I purchased my first motorcycle here. It was the best experience I could have asked for. Manny was fantastic. I was pretty nervous about the whole process, but he was very knowledgeable and helped every step of the way. Everyone in the building was overall really kind, and thoroughly helpful. I live in Seattle and don’t have much experience on the bike, so riding home was very intimidating. Manny help find a route for me that would be comfortable and safe to ride, and it went fantastic. He even rode with me for a bit on the way back to make sure everything went smoothly. Overall this dealership went above and beyond, and I would hands down recommend it to anyone—especially novice riders.

Denise was very knowledgeable and patient in assisting me in finding a helmet. She provided straightforward information on the quality and safety of various helmets. I have several piercings which I feared might cause problems in trying on and wearing a helmet, Denise walked me through the process and there were zero issues with the helmet and my piercings and/or jewelry. Worked with Manny for more than a year waiting to be able to buy my bike. He was patient and attentive. The whole process was seamless even though I came in towards closing each time, once to drop off the trade-in and the other time to close the deal. Before closing the deal he had already programmed my name into the instrument cluster (SPELLED CORRECTLY too, because not even my family consistently does this), which was a nice touch. Manny navigated the digital cluster and everything I needed to know to get started with this new bike before I took off. Jake in Finance was great too, nice guy with an adorable dog and a passion for what he does. He was very quick with the process and didn’t try and push unnecessary add-ons without thoroughly explaining the benefits, which I appreciated. The whole experience was relaxed and quick. Will definitely be returning for service and farkles.

Amazing staff, and the sword swallower was probably the most helpful. They actually took their time to walk me through picking out my first gear. They didn’t push expensive items in my face and even showed me discount gloves. Honestly I won’t shop anywhere else for dual sport or dirt bike gear.

Drive chain fell off front sprocket and the folks at South Bound Motorsports took extra, extra, extra efforts to secure a locking washer that morning for my Triumph Tiger which they did not have in stock. My wife had just had surgery and Joey opened the door for us to come in and sign our papers. The new owner came and greeted us and actually sat down with and chatted which was awesome. They even delivered my wife's bike to the house. They will definitely get my business again.

When it was go time to purchase a Goldwing I reached out to South Bound Honda to get a quote. The sales manager Joey reached out to me immediately and took care of me from start to way past the actual purchase. We did negotiations and accessory orders over the phone, text, and email. He called every couple of days with updates on the accessory orders and delays. If I reached out to him, I got an immediate response! When I picked up the bike, we were late due to traffic. He still made sure I knew everything I needed to know way after closing. He also mentioned that he noticed a scuff in the seat and had already ordered a replacement. He even checked on how I liked the bike after my first ride later that evening! I have reached out a few times after the purchase and Joey was still quick to respond! We also went back to get a helmet for my wife and the parts department was quick, helpful, and very friendly!! They have a huge selection of used bikes too. I would highly recommend South Bound Honda for your motorcycle, parts, and service needs!

Coming in as a returning rider who had a ton of questions about several models, the team at South Bound made me feel right at home. Without a doubt the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. WOW !! is what comes to mind, Im 57 years old and have purchased from many retail store locations, well I never had an experience like this... I bought a new Honda Motorcycle from Joey and the first thing he did when my wife and I arrived was to introduce me to the team at the store. These guys are totally professional . This was by far the best retail experience I have ever had. They have a huge selection of bikes and gear. We will be back for more gear and toys.. I'm a rookie to motorized two-wheelers...but with the rise in gas prices, started looking for better mpg. A friend of mine recommended SouthBound - and I am so glad that I went there. After a few weeks of coming back several times, doing my own internet research, and talking with Nick Beverly (awesome sales rep), I decided to purchase a Honda ADV 150. Before purchasing, I went on YouTube and watched videos about how to negotiate for a new bike - and heard a bunch of horror stories about weird extra fees, etc. Well, SouthBound was the exception - they were upfront with their pricing and were willing to compromise with me to get to a number we both liked. I really appreciate their professionalism and honesty. If you go there, ask for Nick. *** Update, 17AUG22 A few months after I bought the ADV150, I called South Bound's service team to ask for advice on adding extra lights (for safety). Terry was an incredible help. He was super professional and friendly. I was really grateful...and again, it proved to me that South Bound is the place to go for 2-wheel issues.

