This showroom is something to visit. There is always an assortment of rare and exotic bikes on display and for sale. A Streetfighter V4S caught my eye and the next thing I knew Chase was throwing me the keys for a test ride. Chase was fantastic to work with and Ducati of Tampa Bay also gave me a trade-in credit well over other competing dealers. Just like that, I was a Ducati owner. For my first service I got to see the shop and let me tell you, the cleanliness and organization is on par with a jet engine overhaul facility! The mechanic who handled my first service was very knowledgeable and let me see the entire process of linking up to Ducati and downloading all the post run-in software. A fantastic dealership that is well run and has motivated employees!

Had an Amazing experience here. Everyone here is truly genuine and treats you like family! My husband got his 2023 Ducati v4s here and the process was so smooth with his trade in of his 2022 Honda CBR 1000 and getting the new one out the door. All the staff including sales, parts, financing and even the owner was outstandingly friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about what they have and are selling. 10 out of 10 will be coming back for future servicing and motorcycles.

I recently purchased a 2023 panigale v4s from ducati of tampabay and all I can say is WOW. They treat you with the class you expect out of a dealership of this level, while still being extremely down to earth and relatable. Tanisha is the most helpful sales person I've ever dealt with and truly cares about your individual needs, Goran is a great manager and that reflects in his staffs behavior and demeanor. Even the owner came and talked with me about my purchase like I was the only person in there. I will 100% be back, I don't see myself spending money anywhere else, there is honestly no point if you want the best and you reading this don't waste your time anywhere else.

In any instance where you might feel dissatisfied, just see Goran. This dude is top notch. The moment he finds out something is not 100%, he is on it. Let’s just say that my Panigale was difficult to figure out. Goran found out, overshadowed the entire through process and stayed on top, kept me in loop, and I got my bike back functioning as it should. Super pleasant and super professional. Store it self is superb. I even met the owner. Guy came out, shook my hand, thanked me for coming in. Obviously very well off, yet acted like a regular guy. Thanks fellas, will look you up with my next purchase and service needs.
