I had to pleasure of working with Nick. I was riding a 2019 Monster 797 and was just browsing their online inventory. They had the new Streetfighter V2 in stock and I called and got setup to look at it. He was super knowledgeable and made the entire process super easy. I got a good trade in for the bike and left with a huge smile on my face. Nick took his time explaining the whole bike, got my mirrors set, my plates on. It was a great experience. Not only Nick was great but the whole team there is also so friendly and accommodating. Nick took the time to introduce me to Angel the service manager, the parts department, and the apparel/gear department. This is a one stop shop. I will be a patron there even though there are closer Ducati stores to me. Thanks again Nick & the whole team!

After being t-boned on a two-lane highway in Jersey City we brought our Monster 769 to the Ducati of SoHo to be serviced and repaired. This was our first experience working with the Ducati team and - from the moment we pulled up (they opened their doors two hours early) and welcomed us into their store, asking how they could help. From beginning to end, we were treated with the utmost curtsy, respect, attentiveness and overall exceptional customer service. The people who work here are more than professionals. All the employees are riders and have a great passion for what they do. Mike and Angel run an outstanding service department and they did a fantastic job fixing the bike. Took my Ducati monster in for service, it is my daily and I use it for work. I let them know before hand and they said they’ll get it done same day. I was not disappointed. Aside from exceptional service they made me feel very at home and comfortable. Took my bike in on time. Detailed what would be happening during the service etc. They even called mid service to notify me of a recall and to ask if I want that done as well. Mike was the name of the guy helping me, he was extremely busy since the morning when I got there till I left and managed to cooperate and deal with as many costumers as came on top of phone calls and I can only imagine what else. Great team of guys overall. 5 🌟

What an fantastic experience dealing with NYC Ducati. I dealt with Justin for my bike purchase, Mel for gear, Angel for Parts/service and Marco the GM oversaw the whole experience. 10 stars for this team. Not five TEN. From the very moment I walked into the store right up to the moment I left with my bike, I was treated ultra professionally as well as part of the Ducati family. To be honest, I was expecting a snobby experience, but I was WRONG. I am an NYC Ducati client for life now. Nicholas Topolinski was my point of contact. Purchasing across the country can be difficult, specially site unseen. Nick was a true professional throughout the entire process. Great customer service, Gotta speak to Angel in the service department to get anything u want done taken cared of ASAP. I bought my 2018 Ducati Monster Dark from them and they definitely know how to accommodate their customers. From the mechanics to the service department employees, there’s always someone available to answer whatever questions I have. I had a few modifications done on my bike by their mechanics. They tailored the whole process to my budget but still gave me the option to choose both the parts and the style that was best suited. Great set of ppl and it’s a blast to get out and enjoy the good weather riding around NYC.

Justin was the salesman that helped me. I showed interest in the 2022 diavel s and he got me on that diavel. He also treated me good on my trade-ins. Justin is a knowledgeable salesman, who knows how to get the deal done quickly. He even helped me get better insurance, when my own insurance company couldn't. Just purchased a 2019 959 Panigale in Arctic White and couldn’t be more excited. I worked with Jesse throughout the sales process and he was terrific...very accommodating, responsive, and knowledgeable. I thought I received a fair price considering a NYC Ducati dealer. I took fairly quick delivery and paid a reasonable cost for home delivery as well (am awaiting delivery). I hope the service experience is just as good as the sales experience (we’ll see). Go see Jesse for all your Ducati needs. I have only two minor complaints - one of which is the store in the middle of summer is not air conditioned so it can get a bit hot while trying on riding jackets and pants. And the other is I thought the riding gear and apparel they carried was limited to Ducati and some items I liked were not in stock. I didn’t end up purchasing any gear from them, but Jake was very helpful and patient with me so thank you, Jake. So I am a pretty detail-oriented guy...my bike was delivered this past weekend and it looks great, but they could’ve detailed the bike prior to delivery and the tank pad I purchased in-store was left off and needs to be shipped to me instead. They said they would take care of both during the sales process so this is simply about not following through and executing. Am adjusting my rating to 4 stars instead of 5.

