I had owned 2 boats before a 36’ and a 22’. Having that experience but these days don’t want to be bothered with a marina storage and gas prices I walked into west coast seadoo and decided to look into a JetSki, quickly I learned as Garrett explained the different types of JetSki for fishing, cruising or racing he took the time that I needed to realize that the seadoo 230 gtx will do all of the things I loved about boating without the hustle. He worked a great deal for me that got me tempted into going for it as I longed to be back in the water. He really did a great job! I own my JetSki now for almost a month we put many hours on it and I can’t say one thing I wish I would have done different! Super happy with the price and purchase. I've been contemplating buying a motorcycle for a couple of months now, so I've been checking out local bikes in the area and planning carefully. I wandered into West Coast PowerSports for the first time and walked out with a great bike. Normally, I am a go home and sleep on it kind of guy, but they gave me a great deal on a bike brand that I was very familiar with (owned a CBR600RR previously.) The crew there is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. It has been a while since I have ridden and I have not kept up with the latest tech/bikes. I am also new to the area, so I am unfamiliar with the laws. They had no problem breaking down the bikes and helped me with questions I had in regards to the Florida rules. Chris Brown did a great job, such a nice man with years of experience and advice. He stayed late that day to make sure I was taken care of and provided key points in the bike manuals that I should review. He also broke down the way the bike should be ridden the first 0-1000 miles. Chevy did a great job delivering the bike, he was right on time and even stayed for a few to walk me through some things on the bike as well as provide advice. They gave me a great price (better than any I could find in a large radius,) provided delivery at a time that worked for me and I do not think they said "no" to anything I asked of them. It was an easy experience and they have earned my trust, I will be back for sure when the bike needs serviced.

You want a finance team that will beat up the banks to get you the right terms? You want the best selection of Majestic Iron Stallions from which to choose? Then go see my new friends at WCPS! Chris Brown was my salesman, although he didn't even sell me anything. Rather, he treated me like a friend and listened to what I wanted and then worked with his team to get it done. Chris is a military veteran and has 50+ years of experience with motorcycles, but he didn't act pompous or come off as a know-it-all. He just talks to you and listens to you, and then gets to work making your dream come true. Ok, a few years ago I had NO CREDIT HISTORY. I got into a terrible finance deal on a 2013 Boulevard C90t b.o.s.s. It was necessary to build my credit, and I did my best to make every payment on time and build my score. Halfway through my term and I still owed more than the bike was worth and I knew I needed to get out of that deal. WCPS made it easy. They took my old ride - negative equity and all - and made me a deal on a BRAND NEW 2018 BOULEVARD M109R B.O.S.S. I was juuuuuust out of range financially to get accepted by any lenders - at first. But Will in finance went to war for me, digging deep into his rolodex of lenders until he found one that he could beat up for me to get me the deal. These guys are great. If you are in the market for a new bike, I highly reccomend West Coast PowerSports. I stepped into the place for the first time yesterday, and they EARNED a customer for life. Thank you guys!

