Thank you so much to Moramoto. Melissa was beyond wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole team was beyond kind and helpful. When we couldn’t find a new MT-07 in our local shops in Sarasota so we took the drive to Moramoto Tampa and it was so worth it . We were looking at an all black one and decided on this color when they rolled it in last minute and they were more than happy to change it and help us get our dream bike. The guys in the parts department helped us pick out the perfect gear that fit our budget. Delivery of the bike was fast and professional. The drivers called to let us know they’d be to us in 30 minutes and it was accurate. We are forever grateful for the Moramoto Tampa team and will definitely be back whenever we need more gear and more bikes. Thank you again!

The whole team was the perfect balance of professionalism and down to earth common sense. As a brand new rider with absolutely no experience on a motorcycle, they took their time to explain each step of the process. There were no pressure sales tactics, at least no that I could determine. Luis C in the parts department was probably the most knowledgeable one in the building. Big help in making my decisions on all my purchases. My man Nick was cooler other side of the pillow. He treated me with all the respect that a new rider could want. No Bs. He kept it real. He gave his opinions and concerns and allowed me the time to come to my own decisions. I was buying a bike in the area and i called the day of very last minute and Luis was able to get me in for a health check and oil change the same day. There are no ktm mechanics near me and the one i went to before messed up one of my bikes. I live 2 hours away and Luis accommodated me and was honest in his opinions and answers to our questions. I even accidentally dropped the key and had to drive all the way back to look for it and he came when they were already closed to just to help me find them. Driving 2 hours is not a big deal with the customer service he gave us. We don't want to take our bikes anywhere else now. And we are happy now that we have someone to trust and makes sure we are taken care of.

This was my first time buying a motorcycle and wow I am impressed with how great and fast everything went! Especially buying my Dream bike!! As soon as I sat on it, I knew it was mine. I was switching from a 150CC scooter however so I knew it would be a challenge to remember gearing and I lacked confidence. Chris Bates however was my guy, he immediately helped me out when I walked in and had a positive attitude about everything, which in turn made me feel better! I already knew what bike I wanted and he didn't try and upsell me. Instead he helped me start my application process and paperwork immediately after showing me the bike. The guys at the other motorcycle place I visited just tried to upsell me, while these guys at Moramoto didn't. They also fine tuned the bike before giving it to me! And can't forget to mention Ryan for actually working with me to get my financial application through. Being only 20, it's hard to get approved, but Ryan didn't give up! He got me approved in under an hour all without a co-signer 😎 Some extra love, forgot his name, but the guy in the apparel section was awesome too! He helped me pick out the helmet I want, which I'll definitely be back for later! Overall I'm excited to have had this experience and get out riding! Thanks to everyone at the Moramoto for making my first time buying great!

Darryl worked very hard to get our deal done, then there was a few small issues with the machines but that’s where the rubber meets the road. When he woke up out of bed on a Sunday morning to handle an issue for us … that’s called service after the sale. Mistakes and issues can arise but is all how you handle them. I am very happy with our experience, how we were treated, the deal we got, and most importantly the machines we bought. We will be coming back time and time again. Again, Darryl really stepped up and made it happen for us and we really appreciate your hard work !

What a great store. Stopped in just as they were opening cause I just got a new phone and didn’t think to sync it with my Cardo communicator and the bike itself. We were in the beginning of an all day ride and I needed to correct this. Luckily James came over to give me some assistance and he was able to fix my problem. After that he went on to educate us on the store history and gave us the grand tour. The folks at Moramoto were great and I wouldn’t hesitate going there again if I ever have a “real” problem with my bike.

Chad was awesome! I went to multiple shops where I was left alone on sales floor with tons of questions and people just asking about my down payment. Chad was very attentive. This is my first bike and he answered all my questions. He had me sit on multiple bikes to find the one that felt best! Finance manager Ryan answered all my questions,worked with my down payment amount and was speedy with the process! I was so pleased I left with a Suzuki GSXR600 and my boyfriend ended up buying a Kawasaki Ninja 600. These guys were great!

Went today to look at the Indian Scouts and Chief models to see them in person and also to find out my size in gear. I explained I don’t ride yet and just wanted to see how the bikes feel. I was greeted warmly and pleasantly by Christopher Bates. Never felt like because I wasn’t buying at that moment like he trying to get rid of me or my friend. Allowed us to ask questions and answered them all. Allowed us to sit on the bikes and explained the differences and recommended which I should look into being I’ll be a new rider. Overall, even though I couldn’t buy one my experience was great and I would def come back and buy a bike when I’m ready to.

First visit was a couple weeks ago just for some bike fluids. Not even ten steps in the door and I was warmly welcomed/assisted. When I asked where a certain product was located they didnt just point and tell me. They immediately got up and walked me there, while also sharing quite a few details about said products. Second visit was an even better experience. Brought my bike in for a once over. Bike was inspected and all parts needed were listed in a matter of 60 minutes. Maybe a couple more. Nick and Jake are top notch guys! They helped me tremendously with getting the right gear and the right parts for my KX250. Also, teaching me a few things. Great vibes all around. This establishment is also very clean and organized. Hand sanitizer if you need it, etc. Why not check them out? These are the guys to come to for all your dirtbike/motorcycle needs!! When I bought my first bike I tried to take it to the dealer for its routine service. Make a long story short they got my instructions on what to do all wrong and they also forgot to put a master link clip on my chain. Needless to say that ruined my outlook on letting anybody touch my motorcycle, in which I did the work on my bike myself from then on. Then I met Andrew through a friend and seen the level of expertise that came out of his shop, so I decided to try it one more time. I was blown away at the professionalism and courteousness to customers, communication was there, and the way they did work to my motorcycle I had only seen on mortorcycles fresh out the factory. They used paint markers to mark nuts after they were torqued, every time I got my motorcycle back it was freshly cleaned so good you could eat off of it. Moral of the review is I would tell somebody to drive across the country for their service ! A+
