Reviews of Triumph of Seattle
I bought a triumph from here and appreciate the professionalism and attentiveness of the shop. Alex was quick to answer all of my questions and even helped resolve some concerns prior to the purchase. The shop tour after my purchase was great and I enjoyed meeting all the staff. They were quick to set up my first service appointment and have been helpful with purchases after the bike. I’d recommend them to anyone interested in a triumph or any other brand they sell. All in all a good group of people.
I had an amazing experience at Triumph of Seattle. I bought my first bike there and I am so in love. Andy Nadeau was the sales man helping me. He was helpful kind and welcoming from the first moment he spoke to me. He was knowledgeable about the stock and showed me bikes throughout the showroom and explained the pros and cons of each.
He never tried selling me something I wasn’t looking for or pushing anything. He simply gave me the facts figure and information I needed to make a decision.
I highly recommend Andy and Triumph of Seattle.
John (I think in Shipping and Receiving) took a ton of time out of his day to help my wife pick out some new gear. As a first time rider she has no experience with gear types and fit but John was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He truly went above and beyond and never once seemed exasperated by running back and forth with different models and sizes of jackets and pants. Thank you John, you really earned our business!
Will and Amanda
They have a great selection of motorcycles with great prices, they even got gear and helmets. They have some electric kids bikes. The service there is great and one of the staff brought in their German shepherd which was adorable
Purchased a new T100 yesterday. Great sales experience. Whole team was great, sales, service, parts, finance and management. Want a consultative sales approach that is not pushy and goes the extra mile stop in to see the team at Seattle Triumph.
Today while riding my check engine light came on, well over 2000 miles from my expected service mileage. The timing couldn’t have been worse as I’m supposed to ride south to San Diego in less than a week. Initially when I called they said they wouldn’t be able to evaluate my bike until next week. When the service manager mike realized they would be the only shop in town able to look into the issue on my thruxton they made an exception and were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Somehow the positive battery terminal had become disconnected and all that was necessary was to reconnect the terminal and clear the indicator. A huge relief that it was a minor problem but I couldn’t have asked for better service as I need to be out of my apartment in a week and they were able to come through for me given the urgency of the situation. I’ve only ever had impeccable service at Triumph dealerships and Triumph Seattle continued that by truly going the extra mile for me.
Great customer service and quite a lot of riding gear compared to most other motorcycle showrooms in Seattle. Quite trendy with their newly added coffee bar. I bought a used Kawa Vulcan S here last year so sometimes you can f'ing good deals on non Triumph bikes but gosh those Triumphs sure are pretty! Also like that they carry Zero electric bikes.
Called on availability of a new Speed Triple. Gentleman spoken with was very informative and pleasant to speak with.... I'll plan on stopping in when I'm in the area for any service needs I might have.
I’ve come here multiple times and am treated first class each time. Service with Michael and Elijah has been incredibly detailed and made me feel at eased throughout the process. Daniel the GM I believe is always inviting and great energy. I think everyone loves Mallory when they meet her. Josh at the front is friendly, knowledgeable and will always grab someone who can help me with my questions as he’s learning about products and services. Like I said, first class, top notch, I’m loyal.
And the coffee shop there has my favorite chai latte and the gal who runs the whole damn coffee shop does a better job than every coffee shop ran by 20x more people.
Just bought a meteor 350 here and they are fantastic! Scheduled a test ride mid-week with Andy for the weekend and everything was ready to go as soon as I arrived. Andy was a great salesman and got us through the test ride and sale quickly. The shop is nice and clean with a really friendly and accepting of all vibe and has an awesome coffee shop, the wick.
Bike was a super fair price and they were upfront about a missing spare key, and preemptively ordered a replacement key for me without having to request it. Great group of people working and running this shop, and even kid friendly!
I think these guys do a decent job at serving the local motorsports scene, though I wish they had a bar inside. And maybe free donuts. And a roof-top deck lounge area to watch MotoGP races on a big-screen TV (or five). I've never had any maintenance work done here, nor bought a motorcycle from them, but I have bought riding gear. Their selection is decent, definitely more of the hipster biker scene than anything else. If you want ADV gear, they have some pants and jackets from Rev'it, but they seem to be focusing on the new-to-riding/younger riders crowd (which is just fine by me), so if you want Dainese jackets, head to Ducati Seattle, and if you want more touring gear, head to BMW (same building as Ducati Seattle). If you want Kevlar riding jeans and fashionable riding boots you can wear to the nightclub, Triumph is your place. They have a good selection of urban/light-duty gloves here, too, and LOTS of women's gear, of all kinds (pants/jackets/gloves/boots, all specifically for women, not "unisex").
Triumph of Seattle has been in the neighborhood for a long time and I now know why. A great little shop with very helpful people and some very cool bikes. My only wish would be for them to have more accessories available for the bikes but you can only stock so much. Definitely worth a trip to check them out and looking forward to working with them!
Solomon great guy terrific salesman helped me out with all my needs on my bike went the extra mile every time.
Bought a KTM 1290R here and I have to say, the entire experience was incredible! Andy was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in comparing bikes and finding the right fit for me. If you're thinking about buying a bike, new or used, call ToS and you won't be disappointed!
Had a really good experience here, Andy was really helpful and I got the bike I wanted. It was clean and very fair priced. Even as busy as they were they took me as a walk in and even stayed longer to get everything done right. I met everyone there and they all were super friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone amd will be dealing with them again.
I'm a big fan of Triumph of Seattle! Their selection is impressive and I was able to find exactly what I wanted - a stylish, quality helmet that fit me well. The staff are also great, especially Joshua!
Living in Wyoming I don't have much of a choice of Triumph dealers. I started ordering parts from Triumph of Seattle because they had a couple of parts I was after. I am now using them for all of my part orders for my Tiger 900 RP. Easy ordering, friendly service and prompt shipping.
I have been going to Triumph of Seattle since 2011 when they used to be up in Lynnwood. The servive team had always been friendly, and sales were never pushy — though they were knowledgeable and attentive. I regret not getting my third Zero from here —choosing instead a dealer closer to home—but when that place closed, the crew at ToS/NW Moto took care of me and my ride. So it was a no brainer that I was going to get my fourth Zero Motorcycle through them. Andy from sales really did a great job making my purchase experience smooth and easy, and their technicians were a fun group to chat with (especially as it was the end of the day when we finished). Thanks team!
