Ryan and Dan made it SUPER easy! I submitted an inquiry online. The next day I had a call, all the details, and my bike ready! I was literally in and out in 15 minutes! Ryan and Dan made it such a great experience, I literally bought a second bike for my wife a few days later. Highly recommend these guys!

I’ve been in the market for a new motorcycle for awhile. I checked out and called a bunch of places and no one had what I was looking for. I kept running into bikes with high price tags, but broken parts. I came across the Gables Motorsports website. I found a used Vulcan which was exactly was I was looking for. Problem was the bike was located in Wesley Chapel and I live 5 hours south in Miami. I called them up and Ryan answered the phone. Ryan was great. Super friendly and helpful. We made a deal and Ryan had the bike delivered to me the next day. The delivery driver, Adrian, was super nice, on-time, communicative and even wiped the bike went he brought it down off the trailer. I am very happy. Excellent service all around. I would absolutely recommend Ryan and his team and will definitely go back. Bottom line they went out of their way to help me and I’m 5 hours away.

We went in for service on my Suzuki M50. I worked with Conner. He is a cool and respectful person. I needed radiator fluid flushed and replaced a temp fan switch. We sorted out the labor for the fan switch from the flush for some of the duplicated work. We had Jeremy as our mechanic and he did excellent work. We got the bike back. Now my bike has new fluid and now the fan actually works (it didn't prior to me taking into Gables from a seized temp switch). I appreciate Conner and Jeremy for their great service.

I bought a Sun Tracker pontoon in Sept,2022 at Gables Motorsports & Marine of Wesley Chapel, with my other half Grace. Grace and I wanted a pontoon but were unsure of exactly which one we should get. Dan was our salesman, and he was very informative in helping us make a decision on what pontoon we would like for what we want to do with a boat. In short, Dan was awesome! I waited until December to write this post because I had some additional work done at Gables and I wanted to get a good feel of how they operate. I wanted a few upgrades done to the pontoon, so I knew I'd be back. I came back in November to get some upgrades to the pontoon, Efrain Ruiz was my service man, he listened to what I wanted to do, and then he gave me the necessary information I needed to make an educated decision on what I should do with the upgrade to my new pontoon. The upgrade I wanted was a second battery and a battery multi switch installed, Efrain recommended a battery charging set up as well, which was a great idea! I also expressed some concern about how water gets trapped in the storage areas, and I suggested some small holes in the storage area so water could drain out. It was a small detail; however, Efrain heard me, and I noticed upon pick up of my boat that the holes had been installed. In addition, I would also like to point out another employee, Pedro Vega-Sanchez. He is the technician who installed the battery upgrade on my boat. My battery multi switch and second battery were installed perfectly. The switch is easy to access, the charger is clearly visible, and the batteries are positioned just how I would want them. Plus, the holes I wanted were placed exactly how I needed so the little bit of water that gets trapped can drain out. Everyone at Gables Motor Sports & Marine of Wesley Chapel has been extremely helpful, from Dan who helped us buy the boat, to Efrain who is helping us service the boat. I highly recommend Gables Motorsports & Marine for any boating needs, and I will continue to go to them for my boating needs as well. I'm planning on having light packages installed just after the new year! David and Grace (Very Happy Customers).

Tell them your credit score and whether or not you've had any larger loans and how high they were, and they will let you know their opinion, honestly, whether they think you will be approved. After 3 weeks, I’m very happy with both the scooter and the outstanding customer service I received at Gable’s Motorsports Of WC. I took my bike in for a simple carb cleaning . In the end the bike is running great and it costed what I was quoted. The issue was definitely communication and time. I was told it would take 2 weeks and it would ended up taking 3 weeks. My main complaint is lack of communication. Every few days they would text with another excuse and a different deadline. That deadline would pass with no communication from them, no response to my texts. The last time I called I was ready to come get it and take it to a different place, but Manny (from a different department) looked into what was going on and gave me some answers on what they were waiting on.

