I have to give these gentlemen 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I was touring from Marysville WA, to San Diego CA on Friday 6/24 when I encountered a rear tire blowout 41 miles into my trip while on my 04 Honda Shadow Sabre. I struggled getting a tow company to get me over to them but rest assured these guys were ready for me when I decided to arrive! The staff at Tacoma Motorsports worked fast and efficiently as soon as I arrived & got me back on the road. They also saw I needed new rear brakes in the process and took care of that which I NEEDED a few 100 miles later! The fine workers of this establishment knew how important it was for me to get back on the road as quickly as possible & they did not disappoint. They were friendly, kind, professional, easy to talk to and had my best interest at heart. Thank you Tacoma Motorsport. Whole heartedly, thank you! ☯️💜

Amazing place to do business! I was able to secure a bike over the phone with a deposit quickly and easily, sales person Erin was prompt with follow up and made it very easy to pay for my bike via wire transfer from the comfort of my home, I got to walk in sign papers and get my new toy, the gentleman in the gear section was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! He even talked me into a better helmet not because he cared to sell a nice one but because of his knowledge and advocacy of helmet tech, they had full set of matching gear to match the bike as well, i had a wonderful experience here and it was worth the 4 hour drive, im a very picky and critical customer and had zero complaints!

Supply and demand, it will come back to bite them in the future when the tables are turned (sorry but this deserves at least one star off).

We had such a good experience when we purchased my wife's bike there we went back and got a new bike for me. Family-owned, excellent customer service and no pressure. It was a really pleasant buying experience. They have a great selection and competitive pricing. A huge shout out to Douglas and Nathan! It's easy to forget what great customer service looks like nowadays, but that's exactly what I found at Tacoma Motorsports. I was there when they opened a few min before 10, so it admittedly might have helped that I was the only customer at the time. Regardless, I was treated really well. Even though I'm an inexperienced rider I was never made to feel "less-than". All of my questions were answered, explanations for what I didn't know to ask were provided, and I never felt pressured to make an upgraded purchase. I'm enjoying the quality gear I got, and the fantastic treatment I received will make this my #1 spot for gear, service, and eventually purchasing my next ATV. Thanks Tacoma Motorsports!

Stopped in recently to have a look around and talk to someone about possibly buying a new bike and to consider my options. I'm not super up to speed on current sport bikes but I've been wanting an upgrade from my RC390 to something a bit bigger, maybe in the 600 class. Noah helped me out and gave me a lot of helpful information on pros and cons of different bikes including capabilities, rider aids, etc. Unfortunately due to shipping issues everywhere, they didn't have an R7 in stock (nor does anyone else!) which is what I really wanted to look at but they'll be giving me a call when one shows up so I can drop by and check it out. These guys were great to deal with and I felt no pressure to buy anything, they just seemed genuinely interested in helping me find something that I like, that'll suit my needs. Here's to hoping for the best!

Very streamlined process - the Yamaha MT-03 I wanted was in their showroom, talked over the models in that class with Steve Amberg in sales and they got back to me right away when I had questions. Noah Stanley handled documents and finance, and I bet I was there only 30 minutes the day I signed documents until I was riding away on my new bike. Recommended.

I forgot to write a review back in May 2021 when I picked up my 2020 Yamaha Mt09. When I first saw the bike online, it wasnt pictures of the exact bike, but the manufacturer photos on the site. I contacted them through email, to see if the bike was available and Steve got back to me within a day saying its available. They would have to get the bike at their warehouse and I saw it the following weekend. Through email, their price was as promised on paperwork day I was there for no more than 30 minutes and left riding off on the bike. Most of our interaction was either through email or calls, and Steve made my process smooth. No hidden bs, price as promised, and quick. Thanks Steve Amberg and the other young gentleman who I was in the finance office for less than 10 minutes.

Although I didn’t end up buying a E-mountain bike through Tacoma Motorsports, Chris and the rest of their crew members were extremely helpful with their customer service. Chris took the time to go in depth about what they had in stock and if they couldn’t find what I was looking for he was willing to search for that bike and order it for me. They were even able to build the bike for me the same day of purchasing. I Would not hesitate ordering an Ebike through them.

