Couldn’t be more happy with the service and experience from the folks at Rockwell. I was looking for a Ducati, and while there are several dealers in the area, The folks at Rockwell were incredibly friendly and eager to help with any questions or requests that I had. I worked with Edwin and Nicole to put together exactly what I want, and even hold on to the bike for me until spring. Couldn’t recommend the team over at Rockwell enough, and can’t wait to pick up my Duc in a few weeks when the weather clears up! Update: I picked up the bike a few weeks ago and wanted to update my review to include a huge thanks to the service team for customizing my bike. The work they did was incredible. Everything looks and sounds amazing, and Nicole sent pictures the entire time to keep me updated, which was just another level of awesome. It was also great to know that they’ve got experienced Ducati Mechanics putting on these parts to factory Spec, as opposed to me hoping I set a torque wrench properly and stripping a few bolts... I’ve been able to put a few hundred miles on the bike and it is just an amazing machine, and experience. Thanks to the entire team.

After months of searching for just the right bike I happened to find Rockwell Cycle online. They had the most amazing custom Ducati, which I knew would be out of my price range, but I sent an inquiry regardless. I got a call immediately and was treated great dispite the fact that my budget was well below the range of most Ducati bikes available. Edwin took time to explain all the different models available and what the pros and cons were. He was so optimistic and friendly and not in the overly sales guy way. He was sincere. After chatting for a bit more I expressed that a scrambler was what I had my heart set on, but the BMW R9t was just too expensive and bit on the small side for someone my size, 6' 1" 205. He did not deride the BMW but immediately offered for me to take a look at the bike they had on "Special," a 2019 Ducati Scrambler 1100 Special. I was immediately taken with this machine and said I would think about it. He mentioned, again not in a sales guy, way that there were other people interested, understandable based on the bargain price. I gave it a few hours. He called back and let me know that it was being looked at. I made the decision to put a deposit down, bike unseen, as I live 3 hours away. Risky perhaps, but Edwin had gained my trust. That trust was well deserved. I have never had such a smooth sales transaction. No up sell after the fact, no undisclosed add-ons on the invoice, in fact he discounted some items that he probably could have gotten away with charging. He took care of all the necessary paperwork and followed up after the sale to be sure all was well. I know this is a long review, but to put it simply, if you want to buy a Ducati, buy it from Rockwell Cycle. I had conversed with at least 4 other dealerships about 3 different brands and none of them held a candle to Edwin and Rockwell. My dream of owning a Ducati has come true, thank you Edwin!

Just got my second new Ducati from Rockwell, and as ever was very pleased with the experience. The fact that I go to Rockwell for all my motorcycle needs even though I have another Ducati dealer far closer to me says it all really! One of the main reasons for this is the staff. Edwin (pictured here) in sales is enthusiastic, customer centered and gets things done to make the transaction as painless as possible. Nicole in the service department is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and although I don't know Nick and Marian as well they have always been very generous with their time. I would recommend Rockwell to anyone looking to buy a bike. The fact that they are situated near some fabulous roads helps too!

Recently purchased my new motorcycle from Rockwell cycles, (Edwin), I have purchased many new bikes over the last 15 years and this by far was the best, smoothest, helpful transaction I've had. Calls before the purchase to make sure everything was smooth, that all my questions were answered, to adjusting my pick up time, walked in to my bike ready with a sold sign with my name on it. Follow up calls from Nicole and Edwin after the pick up of the bike. Highly recommend! Would buy from again in a second!

Rockwell Cycles is a great little shop tucked away near Bear Mountain. They're nearly 6 hrs. from my home but that's where I bought my first Ducati anyway and glad I did. There was a bit of a delay from my order date (due partly to Covid and partly to a valve guide recall). Edwin (Sales Mgr.) gave me a square deal on pricing and kept me informed all along the way. When it finally came in and I went to pick it up they rolled out the red carpet for me - signed and ready for new bike orientation in minutes. Wish they were closer, I'd go back more often, but I'll go back for major service regardless - great excuse for a riding adventure on such an amazing beast of a machine. (MTSV4S Full)

Great. Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They tested and verified my battery was dead and gave me a new fully charged battery for my 2016 Indian Chief Vintage. Also provided useful information on how to make sure my new battery stays charged using a battery tender. Thanks to them I am on my way to Bike Week in Daytona.

