Honestly I couldn’t be happier! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! The consistency, ambition, and drive to make sure the bike I wanted was in my price range, inspected thoroughly, tested to make sure everything was in line, Was met to every one of my standards of going to a dealership. They did not quit and even stayed after hours to make sure I was happy and everything was correct. The passion they show for their customers was astonishing and I truly cannot thank them enough! I definitely would recommend this shop. Jimmy was super helpful, He really helped me pick the right bike for me, especially since I’m relatively smaller and haven’t tried other bikes than the one already currently currently own. So i really recommend coming to this shop they are very helpful!

I worked With Brittney as my sales woman and purchased a Suzuki GSXR 600. She got me approved very quick after no one else would as my credit is not the best, and did 90% of the deal over messenger which was really convenient for me. She was also very responsive and communicated great. I didn’t feel pressured or anything and she definitely had a great vibe about her that made me comfortable buying my first bike. I just took it for a short ride around the neighborhood for my first time and loved every minute of it. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Brittney as your salesperson. Since day one the guys at the shop have been making my first bike experience awesome. I’m thankful for some honest guys who really know their stuff. I got a good price for my bike. You just have to make sure your credit is right and have a down payment. Pay for it cash and you won’t have a “finance” issue. I’d recommend this shop over all in Tampa! Check them out!

*Update 11/7/2020* Finally got my bike last week, 2011 CBR600. Amazing looking bike, super clean and a screamer! These guys are awesome and stand behind their product. I feel like part of the family. Everyone is awesome! Only advice, make sure you go through your contract good. There can be a lot of add-ons which add up to a lot of $$ and some may not be advantageous to your personal situation. In my case, it is great as I have amazing piece of mind since I bought a bike nearly 10 years old. Had a minor issue with the bike after a few days and stopped in. The guys took a quick look and said "No problem. Just have to order a part" (gas cap lock internals broke). Don't go buy a bike from some rando you found on FB or craigslist. Once you give up your cash, you have zero support and are ON your OWN and NO guarantee you are getting a good bike. These guys go through them with a fine tooth comb and only sell good, clean, safe bikes and STAND BEHIND THEM! I used to ride a GSXR-750 8 years ago up until a crash. Last several months I have had the itch to get back on a bike and I drive by this place on the reg. Today, on a whim, I stopped in since I was in the area to just see their attitude and see what the financing catches are. I had already checked out their website a few times and their prices seemed fairly reasonable compared to kbb. In the past with other places that offer financing, there is always a catch "price shown is cash. financed price is $x,xxx more" etc. So anyway, I stop in and start eyeing this yellow Gixxer I have driven by and saw online a few times. Chaz greeted me fairly quickly and was quite polite. I told him I was just looking for now and had some financing questions. He was extremely patient with me and there was zero pressure. He really enjoys bikes and talking about them and while I'm sure he wants to make sales, he didn't seem bothered one bit. Later, I met Marvin who also CLEARLY enjoys what he does and he also didn't seem to care either way if I bought anything. Based on everyone's amazing attitudes, I decided to go ahead and run a credit app and just see what they said. I figured I would need $3-5K as a down payment since I am not excellent credit. While they were running the app, I went back on the lot and completely changed my mind on bikes and ended up hard core drooling over a ZX6R and R6. No one bothered me and I was free to go back and forth and look the bikes over. After about a half hour, I knew I wanted to go the cheaper route with the 600 rathe than the 750 and being $2000 cheaper, no one complained. It was actually better Marvin and Chaz gave me the exciting news that I was approved for bank financing and only needed a down payment because of my debt to income ratio. There was another financing option as well, but I went with the bank financing. Long story short, I went in to just window shop and now tomorrow I go pick up my new (to me) Ninja ZX6R! Everyone in the place was ridiculously nice and I felt very comfortable, never pressured. They answered every question I had. They even gave me an insurance agent's number they work with and Chaz told me she gives amazing rates. I got the quote from her and she came in nearly $1000/yr less than Geico and for much better coverage! I'll update my review tomorrow if something changes during the paperwork signing, but my gut tells me it will be a great experience! BTW: I dare you to find another place that includes a 30 day warranty AND 2 years of maintenance included.

Easily the best motorcycle shop in town.. And I've been to most, if not all. They are Incredibly friendly, helpful, and not pushy. I was surprised to be honest. Other shops are filled with pretty aggressive dudes (the guys at Kirkland wear guns at their sides, seriously.) Prices are great, usually the same price or cheaper than others. They do great work too, and they get it done quickly. And they don't mind helping you save money. It feels like their customer service and reputation are more important than making a few extra bucks. They want you to return to them. Imagine that. I almost wish I had something negative to say so my review sounds legitimate, but I really don't.

