I rode my 2003 Ultra Classic over to the showroom in Tampa {and had no intention of parting ways with it}. I have to be honest the 5 stars is 98.9% due to Jimmy and the guys on the service side of the house. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction and helping me make a rational choice that both I and my ole lady would love. You guys were right about the smooth ride of the Indian and as a traditional Harley guy I’m glad I gave it a shot. As for the dealership they’ve got just about a little of everything sprinkled in there, great inventory. You’re bound to find something you like. They also sell warranties which I highly recommend when buying a used bike. All in all was able to get a deal done and ride off in comfort and style with no worries or issues.

Bought a Ducati here and was extremely impressed with the organization. The sale was hassle free, the price and trade in were fair. Chase was both knowledgeable and personable. Also bought a helmet and Jacket. The helmet was a tight fit so I returned it for a larger one. They had run out of the next size but Bobby set me up with a better one at no cost increase. Purchased my 1st liter bike here, and Chase was very accommodating, very professional, and patient. He worked with me from beginning to the end and I did not have to deal with anyone else. The facility is beautiful, they have a great selection of bikes, and I even asked for a tour of their shop. So I know where I'm taking my scooter for maintenance. For those who left a bad review and say they bought a bike with no fuel, check the fuel duh, I did and it was low, and they filled it up right there on site with premium gas!

Super easy transaction. I called, got approved within a few minutes, picked it up the next day. I walked in, paperwork was ready, bike was ready. Chase was on top of the transaction. There are many many motorcycles dealerships out there and you usually pick one with the bike you want , Next Ride have all styles and prices that you don’t need to look somewhere else , all bikes are in excellent new like condition and they did more than I expected to get this deal on a Friday at 5:30pm , they took a trade on my old Harley just with a picture and trusting my word about my bike’s condition , long story short they deliver new bike , pick up my old bike and I signed all paperwork at my dinner table , 10:00 pm they left and I couldn’t be any happier, had a small concern with rear break and same day I call they picked up and got it fix same day ! Just got a 2005 Intruder 1400 from them today. Chase made the deal VERY easy and quick. I called, asked a few questions, cut to the chase before I drove the HOUR there and was happy. Rode the bike 52 miles home with no issues. Yeah, I drove PAST 4 other bike dealers to get there. Yeah it was a long drive. But the bike rode as promised and the deal was smooth and fast! NEXT DAY UPDATE... Their bikes should be checked more thoroughly. Luckily I'm an auto mechanic so PORPERLY syncing the carbs, topping off some DOT4 and PROPERLY torquing a few bolts wasn't an issue. However I'd have to seriously reconsider another deal here. The bike made it home. But upon further investigation like they didn't even put the main fuel line on ALL the way, you can tell the techs stripped some of the old screws and didn't even bother changing the clutch or brake fluids. It's cool, ILL drill and tap them myself. Deal wise, great, mechanic wise, not Soo hot... Glad I decided to give it a REAL once over before taking the kids for a ride.

They are all cool guys. Worked hard to make any issue I had get fixed. The tech who did an oil change on my bike did an above and beyond job. Polished up the bottoms fairings and cleaned up my chain. Editing after. Had a lot of issues with the bike but eventually it was taken care of. But felt I was lied to about it. However I do feel they tried to remedy the issue. Only changed to a 3 because of my experience and I don't want to be unfair. As I said I had a lot of issues I should not have had but was taken care of.

I took my Harley in for a list of items to be worked on and Jimmy at Next Ride gave me a preliminary quote which I thought was very fair, especially compared to Harley pricing. At the point the Harley was ready for pick up jimmy had informed me that some items I thought needed done did not need done, and they did a full tune up on top of everything and came in well under budget. We stop by for the service (great mechanics; we had rear pad change needed and a few weeks later put new rear tire on) but it's just fun to watch the inventory change and get close to some exotics. Great place to find your new motorbike. From my experience being almost 24 and about 5 years of credit, several bike places will say I don't have enough history yet to qualify. That's frustrating. But the guys here will make it easier, and will make it happen. I get a nice bike, and I got it at a good rate because these guys knew the best ways to try to get something relatively reasonable for my situation. Far better than what other places suggested as alternative credit options. Really recommend these guys.

The absolute best place to buy a motorcycle. I wish they sold cars as well because I would only shop with them for everything. They take the stress of buying a motorcycle right out of the picture. No matter what your situation is, they will work their hardest to get you what you want. If they can't make it happen I promise you won't be able to anywhere else. The good ... they have a lot of very nice bikes for sale and the staff seems nice enough. The bad ... they also advertise and show on searches as a repair shop but their shop is very understaffed ... when I inquired about the repairs I need on my two bikes I was turned away ... not because they didn't want the business ... because their mechanics don't work full schedules and are too busy getting used bikes for sale and onto the showroom and have no time to do outside repairs.

Had a great experience here, Reuben was awesome! I live 4 hours away and was able to conduct business over the phone, they even had the bike delivered to me for an extremely reasonable rate, would've cost me more to have someone drive me there to pick it up. I never felt pressured to buy anything, Reuben said "look around and let me know if you like anything" i hate sales people that keep pestering you and this was such a relaxing experience. My divorce left my credit in ruins, I've been wanting to build it but no one will finance me on anything, and I mean no one. I told Reuben this and he said no problem I'll get you on the bike you want and I was skeptikal, I've heard that before from everyplace i have ever been, but Reuben delivered. There was a negative review on here about it being a lease, with bad credit it is a lease and if you add up all the payments then you will be paying a lot but you get to rebuild your credit which I needed, besides if you went to harley with bad credit and they did finance you it would be some crazy high interest rate so it balances out , if i make all payments then at the end of the lease it's something like $500 to buy the bike but i plan on paying it off early once I get some credit built. Now all that being said if you don't have bad credit then this place is still for you, the prices are really good and i love my bike, got a harley under Kelly blue book and it is flawless as far as condition and I went over it with a fine comb looking for cheap fixes that some shady dealers do but couldn't find any. I can't say enough good things, there was an issue where the delivery driver gave them a higher price to deliver than Reuben quoted me and he took care of it and only charged me what he originally quoted me. I called before the driver was picking up the bike from them and asked Reuben if he could throw a helmet in for me, he could've thrown a $400+ HJC on there and tried to screw me over but instead he was honest and told me since I wasn't here to try it on he didn't want to sell me one that I wouldn't be happy with so to the guy with the negative review they aren't out to take advantage of people, if you have bad credit they can get you on a bike but thats a high risk loan for the lender so you're gonna have to pay for that. And again for the people with good credit this isn't like a shady buy here pay here car dealer, they have quality bikes at really good prices so if you're in the market then pay cash, finance through your bank or talk to Reuben to see what options they have, you'll be happy you did!!
