suggest visiting the Queens Outlet also if you have the time. They are both large and are very different spaces.