If I could give more stars I would. Called them up, they still had the bike, and within an hour we test rode, signed papers and loaded the bike. Very smooth transaction, and very transparent about the whole process. Manny the sales person was awesome to work with. They loaned me some tie down straps with the promise that I mail them back...who else would do that? Again great dealership to work with, I would definitely go back.

From there he showed what options would fit our needs and let us make a decision without any persuasion or pressure. This made us both very comfortable. A genuine salesman with great product knowledge and patience. Must come from great management because we had the same experience with our finance manager Jake, parts manager Denise who recommended great helmets along with a few safety tips as well as Joey the sales manager. I went in today to get an exhaust installed on my bike without calling in. Originally I was told that they were very busy but when I explained that I was getting an exhaust, Terry made an exception for me and took my bike in immediately after asking if I was trying to ride this weekend and I said yes. If I remember the mechanics name correctly I believe it was Corey. Both of these guys were super cool as they talked to me and treated me like a human. They are a great group of people there. Great selection, easy to get to. I've had service done there, bought parts, asked questions and just hung out and talked. Was looking at hold over goldwings. They worked hard to get a trade from a couple of other dealers. But the one I wanted would not play nice nice and even call them back. They told me to just call the other dealer in Portland before it sold and make the deal, so I wouldn't lose out on it. That's pretty cool since they wouldn't make anything on the bike and they had a couple hours into it.

Bought a 2014 HD Street Glide 2 weeks ago. I admit i should have gone over the bike with a fine tooth comb but their customer service was so good it felt right . Well both the front and rear tires were unsafe...700 bucks and the rear brakes were at about 15 percent.... You get the picture . All i will say is buyer beware with these guys . i own my part by not checking the bike but their pre sale safety inspection had everything in the green . i am canceling my extended warranty and will NEVER go back . you would think paying 16k for a bike should get you somewhat of a piece of mind . Think twice before you buy from these guys. 4 16 2018. I WANT TO ADMID THAT IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN PROACTIVE AND SPOKE WITH THE OWNER THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. HE CALLED ME NOT ONCE BUT TWICE TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND I HAVE NOTHING BUT RESPECT. I LEARNED THAT I AS A CUSTOMER NEED TO PROACTIVLY COMMUNICATE AND REMEMBER IF A DEALERSHIP DOESNT KNOW THEY CANT FIX IT. SO IN SUMMARY, GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY AND MEET THE OWNER....

Let’s talk about their service department for a moment. I bought a bike and needed break in service within a week. Nobody in western Washington could see me before August, but Terry knew how important the ride is. He got me in less than a week after I called, and I called going into the long weekend. That’s not to say these guys aren’t busy; they’re packed on any given day. It’s more of a testament to their dedication and skill. They’re a superior shop and probably a great dealer too

Purchased a used Harley Davidson last week. Easy deal, bike was priced great, staff was awesome to deal with. Financing was easy, they were able to beat my credit union’s rates which doesn’t happen very often for me. I brought in a bike to trade in, they gave me better money than I expected from it. I might have been able to squeeze a few hundred more out of it if I had sold it on my own. But it wouldn’t have been worth the hassle. I had looked at a few of these at various dealers, they by far had the best price. They are dealing with the COVID restrictions and doing the best they can. Happy I was able to give them some business to help carry through this time and I ended up with a pretty sweet motorcycle to boot!

I bought a beautiful 2007 Harley Davidson heritage classic a week ago. They gave me a great deal on the bike and even installed some genuine Harley parts on to it for me. When I got here a week later to have the seat and backrest installed the back rest was not the right part that I had ordered. The sales manager was awesome he took very good care of me and actually pulled an actual Harley Davidson backrest off of another bike and installed it on mine. These guys are awesome down here and be assured they will take great care of you. Highly recommend this Dealership.

