I was tired from a night shift and here it was MY FLT Harley Davidson engine, after a few weeks wait and worry, customs taxes in the UK, and I have it, got it, HERE in the UK. Trusting a company is difficult. And Sun Coast earning mine, a newbie at getting large motorcycle parts from the US or A, via paypal and Ebay, by safely and promptly sending and packing in film and on a pallet via FED EX, a good carrier a virtually unused Harley Davidson FLT engine and gearbox. I opening the film and stripped the steel banding to find A PRISTINE engine with nothing scratched or damaged, after travelling on a Jumbo Jet, through many hands, over thousands of miles. I have my 30 day garuntee, and am VERY VERY HAPPY with this service. When the time comes for me to place this into my 2001 FLHTUCI frame, I am sure to enjoy this engine, as intended, by Sun Coast and Harley. Others who lose this trust created by bad companies who do NOT do what Sun Coast have done, are missing out! Ordered 4 indian shirts and a belt. These were nos and upon receipt noticed they had bleaching marks or sunfading on the leading folded edge and side edge like they sat in a window. A bit frustrating as this was a christmas gift, however, JR reached out and we settled on a partial refund as they cannot be resold and shipping back for would not be worth it. I wanted to buy a motorcycle part and decided to try and get one nearby (Australia) to support local business. BUT they couldn't match the price. I gave them opportunity and they did drop the price but could only get to half of what Sun Coast Cycle Sports were offering delivered to my door. So I bought the part all the way from the USA for half the cost I could get it in my own country. Hey, I do like to support local business but I also need to stick fuel in the bike and tucker in my belly! They'll be first place I look in future.
