So I always wanted to have Ninja I went first to Prospect Park dealer but I was treated bad . Next day I called Bay Harbor and spoke with James and yes they had that bike . Called Uber got there and meet James and JP :) both of them helped me out and make it possible to ride of same day on my new orange love :)))) very friendly staff . My all questions where answer and explain . I have my orange love for a month now and I love it, went back to do standard maintenance after 500miles . Already have 1500 on it and love it . Big thanks to James and JP for making it happen :)

This place is great! I got a Ninja 2017 from them. The people are nice. And they delivered the bike to my house the next day. And they gave a very good price for it! The only thing is that they are busy so you do need to call them to get updates on your bike. They do have a lot of choices and the sales rep are knowledgeable!

I don't normally write reviews for anyone but I have to give credit where credit is due. My buddy's, family and myself about 7 of us all walked into bay motor and the customer experience was amazing. I had no clue about these jet skis waverunners at all I am truly a beginner at this and so was everyone else I came there with. Eric who is a salesmen there not only broke down all the specs, styles and all important info you want to know about these jet skis but he also answered his phone and text messages about any questions that popped in my head through out the few day's of shopping around. This gentlemen was really such a great help and I am very happy I chose this Yamaha. He also gave us great information on where to ride, how to get places and also offered to take us around riding following him.. 5 star customer satisfaction 100%. There was also a gentlemen named Vinny who was an absolute pleasure dealing with. He was able to beat all competitors prices (because I shopped around) and was able to give great deals on accessories as well. He went out of his way to work out some kinks I had on my credit and for that I very much appreciate what he has done. Today I sent my cousin in there to purchase another ski and he is beyond excited and happy on how everything worked out. Within these 3 weeks we all purchased 8 top of the line supercharged ocean monsters!! Thank you guys so much, I've dealt with so many motorcycle dealers and shady salesmen that I will never shop anywhere else, this place will forever have all my business on all my toys 👊🏼 Vinny, Eric thank you guys again! I purchased a 2021 suzuki1000 and the manager went all out for me in getting me the loan and also worked all my insurance papers out for and help with equipment.. good service... i drove from the bronx to get my bike there where i could had gotten it in the bronx, but their service i highly recommend.... will be back to purchase my boat.....

After a very very poor 'user experience' at Inferior Motorcycles I walked across the street to Bay Harbor. Wow, what a difference. Bay Harbor is a serious motorcycle shop (they sell boats and jet skis too). The sales people know their business and get the job done. I bought a very clean used Honda Rebel in one day: financing options (opting just to pay the balance in the end which was no problem), insurance, title, registration, plates, inspection, oil change, battery eval - and a free cup of iced coffee. My salesman, AJ Slim Jones, was excellent and the whole experience was painless. All of the staff are knowledgeable and love to BS about their passion: motorcycling. Highly recommended for sales AND service. You also get to see some real characters who frequent the shop which is cool in its own right...stop by and check out the Island's best MC shop.

For anyone in the market looking for Yamaha jet boats or other motorized toys I strongly recommend you come here to make your purchase. I have never dealt with a dealership more dedicated to customer service than Bay Harbor Motors. My original purchase was through a different Yamaha dealership in the northeast which I refused to have anything to do with after the purchase of my 242x e series boat. Steve at bay harbor motors made time to fit me in early spring to diagnose and fix some of the problems I had with my boat right away. They went above and beyond protocol to make sure my boat was back in running order & I was a happy customer. Since then I have used them for all other needs related to the boat. Being a boater since 14 years old I have a great knowledge about boats but this was my first jet boat purchase, I must have called there 20 times to ask questions or how something worked. I was never rushed or blown off the phone. Instead they took the time to answer all my questions in detail which was greatly appreciated. It's hard to find a trustworthy, honest dealership these days. Prices are great, staff is professional, service is awesome. What I can say is that any Yamaha related purchase I make in the future will be from these guys ! Truly a 5-star experience all the way around ! Thank you again Bay Harbor Motors !

