When I contacted ride pro Mike had answered very professional and down to earth instantly i liked the way I was treated not like a used car salesman . So I flew to tampa to go see the trike I wanted and Mike met me in person at the shop. He took his time as I went over the bike and asked a ton of question he educated me on everything I needed to know about the bike. Long and short of it after I payed for it the bike was shipped to my home before I even got back in. This was truly a great purchasing experience and I would recommend if ur looking for a bike or trike or spider what ever check out ride pro. You won't be disappointed Richard.

Bought A 2001 Goldwing trike site unseen. Spoke to Mike several times and just went with my gut instinct, and i was right. I got the trike about 2 weeks ag, but i haven't written the review because I wanted to ride the trike a while and have it looked at by my mechanic. Bike is exactly as described. It runs great it, sounds great and i love it. I had the trike serviced but that was my decision because I want to keep up on oil changes. Has one speaker out on the rear left, minor, and really nothing else wrong. Mike is a great guy and like said I got exactly what he said. Can't ask for more. Great experience all around

Three year review. I bought a Road King 3 years ago. No issues whatsoever. They sold me a great bike at a great price. They bought my old bike at a fair price and saved me the trouble of trying to sell it on my own. Shipping went smooth. No problems start to finish. Would buy from them again.

It's nice to be able to write a 5 star review... I bought a 2005 Honda Shadow Aero from Ride Pro, and the bike was fairly priced, exactly as described, and the entire sales experience was a pleasure. Additionally, the rest of the bikes I saw there all seemed to be in decent shape, clean, and appropriately priced. The shop was clean and tidy too. If I'm in the market for another used bike at some point, Ride Pros will be my first stop. UPDATE: The tires that were on the Shadow had plenty of tread on them, but were 6 years old. We made an agreement regarding replacing them if they hardened up, which, after a few months, they did. James more than held up his end of the agreement, getting me an awesome price on new rubber. Additionally, he put in new Progressive Suspension fork springs that I provided, and now the bike rides even better than new. I have nothing but positive things to say about James, Alex, and Ride Pro.

When I walked in the door, I was nervous that my less than perfect credit score would prevent me from getting the motorcycle I wanted, or that it would result in high monthly payments. Fortunately that wasn't the case. Not only did I get the bike I wanted, but my monthly payments ended up being much lower than I expected. I dealt with Mike, who was very friendly & when it came time to do the paperwork, he got it done very quickly, explaining every part of the process as we went along & didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want/need. I went in, told him what I wanted, & he showed it to me. Even after I told him my credit score, he never said anything about not being able to get the bike & didn't give me any judgmental looks like you'd get at other dealerships. Great guy, great selection of bikes & a great place to do business. I'll definitely recommend Ride Pro for anyone looking to buy a motorcycle & they'll be my first choice if/when I decide to buy another.

Good Evening to Everyone, Mike is a man to his word and a honest salesman. I saw a bike I wanted on his website. My wife and I drove up to look at the bike on Saturday afternoon. I liked it and purchased it. On the way home from Tampa to Longwood, the bike starts shaking. Long story short: I called Mike immediately he sent a tow truck to get the bike from Davenport. Tow it back to Tampa. Kept me posted every step of the way with what was going on, fixed the problem, then paid the expenses for me to come back to Tampa to pick up the bike. I would I definitely do business with him and recommend him to friends. His Technician is Awesome man great in explaining what I needed to know about the bike. Thank you both so much.

I’m a serious young rider that’s been riding Harley’s my whole life and I rode my 95k mile road king all the way from Jacksonville to Tampa to trade it in for a new Honda Valkyrie. I happened to come across this business online and man what a blessing. I absolutely love my new-to-me Valkyrie. Mike was a phenomenal guy and didn’t judge me or act disrespectful even though I was covered in dirt and sunburnt crispy red head to chest from my riding which is more then I can say for many other places i step foot in lol. They offered me a very fair price for my road king And the Valkyrie was very fairly priced as well. They also were quick with everything and didn’t make you spent 10 hours on trivial unnecessary paperwork like rim insurence or “extended warranties”. Great business, great guy and my fiancé loved their dog. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my clients. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Most dealerships have always left me with a bad taste in my mouth but if I ever am in the market for another bike in the future I know exactly where to look first. Highly recommend this place even if you live far away it’s worth the ride.

Ride Pro is excellent company to deal with,Mike called me about Harley I had for sale so I checked out his website and saw he had an older bike I liked and we made a deal over the phone.he said he would meet me with the bike the next day and that saved me 2 1/2 hour drive. His bike looked great and he took my bike in trade so I now have a good looking older bike and no payment. I wish more dealers did business like Ride Pro.the local dealer added almost 1000$ in fees when I tried to deal with them.

I am extremely happy with ride pro, Mike specifically. I recently purchased a Honda gold wing from them sight unseen. I asked him for extra pictures of it and they came immediately I called and had a discussion with him about the condition of the motorcycle it was exactly as explained. This was very important to me because I flew there from a 1000 miles away, did the paperwork and got on the bike and proceeded to drive it a 1000 miles home immediately. Impeccable customer service, professionalism, and excellence. Everything went smoothly. We found the bike on Craigslist, actually, went to the store to look at the bike, went home to sleep on it, and showed up two days later to buy. Paperwork was completed in store in minutes, license plate was issued, and the title came in the mail a week later. We were quickly on our way and my SO rode his beautiful bike home, but took a small detour just for fun, of course. These guys know motorcycles and will set you up with the bike of your dreams. My SO bought a Suzuki Intruder that they said they received on a trade-in. When we arrived to look at the bike, Alex, the owner, seeing that we were checking everything out, essentially gave us a tour of the whole shop and the bikes in it! We didn't feel pressured at all when we decided to sleep on our decision. However, these guys really know how to run a business; Alex gave us a great deal on the bike and now my SO has the motorcycle of his dreams. Everyone there is welcoming and personable, but, most importantly, they are knowledgeable about motorcycles and will make sure that you walk away happy.

About a month a go I bought a 06 gsxr (yea I’m the lucky guy)from Alex at ride pros. Alex and his staff was very helpful prompt and professional he told me if I had any problems let me know don’t wait (forever and a day obviously). About a week after leaving ride pro me and my wife went out on the bike and noticed a leak on the fork obviously I’m a little wowed about it contacted Alex and we worked something out and got it squared away definitely definitely recommend this place for a purchase of a bike.

The bike was fine as I bought it but something came up and they 100% addressed the problems and took the bike in and fixed the problems at no charge to me about a month after I purchased the vehicle....
