I recently had the pleasure of visiting a dealership that had an amazing collection of motorcycles, all separated by brand. From the moment I called about the Yamaha MT09 SP, I was impressed with the level of service I received from Katherine M. She was able to provide me with all the information I needed over the phone as well, and when I arrived at the dealership, I was able to find her easily. Katherine was full of energy, very friendly, and exceptionally professional. She took the time to show me the bike and answer all of my questions without ever pushing me to make a purchase. We had a great time, and I was really happy that Katherine was the one who picked up the phone and helped me. Even when I had a little problem, she was able to find a way to fix it. She was truly an A+ in all fields. While the dealership was on the expensive side even after negotiations, I found that they had exactly what I needed, so I had to accept the cost. I also received great assistance from Drew S., who was also very experienced. Overall, I want to thank everyone at the dealership for their help in getting me this rare and special bike. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great selection of motorcycles and exceptional customer service.

Great motorcycle store to browse around various brands. They have most of the top brands but no demo is a let down. Katherine was super helpful in providing us the options for a new beginner motorcycle. She was patient and no sales pressure which we liked. 👍 Definitely recommend reaching out to her in this dealership. Unfortunately the motorcycles here are overpriced and the managers were not open to negotiate a good deal even for a cash payment. We were lucky to not close the deal here and saved over $800 with another dealership without even negotiating. 🤷

Best sales and service team I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The buying experience at the Motorcycle Mall is a cut above the rest. It’s literally a mall full of motorcycles and atv’s. Great place to buy motorcycle from . Thomas Yoo ,Johny and Marshall O'Keefe were amazing. I am new to the motorcycle world so I changed my mind like 50 times (ok 100 ..) . I was there 3 days. They were super professionals and Thomas really helped me focus on the unit I want and I am so happy now that i bought the Kawasaki Ninja 1000sx. He suggested that motorcycle and I am happy he did . I also got better price than market price so I am happy . they have huge selection so it should be at least your starting point if you want to see big variety and not only in computer screen with model you can't feel. For example they have on the floor the Honda 750 DCT and the 1100. THey have the kawasaki cruise 700cc 900cc and 1700cc - this covers all sizes available - so you get almost every size that exist . of course there are internal flavors and sub models in each size but no one can carry every model.

Late post but I bought a 2022 Sea Doo RXT-X 300 from Kimberly in November of 2022, when I tell you how she made the transition very easy, it's an understatement. She was able to get me a fair market price when every other dealership was trying to rip me off, she even informed me of a special deal Sea Doo was running on new ski's. Even after making the sale she follows up with me to make sure I am getting proper help from the service department and scheduling my maintenance for me, SAVING ME TIME !

Just picked up a KLX300 from motorcycle mall. Had a good experience there from walking in to walking out. Slim was honest and upfront with me we went over pricing, options,and bikes. The management team there also was honest. listen its a business there not there to give bikes away. do your homework on pricing , inventory and availability go in prepared.but i will tell you they did give me the best price around hands down out the door price was better then any dealer i called. Fist off, let me start by saying that purchasing my very first motorcycle from Motorcycle Mall was by far, THE most pleasant experience that I’ve ever had with regards to purchasing a …. HANDS DOWN. Prior to discovering this establishment, I had visited my local bike shop on a couple of occasions. Each time I visited, I was totally ignored by staff (during both visits, I was the ONLY customer in the shop), and had engage the sales staff ( who seemed totally uninterested in making a sale ) to show me their offerings. I also reached out to another popular Philly area bike shop for an online quote and never heard back from them. I reached out to Motorcycle Mall online and I received a call from Tom the very next day! I informed Tom of the bikes that I looked at on their site and that I’d be in the next morning to take a look at them. Sure enough, I showed up the next morning and Tom was there to greet me. I was totally impressed with the facility, and the staff was super friendly. This place has an abundance of bikes and all the gear and mods you could possibly want. Tom took his time with me and was kind enough to show me each and every bike that I showed interest in, allowing me to sit on each one while talking me through the finer points of each bike. In total, I believe Tom showed me about 7 bikes (probably more). At no time did I feel rushed and Tom was sure to give me his full and undivided attention. After about an hour and a half I had my heart settled on a 2020 BMW F900R, that had only 579 miles on it! The buying process was painless and I am 100% satisfied with my purchase! The shop performed the bikes first service and had the it delivered to my home in Philadelphia. It just doesn’t get any easier than that! If I ever decide to buy another bike, I’m going straight back to Motorcycle Mall. If I need anything for my bike, I’m going back to Motorcycle Mall. Good customer service is hard to come by, and I was totally impressed by the experience I had. Tom thanks again for everything!