It's OK to buy a bike on Staten Island again! This dealership has changed. I bought my last two new bikes in Brooklyn due to bad experiences on Staten Island over the years. Truthfully, I only walked into this showroom to see the new bikes fully expecting to go to Brooklyn when the time came to make my purchase. Slim, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and personable but not pushy. He answered my questions, gave me numbers, and did not try one of those "this offer is only good until tomorrow" strategies that we all hate so much. Over several trips to the shop before and after making the purchase (while I waited for the bike to be shipped to the showroom) I got to meet and speak with the new owner, Vincent, his brother, Steve, the parts Manager, John, and another sales guy names Shane. Everyone was friendly and overall, the experience was good. I really like how Vincent has turned this shop around. Even though I am not always the easiest customer to deal with (Vincent will tell you), I found Vincent and Slim professional and courteous at all times. I had some minor concerns and issues along the way - after all, nothing and noone is perfect (nothing worth mentioning) but they were all addressed reasonably and promptly. I am happy to recommend this shop to my fellow Staten Islanders and I honesly say it's now OK to shop for your new bike on Staten Island again.

Under new management! The service department is excellent with quick in and out with appointment. All depending on parts inventory. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to have there ski fixed. 2 days to have my supercharger replaced! Great pricing as well!

Had a great experience overall, got the bike (2019 Ninja 400) I wanted and Brennan was extremely helpful. The only issue I had was because of the helmet I purchased. The young man who helped me wasn't the issue, if anything he was very patient with me. It's just that I found the helmet I purchased online for 100 dollars cheaper. Grrr... Lastly, the refund for a helmet returned took about 2 weeks to process. Outside of that I recommend this place to anyone looking for a bike. Good people.

Came to dealership after researching about the 2017 ninja 650. I considered it to be the best beginner bike, and from other reviews, bay harbor motors is the best dealership in NYC. My choice of 4 stars is not accurate of my rating, if I could it would be 4.75 stars. I believe I got the bike at a deal, I won't give out the details, but I probably could have paid a bit less. I am not a master negotiator, but they really wanted to sell the bikes and it can be intimidating if you are by yourself and buying your first bike. Moreover, they are very supportive and encourage you to ride responsibly. Also the delivery was nerve racking. Given I paid for a bike in full and have no previous real interactions prior to buying the bike at the dealership, I thought I just gave away a cashiers check, but they came through, (the sales contract was already signed, so no matter what I should get my bike, and I did). If I was able to get my nerves together, gotten a slightly better deal, and ridden it out of the dealership, of course it would then be 5 stars (that's partly my fault). TAKE NOTE OF THIS PART: For any beginner rider, (like me) accidents are bound to happen and bikes may get scuffed or scratch, so repairs may be desired or required. I don't know how much the standard is for labor in the world let alone NYC, but after I got my parts and went to the service to get repairs, they ALWAYS came through, and surprisingly cheaper than I thought. It's been three months since I bought the bike and I am still happy with my 2017 ninja 650. After some track days with it in the future, and I can perfect my riding, I will go for a supersport and will only bring my business to bay harbor motors, the best Kawasaki dealership in NYC.

Before these guys went out of their way to pick up my broken down bike from the side of the road I was going to a hole-in-the-wall repair shop. It was not great. The service department at bay harbor is amazing to say the least. The staff are so nice and communicative; they went above and beyond to make me feel like part of the family. Before I found this place I thought all mechanics and salespeople where shysters, but I really trust these guys and will definitely bring my bike back in the future. They were so great that I downloaded yelp just to review them.

I just bought my first bike from Brennan (great guy) and they literally taught me how to ride over a period of two days: advice, practice and all. Like who's mans. They went out of their way to help me with dead everything, and didn't come at me with that annoying upsell attitude at any point, just gave me advice about what they thought was best. They even offered to hold my bicycle overnight. They were all just a bunch of really chill and nice guys, and if I had any more money to spend you already know I would be using their service department. If your able to get there and have that dealership kinda money to spend, it's worth going there.