What a great experience, I bought a motorcycle off of Rockwell over the internet. It was a little bit of a drive (300 miles each way) Usually I have second thoughts about buying long distance but let me tell you everything Edwin said about the bike was exactly as described or better. There shop is set in this rural location in a quaint, picturesque town. The shop has a cafe/restaurant below it. The charm of the people with the beautiful snow brushed mountains its worth checking this place out for the sites alone. The service was friendly,unrushed but professional. The manager has created an atmosphere which I only wish I could have taken home with me. If your reading this you have already found this place, I am telling you that you will have missed out if you don't check this place out for yourself. After you do, you will see what I mean. I very rarely review shops and if I do, there has to be something special about it to get me to take the time to write about it. Enough said, Go there and you'll be happy you did . Had to bring my bike in for a recall, the dealer I purchased the bike from wasn't responsive when I tried multiple times to set up an appointment to have some of the Panigale V4 recalls taken care of. Riding season was approaching, so I brought my bike to Nick Rockwell's place, and they did a great job. I also ended up buying an MV Agusta Dragster RC a few weeks after that, also a great experience with this team.

Excellent timeliness and great work. I had a 2006 Suzuki Katana that wouldn't start. I talked to Nicole over the phone and she really knows her stuff! I've been coming to Rockwell Cycles for 15 years I think. I've bought at least 6 bikes and had a few serviced here. I ride 40 miles out of my way for a few reasons, 1) is the fantastic scenery whether coming up the Palisades Parkway or Route 9A 2) the Honesty and Integrity of their service which stands above other shops too eager to overcharge and make up problems. Nick, the owner and Chief Tech is only too happy to share his technical knowledge. This is why I will continue to patronize Rockwell while I ride, which should be till my last days.

These guys REALLY GET IT when it comes to riding. They offer great service and are always welcoming no matter what brand you ride. They also have a BMW-certified mechanic, so for me (owning a BMW), going there for service is a no-brainer. Nicole, the service manager, is friendly and knowledgeable and makes useful and insightful recommendations to keep your bike running right. This is a shop where they greet you by saying "Nice bike", rather than the usual "It's time to buy something new". Its also a nice place to pick up bike accessories and riding gear, or if it suits you, a Ducati or two. I plan on patronizing this excellent resource for many years to come.

First time there to have the 7500 mile scheduled Ducati service and I was thrilled to see all they did besides what I thought was just belts and valves . Changed all the fluids including clutch & brakes !!! And cleaned my chain and was extremely thorough on keeping me posted on what they were doing. I traveled almost two hours to bring my bike there from a referal and so glad I did. Besides having the Ductai Master tech which was a major factor they have Very pleasant & knowledgeable staff and and for my experience top notch work done to my bike 👍 On my trip back to pickup I requested to have two extra oil filters to bring home since I do my own oil service and was shocked to see they rememberd to include crush washers for the oil change service!!! First for any dealer anywhere on that ! Excellent as I always forget the crush washers or extra o rings myself !! I'm happy to find a Rockwell Cycles for my Future service and sales no doubt . They have my repeat business no doubt !! Ride on

When I saw the screw in my motorcycle tire, I headed for Rockwell Cycles, as it was nearby. It was a Saturday, and the mechanic was busy, so I bought an expensive plug kit, rather than wait for the mechanic, and attempted to plug the tire myself. The mechanic saw me struggling and came out and helped with the repair, and soon, I was on my way, motorcycling down the road. The plug is holding air well, after several hundred miles.