Josh was super helpful and courteous. He even drove me home after I bought a motorcycle while it was being shipped!
I recently bought a new bike here, and I can’t speak highly enough of the friendly, professional service I received throughout the process. Alex, Andy, Daniel, Molly - thanks you guys! I love my new bike, and we’ll visit when it’s time to pick up the permanent plates!
Couldn’t be happier with my experience today with this group. From Daniel calling me first thing in the morning letting me know they had the model I was searching for on the floor, to Alex who actually handled the purchase experience, to Malorie back in financing doing an awesome job. From the moment you walk in to the time the bike is in your hands, they not only want to put you on a Triumph but want you to feel welcome, meet the entire team they have there that you’ll be interacting with anytime you need service or general assistance. I know for a fact that I was later getting out there due to the two hour drive, but they hung with me all the way until ultimately helping me get the bike in the bed of my truck since I haven’t gotten my permit for WA yet. I look forward to going by and shooting the breeze with them anytime I’m in the area. Blown away by these dudes (and Malorie!).
Great sales service. I bought my Royal Endfield there and Andy was great thought the whole process, helped me with all my request and questions, making the purchase an easy experience. Thank you Andy.
I only wished that the service department were a bit more knowledgeable about the bike.
Andy, Michael & their teams have been great since I've been working with them these last couple years. Andy helped me get my '04 speedmaster without a hitch & I was even taken out back for a cute quick photoshoot when I first got my bike.
I've been in the recent kind hands of Michael & team who have been helping to keep my bike up & running after first just calling for roadside advice. When something comes up I often have to await a callback due to them being busy or call twice before receiving an answer as some messages haven't been passed along or I've been on hold too long but when someone does show up I am well taken care of take care of & am always able to have a conversation if I have questions.
I always love swooning over the new bikes & gear when I have the time & I was excited to see that The Wick moved over to Triumph, though I've yet to get a coffee while passing through.
I just purchased a motorcycle from Triumph of Seattle and it was an awesome experience. I highly recommend stopping by whether you are buying or just want to look around. My experience started with a true no pressure approach from my salesman Alex. Adam in the Parts Department was very friendly and went above and beyond. The manager, Jenny, is what really made the experience special. She has a way about herself that makes you feel important. She wears many hats and is happy to do so. Visiting Triumph of Seattle is a must if you like being treated like royalty.
Is an actual Triumph dealer. Cool store. Knowledgeable staff. Parking is almost non-existent....good luck
I've been a customer of this store since Aurora Suzuki went away. These guys are hands down the best motorcycle dealership in Seattle. I've taken three different bikes in for service, and have always had a good experience. The service department is often busy, as you would expect from a dealership in Seattle, where everyone wants their bikes done up for the summer. That said, these guys do a fantastic job.
I dropped my bike this morning and snapped the brake lever, called in and spoke to Adam, he verified they had the part in stock, wrote me up, Solomon and James in service had me fixed in about 15 minutes, no charge for the install.
While I was waiting, the woman at the counter, whose name I didn't catch, recommended a paint shop when I inquired about touch up paint.
Everything about the visit was class, and I appreciate the service I got from the staff. They've taken care of me with three different bikes over the years, and always do a great job. These guys are rock stars and deserve your business. I will continue to use them as often as I need motorcycle service. Good job guys!
Great sales experience; Solomon was very helpful in getting me a test ride on a used bike, and continued to be fantastic throughout the sales process.
Cool shop. Great selection of bikes and moto gear. Nice staff, cool atmosphere
I’ve been a customer with these folks for two years. I love the selection of gear they have. The parts and accessories folks are generally able to get stuff quickly (except when suppliers are having issues, but that isn’t their fault - they do a good job of staying on top of it and keeping the order moving forward). The service folks do great work. Everyone from the sales team to the service folks to the back office folks are top notch. It’s a great place to hang out, swap stories and look at great bikes. They are great folks who are welcoming and friendly to all riders at all levels and all interests.
4.5 stars - close to excellent
The shop is a fun exploration of an old Seattle space...things with two wheels have been moving out of here for decades. ToS has a wide selection of goods, if from a select number of vendors. The cafe/lounge space within (The Wick) is a welcome feature, when bringing a momo in for service. Rather than being stuck trying to figure out what to do with your stuff and yourself while you wait, there's somewhere to simply hangout, or do a little computer work. The staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing, or pushy.
On my trip, there could have been better communication about when the work was finished, but overall things were great.
I had the best retail experience of my life here the other day, and I didn’t even buy anything. Haley was really helpful to me as a brand new rider, answered all my questions, and even answered questions I wouldn’t have known to ask. She gave me tips about what to look for when buying a motorcycle for the first time, and encouraged me to get quality riding gear, regardless of whether it’s from Triumph or not. This is no ordinary motorcycle shop. This place rocks.
Picked up a used 2017 Thruxton R from them, excellent buying experience with Andy. Had some issues with the bike a few days after getting home, so I was initially not too happy. However! Solomon and the service team over there took extremely good care of me, and got the bike back up and running a day later. It turned out to be a fairly simple fix, everything was covered under the used bike warranty and I rode off with a huge smile. The bike is running like an absolute dream now, and I get to fall in love with it all over again.
Would say 4.5 stars just because of the slight inconvenience, but the customer care was next level.
If you're searching for a used (or new!) Triumph, look no further, Triumph of Seattle has got you covered for sure!
I’ve always had an amazing experience with Triumph of Seattle from service to gear. Awesome selection of Rev’it gear, and when I stopped by to have a tech give me feedback on the health of my chain, they came right out and determined that it was in serious trouble….showing me what was going on. And what did they do? Put a new chain on for me right then! I ride everyday and was leaving town the next morning for an ADV camp. Felt very taken care of and relieved. Also, Hailey in retail is superb and knowledgeable. ❤️ Triumph of Seattle!
No hassle, no pressure, great service, EXCEPTIONAL probably the better word, from every single individual employed at Triumph of Seattle. Took a test ride and a week later, signed the dotted line for a new T120. If you're a Triumph fan or even just looking to take a test ride, I would 120% recommend stopping in at Triumph of Seattle.