Had an appointment to get an Oil Change and it took FOUR HOURS. My Bike had been ready for an HOUR AND A HALF and No one in the ENTIRE store decided to come get me and let me know. What's the point of waiting. If I hadn't decided to take a walk, and saw my bike sitting out side, i might have waited another 4 hours. I ordered some tires for my Bike and TWO WEEKS later I call and find out my order was NEVER PLACE. This use to be a good place. I've purchased TWO bikes from here. Totally disappointed with your service. I will never come back or recommend this place again. UPDATE Got a call from Kevin Holt the Owner of South Bound Honda. I was very very impressed with him and his Staff. It's very Rare and unheard of that an Owner of a Business will reach out to a customer. I really appreciate that. About two weeks ago I needed a battery for my quad. I contacted SBD and got Denise G. Immediately after picking up my battery I was leaving town for a seven hour deer hunting. I was worried about the battery acid being placed inside my brand new truck. She got a used box, filled it with packing paper, and safely placed the battery inside. No chance of spilling!! I contacted the folks at South Bound Honda about securing a deposit for a new Honda Monkey and the helpful sales staff, Joe and Kevin, got right on it. Joe kept me informed about the import progress and let me know when my bike landed in the states. The bike was prepped the day before I arrived, I paid for the bike and it was loaded into my truck within 30 minutes. The purchase process was simple and the sales staff was awesome. I bought a VTX1300 from them and couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. I originally wanted a VTX that I saw on their website, but it was sold the day before my appointment. However, it turned out they had just got another one in that I liked even better (bonus!). I asked if they would sell me the bike, and I was told no, I had to wait until it was inspected. I was hoping that was going to be the answer. It shows they care about selling quality motorcycles. About a week later, I came back and bought it. I admit, I probably paid a little too much, but not enough that I felt like haggling. I guess you could call that a lazy tax. All-in-all, I will definitely be back for my next ride.

We just bought 2 motorcycles from South Bound Honda and got a great deal along with great service. The sales guy, Nick, was awesome. He answered all our questions, and helped us get the best deal possible, which was better than other prices from dealerships north and further south. (My husband called them all to see what they could do for us.). When the sale was done, Nick helped us load the bikes in our truck and tie them down good and sure. By contrast, we originally went to a dealership closer to our house, and spent 45 minutes there, but never got so much as a “hello” or “be with you in a minute”. There was a sales guy on the floor helping someone else and a receptionist and other guy in the phone, but no one acknowledged us. We finally just left. After that, we decided to give our business to South Bound Honda, where they greeted us within minutes and had the two bikes we were looking for. Thanks folks at SB Honda! Staff seemed knowledgeable. Would have liked same day service, but their service shop needed me to make an appointment a week in advance. I found the riding accessories to be somewhat limited. Riding gear seems to be tailored toward sportswear rather than everyday riding gear. The staff, however, was very friendly, and as I was there for service rather than Parts anyhow, I left feeling very satisfied.

He is friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgable which made my purchase a pleasure. And then there's the parts department... Denise, Denise, Denise...Grinde She's a self-proclaimed a**hole which, in truth, means that she's a straight shooter and will treat you like family. Her kind of customer service is hard to find these days (unfortunately) and is the icing on the cake which is South Bound Honda. Her partner in crime, Dakota Simmons was extremely helpful in setting up a couple of helmets with the Cardo Packtalk system. I will definitely be visiting them for my future adventure needs.

It is set up like they ultimate man cave. You'll find yourself wanting to go there for this reason alone. I had put down a deposit 2 months ago. My saleperson Joey, kept me updated about the delivery date, which I really appreciated. With the virus going on, I was very worried that I would not get bike in time to enjoy during the summer. I now have the bike, and I love it. The finance department was very accommodating with a few issues I had. They have the bike sales thing down pat. There is almost always someone near the entrance to greet you and ask what brings you in. They went the extra mile to help me track down the model of bike I was looking for since they didn't have one in their show room. Their sales team is eager and helpful without being too pushy. But getting service scheduled there is not often convenient. They seem to be trying to help. But, it always seems they are so booked up, they are not able to do anything if you need something done right away.