Just bought a bike the other week from Kevin, the bike when i went in to see it was transfered over to the Tampa location, but he assured me he could get it over back to this location, I left my number and with in 2 days he called. Bike was in great condition as described and presented. Kevin took me through the process and explained everything, i put a deposit to think about it over the weekend, and make the sale not a few days later. I was in the market for a 4 wheeler for my son. We looked at the Recon 250 because I own 2 vintage Hondas and they run perfect. I called and was greeted by a friendly salesman Garrett. Garrett informed he had the exact model I was looking for in stock. He answered all my questions as this is my first purchase of a 4 wheeler. He sent me a pick of the machine along with the financing documents. The next day I was driving off the lot with a new Honda. A little back story when I was a younger my father took me to Bayshore Honda dealer in Long Island and I picked out a 1987 Honda Elite. So this recent purchase brought back so many memories. I have been shopping around for a 2019 Sea-Doo rxt x 300 for several weeks calling everywhere from South Florida to Georgia. Near the end of my search I called West coast PowerSports I talked to Mike. They were very friendly and courteous from the get-go. I told them I lived in the Florida keys I was looking to scoop the ski up and just wanted their best out the door price. They came in almost $3,000 cheaper then the competition. I was extremely satisfied and purchase the ski. When I showed up my ski was on the trailer front and center ready to go. Completely painless in and out with the paperwork. I cannot speak well enough for the staff and their willingness to not play games and give the customer the respect and have a good deal upfront. Stopped by at West Coast Powersports in May to check out the 2021 Can Am Sea to Sky Spyder. I was greeted by one of the sales crew Luis Serrano, who I immediately found to be pleasant, knowledgeable, very friendly and completely non aggressive or pushy. Even though the dealership is approx.100 miles from my home and there are 6 or so dealers that are closer I decided to do business there. Luis helped me with my sale of my 2013 Spyder and gave me a price that couldn't be beat for the new one. Everything that was agreed on went off as promised and any minor glitches were resolved to my satisfaction. My experience with Luis and the dealership have been First Class and would say that this has been one of the best vehicle purchases I've done in my 67 years. I would recommend Luis and West Coast Powersports to anyone looking for anything in their product line. It is definitely worth traveling the extra mile.

Excellent experience overall! Our salesman was Travis Napolitano and he was very responsive and was quick to provide me the details needed and answered all my questions via emails and calls. I had my scooter serviced with an oil change, spark plug, and safety inspection. During the inspection the valve stem supposedly fell off. I was called by the tech and advised of what happened and asked to approve the replacement of the stem, which I did. Now,,,,, this is where I have an issue. I asked how the stem just fell off. When I took it in it was fine, tire was fully inflated. I also told the tech that I purchased the tires and valve stems from them a few years ago and that I had driven the bike about 1220 miles. The bike is parked under cover out of the sun light. I asked if the valve stems had a warranty and did not receive an answer. The labor to replace the stem was 55 bucks. I spoke with three different people and each one told me they would look into it. When I picked up the bike after being dropped off I was told to come back tomorrow until the service manager could be informed of the issue. I live too far away to just come back. I’m not a bike repairman or a tire expert. I’m just a regular guy who asked a couple questions and received zero answers. Still wondering if there’s a warranty on valve stems? Is it wrong to expect a valve stem to last a few years and over 1220 miles. Is it wrong to ask the dealer to split the cost or give me a discount? I never got to ask these questions. Look, I’m a guy who will spend less than a hundred bucks a year for service, so the dealer won’t miss my business. I hope someone there reads these comments and hopefully changes the way they deal with customers that have (in their minds) legitimate questions. This rating is not meant to discourage anyone from doing business at west coast. I used them two other times and everything was fine. Update. The owner responded to my concerns. As I said earlier my service has been good. I’m changing my rating to a five star. I recommend West Coast as a service center.