Great experience buying my new Thruxton RS Ton Up Special Edition. Alex and crew were awesome!
Great experience working with this shop. Hailey has been really great helping me buy parts for my Triumph.
James and his team were very helpful with a remote motorcycle purchase. I bought a second hand motorcycle from an individual in Seattle and I wanted to make sure everything was okay before the bike was to be shipped to New York City. They went the extra mile to make sure everything checked out. I am glad I found them and was able to complete the purchase in confidence.
Everyone in the shop was really helpful but I think it's a horrible policy to not let the bike mechanics work on a bike over 10 years old. To be clear the mechanics were very nice and helpful but there hands seem to be tied by new ownership. Hey new ownership, your policies are trash and I'll shop for anything I need elsewhere.
Had a great experience shopping for new gear at Triumph. Hailey, the apparel manager, took her time to understand my needs, help me understand my options, and make an informed choice.
She went above-and-beyond to offer assistance for gear hunting outside of her shop. If Hailey represents this shop's dedication to safe riding and superb customer experience, then this place is a gem.
Because of this, Triumph will be my first stop for gear needs in the future.
Such an amazing place! The employees there make you feel cared for and help you with all your needs! In apparel they make sure you get something that will be comfortable as well as stylish. They take all your conserns and riding style in to account while you try to figure out what you need in your moto gear life. Parts are quick and efficient at making sure you get all your needs met and help you pick the next mod for your bike! You want to keep coming back not only for their selection but for the community they create there (:
This shop has stood out to me from the first time I set foot in the door. A motorcycle shop utterly without pretense. I felt welcome with no prior motorcycle experience; I spent a year visiting and getting thoughtful advice long before I bought my own bike, a used Triumph, (not from the shop.). Since that time the shop staff have continued to provide great service in terms of ordering parts, offering ideas for services I can perform on my own, and creating a sense of community amongst bike owners. The only thing that would make it better would be if there was off-street parking with cafe seating, so you could pull up, grab a coffee from The Wick, and spend time checking out the rides of fellow bike owners.
After taking my time, purchased my 2022 zero sr/s today. The team at triumph was awesome, helping me out where I had questions and not pressuring at all. Thank you, and I'll be seeing you soon.
Edit from 2020-09-05:
I got a call back from Garrett, the general manager, after this review was left. To note: I was also called after I left this review to be informed that the replacement tire finally arrived.
I appreciated a lot this call-back from Garrett who seemed legitimately caring about my satisfaction following this matter., Although I would have liked to feel this way from the beginning, I was promptly informed over phone of the repair and got my bike back yesterday, dropped at home with no charge, all according to their insurance policy promise. Overall, besides the communication and expectation setting issues which Garrett addressed, this was a good experience and I am revising my review based on this. Mistakes happen, what matters is how you correct them.
Original review left on 2020-09-02:
Poor experience at the service department.
Some context: I bought my bike (new Street Triple R) at Triumph of Seattle last year after a really good sales experience with Alex, and purchased their Tire and Wheel insurance policy - covering flat tires and wheel replacement.
After a flat tire two weeks ago (screw on the road punched a hole), I called and got my bike towed to Triumph of Seattle. Two weeks after, I still don't know when I will get my bike back besides multiple calls.
Any time I manage to get the service department over the phone, I am told they don't have time to look at it or give me a timeframe of when I can expect my bike back. I asked multiple times to be called back to be informed, but was never called.
I find it extremely deceiving to sell an insurance policy to a customer for tire/wheels issues and not plan for this type of work. It's been more than two weeks now and I still don't have my bike, nor an idea of when it'll get fixed.
This was really again a good experience during purchase, but this lack of consideration for an existing customer makes me think that they don't really care after selling their policy.
Having been a Triumph fan since my first Daytona in 97, the team at Triumph Seattle has been nothing but beyond amazing in every aspect. When it comes to sales, there is not a better team out there. Andy, who I have now bought four bikes from has been superb from the moment I walked in. No pressure, just pure love of riding and one of the most knowledgable out there. The team has consistently gone above and beyond in making me feel part of their quirky and fun family. (Big plus!). Mike and the service team are another amazing group of individuals. Things happen and when they do, Mike and his team go way above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Triumph of Seattle is a perfect example of a team who loves what they do and consistently goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a new or used bike or just service on your current ride, I cannot recommend them enough.
First time buyer here. Since just a youngster I was told by my near perfect mother that motorcycles are 'murdercycles'. So it took me til 50 to realize my dream of owning a motorcycle. Seattle Triumph were super great and professional all the way around. Specifically Andy was great and helped me find the bike I wanted, and was never pushy on a sale. Matt made the buying process simple and straightforward. I felt like I was running my own buying process, instead of being told what to do. I've only been a motorcycle owner for a week and am loving my Bonneville T120. Perfect bike for me. Thank you Seattle Triumph for making my experience simple and fun. Christmas in August for this guy!
If you’re a beginner rider looking at buying gear for the first time, I suggest paying a visit to the very honest and helpful folks at Triumph! Not only do they have a huge selection of products, but they take their time with helping you find what you need. Hailey helped me tremendously with picking out my first helmet, which is arguably a tougher decision than choosing your first bike. I stopped in on multiple different days and she fitted me in a few helmets that matched the safety standards and style I was looking for. I always have a great experience and will continue to shop at Triumph for all my moto gear needs :)
Oh man, if I could give 6 stars I would. I've bought my bike here, bought gear here, and have my bike serviced here. Every aspect of this place is amazing and they go all out to be kind, honest, and sincere.
Alex in the sales department took his time to answer all my questions about the bike and the sales process (first time new-motorcycle buyer). He was knowledgeable of the model I was interested in and helped me with the pros and cons of a 2018 Vs 2019.
Johnny in the accessories and gear department is just the same. It had been 14 years since I had shopped for motorcycle gear and he helped get me up to date on all the new trends and safety gear. I've probably spent the most time in this section trying on gear, obsessing about safety, and of course wanting it to look the part. He's patient, goes the extra mile to ensure parts are ordered quickly so you can start using them, and is just always willing to run to the back or whatever is needed to get you a size or color option.