The general/finance manager( MARCOS0) handled my paper work and explained everything in about 20mins. I traded a bike so they helped me unload and loaded the new bike into my truck. Friendly professional staff. If a model you are looking for isn't physically available for sale in the showroom, they'll make an effort to find one outside among customer bikes or one in the shop downstairs; and while you obviously can't sit on these they take time to tell you how it rides and let you sit on a comparable showroom model. Good selection of gear as well, usually Ducati-themed Dainese.

I want to start by saying this place is AMAZING!!! I had a couple of parts I needed to install on my V4R, called on a Wednesday and they where able to squeeze me in for service on Friday... although I was not able to confirm the fact I was going to be able to take the bike on that Friday, I reached out to the amazing service via online after hours.... Angel "Hyper" was able to reach out to me a few moments via email.. it shows the dedication, passion and the commitment to their customers!! Once I arrived there on Friday, the moment I stepped inside the store I few welcome and part of a special FAMILY. I was able to meet a lot of people, people who love working with people which is the key to customer service... even though I did not purchased the bike from them (thinking back I wished I did) I was never deprived of not being part of the Ducati family. Can't thank enough Angel for being so detail, insights and honesty. I love this shop they are amazing. The buying experience here was impeccable and I ended buying 2 motorcycles in one year. The first motorcycle I bought was in June 2014 which was a Ducati Monster 796 sold to me by Joe who was very knowledgeable and took his time in explaining the bike to me. He gave me his honest opinion and I was sold on getting the Ducati 796. The second bike I bought was sold to me by Marcos Martinez. He sold me a Ducati Panigale 1199S and I absolutely am in love with this bike! This bike has received so much care and love from the entire staff as Marcos and the team. They helped me do an awesome job of putting this bike together with a custom paint job and parts. After getting the bikes the Service department staff Kerri and Ashley and Parts staff John helped me get all the right parts installed on my bike. They are knowledgeable and have helped greatly in getting my motorcycles set up the way I want. I cant forget the apparel team of Abraham, Caroline and Val who helped me get all the right protective gear and clothing to suit my everyday needs. Had a very good buying experience here. Marcos was my sales rep. He bought my old bike and sold me a new one. I must say I was a bit cautious going to any motorcycle dealership in Manhattan. I expected a bit more attitude from an NYC Ducati dealership. Was pleasantly surprised to find everyone there to be totally attitude free. Personally, this is all it takes to gain my business. I'm sure I could shop around at a million places and find one place saved me a few dollars over the other. I certainly called a few places to get quotes on the bike I was buying. NYC Ducati was not the absolute lowest price I could find but the difference wasn't enough to even be a consideration. Really I just wanted to give my money to someone who didn't make me feel like a jerk the second the transaction was over. Every place wants your money but I feel like the staff here really did want me to walk away happy. Thank you Marcos. I love the bike and I'm happy I was able to buy it from good people.

It is the only place I will go to for my Ducati needs. Jerry and Marcos were absolute professionals (same with everyone else I met) and made it a very simple and smooth process. Both Jerry and Marcos were patient and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Marcos was also very thorough during our review of the paperwork. A great experience and I am very excited to finally have the motorcycle of my dreams as well as be part of the Ducati family. 100% recommend.

Let me start this off by saying I'm neither affiliated or connected to this dealership in anyway except from a consumers standpoint. I walked into this dealership to run numbers on a Ducati I was interested in. On the showroom floor Eric quickly introduces himself to me and asks if there was anything I needed help with. He was more than accommodating in getting anything and answering all of my questions. He went as far as asking my riding experience instead of just pushing a bike on me which many dealers in the past have tried to do. I was genuinely impressed with his concerns throughout the process. After a few minutes of going back and forth on numbers we came to an agreed price (no other dealers in the area was able to price match). A few days pass and I come back in to finalize the paperwork as the night previous was half hour pass their closing time. I begin to do the paperwork with Marcos Martinez. And again I'm surprised by the questions I get asked. Marcos doesn't try to push any "extras" on me but rather he asked if I was a mechanical person. After I told him yes he gave me his personal experience with a similar bike and some of the repairs that were needed. He thoroughly made me feel at ease and comfortable with my decision. I've been shopping at dealers for 15 years and I can honestly say I've never had an experience like I did with Ducati Triumph NYC. Safe to say I will be back! -Pete