I'm not one to write reviews but I felt that I had to in this case. The team over at TMS did such a great job on my ATV. Not only did they spend the extra time giving me a thorough walk through of what was wrong and how I could fix it myself (not the most savvy guy when it comes to powersports), they scheduled me in a timely manner, and explained to me in detail of what all was done! Definitely my go to shop. Specifically, I would like to give a shout out to Bill. The man definitely knows his stuff and is VERY helpful with getting people familiarized with their new toys. If you're on the fence about who to have work on your bikes, TAKE THEM HERE!!

I posted this same review on Yelp but really wanted to put in a good word for these guys at Tacoma Motorsports. It is the least I can do after such a great buying experience. I would honestly give this place 10 stars if I could!!! I recently bought a bike from this location and I could not be any happier! I got a killer deal on my Yamaha R3! Douglas went above and beyond to make this purchase a breeze and also honored everything he promised prior to going through with the purchase. Even the sticker price on the bike, that was incorrect and but still let me buy it at that price (which was a steal after doing some research.) I couldn't say no to such an amazing deal! Carol (in the parts department) did a stellar job helping me with upgrades for my bike (I want to clarify that this was not part of a sales tactic from this shop)... I asked for for help and she delivered!! I had done extensive research about upgrades I was planning on buying for my bike and she nailed every single one without me even telling her I had already planned on getting those items. She is very straight-forward and knowledgeable, so I will definitely be going back to her if I ever need any help with parts. Eric (manager) was very friendly and helped me with my paperwork. Buying this bike was the most stress-free experience (to my surprise) and would hands down recommend this place for anyone looking to purchase a new motorcycle/scooter/etc.

Hearts she's very knowledgeable. She's been there forever and she rides a Yamaha to I don't know her name, but she's there every day.

I wish I could remember the gals name in the parts department but man talk about a knowledgeable person!! She seriously knows her stuff and can answer any question you have. It's so awesome to see such wonderful and knowledgeable women in the industry as it can be intimidating sometimes talking to men. This is a very good dealer in the Tacoma area whom I have visited many times. They offer a military discount, the staff is friendly and helpful and their prices are competitive. Several years ago they helped a friend of mine from Japan who was traveling around the world on a 250 Honda rebuild his engine and got him back on the road without overcharging him.

I dropped my GSXR 750 off last week for a cracked oil pan. The staff scheduled me in at short notice with no problem, they’re very kind and told me they would squeeze my bike into the following week. Bike was completed less then a week and everyting was put back together better then i brought it. I went in here to get something as simple as a clutch lever and was surprised at how fantastic the service was. Turns out I also needed a clutch perch and was amazed that they had it in stock. Don't know how many times I have gone into a dealer only for them to tell me they don't have the part in stock. (If I wanted to order it I would've gone online!). They even let me borrow some wrenches so I could put it on in the parking lot! Hope to do business with again!

Had a side by side and a quad that needed service, I spoke with Carl murano in sales and he set it all up. They made space for me and pointed out some things that I didn’t even know about on my own quad. I was so impressed with how friendly and nice Carl was that I asked some questions about a new Honda Side by side and had no pressure just answered all my questions and when I asked about a deal on one he spoke with the owner and I now own a 2020 unit that I love. Everytime I call the Olympia Yamaha for a part for my older 2006 TTR-250 they are out but go figure Tacoma Motorsports has it, lol. Drove up once to get the part then got smart and had them ship it. I just purchased a 2014 suzuki gsxr 600 from Tacoma Motorsports yesterday and I have to say that it was personally one of the best experiences of my life the sales staff were very knowledgeable and polite, Eric and Douglass both are amazing sales staff, Eric worked so hard to get me out of my yamaha R1 which I had financed through yamaha motor finance and he could see how frustrated I was with dealing with yamaha and ride motorsports which was the dealership I purchased the R1 from and he never gave up he never stopped trying and that right there is the sign of a great sales person so Eric thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you and tacoma motorsports have done for me and I definitely will be back 100% to buy another bike from you guys, even the service department is amazing while I still had my R1 which ride motorsports had told me was fine and that they couldn't replicate any of the issues I was having with the throttle I took it to Tacoma Motorsports and the service department was able to get it to replicate and narrow it down to being a wire in the throttle body needing to be replaced so tacoma motorsports goes above and beyond in ensuring that the customer is always happy and gets the service they need
