I'd like to give a shout out to Tampa Elite for doing a GREAT JOB! I was in a bind, needing some pretty serious work on my BMW R1200RT ASAP while on a road trip. Every BMW motorcycle maintenance shop within hundreds of miles couldn't get to it for 3 weeks or more. I'm so glad I found this place! Mike and his team were able to get me in and fixed up in a couple of days and the price was fair for the work done. I was able to get back on the road and finish my trip down to Key West! I've put 500 plus miles on the bike so far and have had no complications. I would definitely use them again if I happen to be in the area.

I had a Great Experience at Tampa Elite Motorcycle & Customer service.. They installed two New tires and Front and Rear brakes on my motorcycle. I was having maybe two 5 minute conversations with the owner Mike the thing I know one of his mechanics brought me my keys.. I was like "Wait What? You done already? They were Very Professional, Very Knowledgeable and Very Nice to me!! I will definitely be going back with all of my maintenance needs! I live in plant city on the border of Lakeland. I called 5 other shops between Lakeland, Lake Wales and Kissimmee. They all told me the parts to do my fork seal repair weren't in stock, would have to be ordered and they'd need a deposit before ordering. I looked on Google and searched for "highest rated motorcycle shop near me" and found Tampa Elite. I called them and they said parts were in stock and they quoted me a price that was literally HALF as much as the next lowest quote I got. I arrived this morning and they took me straight in and had me done and out the door in just over an hour. They also gave my bike a general checkup, aired up my tires and bled my brakes. The fact they managed to do all this in 80 minutes is already enough. Beside that, they were pleasant, professional and FAIRLY priced. They quoted me on a valve service when that time comes and that price was also substantially less than the quotes I received from at least 3 other shops. (One of which was a certified Honda service center and said they couldn't do it at all.) It's nice to find a good, honest shop and Tampa Elite has set the bar for me. You guys will have my business from here on out. Thank you guys.

My son bought a starter bike that needed some work and someone suggested we go see Mike at Tampa Elite and that he would take care of us. This was so true! From the moment we walked in the door, Mike treated us like we had known him for years. He was very thorough and honest with his assessment and it was obvious that he wasn’t out to nickel and dime customers. Within 30 minutes he was able to run a full diagnostic and provide his recommendations. He was able to get all the work done within a couple of hours and my son had his bike back that same day. They took care of my electrical issue, did a coolant flush, a quick chain service and I was able to order a few custom parts I’ve been needing for a while all in less than an hour. Superior Service Experience at Tampa Elite today. I highly recommend this business. Mike and his crew (family) are truly a pleasure to work with. Tampa elite is a fantastic shop! The owner is super knowledgeable and has a no BS policy when it comes to helping customers with literally anything motorcycle related. Great customer service, they make you feel like a friend and they tell you straight up what's wrong and do not upcharge. They stick to their word and get stuff done in a very timely manner. I brought my R6 in to have new tires put on, After putting my tires on they informed me of a few extra things my bike needed like a new chain rear sprocket and some other small but essential things to the bike. Mike made sure to take his time and make sure I understood every small detail and worked with me on making sure I got everything squared away so my bike was safe for me to ride he treated my wife my children and I like We were family I have a broken foot and he even made it a point to come to the car because it was hard to walk to make sure I understood every detail the amount of respect and appreciation Mike shows for his customers really reflects in the atmosphere of his shop and the work his techs and him put out really shows his respect and appreciation of his customers I have enjoyed working with them in the past 7 months that I have had my bike and plan to continue using them as long as I’m on two wheels

This is my hometown shop, been coming here since I’ve owned my bike. I’ve brought Mike and the guys everything from a KLX 140 to a GSXR 600. In short, these guys always amazing. Here's my story, I get pushed off the road and go down. I'm ok but my rear brake is jammed. The shop owner pulled over to see if I was ok and showed me how to unjam my brake. Tests the bike says I'm good to go. Mentioned he owned a shop earlier but didn't even ask for business. Got the shop name and went straight there. Bike is taken care of and made a life long customer our of me. Prices are fair and service is wonderful. Don't go anywhere else, service can be good anywhere but that act of kindness on top of it all shows what this business is all about. Thank you again guys!

This is an AMAZING shop, with AMAZING PEOPLE, and AMAZING service. Had a motorcycle that had not been turned on in over 4 years, it was in storage. Tampa Elite came to pick up the motorycycle at my home and by the next day they already had run diagnostics and gave me a list of everything I needed to get my bike up and running. The pricing was fair but Mike spoke with me over the phone and was beyond deailed in what was needed and why. He is a true owner and understanding individual. Awesome, reliable shop. They have a lot of techs and they always get my work done super quickly. I've come here a handful of times on very short notice and I'm always in and out right away. When I came in with a flat, they loaned me a temporary tire while I waited for a specific set to come in. When I broke off my shifter, I rode straight there and they had it replaced in like 30 minutes.

