I’ve now purchased 2 motorcycles from Empire, a 2020 RKS and this beautiful 2006 Softail Deluxe! Although this dealer is over an hour away and I have others much closer, they treat you right and always work to earn your business and respect! Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with, kept constant contact with me, explained everything, made the sale process easy and speedy to ensure everyone was happy…. Went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I felt comfortable with the bike and offered multiple test drives if needed to make sure I was a happy customer. 1 test ride was all that was needed. Angel the Sales Manager I worked with to make the deal happen was great and very responsive. Jeff in finance had everything ready and organized, kept the finance process smooth and short! Mike Nespolini I never had a motorcycle before but was curious about the Live Wire. Mike put me totally at ease. His deep knowledge about the bike and his calm compassionate bearing gave me confidence about making the leap. He answered all of my questions about the bike and motorcycling in general. Tyler took me to amazing test ride, answered all my questions and gave me great ideas what to modify on the bike. He also helped mi install my mirrows and make some ergo adjustments, he is amazing!!! Best Harley dealership in the NYC area, hands down! I’ve had Empire work on my bike twice now and each time has been an absolute breeze. Andy in parts even went out of his way to try and get some specific parts for my bike. They were transparent about the process and what to expect and when I came in the first time with a pretty unique request, they worked with me to think through how to make it work. Customer since 2013, the sales department has always been great and service was constantly improving. Until now, I had a very unpleasant experience. I called to get my motorcycle inspected "28 point inspection " they call it. I spoke to John in service before booking the appointment and he quoted me 1 hr labor. When I came in, obviously he didn't know who I was, He was very rude, unwelcoming and seemed bothered that I was there to give him my business, after I told him what I needed he told me to make an appointment for the week after and to pay 1.5 hours of labor. It really sounded like he just made up that number as the other maintenance person looked at him with hesitation. How unprofessional that he would do that. Even the way he spoke to other maintenance technicians was derogatory and unprofessional. He was secretive when talking to the mechanic inspecting my bike and I heard him say that they'll ask me to add some kind of service in a shady way. Bad experience in customer service and very dishonest and rude service department.

I visited several Harley dealerships in New York, New Jersey and Florida over the course of a couple of months and decided to go with Empire because I got the best deal on my trade in and final purchase price for an Iron 883 thanks to Pete in sales. I first found the bike I was looking for, the LiveWire on the website. I submitted an inquiry and shortly after I received a text and call from Luis. We chatted about the used Harley branded LiveWire and a new LiveWire One in stock. Luis invited me to come down and check the bikes out in person. Over the phone, Luis was very friendly, knowledgable and polite. I came down a few days later and was greeted by another team member that was very pleasant. I asked for Luis and he came right up. Luis was absolutely amazing and knowledgable. He catered to what I was looking for and showed me some other recommendations which was awesome. Luis took the time to line up the bikes I was looking at next to each other to make it easier for me to compare side by side. Shortly after, Angel came over and introduced himself. Angel started talking with my about which I would prefer, the used Harley branded LiveWire or the new LiveWire One. I told him I really wanted the Harley branded LiveWire for my first bike. He said he was going to write up some numbers and came back shortly. Luis continued to go over the features of the LiveWires. Angel came back and was able to get me a great deal on the used Harley LiveWire that was definitely in my budget. I was so thankful he was able to do that for me. Shortly after they brought me over to Geoff who was amazing. He gave me all the financing options and worked out a monthly price that worked for me with the extended warranty. The next day came back to finalize some paperwork was introduced to the team with an amazing intro with the song and the bell! Luis introduced me to Heather who helped register me for the rewards program. She was so nice and very knowledgeable with the merchandise in the store. Kyle came over and introduced himself. Although I didn't work too much with Kyle, he was so nice and polite. I clearly saw he cared about my overall experience. He was so passionate. Rachel came over and had me sign some DMV paperwork. She was so nice and polite. She instantly connected with my wife and I. Lastly I asked Luis for a cover for the bike and he brought my over to Andy. He was such an amazing and chill guy. They were out of stock of the cover, so he helped order one for me. Overall, the team at Empire Harley Davidson is amazing. They are all so welcoming, knowledgable and passionate. I cannot wait to go back for events. UPDATE: I worked with Charlie and John helped at the parts desk. They helped me order a new set of keys for my bike. I bought my bike used and it only came with one key, so I wanted to get another one. Charlie and John were able to look up the info for me and order a new set of keys. They were also able to answer questions I had too. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at Empire Harley-Davidson. I would definitely recommend coming here.