Matt in the finance department (I know, everyone's favorite department in a dealership) is very low key and low pressure. He let me take my time to read everything even though it was an hour before they closed on a weekday. He didn't push back or anything when I declined an option, just noted it and moved on.
I really can't say enough about these guys. If you're looking for a bike, gear, or service and they can do it for you: you'd be well off in considering Triumph of Seattle.
Very happy with my experience here! I mostly dealt with Andy and Kevin when trading in for a new bike and I'd highly recommend both of them. I shouldn't single them out though because every employee there is passionate about what they do. It shows.
The showroom is clean and well laid out. They've got something for everybody.
There isn't much parking due to it's location. If you're on a bike already this isn't a problem, there's space to squeeze in the back lot.
If you like motorcycles (and of course you do!) you'll have a good time here.
I went in to scope out a new Zero bike that was at the edge of my price range. I didn't expect any second-hand ones and just planned to buy new. They were able to match me with a like-new bike for quite a bit less, a better fit for me than a new bike as it had already been lowered. Everyone was very patient with me, cheerful and friendly. I'm not very knowledgeable, so I had a lot of questions and needed gear as well. They stayed late to work with me, and I didn't feel I was rushed at all. Great experience! How often do you walk in to a store and end up spending less than expected? I'll definitely be back.
Bought my Triumph Trident here. Best vehicle buying experience I ever had. Preordered it November got it one of the first in US. Salesperson Andy is the real man. Dealership keeps fees to minimum, doesn't try to trick you, has zero typical dealer BS. 10 out of 10.
Update: Daniel reached out to me and we're coming to a resolution. This was above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Daniel!
Old Update:
I waited some time before I wrote this review because I was pretty uncertain if it would be worth it or if anyone would really read it. I brought my bike in a few months ago. It did need some work as it was an older 07 Triumph Bonneville and I wanted a bunch of work done on it, included adding some heated grips. They replaced my tires, battery, oil, the whole nine yards. And I paid a pretty penny. They had my bike for THREE MONTHS before I got it back. This was between early December (December 8) and early February, so not even in high season. When it was finally ready, I tried to schedule them to bring my bike back. That took at least another 3 weeks because they lost my number? Or had the incorrect one written down? I can't remember exactly what they communicated to me. But when I finally got my bike back (on February 27th), I noticed that my seat was not attached and was floating in position. No big deal, I screwed it back on properly. I waited about a week and a half before I attempted to take it out for a ride, mainly because of the weather and my schedule. When I finally tried to ride it, it would NOT turn on. It sounded like a battery issue, but I had already paid way over a thousand dollars and didn't want to wait another few months for it. So, I had a friend who was handy tow it to his house to check it out. Turns out that the heated grips were installed improperly and it was shorting my battery. Luckily this happened BEFORE I was out on the road.
Overall, this was a lot of trouble, money, and time for a place that has such a good reputation. There were a few other issues, but luckily, my friend was able to get my bike up and running and it wasn't a complete loss. But honestly, I didn't expect this from such a high rated shop.
Having purchased from ToS twice I can 100% say they are the best dealership I've worked with between Bellingham and Seattle. They always make you feel welcome and the purchasing process has never felt like just a transaction. They have solid deals and are also upfront about pricing - no tiptoeing here! The service and parts staff also provide a warm environment. Overall just an amazing business to work with.
Johnny was great! I am a new rider and he hooked me up with my riding gear. He was patient and thoughtfully explained all the pros and cons of different gear. He seemed genuinely excited about helping me and it was a fun experience! If you need anything bike related or a bike this is a great place to go as part of your journey. Highly recommend, great selection and staff.
I have purchased two beautiful bikes here. The buying experience was surprisingly pleasant. I say surprisingly because in the past, I have had horrible experiences with Motorcycle dealerships on the sales side. Triumph Seattle made it painless. The team is knowledgable, and helpful.
Yes, I had some glitches in the process. But, the team bent over backwards to make everything perfect. Service team: A+. Yes, they are busy, for good reason: they do a great job for a fair price.
Parts team: A+. I'm picky! I want what I want and I want help deciding what I want ;). They do an impeccable job. Great selection of...everything.
If you are in market for a bike, new or used, or if you require service on existing bike/s and if you just want more toys for your bike; shop Triumph Seattle.
I was just passing through on a long road trip and was in desperate need of a new rear tire on my bike. After calling around to a few shops with no one able to get me in last minute, the team here was more than willing to accommodate me despite already being fully booked. Once I arrived everyone in the shop was super friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the actual service was extremely quick. Plus, not only did they change the tire, they did a full check on the bike to make sure it was good to go for the rest of my trip. Very impressed with the quality of this shop, and if I were a Seattle local it would be the only one I would visit. Thanks again guys!
Cool folks, awesome customer service. I have had the best experience with my two bikes here. Highly recommended. Also, beautiful motorcycle!!
This whole shop is great. Bought gear from Johnny, who knew everything there is to know. Got a bike from Kevin at the Northwest Moto side. And, Andy gave great advice. As a new rider, they steered me towards a bike that was a little less intimidating, but no less fun. Great shop.
Hands down the best motorcycle dealership in the greater Seattle area. Everyone I've interacted with has been awesome. Andy in sales set me up with a test ride on a street triple with only 2 days notice and the whole process was amazing. He never pressured or pushed me to buy, just calmly answered my 1000 questions and told me to take as much time as I needed to decide. I think he and everyone else there know how good the bikes are, don't need to be pushy when the product lives up to expectations.
On top of that the service department is amazing as well. When I brought my bike in for maintenance both Kevin and Solomon were extremely patient with me even though I kept badgering them with questions. They walked me through everything the mechanics did and went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Seems like everyone there legitimately loves bikes and knows how to provide awesome customer service. They have a pretty big gear selection too, mostly premium stuff like Rev'it, Shoei and Arai, but it's better not to skimp on gear anyways.
Awesome shop for higher end gear. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I never felt rushed or coerced, only supported and helped in finding the best gear for our situation. All staff were following COVID protocols.
I've purchased a bike here, gotten work and parts here, and have purchased their riding gear. I remain grateful that they are decent human beings, that understand and know the riding community's needs...including those of their female riders. I recommend them highly and often to others. Thanks for being you, Triumph crew!