Shipping of parts is delayed due to COVID, which is something out of their control, and so I encourage everyone to be patient when it comes to your parts coming in. Recently had my full akrapovic system installed and needed a flash/tune afterwards. They got me in that same night & had me finished the following day which was amazing. No down time at all. The bike is truly a beast now. Crisp, instant throttle response, increased power and she spits flames! Couldn’t be happier. Their tuner knows what they’re doing & so does the entire shop. Mike and the crew at Tampa Elite are one of the best out there. They did a Full system Brocks Exhaust, upgraded chain and sprockets, PC5 and custom tune on my 2021 ZH2. After all that it’s a brand new bike, it rides great, responds amazingly and looks better with all the new accessories they installed. They did it in no time at all and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service is great, I never had any problems when talking to Hum or Mike and I’ve been back 3 Times already to get other services done. I recently bought a Honda CBR 1000RR and in the first night of owning it bam problem problem problem..luckily I ran into a couple who had used Mike and his team of great mechanics before and referred me to them. I dropped the bike off expecting it to be a few days to a week for them to be able to get it working..however, they instantly lifted it up checked the entire bike over and brought me to see each and every thing that was wrong with it explaining clearly and concisely as to what was wrong. I finally found my one stop shop. I wish I had found this place sooner (although I have been a regular customer of Tampa elite now for almost 2 years) but before that i couldn't find a place that wouldn't rip me off and I would be able to get everything done that I wanted. Every other shop I have been to in the past had overcharged me for not just parts but labor and over time that adds up for someone like me a full time college student. As motorcycle owners we want our baby to be treated good and get the quality work done without hesitation or the headache that every other place I have been to had put me through from extended waiting time to overpriced work and the list goes on. I still remember the day I first went to Tampa elite and to be honest I was hesitant going to a new place that I didn't know about as I was given the run around by shops before. I had recently gotten into a motorcycle accident and the shop I took my bike to gave me a price that I was better off getting a new bike not to mention the fixing time was 3 weeks, but once I went to Tampa elite I was greeted by their professional team that saw my situation and welcomed me like a family. The service was beyond my expectations and they had given me an initial quote that was almost 75% cheaper then the quote I had gotten from the previous shop and the total turn around time was less then 5 hours comparing to previous shop that said it would take 3 weeks. While their professional team started working on my bike I sat in the lobby and started watching a movie as they have a very organized lobby with complimentary beverages and very comfortable sofas (I dozed off as I was exhausted from the run around I was given from shop to shop earlier that day) I couldn't have slept too long because when I opened my eyes the movie was just finishing and I see Mike the owner of Tampa elite with my key in his hands saying the bike was ready. When I saw my bike I couldn't recognize it as it was a whole different bike then I brought in, they walked me through every single part they had replaced and as we went through I started calculating in my head and I realized just the parts alone were the quote I was given so I was starting to get nervous as I was on a budget but the owner followed his promise and I was charged exactly what I was told from the beginning and that is what quality work is all about. From there on I saw some of their custom work and every time I would save up I would be there to get new things or to get my bike customized exactly the way I wanted with amazing prices. I can go on forever but all in all Tampa elite will always have my business. Friendliest people and amazing quality work they provide with great prices and fastest turn around ever. I 100% recommend this place.

I called the shop today seeking same day service on my bike. I just needed an oil change and chain maintenance. It’s tough these days to find a shop wanting to take business last minute, they seemed enthusiastic for the job and told me to come ASAP. One of the techs said he burned his leg on my bike because he didn’t know it was hot, kinda weird being that I rode in on it but overall had a great experience. Honestly the most honest I’ve dealt with in Florida. I come from Orlando just to bring my bikes to Tampa Elite from maintenance all the way to engine repair. I have a Zx6r that I track and all of sudden my engine seized. Called a bunch of shops that was local to me to see if I can get into the shop cause I was in a rush to get running but no one would touch it and said the motor is gone. I called Tampa elite and they didn’t turn me down and was willing to look into my motor and see what happen EVEN with high chances of it being blown. They even came late night while I was home to come tow the bike and next day had my bike running! He worked all day on the bike and still gave me the best price and worked with me to get my bike on the road as quick as possible. They’re also is doing warranty repairs on my Ducati and he’s always keeping me updated on it. Every time I bring my bikes in I walk in feeling like family and I always get treated right. Purchased a brand new 2019 Suzuki GSXR 1000R from a dealership. I noticed that the rims had large scratches from the techs trying to mount new tires. The dealership gave me a new rim and told me to “go elsewhere” to have it mounted. Brought it to a mechanic I have used for years! Went here to get my tires installed. Right when I walked through the door I felt like I was in a freaking fast and furious movie. A crew of guys wrenching on fast vehicles, the smell of cigarettes and gasoline in the air with grease covered rags everywhere. This shop gets stuff done. Not only did I experience good customer service, they were also incredibly efficient. They helped get my bike out of my truck, pushed it over to the back and got right to work. I walked in without an appointment at 5:30, they changed my tires and I was out the door at 6:30. Not only will I continue coming back to get work done to my bike, but I’d come back just to hang out.