From John in Parts to Sal in sales talk about a no pressure sales experience not only did they take the time to explain things to ensure I was happy with my choices but they offered to stay late and accommodate my crazy work schedule. Then he walked me over to John who explained the options of my stage 1 modifications and they even offered to start one of the other bikes with the pipes I was considering so I could hear them. "Back in 2017 I traded in my 2016 Iron 883 to Empire Harley for a 2017 Low Rider. I felt it was time to trade in my 2017 Low Rider for a 2022 Low Rider S and can tell you that their service and attention to detail I received from both Tyler and Angel was bar none the best! I told them exactly what I wanted to do, and they worked with me on hunting down the exact bike I desired..! The day the bike was announced Tyler text me letting me know it was coming the next day which I appreciate because the 2022 Low Rider S was a very unique and sought after bike..if I didnt get that follow up message from Tyler, I would have had to wait months or more to get that bike! I was the first to the dealership and saw the bike right off the truck..! First to sit on it, first to turn it on..prob the first in NY! Angel, the sales manager has always been a gentleman over the years in my dealings with him and offered me a great price for my 2017 Low Rider, going above and beyond to give me the most for my bike which I cherished which made it easier for me to afford the new Low Rider. It was a seamless process and couldnt ask for anything more..their service was genuine, no pressure and friendly. "Hi, The team at Empire Harley was tasked with servicing my two old Sportsters, a 2000 XL1200S and a 2001 883R, from both a maintenance and safety perspective. Please look at everything was my request. Even though the tires had decent tread remaining, they were old and probably dangerous. They recommended replacing along with a brake fluid flush in addition to the normal servicing. The final drive belts were rated at good to go, pretty amazing service life. At the end of the day two motorcycles which run like new were dropped off at my home. The entire process was made easy with consistent clear communication. Empire HD has a strong commitment to excellent service. I am not certain regarding the Team Member, don't recall his last name. :-( But Kudos to him."

My Salesmen were very professional and knowledgeable (Tyler and Pete M). Not like most dealerships where you ask for a quote and then they jump down your throat for your credit score and sign your life away. This place was very punctual from A-Z. They actually listen to requests by customers which I saw through my deal as far as other people being helped. Polite, respectful, and business savvy. Stephanie in the office was very respectful, worked fast and even stayed late just to work on numbers for my deal and the next day when I went in I asked to make it a fast process and I was out the door in less than an hour. "I was recently looking to upgrade from my Yammy 650 to something with a little more power and ability to make in-town runs as well as go interstate. I went in and spoke to Joe Garan, who was very patient and knowledgeable. In the end, he recommended going with a Road King which is a full-fledged tourer or the Heritage which is technically a touring cruiser that can hold it's own going long distances. I test rode both the Road King and Heritage. I loved them both, but ultimately went for the Heritage 114 and I'm glad I did. I love it's versatility, feel and that old-school look that always attracted me to Harley. The staff there at Empire Harley are great. They are super friendly make you feel like family. Joe has been awesome and has called me twice already to see how everything was going with the bike as well as to inform me of upcoming events at the dealership. I had a really strict budget and after some negotiating, the sales management team got me top dollar for my trade-in and a good deal on my new 2021 Heritage. All I can say is I'm super stoked. "

When he finally got his motorcycle license he researched what bike would be best for him and chose the street 500. After searching for some time it was apparent that it would be hard to find a used one - even new ones were hard to come by. One day while looking through the inventory at Empire Harley-Davison he found a used Street 500 with only 4 miles on it! He was super excited and decided to go look at it that very weekend. This past Saturday was my first visit and it was a memorable one! The dealership has such a welcome and friendly environment that I did not want to leave even after I had purchased my first ever motorcycle. Dina was very helpful and took the time to help me find a bike that suited my long arms and legs, as well as my budget. Being that I am a new rider, she was very patient with me and reassured me that there was no such thing as a "stupid" question. Plus her, Angel and the parts department arranged for my bike to be delivered ASAP since I told them that i was not comfortable yet riding a motorcycle on the highway, and being that the dealership is in New Rochelle and I live in CT, I-95 was the only way because I don't know the back roads. She went over all the paper work, every dotted line that i had to sign, and made everything super easy. "My '94 Road King (FLHR) broke down on the Hutchinson River Parkway on my way to a charity ride the next day near Philly. It was Friday afternoon before a 3-day weekend and I was 2+hours from home. All electrical was gone. I got a tow and had the bike taken to the nearest HD dealer, Empire Harley-Davidson, after talking to Seamus. With no idea what the problem was and 90 minutes before closing, I didn't have high expectations that I would be riding the bike any further that day. Seamus welcomed me and got the bike into the system and though I had never been to Empire HD before, he treated me like I was one their best customers. I did leave the bike and found my way home. The following Tuesday I called and Steve let me know they had the bike scheduled for an evaluation on Wednesday, where it was identified that the non-HD battery was swelling and some 3rd party voltage doohicky seemed to be the source of trouble. With a new battery and simply disconnecting the 3rd party box the bike was back alive and running. I said I would be by to pick up the bike the next morning. To their credit they monitored the bike's electrics over night and found the battery was over-charging, so while I waited (I arrived near opening) they replaced the voltage regulator and sent me on my way. If Empire HD was local this would definitely be my shop, the East Hartford HD dealer (nearest me) won't touch my bike because they said it was too old, so I have to go a bit further to another dealer who will. I would recommend this dealer and specifically this service department, with Seamus and Steve, any time; great service and at a very reasonable cost. "