This place is like family!!!!! I would like to start with Marcos Martinez who just sold me my third Monster. I crashed my first monster, limped in that same day to get a new one. He was very direct, insightful, and most of all, HONEST. The numbers that he gave me never changed.... in fact.... the day of sale... he found a better deal. In about a week I was riding again with a brand new Monster. This time, I went for a trade-in and the man pulled rabbits out of his hat again! If only he sold cars. You get what he tells you to the letter..... if not better. He should be a world wide spokesman for vehicle sales and customer service. A very super guy over all. Very personal and honest with his customers. The service team...... sent from the Gods themselves. Web, Angel, and the rest of the team always go out of their way to fix what needs to be fixed. And quickly! Just as well as Marcos goes, there is no beating around the bush. Personal, respectful, professional, and most of all HONEST. Cant get any better than this!

Steve Radt and his team have done it again. Good service done in a timely manner is what you'll read in this review. My trusted stead needed an oil change and spring tune up so I dropped her off at Ducati Triumph NYC. While there they noticed a slight oil leak and repaired it on the spot. I am pleased with the level of service I received. Their savvy customers will ask to speak with a technician just so they can see where Steve hides their bikes that have all the tasty performance pieces on them and are unique to his shop.

The entire staff here is great. For me it's all about the experience, and they take care of you here. Bought my first bike here, and all my gear. You might be able to get gear cheaper online, but with the hassles of fit and and actually seeing the gear, I found it better to just get it here (ended up returning my online purchases for one reason or another). Plus you are supporting a local business that has great employees.

The entire staff bent over backwards to ensure that I left the dealership on the motorcycle of my dreams the same day. From service technicians answering questions while prepping the bike, test riders offering advice, associates dealing with insurance agents over the phone, Tony explaining various intricacies and teaching tips, to Marcos honestly and genuinely reviewing the documentation with me and finalizing the paperwork -- the entire staff, almost operating as a family, made sure my experience was immaculate. These motorcycles essentially sell themselves so the staff here spend their time ensuring your customer experience is premium as well. I could not possibly recommend more. Tony even lent me his helmet for a few days so that my girlfriend could ride with me until the one she ordered online arrives, I mean come on!!!

I bought a 2016 Triumph Bonneville T120, and I have to say I love it! What a great bike, and what a complete thrill to ride. I was actually convinced that I'd buy a Harley, but then thought I should explore other options. I decided to learn more about Triumph, and went to Ducati Triumph New York to educate myself. I worked with Tom, who was really fantastic. He spent a lot of time with me, which I really appreciated given that I'm a new rider and I had a lot of newbie questions. He suggested the Bonneville T120, and gave me a great tour of the bike. I slept on it and called him the next day to make the purchase! In addition to Tom, I had the chance to interact with a good number of the other staff members and they were all rock stars. Abe, Steve, Joe, Carolyn, both Annas, and a couple of others whose names I forgot. All great people, and all made me feel as though I had joined a really cool community. Had an electrical problem with my '72 Honda and happened to be stranded across the street. They guy in the Ducati shop diagnosed the issue and showed me a hardware shop nearby that could get me a spare part even though they don't work on Hondas. All the guys were extremely helpful and even gave me some mechanical/ riding tips all free of charge. Everyone was excited when we got the bike up. I owe these guys a ton!

I can't rate Ducati Triumph NYC highly enough - there aren't enough stars to describe how great this place is. I'm what you might call a "complicated" customer (pain in the a**). I brought my Ducati in for servicing and some modifications. Anna was super helpful and patient as I kept adding parts and modifications to my request almost daily. Finally, after about my 23rd request for obscure custom parts, she showed massive integrity and took the time to really talk with me and give me a little reality check. She could have made the shop a lot more money by letting me go on with the repairs, new parts, and adjustments, but she didn't. She never suggested I was making bad decisions or over-tweaking the bike. Instead, she asked a bunch of really intelligent questions and really listened to me. After our talk, I decided not to pursue the crazy mods and she said she thought I'd made the right decision! She's just the best! So after giving them a couple days of peace and quiet, I decided to throw another wrench in the works by announcing that I wanted to trade in my old bike for a new one. I thought there might have been some eye-rolling or groans, but everyone was just amazing. I spoke with Marcos first and he was the definition of customer service. Whatever I needed, I got before I even asked. When I went into the shop, I met with Tony, who sold me my bike. Excellent guy and a total pro. Both Tony and Marcos made my buying experience so pleasant and easy that it felt like they were just giving me the bike. They take care of absolutely everything and take real pride in what they do - a real rarity these days! While I was in the shop I also finally got to meet Anna, who was even more awesome in person than over the phone! I really believe that this is a place that actually values the customer over everything else. It truly feels like being a part of a small family. If anyone is even remotely considering buying a Ducati or a Triumph, this is a mandatory stop when you're shopping. I guarantee you'll buy here. By the way, I ordered some aftermarket parts to be installed on my new bike - some of which arrived late. Once again, after being a "complicated" customer, I was treated like royalty. Just the best people around!

