Where do I start … from the time we walk in the experience was 5 stars!!!! From Sales to Finances to Accessories everyone was awesome ! Melissa in Sales was so helpful, not pushy at all with an unbelievable amount of knowledge on all the bikes. She spent hours helping him pick the correct bike for his height ( he is 6ft7) so not an easy task !!! Darryl in Finance was amazing, giving us all the options for the best financing for our son who is an American Soldier. And Gaston in the part department was amazing with his knowledge with all the helmets and all the other necessary accessories our son needed. At any point we felt pressured, there were transparent all the way through the deal and went above and beyond expectations. I would recommend this place and especially Melissa, Darryl and Gaston at any time !!!! Thank you guys , you rock !!!!

To ALL who have never bought or know anything about ATV’s we HIGHLY recommend ANTHONY at Moramoto… we are beginners in this area of recreational vehicles and not only did they sell us a great pair of FUN ATV’s for my kids they stand by their services and products thru and thru!! I am a big believer in supporting local businesses and in reading/writing reviews so when I tell you that these guys went above and beyond I mean they went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! We bought the Apollo blazer 9 125cc midsize perfect for teens and older as a new beginner ATV and we could not be happier!! We will be buying another pair of the larger midsize for the entire family to ride! We live in Deltona so we will be driving all the way to Moramoto to buy more from Anthony!!! Exceptional customer service and communication, with all-around amazing people working for this place. I recently listed my 2018 GSX-R 600 for sale and ultimately worked with Moramoto on the purchase. They offered fair value *and* came to pick the bike up where I live (in North Central FL). Shout out to Tonya and her husband for a great sale experience (and even better conversation while picking the bike up). When I go to sell my Ducati I'll just call Moramoto directly rather than listing :) Honestly, I'll do the same when/if I'm interested in a purchasing a new bike! It was a refreshing experience to deal with such great people... You really can't find that at local dealerships (in Gainesville, FL), so guess I'll be trekking to Tampa/Pinellas Park!

I will be bringing all 3 of my Harleys to Maramoto for anything and everything. Andrew and his crew are the best. The customer service by Scott is over the top, and Nates technician skills are more than stellar. My only regret is that I didn't buy my bikes there. That was a mistake. One stop shop from buying it to servicing it. Do not go anywhere else for your cycle needs, all makes and models, they can do it all!!

100% Would recommend! Just moved down to FL a few months ago and finally decided to get my first bike. Went to a few other shops before finally ending up at Moramoto in Pinellas Park. First thing I noticed over the other dealers was they were more genuine whereas the other dealers didn't even give me the time of day.I pulled up and checked out a few of the bikes they had outside when Katie walked out and asked if there was anything she could help with. I told her I was just looking around that day to get an idea of what I wanted. We went inside and checked a few of the bikes out that I had my eye on asbwell as some gear. I was still hesitant about buying a bike that didn't fit me being a shorter rider and whatnot but luckily Scot, which is one of the service specialist there told me I could come out back and see how I liked his bike which was the same make/model I was looking at and was lowered 2 inches. The bike fit me perfect and instantly made me more apt to getting the bike I was looking at. After about a week of thinking it over I was ready to pull the trigger on the purchase. I attended the open house they had for their new shop in Tampa and got with Katie and let her know I was ready to get the bike. Katie was extremely busy with the event that was going on and I ended up talking with Alex to make everything final. If anyone is in the Tampa or St. Pete area looking for a shop that feels like family when you walk in, I will point to Moramoto everytime!

I was waiting patiently to find a kind of unicorn Honda that I wanted to own. I found it at Moramotos' online, followed up with them on the phone, and got the best price I could find in the country. Julia ALbanese was my sales person and was just incredibly nice, responsive, and gave me the right answer to all of the questions I had. This was as easy as buying a cup of coffee. I wanted a specific tire put on before I picked it up. I cannot recall the service managers name, but he too went out of his way to find the tires and get them mounted before I picked it up. The store was neat and well organized and they had a very good selection of bikes, which is actually kind of challenging right now. Anyhow, I have no reservations about recommending them to any rider looking for their next bike. Julia was probably the nicest vehicle sales person I've ever dealt with. Rocky, who I only dealt with via email and is the GM, was also fantastic.