They are extremely knowledgeable about motorcycle and you can tell as they explain to customers what’s going on with their bikes. They have a great selection of motorcycles, boats, and four wheeler to choose from. I was able to find my ideal motorcycle. The staff were very helpful in answering all my questions, and I had plenty of them. Even the manager of the place, Bob, was helpful. They offered their personal opinions, such as whats the best riding gear to get for safety. I spent over 3 hours there and enjoyed the whole process. DO NOT be afraid to ask plenty of questions and throw out some jokes. Humor makes the whole process more fun. The only con I could find was the limited parking. These guys / gals are AWESOME. I moved to the Wesley Chapel area two years ago and had no way to get my bike off of my truck. Quick stop at Gables, and bam, the were quick to lend a hand so I could get to riding again and didn't charge me a thing. Over the course of two years their service department was fast and fairly priced, and were always able to get what I needed some, even though I don't ride a Honda. Low and behold, time to move again and needed help loading the bike up due to my ramps not being long enough due to my truck being too high. Stopped in, and as always, Eric and the other staff were more than willing to assist. The pulled their forklift around and had the bike in the truck in a jiffy, again free of charge. I HIGHLY recommend Gables for anyone with a recreational vehicle need, whether it be sales or service. I really hope there is a shop with their professionalism and courtesy where I am moving. A+++++

Purchased a used bike from Manny at Gables about a month ago. My time with Manny was awesome, he was able to answer all my questions and if he couldn't he got an answer for me in a reasonable amount of time. Candice from finance was out that day so the new GM attempted to help with my financing which he was unable to. The next day my info was passed on to Candice, she was just as awesome as Manny. She had everything taken care of quickly so I could get out the door and ride. While Candice was finishing up my paperwork I was shopping for gear, the GM and I had a conversation where I believe he was trying to be funny but it didn't come across that way at all. I was shocked how he spoke to us. The next day I stopped by and had a conversation with one of the owners, he handled the problem with the GM instantly and gave me his card with his cell number on it in case I had any other issues. Over all I was very happy with my service and the way the owner handled our issue. Had Manny and Candice not done so well I would have walked out and not made my purchase there. 4 stars because I don't care at all for the GM but everyone else was awesome.

I had been searching for a Honda Shadow Phantom, matte finish, used or new, for about an month until I received a call from Dennis at Performance Honda. No other dealership came through for me and the ones that did were a bit pricey or not even close to the bike I wanted. Dennis went over & beyond. He found exactly what I was looking for but better. Came way under price than a couple of the Skymotor sports and Cycle Spring of Clearwater. Had a ton of patience helping pick out bigger tires and rims for the best deal. I purchased my first motorcycle from this dealer earlier today. I was impressed with the attentive, cheerful, professional, and courteous staff. Krysta and Ryan made the buying process painless, even though I took a night to sleep on it to make sure I got what I wanted. I also spoke with Dennis, who exudes a no-pressure attitude that comes across in general conversation, something I've missed in this industry. They understood my budget and my wants, and didn't try to push me into something I couldn't afford or didn't want. They got me the motorcycle I wanted at a fair price. What they didn't have in stock (the gloves and helmet I picked), they can order with little fuss (and wow, Shey knows his gear, as well as Lauren, I believe her name was--sorry if I got it wrong!). While they may not have a huge selection of apparel, they have extensive catalogs for all the big names in rider gear. The only thing I'd like to see them change is to have more apparel in stock, but this isn't enough for me to dock a star in the rating. I would definitely refer you to them if you're in the market for any Honda Powersport product, whether you're looking for a scooter, motorcycle, ATV, or dirtbike. I wanted to say what a great representative you have in Aaron Manning. It was a small problem I had that he resolved. I put a new fuel water separator on my Yamaha and unfortunately damaged the gasket in the valve. After trying for an hour on the internet, outboard marine supply and two auto parts stores, the best I was told was I needed to buy a new filter assembly. Aaron took the time to find what I needed no questions asked and all he asked is that I consider them for my next service. What a guy!

Florida Two Wheel Adventures

I was shopping for a 2017 CRF250L recently and found several in the central Florida area on Cycle Trader. RC Hill advertised one for $3995. After taxes and fees, the bike would’ve been approximately $5000 out the door. Gables did not advertise on Cycle Trader so on a whim I decided to visit the store since I prefer to deal locally when possible. Terrance and Dennis assisted me with the only CRF250L model they had on the floor. When it came to time to discuss price, I didn’t have any expectation they’d be able or willing to meet their competitors. I was quite pleased when they came within $200 and without even a phone call to verify my quote from RC Hill. Just about 2 hours from walking through the door, I was taking my new bike home! I highly recommend you take the time to visit the shop, I have no doubt they’ll treat you fair. Thanks, guys!