When I bought the bike, the sales associate stayed two hours past closing to accommodate my work schedule and to set me up with helmet, gloves, manual, and financing. When I picked up my bike the owner did the honorable duty of giving all the information about extras I would need/could want without forcing the issue -- all done in good form. I can’t recommend this dealership more, this place was practically a home away from home for me while living in Manhattan. They are a high volume dealer meaning they get the best prices due to the sheer volume of bikes they sell. He got me fair value for my trade in...I was happy (: Marcos was very professional and worked to get me a deal and financing package that worked for me etc. Additionally, everyone else I met on the staff was fantastic as well Joe, Angel etc. Everyone was always asking me how things are, how’s the bike..very friendly. They don’t leave you unattended here...very friendly and professional. I am happy with the customer experience and really happy with my new motorcycle...today I logged my 1,000th mile and it’s been just about a month. They have won my maintenance business. Though haven't bought a bike from them, I kept going to them for a year to check out bikes and they did not mind! They seem to have good customer service and their apparel/gear department is pretty good too. I bring anyone visiting town and looking for moto gear here. Prices run on the high side, just like the bikes- and being all Euro, there are barely any discounts available- but when they are, best time to grab something then. Staff is friendly, knowledgable and the shop is a greta place to just hang out!

I've known of many "Ducati New York" iterations & owners over the years - from back in the day when they were near Jacob Javits on 11th through it's current location on Spring & Washington under former ownership to it's rebirth with the current owner, Steve. There is nothing you want more than to be around good people when you're going through hard times, when you need someone to go that extra mile for something you need or simply just to treat you well. And let me tell you I've been treated really badly by some dealerships who definitely knew better but didn't care. For example: One place in NJ tried to steal an $8,000 deposit I had on a 1098R. (And almost got away with it!!) Unfortunately I didn't know back then that I was entitled to a refund of the entire amount and wanting a refund, but not to burn them either I ended up letting them keep $4,000. A honest dealership would've never done that. The dealership who conned me out of that money was Jack Trebour btw. I've also been treated horribly by Rockwell Cycles. I've watched them drop and knock over customer's bikes either without telling the owner or giving them a hard time about fixing the damage once the owners found out. I've also been treated rudely many times when, for years I gave them almost every dime I had. Literally. I even helped Nick clean the shop after hours, assist customers when they were busy, answer phones for Marian, etc. They're only 15 minutes from where I live. The really good dealerships are few and far between. I don't have to buy new gear and bikes in a dealership. It's cheaper to buy it privately or online. Duhhh... But I buy things at DTNYC because I want good dealerships to remain near me, not to close up shop or only exist across the country. Most dealerships love their Ducatis but Steve (the owner), Bill, Marcos and the rest of the gang are different. They are such nice people that you WANT to give them your business for the simple reason that THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU!! Whether it's just saying 'hi', assisting you with a purchase or having fun at one of their Ducati parties, these guys are top notch. And although I am unemployed at the time of this review, you can be sure my first payday they'll be getting a call!! : )

I can't say enough good things Ducati Triumph New York. The showroom and parts/ accessories areas are top notch and filled the best parts and biked around. The sales staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they sell. When they don't know the answer to a specific question, they don't BS you, they go and find out the correct answer. Overall there is a level of professionalism and respect for the customer the many of the other area motorcycle dealers could learn from. I saw a 2011 Triumph Daytona 675 on Craigslist. When I went down to see the bike in person, it was exactly as described. Even though it was a used bike, I could tell it had been taken care of by the dealer like it just came out of the crate new. After running though the parts that had already been added by the previous owner with the sales guys I felt like they knew what they were talking about, and it was time to talk financing. Marcos in the financing dept. is a great guy. Very open and up front about everything, and definitely willing to put in the time to work with you so you can get your payments where you want them. The term "low pressure sales environment" is an understatement. This is a no pressure situation. After all was said and done I'm the proud owner of a new to me Daytona 675. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for any kind of bike give these guys a look.