This is a great dealership for a used motorcycle! From the initial contact with them over the phone their sales staff was awesome. Robert and Ryan are super friendly and courteous. They found me a bike in my price range and got me financed within 48 hours of the initial phone call. The service department is top notch, when they were prepping the bike for delivery, they found a flaw in the turn signal circuit, and rather than putting an aftermarket part in it they ordered a genuine part straight from the manufacturer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a used motorcycle.

Sold my motorcycle using Facebook marketplace. They came to my area, met me at my bank (public place with cameras), completed the sale and waited as I deposited the money. Quick, honest and constant communication. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first but overall completely satisfied with the transaction. They didn’t haggle on price. They paid what they said they would. The only down side is I parted with my motorcycle.

Had my yz250 forks resealed, there was an issue with sourcing the parts from the zephyrhills location. Scott the service manager got to the bottom of it. Turns out the zephyrhills location never ordered the parts, they just left the items in the cart. 1 star for zephyrhills but 5 starts for Scott the service manager for figuring out what the hold up was.

BEST repair shop I've been to hands down. Came in with my Ducati 1098 and in an hour they diagnosed a rusted head, burnt valves, and even recommended a specialty shop to take good care of the bike. Now I have had my fair share of bikes. Going through the process of buying from a dealer is hit or miss. From the second I called them to get things rolling they were nothing but extremely professional. Not once did they use a shady salesman tactic or anything of this nature. I am a firm believer in the feelings if you go the extra mile for me I don’t care if you are an hour drive away and I only need a pair of gloves I will drive it. Went in today and had a new rear tire put on my Harley. I used Moramoto because they did the last set of tires and gave me a great price and did an excellent job on the installation. The estimate was for an hour to install but there was an issue getting the bead to set on the rim so it took a little longer to get everything finished. Again, they did an excellent job and I should be good to go for another 10,000+ miles. I also picked up a new helmet and comms package that Scott install and all works great. Actually conducted a phone call on the ride home. That was nice! Highly recommend Moramoto. They keep a large supply of tires on hand so there is no waiting for the tire to come in which is what everyone else in Tampa quoted me.

They got the right bike for me within my budget. Then I requested delivery service on my new 2019 Iron 1200. Guess what? Not a problem. Free delivery! What is not to say about this place absolutely fantastic place to buy a bike big bikes small bikes everything else in between you name it he's pretty good at giving a good inventory he's got Yamaha he's got Harleys he's got Hondas he's got Suzuki's phone can't forget about the old Kawasaki all bikes are gone through with a fine tooth comb before they reach the showroom floor they also get professionally detailed as they hit the showroom floor Big John the service manager Scott works the parts department and Jason is the mechanic and a very highly skilled one in that if you're ever in a pinch I recommend this place for any kind of work whether it be oil changes chain cleaning putting your sport bike back together after you crash it at 100 miles an hour or less that's if there's anything left of it for the time it stops lighting or as the asphalt LOL oh and I can't forget they have a motorcycle detailer that will come to them and detail customers bikes and showroom bikes that are ready to get ready to get on the floor I highly recommend this guy he did an awesome job on my Harley price was very fair on what he charged to clean the old dirty bike up I wish there was a way I could put before and after pictures cuz you could see the resemblance and the difference from what it used to look like and what it looks like today so if anybody needs a detailing out there contact morimoto of St Pete Tampa and they will put you in the right direction with this gentleman keep up the good work until we buy a bike again

Buying and selling a motorcycle can be stressful and somewhat “sketchy”. My experience with Moramoto was awesome. I think they are the best in all of Florida, even though this was my first time buying a bike and not having much experience with other dealers I can honestly say that they've earned the right to be the top rated dealer. I've been to a few dealers before and all they wanted to do was go straight to point and talk numbers but when i came in Moramoto, Gina didn't do that, instead she asked me what im interested in, how I came to wanting a bike, and sat me down on all the makes to see which one was more comfortable to me. I Rode 6 1/2 hours from ATL for a Yamaha r1 that I never saw in person or test road but I think one of the most important things throughout my experience with Moramoto was that I felt like I had seen it in person heard it running and sat on it due to the pictures and video's that were sent to me. My friend and I were very impressed at the dealership and everyone at the dealership was very friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. I worked with Dakota and he was great he was available, knowledgeable, and wanted to help me get the bike I wanted and wasn't trying to push me into a purchase or anything like that. Being new to the bay area I'm looking to find a good motorcycle shop for helmuts and other accessories as well having my 18 Gixxus 750 serviced, I pull into a gas station and park beside a pieced together Harley from the late 80s. I talk to the bikes owner, in his late 50s early 60s like me, and he recommends I check out someplace on Park just east of 71st. Good sign. A little while later I pull into Moramoto and like what I see, a good selection of preowned American and Japanese bikes with a few Euros mixed in. A minute or two out front checking out the inventory and I'm pleasantly greeted by Vargas, I tell him I'm looking for new gloves so we go into the showroom full of more bikes. I'm introduced to Aaron and we look at gloves, new helmets and talk about other accessories. On my way out I meet a third guy, didn't catch his name, we go out and start checking out our bikes that are parked side by side. He points out that my chain is a bit loose and could use some service and he correct so I will be back this afternoon to get it done. Overall a great first impression with Moramoto, friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice clean facilities with a good selection of products. My only concern was they didn't mask up until I did, no problems, no political issues, this is Florida after all. I'm older and worry about the virus, the staff was much younger but masked up as soon as they could. I look forward to shopping and getting service at Moramoto.