Andy and Kevin, in sales, are incredibly easy to deal with and are very friendly people. I bought a brand new 2017 Triumph Tiger Explorer from here recently, and reached a fair agreement on price with Kevin, in a matter of minutes, without any hassle. My girlfriend and I have also previously (last year) purchased accessories from here, and really liked the quality of the Triumph gear.
However, despite the nice, new bike, and pleasant sales experience, the service department has had repeated issues with the delivery of the bike. I picked up the bike a few weeks after reaching the purchase agreement, so they should have had plenty of time to make sure the bike was prepared for delivery. First, a large bolt holding the engine guard onto the frame was hanging almost all the way out. Second, the firmware on the bike was configured for the Japanese market, which prevented the heated grips from functioning properly. Thirdly, I discovered that the plate protecting the bottom of the engine was loose when I was showing the bike to a neighbor.
Triumph of Seattle has worked very hard to ensure that this situation was made right. They also seem committed to improving their service and new bike delivery process as a result of what happened. It's unfortunate that my bike was a unique case in delivery, but I don't necessarily fault the dealer for all of it either, regarding the firmware configuration. Still, they should have done some basic validation of the heated grips long before delivery of the bike to the end customer.
All things considered, I had a five star experience with Triumph of Seattle. The service department seems to have some quality control issues that need to be addressed urgently, to avoid issues with other customers. As a customer, I would purchase another bike from this dealer, because of their demonstrated ability to make situations right.
Super friendly and helpful staff. I didn't feel pressured to buy. Definitely felt like the staff was well informed about all of the different aspects of the merchandise they sell and happy to spend however long it took making sure I got and understood the gear that I needed.
Masks and sanitizer at the door. Everyone was wearing masks.
Great dealership! I was searching for a Tiger 900 Rally and Alex kept me in mind when one rolled off the truck. He made my search so much easier.
I went in to Triumph of Seattle as a completely new rider, fresh off the Basic Rider Course, and getting my endorsement. I wanted to get a full set of safety gear before getting a bike, and Triumph carrieda few brands I was interested in. Johnny was super helpful and friendly, and walked me through all their merchandise. Overall, good experience. Only a couple minor bits of feedback: it gets very warm trying a bunch of gear - AC in the changing room would be welcome! And I was buying gear at the end of season, so some sizes/style were sold out, which was a bummer, but understandable.
I've been here three times in the past few years for maintenance on my Sprint ST. This business has one of the best customer service departments that I have ever known. Very knowledgeable staff. Didn't charge me a penny to update the mapping on my bike, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Cudos to the employees, specifically the service department. Keep up the good work! J.
For years these guys have been trying to solve my clutch issues. Love this bike, but she would only give me 1500 miles before the clutch would go wonky. Long frustrating story. They went through great lengths to figure it out. Rides like new happy beast thanks guys
I will never buy a bike from another dealer!
I recently purchased a used KTM 1290 SAR motorcycle from Triumph of Seattle, and cannot say enough good things about my buying experience.
The salesperson, Alex, was really patient and accommodating, with zero pressure, and a willingness to find answers to my obscure questions. Daniel, in the service dept, was also super helpful, fitting me in for some accessory installation. Even Jenny, their marketing director, generously offered to take some fun photos of me on my new bike, so I could share my excitement with family and friends.
I have not experienced such a solid crew of professionals at a moto shop in years, and I truly appreciate their services.
This was was the +18th motorcycle I’ve purchased, but the first from Triumph of Seattle, and it will definitely not be the last bike I buy from this uniquely-great shop.
Thanks again, y’all, I absolutely love my new bike! 🤘🏽
Service while traveling. The folks at this dealership are awesome! They really took care of me while traveling through the area. From the moment I called to the moment I left, they bent over backwards to get my bike serviced and take care of me. Really great people and a cool dealership!
As a new rider, Triumph of Seattle completely surpassed my expectations. Over several visits, they spent as much time as I needed to get me set up with the right gear and motorbike that I wanted, and that was also suitable to me. They were never pushy, answered all my questions and offered loads of advice on everything. I was introduced to all the team there and they are all great. But a specific shout-out to Andy, who set me up with my slick Bonneville T120 Black! I rode away with a huge smile on my face which returns every day I fire up that engine and ride.
I dropped my bike off on a Friday and was able to pick it up on Saturday.
I went to for a full service tune up, front and rear tires. Riding home on Saturday was like riding a new bike. I was happy with the quick turn around and the service was fast and friendly. I've had my bike for 10 years and it feels like the first day I got it. Ask for Daniel the service manager, we was professional and knowledgeable.
Thank you,
Mike Dixson
I just bought my first Triumph (Speed twin) and it was a great experience. Alex my salesman was very helpful in the process
Great bikes that are affordable to buy and maintain. I love my 2014 Thruxton.
I've been coming to Triumph of Seattle for a few years and I can't speak highly enough about the shop. Great selection of bikes and gear, very knowledgeable, genuine, courteous and passionate staff, and the service department is phenomenal.
I've got a '14 Thruxton 900 I've brought in a few times for tire changes, a gasket replacement, valve adjustment, exhaust remap (which they did for free after I installed my British Customs airbox removal kit) and most recently brake work. The brake work was regarding an aftermarket Brembo brake upgrade kit I bought and installed myself and suspected I had a warped rotor.
Daniel confirmed I had a warped rotor but also did all of the middleman work for me in terms of getting a replacement warrantied by the manufacturer. I just couldn't believe it. Not only did he do all the work for me (what a headache, must've been multiple calls/emails and probably photos sent), but he called me multiple times to check in and get me updates since the process ended up being pretty drawn out in getting a replacement from the brake rotor manufacturer. All said and done he had a replacement rotor shipped to the shop and installed for me and now everything is top notch/ship shape.
Daniel and the rest of the staff, I just want you to know how sincerely I appreciate you guys. You are the best, there's no doubt about it.