Absolutely incredible experience! The salesmen here are second to none, walk through the door and you feel at home the second the air hits you. Ant and his friend David go above and beyond to get you on the bike that not only fits you but also makes you certain you get quality! Also must speak about Chris the GM, such a great man and a leader that I wish more dealer's had. The selection of bikes and service is certain to keep you coming back. The crew at cycle exchange gave me top dollar for my trade in and made sure that I drove away happy! Highly recommend. Just bought a 2011 Suzuki 600 from them. I didn't have all the money for the down payment but they worked it out so I could pay half now and half the next week. I thought this was a small local dealer that wouldn't stack up in Customer Service. I was completely wrong. This was the best motorcycle buying experience I've had in 43 years of riding. Marvin Arita was my Sales Manager who handled the entire process including my first inquiry. Marvin is extremely low key/chill although a real performer. He answered every single question over the week I was trying to sell my previous bike. He never once called me, emailed me or pressured me. He simply responded to my every need and concern in a sincere professional manner. Marvin basically handled every detail via the phone/computer and the bike was waiting for me. The bike was serviced, cleaned and tires air pressure checked. He even had my registration waiting for me using the sweet "new to me" dealer DMV tag transfer process. I walked in and handed him my transfer tag, the shop tech. installed my tag while I paid Marvin and I rode away, really that simple. Oh almost forgot...This bike was advertised as ABS, it was determined it was not an ABS model and Marvin adjusted the price accordingly without my even asking. Marvin Arita is a man of character and integrity, who represents Cycle Exchange well. Thanks Marvin Arita and Cycle Exchange Tampa for a great experience, It's a pleasure to spend money when you are treated like this.

They will explain the issues you're having to you and break it all down for those of us that aren't mechanically gifted. In and out within the hour. Competitive prices(best around town). Took my bike in for a repair, repairs was done fast and got the back into my hands the following day. Bike was having problems few days later and got strand, call the shop spoke to Anthony (the coolest guy you'll ever meet) told me he can have a truck out there in 5mins and bike at shop. This place is about as legit as it gets. You want to be treated with respect and courtesy this is the spot to go. My bike was backed into last week causing much damage to the right side. The moment I pulled up I was immmediately greeted by Antonio. He showed so much concern and care for my bike you would've thought it was his!! He made me feel extremely comfortable knowing my baby was in their hands. It was as if it was left with a friend. Any biker would know the importance of this feeling. They did an estimate on the damages and all I can say is the price is undoubtedly reasonable to say the least. This was my first experience with them but it won't be my last!!! I also did a little looking around and they have some pretty sexy beasts up there for anyone who's looking to buy. Bottomline I came to them with a bad situation and when I left I certainly had some weight lifted off my shoulders.

See Marvin. Great service. I got my CBR rr though them. I couldn't be happier. #1 bike shop in central Florida to purchase a used bike. The mechanics at this facility like to leave stuff loose and lie here and there and management as polite as he was, never called back to resolve the issues. So I found another repair shop , But I would have my bike serviced elsewhere.

Its bryce, i had an awsome time at the shop yesterday. I enjoyed looking at all the diffrent bikes and accesories while i waited on my credit app. I talked to david and he told me to come in and he would get me riding. He didnt lie neither. I got me a nice gsxr 600 for a fair price and i plan on telling everyone to come here. I didnt get to ride my bike home the same day but it was only for my own good and they are solving the problem now. As a person that works at a car dealership I'm very sceptical about financing claims as I know what it takes to get a good loan. That being said my expectations were exceeded and the condition of the vehicle is excellent. I live in Orlando they went over and above to deliver my aprilia to my door on a Sunday. So how to start this off...after searching for my boyfriend and reading reviews I finally found cycle exchange! The reviews are what finally won me over. So we gave them a call. Now mind you I'm a lover of sportbikes and so is he both of us have owned our fair share. So anyways we call and get CJ , this dude had me sold from the get go!!!! He was so nice and always on point with what he was talking about and I knew he had experience . He gets Josh preapproved and we make a trip now mind you we live 3 hours away(that's how much we like this dude just over the phone). We pull up and they have all the bikes and their glory sitting outside shining like gods. CJ and marvin walk out and greet us right away. My boyfriend find 3 bikes he likes right off the bat.! Talk about top knot exhausts!!! So we thought we had the one picked out. Fast forward a week after and we yet again show up with a deposit to hold down the bike and CJ blasts us with a new bike it's a glorious 2012 Kawasaki zx10r with only 8200 miles on it for the slammin price of 7800 (WHATTT) so marvin helps us because CJ is busy and we put the deposit down, mind you these guys are amazing men and always keep you company. So today we go to pick up the bike , it's a Wednesday and the banks are just being horrid and trying to get the insurance and the entire time they walked us through and always kept us in the loop. My boyfriend walked out with an amazing bike yall. I'm one happy Nebraska girl that's all I got to say. To see this smile on my boyfriends face made everything worth it. Walked in with no appointment 2 wheels and tires in hand. 20 min later I was out the door. The tech are top notch guys. My wheels are painted, they took the time to spin the wheel on the rim to make it balance perfect. No weight needed! She rides smooth as glass! I bought a 150cc Chinese scooter in August of 2011. The price was really cheap 999 dollars. I didn't expect anything great for that price. I've put a bout 4000 miles on it and haven't had too many issues. Sure the brakes squeak and it idles a little rough but it got me back and forth to work cheaply for almost a year. I would buy another without a second thought. I think people expect too much for the money if you want a better scooter go buy a Kymco 125 for 1800 dollars at Cahills. The service dept. kind of sucks here they want 50 dollars to change the oil. It takes me less than 10 minutes to do and I learned how to change it on Youtube. Good luck future scooter buyers.

Got a sweet deal on a Ducati 1098, the salesman Marvin is your friend and is there to help you through the process, I think I asked him close to 2 million questions for which he answered to the best of his abilities. One experience that stood out to me was when I had my girlfriend bring me all the way down from Gainesville, to pick up my motorcycle from service I noticed I had accidentally forgot my shoes (came in flip flops) so I asked service man Anthony for a place where I could buy a cheap pair of shoes nearby for the ride but he just insisted I take an extra pair of shoes he had in his trunk. These guys are here to look out for you! Definitely recommend
