So I ordered a Panigale V2 from Andrew at Hudson Valley motorcycles back on May 4th. The whole time he stayed in contact with me and let me know what was going on. The whole process I was quite impatient but he was never rude and answered my questions through text or call within minutes. I ended up getting the bike over the weekend and I love it!! I drove 5 hours from Rochester New York to get there and I would do it again to deal with them. Great customer service and great people. I also bought a helmet, jacket, and gloves from them. They gave me 10% off for getting a new bike from them. Teddy and Geech ( I think it's Spelled lol) were awesome!!! They showed me how the jacket should fit, help me pick out a helmet, talked about their riding experiences, going to the track, and all types of stuff. The service guys helped me load my bike into my truck. Really great guys. Definitely going to buy another bike from them. Worth the drive. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. I ordered a 2022 Ducati Scrambler Icon Dark around the end of July. Delivered in 2 weeks. Andrew was a great help every step of the way from placing the order, the time it took for the build to delivery. This was my first time ordering a bike from the factory. Thank you my man!! This is an amazing dealership with some great people! I ending up buying my first Ducati from Hudson Valley Motorcycles because I could not find a white V2 anywhere. This dealership, Andrew specifically, helped me through the buying process and shipping options as I am from Texas! Due to some unfortunate events I ended up driving up to New York from Texas to pickup my bike (3300 miles and 53 hours). The whole time the dealership was very helpful and responsive and there for questions all the way through the process. Even after getting back to Texas with the bike the dealership still checkon me and the bike! Great customer service and I they will be getting my business again despite the long distance!

I called Andrew up and inquired about any Super-sport S that they had in stock. I was surprised that they had one (they aren’t commonly in stock at most Ducati dealers). I purchased it, sight unseen, but was comfortable the whole time as they walked me through the steps and were up front about everything. What a great experience. They delivered it from NY to MA for a fair price. I’m very happy. Thanks Andrew abs everyone at HV.

I was looking to buy a used Diavel and someone referred to Hudson Valley where they go for service. I thought I should check if they have any Diavel in stock. I went online and looked up and inquired price for a new Diavel. There i started to communicate with Andrew. He was super prompt and very upfront. He had a used Diavel which wasn't up for sale yet and the deal looked very attractive. I drove there one day, put deposit and rode my 2021 Diavel 3 weeks later. Andrew made the whole process very easy. He offered a very fair deal, kept me updated throughout the process and was very prompt in responding. I had a great experience. I have worked with 3 other dealership in New Jersey and Brooklyn but my experience with HVM was the best. It is little far from where I live but I think I will ride for service as well!

Bought a KLX300. I’m very happy with the bike and the whole buying process. Andrew made the whole process seamless. The person (sorry I did not get his name) who did the paperwork was very knowledgeable as to what was needed for an out of state purchase at the NJDMV. Price was what was quoted with no extra gimmicky fees that others try to tack on.

It is only my second motorcycle and the first from HVMC. Herick and Duane made it soooo smooth. Financing was fair and without a hiccup.