I wanted to share a quick story about how amazing the customer service is at this location. I was headed on a group ride that I organized and was riding my Moto Guzzi California Stone. Headed to the West Side Highway, my bike shut off and I couldn't figure it out. My buddy and I thought the battery but I just checked everything the day before. We were stumped and screwed! Lucky for me, (so I thought) the Moto Guzzi shop was not to far.... so he left his bike and we pushed my bike to MG. Come to find out they couldn't help because they are just a show room! Pissed off, I called Ducati Triumph NYC and spoke with Tony, who told me to bring her over. Once more I pushed. They happen to be busy on that beautiful Sunday morning (duh). Coming to find out it was a broken ground lead to my battery. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and willing to get me back on the road. Dang, Ducati-Triumph NYC is right on!!! I owned a Triumph Bonneville for about three years, and after awhile with all the Cafe Racer TV addicts hopping on the old skool wagon, I began thinking that it was time to get a new bike--something faster, something meaner, something streetfighter-ish. I went back to Ducati-Triumph NYC with my eye on the Ducati Streetfighter and the Triumph Street Triple R. In the midst of deciding, I talked to and worked with three different salespeople Marcos, Eric, and June before locking in the deal. I never received the impression that they were trying to pressure me into buying a bike or anything--the place is so low-key and low-pressure--but felt they sincerely wanted me to be happy with the bike I got. I felt like they just wanted to talk bikes with me. And that's cool. I think I said it before, but the thing that I love so much about the new management is the attention that I received as a customer there. The guys were actually discouraging me from getting certain add-ons to the bike because they didn't think that it was worth the bang for the buck. I respect that. We put together a sick, sick, sick Triumph Street Triple R, which has made it a complete struggle to keep it under 5000 RPM during the break in. I'm looking to log another 200 miles or so, bring the beast in to Cory and Alex to do the 500 mile service and rock it from there. Their service department is top-notch. Again, I can't say enough good things about this store. It is an amazing transformation. Oh, and if you don't ride, you at least have to stop by to check out the store, it's has some noteworthy bikes including a vintage Ducati Supersport 900ss, which is just the hottest thing you've seen since...well, ever.

I'm not an overly articulate guy. Nor am I a motorcycle expert. I have a medium amount of motorcycle knowledge and riding experience. I walked into the dealership in the middle of march to see if it was even an option for me to entertain. In a matter of about 20 minutes, Mark "Bizzy" the awesome sales guy, and David from finance got me approved, and even worked to get me really affordable insurance which was a major obstacle for me. I wanted a used or older hypermotard, preferably sp. Within 24 hours Mark told me he found literally the exact bike in the exact colors I mentioned. A 2014 sp with 2 miles!! They gave me a good deal on the bike, and treated me with nothing but respect the entire time, which was only about a week! I walked in just thinking about it and walked out only a few days later with the bike of my dreams. If you're in the market go inside and talk to them, they will take great care of you. Thanks again to Bizzy, David, and Marcos I will definitely be coming back.

I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. Everybody was really friendly and very nice! As I am not living in the states, I didn't go there to buy a motorcycle but some parts for my Triumph. of Triumph accessories so if you are an international visitor to NY and get some Triumph accessories for your motorcycle, this is definitely a must to visit place specially now that the US dollar is really low. I stopped by when I was in NY for work. We have a large stock of genuine Triumph parts and options, so we recommend this shop for Triumph riders. We also have genuine jackets in stock, and at the current yen-dollar exchange rate, you can buy them for about half the price of the Japanese yen! We don't have many parts in the store, so please check the part number or catalog on the first basement floor. "If I have another chance, I would like to stop by."