I had to take my 2013 Daytona here because I had a shifting problem. I was worried because no one else would touch a Triumph transmission and I thought I'd get gouged by a dealership. Daniel in service knew that it was a shift plate before I even brought it in. They had the best customer service and did a thorough honest job. I'm more than happy to bring it back to people that know triumphs more than anyone and can troubleshoot and repair it better than anyone else.
we purchased two Zero Fx's in July..... the experience was awesome. Andy was incredibly helpful, as were everyone in the shop. I cannot say how great my experience with not only the shop/sales but OMG the Zero's are so fun. Anyway to further prove that these guys are more than just sale...out the door. I got a phone call from someone in the shop ( brian maybe) who asked me how we were loving our bikes and it should be close to our break-in maintenance. After agreeing that there was absolutely no one near Mt. Vernon who does this service I will be loading up the boys and taking them to Seattle for their first check up. YOU GUYS ROCK
Great experience, except finding where to park. What else can you expect from Seattle. Lots of inventory, helpful non pushy sales people and way bigger than the outside portrays.
Just bought my new bike with them. Probably the best service I've ever received when buying a vehicle. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Extremely recommended. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
Bought a used street triple from these guys. They were great to deal with.
When I used their service department to put winter tires on the bike, they really stepped up. Good price on the tires, they got it done on a Saturday, they set the tire pressure nice and low for me on my nasty wintry night ride home.
I had a dead battery and was stranded, they came by with a truck and towed me into the shop. They didn't charge me for the battery because I bought the bike from them recently. They didn't need to do that, it was not under warranty.
These guys are awesome.
I used tom come to this location when it was Suzuki dealership, and now have been going since it became Triumph, and the service is great. Needed a new tire for my CBR and they ordered it, came in very quickly, and even gave me a better price than I found online after shopping around. They are very helpful and definitely earned a long time customer.
I live in Vancouver, WA and bought a bike long distance, sight unseen from this dealership. The salesman was Andy and the Sales Manager was Joey. Andy described the bike to me and answered all of my questions. I negotiated the deal with Joey. Both of these guys were polite and professional and very eager to please. They held the bike for me until I could pick it up a week later. It was everything they said it was and there were no surprises. I was very pleased with everything except it took FOREVER to complete the transaction (about two hours for a cash sale). The bike was checked out by the service department, all the fluids topped off and a full tank of gas before I took possession. If you want to buy a bike, ask for Andy.
Went here for an on bike tire change. The people were friendly the service was timely. Unfortunately my chain tensioner nuts were left loose. Also, my front wheel was not aligned correctly causing the wheel speed sensor to rub on the tone ring making an audible squeak when rolling the bike around. Granted my bike is not a Triumph but I was disappointed to see those details missed. I was able to correct the issues without damage to the bike (aside from slightly scuffed tone ring) however I will be taking my motorcycyle to a more thorough shop in the future.
Update: After reading this review the shop has offered a full refund of the services rendered. I also feel they have held themselves accountable for the incident and approached me with understanding and respect. Kudos to Daniel for remedying the situation in the best way possible. Plus one star for accountability.
I just bought a Triumph Street Triple from here, and I couldn't be happier.
I started my search a little over a month ago. I dropped by on a whim one day, and I was greeted by Andy. I told him I was in the market for a bike, I gave him an idea of what I wanted, and he led me to some bikes to try out. He also let me test ride a few bikes I really liked that day, and answered a ton of my questions. I wasn't ready to commit to anything that day, and he didn't pressure me at all to make a decision. I came back in a few more times, and I had similar experiences every time.
I had a motorcycle before this, and I ended up trading in my bike there. The second time I came in, I asked if they could give me an estimate. They inspected my bike, and came up with an offer for me. When I asked how they came up with the number, they showed me how they came up with the estimate. For anyone that's curious, they start with the KBB price, then come up with a list of what they need done to the bike and what that costs. They also show you the list and the costs. The whole process felt very transparent.
I also wanted some new gear, and they gave me a discount on it because I bought bike. I forgot about comparing their prices for gear against online retailers when picking out the gear, and I was a little scared that I overpaid when I got home. I looked up the prices a few days later, and the gear was priced either the same as or cheaper than what I could find online.
Overall, this was a far better experience than I expected from a dealership. If you're in the market for a new bike, you have to check out Triumph of Seattle.
Well stocked with bikes, maintaining a broader than expected cross section of Triumphs, Royal Enfield and Zero. Good selection of gear, I bought a pair of boots. Picked up a RE Himalayan with a friend, pretty seamless transaction.
Awesome service every time I go in! These guys are knowledgeable and honest, definitely recommend them for sales and especially service. I bought my last bike here, have had two of my bikes serviced here, bought parts and gear - always my favorite shop in Seattle.
Andy and Kevin were great ambassadors of the brand. I dealt with 3 dealerships trying to find a new bike and they were by far the most on top of their game. Would recommend 10/10 to work with these 2.
I am not sure where all of these bad review were coming from but I had an AMAZING experience. My sales lady, Kim, was very knowledgeable about the fit of individual products, from helmets to gloves. She wasn't pushy, and we had a fun time. I felt welcome there and was even welcomed by a guy who was working filling out papers, which I didnt expect. I had been down the road at Lynnwood Motorsports only a few minutes prior and picked out a full gear set but I felt pushed into buying gear that I didn't want. My only regret is that they don't carry the bike that I want. (Although their smokey point location does and they offered to ship it down for free!)
Great customer service, fun, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and they had all the right gear for me. (including the specific jacket I wanted that the other guys down the road told me cost over 500 dollars and that it doesnt even have pads (just the "look" of a racing jacket))
I will be going back!
Just purchased a used ST1300 from Triumph of Seattle and let me tell you I was mighty impressed. In addition to the bike being thoroughly checked out and prepared all the guys from Garrett the General Manager, Todd my Sales Consultant, Rich and the Service Department, I can understand why people love this friendly dealership - 5 out of 5 stars from me. If your thinking of purchasing a new or used Triumph, KTM or used bike, they're the best, call them, better still go down and check out their range of bikes, you'll be happy you did.
Good store plenty of bikes to choose from great selection of clothing and at decent prices. They service bikes here also but be sure to make an appointment. They also let you test ride various models, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
The staff is so nice and helpful, willing to help any level of rider with no judgement! They make you feel comfortable and welcome in their beautiful shop. With their amazing assortment of Triumphs, you feel like a kid in a candy store which left me with an ear to ear grin. Isn't that what it's all about? It's for the ride after all and that ride is Triumph🌲🤘🌲
I only have experience with the parts department but the guys are always quick and friendly when it comes to getting the right parts for your triumph! They are more than happy to order parts for your older Hinckley built machine as well, and stock some service parts as well. will definitely continue to buy parts from the parts department in the future.