Update 10/28/16 It's interesting that the reviews on this place are so good AND so bad. I have to admit that I have definitely had both extremes. I feel like I need to update my last review. SERVICE: Joni, the service manger who just made things happen (in a good way) is gone. They've had a a few different service managers since then and they were all terrible. I've had bikes returned to me covered in oil, with flat tires, and without keys (yes. And you never notice until you are ready to ride 2 hours away). It. Was. Bad. I stopped taking my bikes in for a long time. They now have a service manager who is great. Manny. He seems to really be working hard to clean up the mess he was given. We brought in a nearly new 4 wheeler for 60 hour service and the techs stripped the bolt for the oil pan. We didn't notice until it was back (an hour away) and it leaked oil all over our barn. Talk about PTSD regarding the service department. They must not have cleaned house on the techs. I don't know if Jeremy is still there, but he was a great tech for me. I called Manny and he offered to drive an hour away to pick up the wheeler and bring it back to fix it. We ended up bringing it back ourselves but that gesture was a good start. They fixed it and it is fine now. I have high hopes that Manny will clean it up. PARTS: I have nothing but good things to say about parts. Vic has her crap together. She tells me that they sometimes make mistakes, but they never have with me and I order a LOT. Shay has always been friendly and Eric stayed late so I could pick up some helmets. In fact, Eric found me parts for my Chinese scooter at a place unrelated to Gables. That was above and beyond. Thanks Eric. SALES: I tried to buy a 4 wheeler here about a month ago. They told me I could have it for $3500 but by the time they added all of their fees the price increased by about $2000. I walked on the deal and found an amazing wheeler on Craigslist. We had agreed on a price then they came back with a 40% increase. I didn't appreciate that. If it takes $6k to walk out with the machine, tell me that's what it takes. Don't tell me one number then give me an invoice with a 40% mark up. I probably would've bought it if they had been more up front about the price. I will give credit to the guy who helped me transfer the warranty for the wheeler I bought the seller's name to my own. He spent like 2 hours going back and forth with the seller in my behalf to get it straightened out. He even said I could go home while he took care of it (probably because they were afraid my kids were going to break something.) I will be happy to give more stars and change my review when I know that the service department has pulled itself together (go Manny!). Or when I have a better experience with sales. I'm in the market for a couple of new bikes. We will see how it goes. One bit of advice: If you want to get your atv/pwc/bike serviced... don't wait until the beginning of spring or the beginning of fall. If you do, you are just ASKING for 2-4 weeks of wait time. That's not unusual for any performance dealer. I have a couple of Kawasaki's that I tried to get serviced from Kawasaki at the same time as my Honda's and the waiting period was exactly the same. It's a disappointment if you have big plans in the near future, I know, but that's just the way it is every year with this kind of stuff at this time of year. It's all in the planning. Don't get caught in the season rush!

I had an excellent buying experience at Performance Honda. I live in Fort Lauderdale and the store is located north of Tampa, about 260 miles from my house. I saw the motorcycle I was interested online, sent my inquire, and within hours I was contacted by Lucas, who answered all my questions. I had a bike that I wanted to trade in. I sent them pictures of my bike and they made me an offer, very fair for both parties. After reaching an agreement over the phone, with both Lucas and Jonah, I sent my online application, and the same day Jonah replied with the approval. Next morning, I rode my bike from Fort Lauderdale to Wesley Chapel (Tampa). When I arrived, they already had all the paperwork ready to be reviewed, and signed. They took my old bike in, and had my new motorcycle ready to go, with a full tank of gas. The whole process at the store took less than two hours, including my call to my insurance company to switch bikes. I was treated with respect and friendliness at all times, and these guys made me feel like old friends. Lucas gave me the final instruction on the new motorcycle, handed me the keys, and even helped me storing my belongings in the bike trunk. He then took the bike out of the sales floor and we both parted ways. I rode the bike back to Fort Lauderdale the same day. Really happy with buying experience at Performance Honda Tampa.