I've visited Motorcycle mall on a few prior occasions but never picked up anything. This last time I had a trade in, they gave me zero hassle for the trade in, they gave me what I asked for on the trade in, no problem. I picked up a beautiful 2023 Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R KRT Edition that wasn't even on the floor, they prep the bike in a very timely manner. Everyone I interacted with was very kind, they didn't rush me or try to sell me something I didn't want. Everyone was patient with me, answered all my questions, especially Kim. She and I communicated via email, text and phone numerous times before we made the deal. Kim gave me all my options, possibilities and time to make my decision. She was very kind, she listened to what I was asking for and to what I was looking for in all aspects of our interactions regarding the purchasing process. I have to say I'm a very happy customer. We had a very good experience at Motorcycle Mall. Katt was our sales representative when looking at and purchasing our 2022 Yamaha XMAX scooter. She was super sweet, always smiling, never pushy and efficiently answered any of our inquiries. ToniAnn in the apparel division was super sweet as well. She was very patient with us as we tried on numerous helmets and never once displayed a negative attitude. She had answers to all of our questions regarding safety gear without needing to “find out and get back to us”. Paul at the parts counter was very helpful in assisting us with ordering accessories that we wanted for the XMAX. He demonstrated a great level of patience with all the questions we had and even reached out to Yamaha Tech Support directly for additional information. Charlie in the service division is awesome. He provided us with a lot of information regarding the important first service on our XMAX and displayed a great level of patience. He even let us take a peek at their service load and part of their shop from a safe, allowable distance, which was pretty cool!! Even their finance division was great and not pushy at all with any extras. We apologize as we forget the very kind woman's name who assisted us there!! (even though Katt reminded us)

I’ll save other waverunner shoppers the time. $2,200 for single place Karavan trailer- can be found for $2-400 less elsewhere. $2195 for freight- extremely high do your homework. $1900 for prep- again, extremely high I urge you to do your homework These are the highest freight and prep fees I’ve seen in all of NJ. Sales associate did seem courteous on the phone but these prices are offensive.

I would give 10 stars if it were possible. Eddy help me have an amazing experience buying my first motorcycle. Plans for that day were only to look around and get an idea of the process and choosing the right motorcycle. After looking around I was approached by eddy whom was friend and knowledgeable. He helped me on every step of the process from choosing the right motorcycle to choosing proper gear. If you are planning on stopping by the motorcycle mall i highly recommend asking for eddy! Wonder what he looks like? just look at the picture!

Thanks to Shayne in sales, Nyreen in accessories, and Kim in finance for making my motorcycle purchase (the beautiful black Triumph pictured) a great experience. Each of these three employees spent ample time answering my many questions, and they were all a pleasure to deal with. Really top notch, perhaps the best I've dealt with at any dealership I've ever been to. Sadly I had a bit of an issue with my Street Triple being overfilled with oil by the service team. I inspected it after purchase (per the methods in the owner's manual) and ended up removing a quantity of excess oil with a syringe to prevent engine damage. And while this was certainly an upsetting find, in fairness, a quick Googling shows that overfilled engine oil is a common issue for the Triumph 675 Street Triple and Daytona bikes due to the awkward dipstick design. But I was annoyed, and I spoke with Mike about it, and I think he handled it very well. Eventually we agreed to call it water under the bridge. MM specializes in many brands, but Triumph isn't one of them -- I don't think you'd run into any problems with most of the other bike brands there. As a final note, I'm very happy to see a family-owned business prospering in this day and age. My experience had its ups and downs, but was overall positive. As they say, your mileage may vary. Maybe give MM a visit and see how it goes. And of course, ride safe.

I purchased an ultra 310 Jet ski was happy with the purchase. Was competitively priced and everything was as promised. I have my ski winterized and summerized by them. They even check my trailer and grease it. I recently had trouble with my motor ( known Kawasaki issue with ‘15s). Had my ski summerized in May and they told me motor needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Jonathan has been great. * Update * I got a call back my jet ski is now torn apart, the parts ordered and will be warrantied. Should have it back soon. Thank you guys !

After a very heated discussion with the owner of that bike shop I called Motorcycle Mall and spoke with Moses who not only honored my negotiated price but also convinced the owner to sell his own personal bike.