These folks are awesome. I bought a 2014 explorer from a private party, but called here for some information and they were more than happy to help. They've won my business if I ever need anything for my Triumph.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a good selection of gear, especially for Seattle, but limited sizing on women's pants (but they do have a wide range and I always have problems with length of pants so that's not anything new). Decent glove selection. I didn't try any jackets on. Small shoe selection - I think a total of 4. There's the cutest little dog named scooter that runs around, too! As bikes go -- they have just about everything. :)
Purchased a 2018 Bonneville T100 from this shop. Service was outstanding across the board. Xan was my salesman and was awesome! The GM Garrett could not have been more helpful, and all of the service staff exceeded my expectations.
Staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive -- without being 'pushy.'
Richard knows more about apparel than any other dealer staff that I have talked to.
Service also smiles, and is responsive. Their mechanic was immediately familiar with a stuck preload dial issue on my new V Strom, and fixed it quickly within his estimate.
My new go-to shop for accessories and service.
Highly recommended.
I use to go here for gear and maintenance when it was up north. Amazing hear and workers, helpful and kind. Also, the new coffee is DANK!
Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and they perform solid maintenance at a fair rate. However, I've had a couple of issues that prevent me from giving them 5 stars.
I called to set up an appointment for maintenance, and since they were busy it was 3 weeks out before they could see me. That's fine, they do a lot of business and it was the busy season. However, the day of my appointment I called them to let them know I was heading in with the bike soon, and they didn't have a record of my appointment. Someone forgot to write it down/schedule it. Not cool. Luckily, Daniel was awesome and he still got my bike serviced quickly.
After trading in my Street Triple for an Enduro, part of my purchase included some street tires for the Enduro that ToS was going to order and then put on my bike. They told me it would be a week at most to get the tires in. I waited a couple of weeks and then called them since I hadn't heard from them. Turns out they never ordered the tires. Come on, guys.
Overall, this dealership is good...but when simple things fall through the cracks it doesn't instill any confidence. No one likes to feel forgotten, especially when you drop 5 figures on a bike.
Received really friendly help when I came in to look at new jackets and pants. They have recognizable high-quality (but spendy) brands for gear. When they didn't have an option that fit me well, they were nice enough to suggest some other brands that could work for me. I'll definitely be back.
Xan is great and helped me purchase a new Street Scrambler. Service staff was nice and knowledgeable as well.
I've only had really positive experiences at ToS. Their customer service is great. I really enjoy my Triumph motorcycle so there welcoming service is just icing on the cake!
To be honest I didn't do my research when it came to which local KTM dealership to work with when buying my first KTM. I ended going to Triumph of Seattle as they were the closest to my home which I figured would make it easiest for service as well as last minute bits and pieces when going on a trip. I really lucked out with these guys, every detail and transaction from the motorcycle to accessories has been a really pleasurable experience and continues to be enjoyable with every visit. Everyone at this dealership is super passionate about motorcycling and the brands they service. When the bike was delivered I was given an in-depth walk-through of bike as well as introduced to the service manager who I would be working with when I brought the bike back for it's break-in service.
The parts and accessories manager has been a great resource of knowledge and helped me pick out the right gear for myself with "no sales pressure" which made me feel more comfortable when making bigger purchases like a new helmet and riding jacket.
If you're looking for a Triumph, KTM or just looking for a resource for your riding parts and accessories I would highly recommend this shop. They will make you feel like family and provide an experience that will make you come back time and again.
Triumph of Seattle is awesome! A great experience every time, and always spot on advice. Sonny takes good care of me and has gone above and beyond with customer service. I'm doing maintenance myself on my Daytona 675, and I can't say enough about the parts service and guidance that this shop provides. These guys are friendly professionals. I commute over from the eastside to give them my business.
Bunch of good people in this shop. Like others have said, parking is a bit tight out back. I also got my first service done and due to the popularity of this shop it takes about a month to get in for service, so plan accordingly. They also have an eBay store that will get you a little discount on parts/accessories.
The staff are very informative. They know their merchandise. They are friendly and they aren't pushy like other dealers. I think their showroom portrays the spirit of triumph very well. When i can afford one, this is where I'll buy it.
WOW! A great experience in their service department for my KTM 1190. Daniel is awesome. He remembers me and my bike, and he is very knowledgeable about KTMs (or he finds an answer). They work with me, versus against me, unlike other motorcycle dealerships. ANY dealership can work on your motorcycle, but not every one will treat you well.
If you want to have your customer expectations exceeded, then this is the shop for you.
Brought my old Bonneville SE for service and after a faulty component was found, Michael and Team replaced the part and did the service for free because of the weeks’ wait for the part to arrive. Thank you!
Zero parking, but friendly and welcoming place. Bought my bike from them. Brought it home and saw that there was a malfunction. They pre-ordered the part and are waiting for me to bring it in in a week.
I was here for a presentation given by a photo generalist traveler. Everyone was very friendly, nice atmosphere. There is a large selection of motorcycles and accessories. I am not in the market for a Triumph motorcycle but if I was I would go here first.
Good place to go if you need information on bike gear or bikes. Very knowledgeable employees that actually teach you stuff that you need to know. Also they honestly care and they won't sell you just anything it has to work and be right for you
Great staff but calling to purchase parts is always a hassle. I’ve been once on hold for 20 minutes and then I was told parts department it’s too busy. Today is my 4th time calling to buy more parts for my Bonneville but yet again the parts department is too Busy to take calls. My suggestion is parts department employees should worry about parts not selling gear in the shop.
No pressure salespeople. I probably hung out once a week for a few months before I really bought a bike. Now it's only triumph dealer. But they sell zeros and Vespas next door, same group of people. One stop for everything you need for your British babe.
Completely positive experience. Clearly a bunch of motorcycle enthusiasts work here. Very friendly helpful staff that helped me get what I needed. I will be giving them more of my business.
Bought my used Aprilia Dorsoduro there a month ago and had a great experience working with CycleBarn Lynwood. The staff was very friendly helpful through the whole process.