There have been several people I have talked to that have gotten work done at your shop and all of them had very positive things to say about the experience. That is why I decided to give you a try. First, I submitted a quote request on your website for a fork seal replacement service. I had someone follow up with me the next day and leave a phone message. The quoted price was a little over $100 less than another more local service department. Additionally, I needed to get it done by the upcoming weekend. They were able to fit me in during the week. I dropped the bike off on Saturday and picked it up on Wednesday. Specifically, some of the things I really liked about you guys were: 1.) Your timeliness in your response to the quote request 2.) Your pricing 3.) Friendly, welcoming atmosphere when I arrived 4.) You had the door to your service area open with the mechanics working in full view (this was probably the most important one to me). This showed that you were confident enough in your team to let anyone look in and see what they are doing and how they work. 5.) South Bound Honda has been the go to place for us for years. The atmosphere has changed, I understand due to new owners. There are still a few familiar smiling faces. I was very suprised at the over abundance of used Harleys on the floor. But not having the option of available parts on hand. I was able to get, kinda what I was looking for and at a discount, but I was disappointed at the lack of after market things like highway pegs. I would like to see it back to catering to the highway cruisers as well as the sport bikes.

Performed a pre-purchase inspection on a used Honda CBR 650F for me last year. Changed oil as well. I bought the bike on the spot and they gave me a pair of gloves to borrow so I could ride it home. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced compared to some of the other crazy mechanics in the Puget Sound. I wish I lived closer so I could use them more often.

After tragically losing my house to a recent fire, the first item I needed to replace for mental health was my 2016 Honda Africa Twin. Like many others, adventure riding is therapy for me, and the adventure riding community in the PNW is very tight..so it was essential that I get back in the saddle as quickly as practical. Two days after the fire, I called Kevin Holt....owner and manager of South Bound, and fellow Washington Adventure Rider. I had used South Bound in the past for service and this was my first opportunity to make a major purchase there. Kevin made it a personal mission to locate a black 2018 Africa Twin DCT in his local warehouse and get it in the shop days later. In less than 6 days, I closed a deal with South Bound for my new ride. Tremendous thanks to Kevin, Joey, Patrick, Denise...and the delivery driver who hauled the new bike to my new home. South Bound has a customer for life, and I'm tremendously greatful to them for their part in getting me back on the trail.

I came in 5 times over a span of about a week and a half, and every time I walked through that door I got greeted with a huge smile and great service. I talked with almost every person who worked in this store, and I have to say that I’m thoroughly impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone is. Especially Manny, Joey, and Nick. These three guys even kept the shop open late for me, so that I would be able to come in after I passed my classes and buy the bike I’d been drooling over. I honestly wouldn’t recommend taking your business anywhere else, for the sole fact that they’re people trying to get you what you want. Not workers who are just trying to take your money.

I bought an used motorcycle at South Bound a few weeks ago. Sales Manny helped me and I have nothing bad to say about this young man. Treated me like an old friend. We neogitiated an out-the-door price all through emails. Easy and straightforward. No old school sales tricks. Even after the sale, Manny answers to my questions timely. But the Finance guy is completely clueless. I was told that I owe them $45 licensing fee because they miscalulated the charge and I had to drive 3 hours round trip to pickup the plate and tab and pay the dificit. What a joke! First of all, I negotiated an all inclusive price, it was the dealership's responsiblity for the miscalculation. Secondly, they should mail plate/tab to me in the first place not asking customer to drive that long distance for pickup. Now they sill hold my plate, refusing to mail it to me. Just for a record, if I didnt receive my plate before my temporary plate expires. I will report to DOL a lost plate and just get a new. I an't pay a penny to South Bound.
