The staff here is TOP SHELF. Everyone chips in tending customers regardless of title. Knowledgeable and humble. If they don't know something they don't BS you bad get answers. The sales person I delay with, Janel, was exceptional throughout w communication, knowledge, personality and quite funny! Good people. ALWAYS worth the stop.

Although I have been purchasing parts from this dealer for a few yesars now, I enjoy the over the counter service but can't always get there, I do feel that if the parts are on the shelf they could ship them quicker, or offer options on shipping, just saying. I live on one of Washington State's Islands.