This was the best experience I’ve EVER had at a dealership. Walked in looking to purchase my first bike and was greeted by tori and rob, found a bike that I loved and made a deal.. no pressure at all the process was quick and the mechanics are fast and always happy. Today I bought my first scooter. Not a motorcycle yet but soon I will graduate to it. Let me tell you about my experience at Moramoto, it started with calling in to ask if they sold scooters. Ryan picked up the phone and was so welcoming that I decided to check the shop out that afternoon. Not only did I get the grand tour but I picked a bike out and put a down payment. I went in the next day and was introduced to Tonya. What an amazing woman, human. She expedited all of my paperwork and made sure that the bike would be built, and ready to ride. Unfortunately though I went in once and paid $120 to get my lights, (which by the way has the bright in regular beam switched, but I personally done care, but this is a review) and blinkers fixed and the day after my blinkers went out. He called me in the morning and picked the bike up from my house with cash in hand that same afternoon. We settled on a price and he was very fair. I would highly recommend doing business with Moramoto before dealing with any private buyer. I haven't had the chance to check out their shop, but definitely will if I pass through.

I initially stopped in to meet the Service Manager, Big John. During my initial visit I shared with him the problem I was experiencing with my bike. He immediately appeared to know what was wrong and what service would be required to repair it. Satisfied, I had the bike towed to the shop, a few days later I received a phone call telling me the repair required was not as extensive as initially thought, and would cost considerably less than originally discussed, needless to say this confirmed the integrity and honesty I initially developed about the dealership. Went to the new moramoto location in Tampa to get a chain and sprocket replacement and was told the last chain adjustment messed the bolts up causing it the push against the axle. They said in the likelihood that it could not be fixed I'd probably have to order a new swing arm. Ben the mechanic was a god send and was able to save me and get it fixed. So thank for the awesome service and great customer service from everyone and especially Ray for coming in clutch with the tacos while I waited for everything to be done. I went to Moramoto to buy a new bike after my last one got totaled in hurricane Michael. From the moment I walked in I felt at home. I was taken care of by Rob and Guido, and they were extremely helpful though the whole process. I originally bought an 06 GSXR750, and after returning home I realized we were all mistaken about the milage. The previous owner lied and sold the bike referencing a trip instead of the actual odometer and I bought it before the full checkout and service took place. When I saw the actual milage I called to let them know and they took the bike back the next day. After returning the GSXR they worked to find me another bike that fit my needs, and I walked out with a CBR1000RR the same day. Moramoto definitely stands by their products and customers and will do whatever possible to make sure everyone's experience is better than expected. While taking a look into local (to the central florida area) dealerships, I had a close friend make the suggestion that I check out Moramoto's online inventory. He had previously dealt with the company and had been very pleased with the outcome on his 2013 GSX-R. I was extremely impressed with the broad range of options extending from cruisers to supersports, and proceeded to find something which I thought would be most suitable for my taste. The first choice was a sportbike. Having previously owned a 2006 CBR 600rr, I was longing for the days to get back onto another rocket, and the long list of options within this field in the inventory made me make the call. A gentleman by the name of Robert Corrigan helped me to further analyze my decision, and brought forth some important factors which I had overlooked while on the hunt. My long commute to work on the highway, the hours of the day, the traffic endured (etc..etc..) made me realize how hard the rides would be on my back. I figured a cruiser would be the next best thing, but my love for the sportier look (and speed) made it hard to make the change. Robert suggested a sport touring, a Kawasaki Ninja 650 to be exact, and I instantly fell for the bike. The upright position made it perfect for my commutes, along with having the torque to get up and go when needed! Unfortunately my fun came to an end when I was hit-and-ran on the highway and the ninja was totalled in the path. I had never experienced this and was afraid of how the paperwork would be settled, but Robert and the crew at Moramoto made it extremely simple to file through and continue to heal from the wounds caused by the accident. This stress-free and caring dedication made the choice in purchasing once again extremely simple. I returned to Moramoto when I was back on my feet ready to be on two wheels again and today I am the proud owner of a 2014 Kawasaki Z1000. The repurchasing process was even simpler (as if it hadn't been already the first time around), and I could not be any happier. I would highly recommend to any stranger as I do already to my friends and family. From the variance inventory wise to the extremely helpful staff, this is the place for you to check out.