I have owned and run my own retail business for 45 years. I can tell you within a few minutes if I trust and feel comfortable with a salesman. I had visited several Kawasaki dealerships in Brooklyn and Long Island. My goal was to make a stress free purchase and trade in my bike. None of the dealers met either criteria. Then I discovered Bay Harbor quite by accident. I walked in and met a very nice young man named Slim. He had a quality that I admired. I have to say that this was by far the best experience I have ever had with any purchase. I'm very meticulous about details regarding everything, especially when it comes to making large purchases. All three of them patiently walked me through every detail and offered me a very honest, efficient, and professional purchasing experience. I recently purchased a ATV for my wife to be used at her farm. Not really knowing what I needed, JP explained to me what was needed to do the task at hand and sold me the correct machine. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and very willing to help. After we bought our first 2018 Polaris ATV from Bay Harbor in March, we had such a great experience that we went back to them in April to buy our 2nd 2018 Polaris ATV. Even though, they didn't have the ATV we wanted in stock, our sales person, Peter, was able to order the ATV we wanted. It came as promised 3 weeks after our order and the sale went off again without a hitch. Also, after we took our new ATVs out riding for the first time during Memorial Day Weekend, one of our ATVs had an electrical issue. So, we just brought it into Bay Harbor and the service guys (Remi and co) quickly and quite professionally fixed the problem on the spot. We continue to be very very very impressed with Bay Harbor Motors as they are first class not only in their sales side (w/ Peter and Sherif) but also on their service side (w/Remi and co) as well. They treat your bike as their own with a lot of TLC, giving you the break down full in detail, never leaving you in the dark about anything always straight up and upfront and safety is always number one with them. When I jumped from a 300ABS (3 years experience-beginner bike) to my Zx10r non abs (love at first sight ) JP did not want to let me jump on that bike until he was 100% I knew what I was doing and how to handle. Now it’s almost two years on my zx10r and I’m so happy I could go to them anytime for anything . They aren’t just some dealership looking for profit - they literally look and want the best for their customers in every way.

I'm gonna' flat out say that I don't usually write reviews. Ever. I'm one of those guys that if I'm satisfied, I'm usually too lazy to write a proper review...but these guys have done an overhaul on their service and customer relations apparently, and disregard most if not ALL negative reviews prior to this one. I live only a few blocks away, and I'm new to biking (relatively), I don't have much experience traveling very far. So this is why I chose to go to Bay Harbor Motors. For the record, I have a 2010 Ninja 250. These guys are AMAZING to say the least. Noelle, the service manager, helped me expediently not only once, but TWICE. It was my first AND second time being there. I got one rear tire put in, and they squeezed me in before the end of the day in what seemed like a 30 minute job because it was pretty damn fast. My luck, I ended up getting a nail the FIRST DAY after the tire was put in, so I bought a new set and was going to have them put in along with some parts (frame sliders, and a new left fairing because I dropped the bike like a usual newbie). Even with green slime in the back tire, this process was fast. I called in after receiving a voicemail that my parts were in (only a few days after ordering may I add) and not only did Noelle give me a 20% discount because she wanted my business, but they also gave me the option to bring my bike in close to the end of the day, for repair to have it ready by the weekend. She quoted me that it'd be ready by Sunday approximately, because she was swamped. I totally understood because it's April, and everyone is preparing to ride. Not only did she underpromise, but she OVERDELIVERED. My bike was prepared the next day, literally by the end of the day. If I had taken a longer nap, I would've missed the opportunity to grab my bike. Thank god I didn't. The frame sliders? Yoshimura. The Fairing? Of course OEM Kawasaki. The service? FANTASTIC. The people who work there really do care about you as a customer, and I've been to many a BMW dealership to purchase a car and have gotten shittier service. (I drive a 750Li, so they're bound to treat you well, right?) Anyway, in retrospect, PLEASE give these guys a chance if you're debating on it. Not only will you be impressed, you'll come out HAPPIER than when you went in, even without your bike! You're in good hands. Thanks again Noelle, you will have my business again for future purchases. You and your team have earned it.

Only good things to say about the guys at Bay Harbor. Came in from Manhattan, gave my bottom line on the price I wanted OTD, and 10 mins later I was putting down my holding deposit on the bike. Guys aren't pushy, but definitely thorough, and want you to be satisfied with what you're getting. Made the process painless, when I can imagine it being a headache at plenty other dealers throughout the 5 boroughs. They do not speak Spanish but they are super friendly, very good people attentive to try to help you Their website is super outdated, it's very irresponsible to see a motorcycle that says it's in stock and make a trip of several hours to get there and be told that they haven't had it for a long time!!!🤨 One arrives and the place looks desolate from the outside; seems closed. And inside without energy, without spark But their customer service deserves a 10