The only thing I hate about West-coast is I wish it was in another location. You literally could drive right by it and not even notice it on US19. I have been in contact with Kevin from west coast power sports now for about a week. I was interested in a used unit that they had listed on line. i set up a time to come in and talk about it to see what the details were prior to purchase. Kevin not only took the time to send me pictures and videos of the machine he also was very honest about the machines "used imperfections" . I was able to get in and not only leave a deposit but also schedule a not so average water test just so that i was comfortable with my purchase. I purchased the trike via email which is something I’ve never done, it was a terrific experience dealing with Will at the agency. We came to terms and agreed upon a price. I went to Clearwater to see the trike. Will and especially Chris gave me instructions on all the gadgets with the trike and how to ride it. Coming off a motorcycle, there is a learning curve. Chris was very patient and when we were finished, he gave me his card and told me if there were any questions to call him. Carbuerator problem on my CB750 was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Very few Honda dealers capable these days of working on a vintage 1993 motorcycle with carbs. Tech. West Coast PowerSports has quickly become my go to place for all my sportbike needs. They have amazing customer service with a good knowledge about the gear and parts they sell. As where most other places feels like going to advance auto where they only know what the computer tells them. They gave me wicked discounts. My oder was a hair under $500 and i walked out paying around $400. The manager was a lot of help with his opinions and fact about the Bluetooth and helmet along with other stuff. Now with all this being said i did have a few issues after leaving the store upon further inspection of my helmet. The person who installed my sena did not snap 2 out of 4 snaps which lead to the two cheek pads to fall out when i took the helmet off when arriving home. Also he put a few scratches on the helmet when he changed the wind screen from the use of a screwdriver which could have been prevented by using a rubber band as a buffer. Other than these issues, Kevin S. Was very friendly and helped a lot with everything. He made the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you Kevin and the rest of the guys at West Coast PowerSports! I recently bought a 2010 GTI SE from Jamison at West Coast Powersports. I was helped almost immediately, meaning I wasn't attacked by a salesperson the moment I stepped inside. They let me look around and then offered to show me their pre-owned jet skis available on their website. After discussing what would be the best option for me, they offered to have the ski delivered two days later to their store for viewing. The ski was just as advertised, had been detailed and serviced. Justin, accessories sales associate, assisted me in ordering all the safety gear and apparel that I would need. Having never owned jet ski, I was instructed on the proper cleaning and use of my unit by the maintenance team. Everyone was very helpful and the manager, Mr. Schmelzer, was able to work with me to acquire all the items I needed, from cover to free delivery all for a reasonable price. I will add that upon delivery, Doug, the driver walked me through in detail how to drive my ski off the trailer properly once submerged. He even stayed to teach me how to effectively use neutral and reverse for turning and ski control. I felt more confident on my first ride because of him. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this store and their staff to my friends at the base.

When you visit West Coast Powersports, don't take any condescension from the doorman. Go directly to Chris Brown! Chris is personable, knowledgeable, and totally helpful. Decided to buy new Jet skis, and googled the seadoo dealers. West coast was the closest one to us so we went to check them out first. We are very picky and kind of hard to deal with kind of customers. After waiting 20min the lady came and showed us few seadoos and then took us inside to show us the numbers. The best deal they could give us was $5000 more than west coast in Largo and the lady tried to tell us that we need a lot of additional stuff for the Jet skies. So we told her about the deal at west coast and she said that they would be loosing on the sale. Then promising the lifetime warranty which no other dealer has etc but what she didn’t tell us was that to get that warranty we would have to get every service through them to keep the warranty. Typical “upsell salesman” who doesn’t tell the truth and keep going around the questions and never give you the exact answer. So, we decided to go back to west coast in largo because The price was more than better. Chris and others who helped us were so friendly, knowledgeable, profesional and easy going. Price never changed and what they said is what they did!! They even did more than they promised. Not one bad vibe!!! Thanks guys!! Would recommend to everyone!!

I hate dealerships. The over-the-top, fake friendliness, the sales gimmicks, and the smarmy salespeople are an unfortunate part of our modern society. I visited West Coast yesterday for the first time. I traveled from Wesley Chapel and bought a used Polaris Rzr. I chose West Coast because they had, by far, the most competitive price, beating St Pete by 20% or more. Once I arrived at the dealership I was pleasantly surprised by the down-to-earth and collegial environment inside the showroom, which was full of some badass toys. Chris Brown was my salesperson, and he did an outstanding job closing this sale. He was super attentive, did what he said he was going to do (crazy, right?), and I don't think he is even capable of engaging in the bulls h I t sales shenanigans often employed by other salespeople. Once I purchased the Polaris, I went to pick up my trailer rental. Upon returning to the dealership to load the vehicle, we notice the opening of the trailer was too narrow to accommodate the utv. F___ me. Long story short, Chris suggested I buy one of their utility trailers used for transport. Zack and the GM went to work on a reasonable price and I left with their trailer. In conclusion, yes, this is a dealership, and yes, they have bottom lines and have to make money. But, they way they do it is infinitely more pleasant than other dealers I have visited, and their prices are extremely competitive. If you're in the market for atv's / utv's / bikes / trikes, I def recommend checking them out, you won't be disappointed.

