Came here in Grand opening day on May 4th and was greeted by Big Lew who ultimately sold me my brand new Iron 883! They didn't have the bike I wanted in the color I asked for in stock so they ordered it for me. Big Lew made it a very easy buying process and I picked up my bike within 2 weeks! He answered every question I had and informed me of everything else I needed to know. Everyone here in the Staten Island Harley Davidson dealership treated me with respect and made me feel like family. They even invited me for breakfast! I’ve been going to the new location for over a year now. Frank in parts and Tim in service have been great every time I’ve needed something, going the extra mile to take care of things. Finally brought my FXDX here to fix some bent fork tubes. Was worth schlepping all the way from Brooklyn after $800+ spent at a certain shop in my borough failed to fix the problem (but kept the bike for 2-3 mos). Work here was done on time and on budget and they were professional all around.