I went to Empire State on my metric bike, because they are near where I moved. They answer the phone when I called, knew exactly what I needed and how much it would cost (nothing major). I expected a little attitude to a non-Harley rider, but they were really good. Interested in my bike, and why I rode it. I was expecting a grey haired, pot bellied old white guy, not a young kid who clearly just loved bikes. While my bikes was getting attention in the back, Luis showed me the great selection of used low-mile bikes, and the new 2020's on the floor. He told me about them, not pushing me to buy. Great service when I needed it, fast attention, and a really interesting show room to wander around and chat if you have time.

Made the mistake of leaving Empire (and Harley) for about 8 months before I came back, and I will never buy from anywhere else ever again. Luis and Angel welcomed me back and treated me like family, like I never left (as did everyone else I dealt with). Stopped at Empire on way home to Long Island to look at trading in my 2017 Black SGS for a 2020 Billiard Burgundy SGS. Several LI dealers had given me a price so I knew exactly where I should be regarding costs. I was greeted by the owner Kyle, who immediately made me feel welcome. A few weeks ago, my 8-year old son and I took a ride to Empire Harley to pick up a part as a favor to my brother. I figured my son would enjoy looking at the motorcycles and maybe I would sneak a few photos of him with the bikes. I decided I needed sissy bar for my T-bag for summer adventures and a cell phone holder and they didn't mind adding them on while servicing the bike. Heather remembered me from previous service time and she asked how did I like the jacket and boots she recommended last time. The parts department was fully stocked and everyone was very polite and eager to answer my questions about pretty much anything. So I’ll start by saying no dealer gets 5 stars because let’s be real... it’s impossible. Empire is way better than it was under the previous owners. Charlie and Al in the parts department are two of the most helpful people you will find there and just all around great guys. Pete the sales manager is another good guy. I’ve done 3 bike purchases with him and he’s a straight shooter. Those 3 guys are why it got 3 stars. The service department... there are some nice guys back there but most have attitude problems AND the last 2 years IN A ROW they tell me the same exact thing when I get an inspection. First year they tell me “we should fail you because you only have 8mm left on your rear tire.” Heres how thats BS... it is a Michelin commander 2 with 4,000 miles of non aggressive riding on it... about a third of the rating. Fast forward to this year. I go to get an inspection and guess what... my rear tire now with about 7,000 miles on it only has, get this, 8mm left. Now these are either the absolute worst or absolute best tires in the world huh?

Had a stripped Oil Pan. Other dealerships said the only way to repair was to replace the crankcase or "Hey why don't you trade your XG500 for a another and ride out today on a new one?". Empire's Service Manager stepped up and talked me though their repair process while at the Harley Officers Training conference. Brought the bike in 2 weeks later on a saturday morning appointment. By little past noon; everything was fixed; No Leaks, Dry as a bone and covered by HD Extended Service Plan. I had been thinking of buying a new Harley for a few years after I gave up riding and got married, house, kid etc. I had heard a lot of horror stories about the previous ownership when it was NewRoc HD. Anyway, I decided to stop by in Sept of 2013, just to take a look. I found a '13 Vrod muscle that was the exact color and specs that I wanted. They made me a great deal so I went for it. I had the bike for a couple of months, but I really felt it was the wrong bike. I wanted more comfort, practicality and I didn't care if I gave up HP. So, come November I decided to test ride a '13 leftover Road Glide Custom. I fell in love with the bike. It handled better than my Vrod once it got moving, enough oomph for me and I loved the radio and storage. Well I spent a few days negotiating with one of the owners, Kyle.