Update: I returned and ordered a riding jacket I wanted since it was not in stock. Taylor knew the tall size only came in black and saved is the time of researching any further or ordering the wrong size. And having to return and reorder. I was very pleased with my experience at West Coast Powersports. I was buying with cash so I was just looking for best price on a Seadoo Spark. I emailed West Coast in the evening and got a call the next morning. They had what I wanted still in a box from Seadoo. They told me MSRP and asked what would it take to get me in the ski. I gave them my price and they went back to the manager and called me back quickly with only $100 higher than my price which i was ok with cause I was pretty low. I spoke to Mark and Zach about what I was looking for, told them it was my daily ride and that this was my only day off for over a week. After a little research we found out the bike I wanted was really hard to find and it would be a 4 to 6 week wait. It was already getting close to closing time and looking like I was going to be bumming rides for another week. I recently purchased a helmet and motorcycle from this location. I had an issue with the helmet I purchased and returned to the store with the helmet. At the same time I also needed to purchase a second helmet. Christopher was very patient and took his time allowing me and my girlfriend to look at a multitude of helmets. He assisted in the helmet selection process from start to finish and was very knowledgeable. Then came the issue of the original helmet. Morgan looked at the helmet and determined the issue was with the plates and screws that secured the visor. Two of the screws were damaged and would not easily release. Morgan put forth an extensive amount of time and effort to repair the helmet back to working condition. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend West Coast PowerSports to anybody looking to purchase a motorcycle or gear.

my grandson wanted a honda 600 cbr so we went to west coast where we found exactly what he wanted. our salesman joe ludwig was wonderful. friendly, helpful and informative. the paperwork took a while but that is standard when financing anything. we were disappointed in the delivery time, but it is free. and i need to mention a problem with the bike's battery. we had to send the bike back but joe saw to it that the battery was replaced and that we got the bike back the same day. they were helpful and polite through everything. in conclusion, i would recommend west coast to anyone who is interested in purchasing a motorcycle....we also bought a terrific jacket. they carry a full line of riding apparel...and last, but not least joe makes a mean cup of coffee.

I found an awesome deal on a used M109R at West Coast Power Sports (WCPS) but found it had a deposit on it. Keep poking around the site and found a new leftover 2016 Suzuki M109R at an amazing price. Chris Brown was my sales person and I cant say enough about his professionalism and overall expertise as a motorcycle enthusiast. I left with a smile that would put Chester Cheetah to shame. My experience buying C50 at Barney's in Brooksville is night and day to what I got at WCPS. I is an hour away from my home and I will making this trip in the next few weeks to get my wife her Can-Am Spyder. This is my second bike and several years since I sold a ninja 500 starter bike. The employees of WCPS were patient and not the least bit condescending. I had a fairly good idea of what type of bike I was in the market for. Initially they did not have what I was looking for but they did not try to sell me on something else. To start this review I would like to say I have never bought a Jet Ski before and was very worried about the whole prossess. I didn't want to come across as naïve or unformilor with the products. I found online the SeaDoo Trixx and knew that was the one for me... only to find out they are new and hard to come by.... not a problem for Westcoast Power Sports. They found them (2) and got them in the same week. This might be luck but I like to think it's the dedication of the staff. Chris was the team member I worked with and couldn't have been more pleased; easy going, approachable and knowlagable. The buying experience couldn't have been more smooth. However (and this does not effect my 5star rating), my experience with the part and accessorys department could have gone smoother. My suggestion is if you think you'll need it- get it. And when it comes to life vest, get your gender and wear the vest for 5 min to make sure it really is comfy. If you are in the market for some sort of power sport vehicle this is the place to go with knowledgeable staff, good Managment and easy buying experience.