So I was looking for a bike shop in tampa for weeks. I brought my bike in to change my tires and do a full diagnostic. Well thanks to Mike who is the owner, turns out my bike was leaking oil from the gasket , plugs were the wrong once installed by previous owner ( who was a mechanic !!!). Turns out the bike mechanically needed help bad. The owner and his crew replaced the gasket, changed oil, tires, etc in under 4 hours. On top of it mike took it for a test ride and told me what it needs so il definitely will be back. My bike had been in bad hands, I'm very confident that Mike and his Tampa elite crew will get it back to its glory days. I was treated like family from the moment I walked in, and was also treated with respect and honesty was priority for this shop. Real honest work. When you're here, you're treated as family. Before we could even say why we were there, we were offered cold refreshments. They dont try to upsell parts, they not only repair but explain how, why, and what, and the prices are the best in the area. I also have to mention the TLC. The quality of work I've experienced since going there is far more superior than any-other shop in the Tampa bay region . Ive had Barnys tell me the job they were supposed to do would takee them 2 days and they still messed it up but when I took it to mike for the same problem it was fixed thst very same day and never had a problem again. This shop is okay. Their not very good at following up. I ordered parts for my motorcycle from here, they told me it would be a week. I waited a week and a half called back and asked if they had came in. They told me the company they order from found a problem and was fixing that it should be another week. Took 2 more weeks and then I got the parts. Tried to put them on my bike only 1 out of 3 of the parts fit my bike. Had to take the other 2 parts back for a refund. I was told to leave the parts there and they would refund the money within the week but had to talk to the accountant. I said okay that's fine! I called for a couple weeks after dropping the parts off to get the refund kept telling me they were waiting on the accountant. Finally I called and asked if we could do the refund and they told me to come in and they would refund the money. I went straight in after the phone call and they gave me my money back. Friendly staff but very complicated process. 😬

I've been going to Tampa Elite for a few years now and I absolutely love them, I remember hearing people I ride with talk about how good the shop was and how trustworthy they were, so I needed work done on my bike. Mike the owner didn't know me at all, I called him told him what I needed for my bike and said I never been there but my bike would need to be towed he sent his guys to pick up my bike with so much respect strapped my bike down and everything. He called me as soon as my bike got to his shop a few days later he called told me my bike was finished and I could bike it up once I got to this shop and it was a drive because I live in South side st.pete everyone in that shop was so nice and made me feel like family I didn't wanna leave. When I first started to came to Tampa Elite, I was not so sure about there work. The first time I had got work done, I was quoted a price and decided to get the work done. After I had paid and left, it was sometime later that someone told me that I was royally screwed on the price. Me, not knowing anything along the lines of how things should be, believed the person that was telling the truth. I had cut ties at Tampa elite and went to another shop to continue to get the needed work done to it. Push came to shove, someone told me to contact mike because, “He works fast and he’s cheap.” I then went back over to get some extender blocks and a chain installed. I’ll admit while I was there I still thought that it was sketchy, and I was acting a little snappish and rude. Though through it all, Mike, Hum and Yousif were kind, while getting me in and out of there, in a snap. Ever since then I’ve been coming to the shop, getting work done and I’ve opened up a bit too. Since then I realized that I shouldn’t always believe what I hear from people, and that I should always do some research before I say or do anything.

Hey there, my name is Richard. On August 12, 2016 I purchased a used bike from a local dealership. I live in Orlando so I had a long ride home. 30 mins into my ride home the bike died on me. The dealership was closed. A RR name Vic stopped to help. He called Mike and Mike didn't hesitate and sent his truck to get me. Not only did Mike stay in his shop too 10pm way after hours he also texted me close to 1am to make sure I got home safe. Who does that. Mike did. 09/03/2019 I have a FZ1 and I took my motorcycle to a different motorcycle shop that completely screwed me over left me stranded and I even pulled a muscle trying to push start my motorcycle after it messed up going to this other establishment but Tampa elite motorcycle were like superheroes they picked up my bike when I was in the hot sun in Florida they fix my bike immaculately and it's been running like it's brand new and they treat the customer with respect and they stand by their work and I vouch for it I recommend anybody that has two wheels with a motor on it to stop by Tampa elite motorcycle if you're trying to better your motorcycle and be more safe on the road I give this place five star you won't regret stopping by.They can do anything to your bike that's needed to be done.