Straight forward pricing.
They're there to get you on two wheels with little hassle. Most dealerships take up your entire day when purchasing a bike. Once we agreed on price I was riding out the door of Cycle Barn Lynwood within the hour.
Highly recommend.
Got a new rear pilot road 4 on my Yamaha. Great price on the tire and very friendly and quality service. I'll be going back for any future service needed.
Of any shop for moto apparel in the area these guys are the best. Great attitude, great selection (best in Seattle) and a convenient location. Hands down the first place I am heading if I need something for my bike.
I kind of feel only "kind of" appreciated when I go into the shop.
The looks are not very friendly and the shop feels more geared toward selling bikes not maintaining loyalty and satisfaction.
Great experience. Bought a Street Triple from them. Always a pleasure to go into the store for parts or whatnot. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for more.
Staff changed quite a lot in the past two years and not for the best I must say.
Entrance is not super accessible.
Nice thing I like about the place is that they have a large range of Revit products.
Brilliant moto shop with top of the line staff. Their space is clean and well organized. Everyone is knowledgeable about the industry and eager to help with your needs.
Everything about this shop is great - service excellent in all phases; sales, parts/accessories and the service desk. Their pricing approach is fair and transparent. I highly recommend!
I bought a Zero ZR/F back in October and have had a couple of issues and I can't tell you how amazing Triumph of Seattle has been in mitigating those issues and attention to detail and client satisfaction. Thank you Guys!
I love the store and the people are very friendly and helpful. They helped my husband find the perfect bike. Very satisfied
Helpful and friendly. Andy was super knowledgeable and kind with his time. Great environment and selection and I look forward to continuing to do business with them.
Nice bikes I went in there to get parts for the Yamaha and a license plate frame but they didn't have it because my bike was not what they sold but I need some help with my motorcycle and one of the salesmen came out bring me a tool and help me fix my motorcycle thank you very much Triumph of Seattle
Awesome shop with really laid back guys that know what they're doing, James was so determined to help me find the the right helmet he had me trying them on after the doors were closed. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience, thanks dudes.
I have been around town looking for gear that fits me, getting shown the door at most shops (particularly Harley stores). I'm 6'6", and the search has certainly been challenging - enter Triumph of Seattle. Kim is the woman you'll want to talk to. She took the time, effort, and patience to help me out, and always with a smile on her face and a healthy dose of sarcasm in her attitude. I walked out with all the gear I need right now. That's how you earn business and customers! Thank you Kim and Triumph of Seattle!
I have made several purchases at Triumph for replacement parts on my scooter. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always help me find what I need.
Awesome shop with great customer service, tons of reps, quality gear. Prices are crazy high. 0_0
Really liked stopping in here. Great selection of parts and clothes with a friendly staff. If you're budget minded like me, you'll love their clearance racks!!
This place is really nice. Quality bikes, great staff. And I didn't even buy one!!
stopped in to get some stuff to change my oil and clean my chain. Everybody in there was upbeat and helpful. They made suggestions and showed me where to grab stuff. Will be visiting again. Thanks!
Great and professional services. Their staff give you feelings of warm community. True riding spirit.
Exceptional staff at ToS! Andy took the time and effort to ensure that selected the right bike. Above and beyond service! Thanks ToS!
Great experience, shout out to Alex and Malorie for making it a smooth and chill experience.
Great sales staff and an amazing service center. Quality work honest recommendations and quality customer service.
Highly recommend the service here. I will be back for sure!
Awesome selection of bikes and gear, everyone was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I look forward to returning often!
The Wick new location is now open inside Triumph Seattle. Nice and cozy. You should check out out!
I spoke with and chatted with service personel. Being the busiest time of the year I was surprised to get good service. They responded well in between all of the large volume of requests they were getting.
I've been in here several times now, and each person I've talked to is always helpful. They've always been friendly, informative, and they smile. Good peoples.
Impressive selection of high quality riding gear, Best service I have come across in a long time from a dealership.
I bought my bike here a while ago and this place is great. Owner and staff are super awesome.
The customer service is second to none. A pleasant lunchtime conversation about the open road and the beautiful machines that can help comb the PNW.
so great! a great inventory and a super friendly staff. thank you everyone, but especially kevin! 🛵🛵 vroom vroom! …
Great staff, very helpful. Higher end accessories than you can find at places like Cycle Gear.
Great people, great help. Andy in sales was a huge help when I took my bike in looking to trade up.
Very cool motorcycles and motorcycle accessories. Staff was prompt and engaging despite my buddy and I purely window-shopping.
Staff was excellent helping me fit an adventure motorcycle jacket. Not pushy, just helpful.
Quick, professional service and turnaround despite an unexpected breakdown.
The best selection of women's riding gear in the Seattle area. Sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.
So many products and one of the staff was very educational on helping me figure out which international brand would be great for both on road and off road. So helpful
Great store, really cool bikes
Can't give them 6 stars is the only problem. True enthusiasm. Would recommend to anyone on 2 wheels!
Cool selection of bikes and gear. Kind and friendly staff
This is the best place to buy a bike. The whole staff if great. Ask for Zan.
Staff is great. Knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Daniel and john great fellas in service. Good experience for sale and service.
This guys are the real deal here in the PNW!
Good selection of gear. Prices seem reasonable. Excellent staff. Parking is limited.
Great service, putting in a new battery into my Vespa and no service fee!
Great staff, very friendly and helpful with the issues with my bike on my vacation
By far the fastest, friendliest service I've gotten from any motorcycle shop in town.
Had a blast here. More high end type of gear, but they are high end bikes.
Great selection of motorcycle related items. A must stop if shopping for someone who owns or loves motorcycles
I bought 2 motorcycles from here. You won't find a better or more fair deal in the northwest.
Fantastic Triumph dealership with friendly staff and a big, clean shop with a ton of selection.
Really great shop. Very friendly, helpful, and low pressure sales staff.

Very helpful.
Great environment

Really good
I’ve bought a fair number of bikes over the years from a lot of different dealers and honestly the experience hasn't always been a good one. But working with Solomon at Triumph of Seattle has been a fantastic experience. He’s been patient with my phone calls, been willing to talk about bikes in general and went above and beyond in working to to find me the exact color I wanted.