After speaking with Jon (Service Manager) and Morley (Tech) they assured me they would get it handled. Andrew who for an owner, is the most humble and genuinely helpful person and Carlos who undeniably is amazing at what he does are just two of an incredible team there. When my boyfriend decided he wanted to build his 3rd bike, Carlos went above and beyond with what would be the most cost-efficient way to build your own bike, ordering the parts and even sold him a CBR600F4I at an unbeatable price! I brought my old cruiser in that wasn't really worth anything. Yet, they still came out and picked it up (since it wasn't running at all) and gave me more for it than I had quoted anywhere. They walked with me through the entire process of paying off the remainder of the loan (I didn't have to deal with the bank at all, they did everything for me) and squared everything up there. I was probably the biggest pain in the ass you'd ever seen moving from a cruiser to a sport bike. I literally looked at probably 15 different bikes (sometimes twice) sitting on them, starting them, having someone sit on the back as I held it up to make sure it was comfortable for my girlfriend as well... the whole 9 yards. Never once did they ever become rude, frown or frustrated. They shopped every bank humanly possible ( as I was working with only 1k down) to make sure I stayed within my means of down payment and monthly payments. This was literally the most painstaking process I've ever seen any rep go through for anything... ever. Eventually, I found a bike I was happy with, but it was shorter than an identical bike next to it. The shorter GSXR had all sorts of awesome mods to it, but was older and had higher mileage. They took all the mods off the shorter older bike (the one I didn't want because it was shorter and older but liked the mods so much) and moved all the customizations over to the newer, less mileage taller bike to make sure I was completely happy with the bike in every way! New tires, new battery, clean and sharp as hell and all the mods I wanted moved. I even bought a part that I wanted and they installed it for free while they were moving the mods off the older bike!!! They aren't at all like car dealers, they didn't hover over me, they didn't ONCE not ONCE try to pressure me into buying a bike that was more expensive or I didn't like. If I even thought there was one thing wrong with the bike I was looking at, they would tell me "you're not completely happy, let's look at some other options." Every single employee I dealt with was literally the most pleasant and awesome person ever... I know I was the BIGGEST pain in the ass, but never once did they show it. I have owned a lot of bikes, bought a lot of bikes from various dealers, and I assure you if I ever need another bike, it will be through here. Gina was the absolute best! They even insurance shopped for me to make sure I got the cheapest rate available! I didn't even have to call around! A+ times infinity, seriously. You're absolutely stupid if you don't stop in this place and look. They were up front and pointed out any blemish or scratch on the bike up front, NEVER tried to hide it... Seriously, this shoyld always be yoir first stop. They even gave me a discount on some other stuff I bought! (Helmet (which they made sure fit perfect and everything) The best thing you can do is come here. I am a picky pain in the ass and I have never been so satisfied in my life. Come...here... for everything.... ever.

During that shipment some slight damage happened to the fairings and (per my brother) Andrew did what a great business owner would... He made the customer whole. Years have past since my initial awareness of Andrew Moramoto and the family structured crew that makes up the Moramoto staff. In this span of time my brother and cousin have purchased bikes from Moramoto and I have gotten MUCH needed repairs done by Moramoto that others could not resolve. There is a Plethora of situations, actions and general references I personally can attest to the positives of Moramoto (the company) and Andrew Moramoto (the person) & Staff/Family. There is a statement to be made when a "smaller" or "local" shop that does not advertise on television or large billboards; however, still manages to make sales not only statewide... but nationwide. Congratulations (Andrew) Moramoto and I plan on making my next Hayabusa purchase at Moramoto!
