Great customer service! Charlie and his team gave us a great deal on our new scooter. One of the mechanics gave great instructions on what to do and what not to do when it came to maintenance. Couldnt ask for a better product and the great service from this team! Definitely recommend this place to friends and family members.

I took my neighbor there he had to get a part for his scooter so I can't really tell you much about the place I did not go inside but from outside it looked clean everything was neatly arrange it was clean from what I seen and well-stocked it had a lot of scooters there so if you need something that would be the place I would go

I love Charlie's! They diagnosed the problem with my scooter in near seconds. It was at another place, I won't mention who, but they are on Nebraska Ave, for over two weeks with no help. As a matter of fact, they changed me $85. They assured they had fixed the problem, and I bet you can guess, NO LUCK! So, I love Charlie's and am now a life long customer! Don't waste your money anywhere else!

Very Professional and repairs we're done in record time. They responded to my email I sent at 5am. By 6:30 am, I had an email back with a response and estimate of everything that was needed done to my scooter. Very reasonable prices and it was fixed and repaired the Next day. Best scooter store in Tampa. They only sell Wolf Brand Scooters but they work & service Vespa too. Recently had my Vespa oil changed while I waited. Great friendly atmosphere and fair prices. This is the only place I will take my scooter

Any time I have an issue with my Wolf - I call Charlies and they are always helpful. Had a front end problem on my scooter today - and was terrified it was going to cost an arm and a leg. I am a single mom - and money is tight. I walked out of there with my scooter fixed, and even some regular service for $20.00. Love the decision I made purchasing from Charlies. Its been a huge blessing.

Not only did I get my back tire replaced in a half hour and for a great price!!! I had a break part that I really needed for my rare Aprilia scooter that would of been a pain to track down. They took the time to check there parts yard and found what I needed and didn't even let me pay them for it, and belive me I tried. This might not be a huge mega dealership but they take care of there customers and and I will definitely return and will leave with a smile again. Thanks Charlie and crew!!!

I bought my scooter off Nebraska ave. But every time I needed work I was charged OUTRAGEOUS prices..went one time to Charlie's and haven't went back to Nebraska ..they are extremely reasonable and verrrrry fast but hard workers ..i love the place and Charlie is a nice guy...quiet but friendly...lol

Went in for a CDI replacement, carburetor tune up, side kick repair, and rear blinker fix. Went in at open and it was done same day and at a very reasonable price. Would recommend!

Always look up reviews!! 9/10 its true. These guys are extremely helpful and differently will not charge you crazy prices for the repair unlike most people.

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO BUY A SCOOTER I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHARLIES SCOOTER DEPOT!! NOT ONLY DOES HE HAVE A LOT OF SCOOTERS IN STOCK TO CHOOSE FROM BUT HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! I LOOKED AT A LOT OF DIFFERENT CHINESE SCOOTERS AND THE WOLF SCOOTERS CHARLIE SELLS ARE BY FAR THE BEST QUALITY I HAVE SEEN. THIS IS COMING FROM AN ASE CERTIFIED MASTER TECHNICIAN. HE ALSO STOCKS JUST ABOUT EVERY PART ONE OF THESE SCOOTERS WOULD EVER NEED, AND HAS TWO MECHANICS ON HAND TO REPAIR THEM.
