Reviews of Seattle Cycle Center
Reid LeDonne
On a cross country trip from North Carolina and my bike was in a bad way! Tires and chain were almost shredded. These guys got me in and out in a few hours! When I came back they broke down everything they did to the bike, things they observed about the current condition and future recommendations.
I’ve ridden all over the US and rarely do you get honest service like that. Obviously family operated and owned, very easy going and experienced staff. If you’re in Seattle and need your bike worked on this is the spot!
Thank you 🤙
Jane Dore
Thank you Seattle Cycle for fixing my bent handle bars today in about 2 minutes. I had bent them when I dumped my bike (BMW 650) around a tree taking it out of my garage. Another shop was going to charge me over $500 for new handle bars plus labor and tax. I tried to pay Seattle Cycle for their time but they refused. Then if that wasn't enough they observed that I had brand new tires (put on by the other shop) and warned me about my new tires and said I needed to be careful my first 100 miles due to a coating that is on new tires. Wow.. what a great experience with Seattle Cycle. Thankfully I went there on a referral from a friend this morning. These guys have worked here for years. The owner is great. They know what they are doing. I'll be back for sure for any of my future needs.
Chris Liebich
These guys are top notch.
I have an older Triumph, the guys at Seattle Cycle Center were able to help me out with some new tires in a fast and friendly fashion!
I am Definitely going to be back here for service!

One of my favorite shops in Seattle to bring my scooters and motorcycles. Decent selection of scooters new and used if you're looking to buy a bike as well.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about common issues you might need fixed.

I bought my first ever motorcycle there, a NIU NQI Sport. It’s an electric bike which I’m just going to use for short trips. They have a good inventory of bikes and accessories but the key to the store is their manager Ryan. The guy just lives and breathes motorcycles and he genuinely wants to make sure that his customers are happy. He answered tons of questions from me, made a couple of ordering mistakes but was honest about it and got it corrected and we moved forward and I was able to sign for my bike last night. To avoid interruptions he waited until after closing and did all the paperwork and then spent at least an hour with me going over all the details from how to charge the battery to the best way to pop it off the kickstand and all kinds of tips in terms of protecting it, using the different power modes, etc. I think it was nearly 3 hours after closing when I left. He also volunteered to drive the bike over to my house since I didn’t have a vehicle to bring it from the store to here and it’s at least a 30 minute drive. With that kind of top customer service and good inventory I can’t imagine anyone shopping in another store. Just a first class overall experience from a guy who really wants you to have fun on your motorcycle.

Excellent knowledge and quick turn around time
I bought a new bike and popped in a few times to ask questions and look at what gear they have. The staff was always knowledgeable and was willing to answer my many beginner questions. Once I started looking at my bike and doing maintenance I realized I needed a new front tire, they had one in stock price matched to anything online and the install price was very reasonable. I didn't need it done quickly, but they got my wheel done same day and they even repaired the curb rash from the PO without charging me any extra and I really appreciate the extra touch. This place cares and you can feel it in the character and attitude.

Been here a handful of times and they've been great taking care of my vintage scooter. Now also the new Genuine Scooter dealer, among other brands. Seattle needs more places like these. Long live Seattle Cycle Center!
Vincent Pierce
Great staff, reasonable pricing. Never had an issue with them and helpful with small projects
Diana Joan Nazziwa
Thank you so much for the free moving boxes!!! What a great place to get them, a hidden gem!
My household thanks you so much!!!!
Mo Higzi
Pros: 1. Nice gentlemen working there.
2. Accepted my bike for a same day tire replacement something extremely rare in Seattle .
Cons 1. It’s cost me 247$ in labor in to replace my tires , they made me pay 40 dollars per tire for not purchasing the tires from them.
2. No upfront pricing
3. My bike had been ready for sometime and no one had contacted me until I passed by the garage and saw it parked outside.
I would go again if I have to .

I keep coming back and have bought tires and other motorcycle supplies from these guys for years. Ryan and crew are super nice and approachable. No jerky attitude like a lot of other shops. They win my business and will continue to do so. The dog, Lupe is a super sweet doggie too.
Kyle
Owner is a fantastic guy, personally helped me with picking out my first set of gear and I had no idea they had a new rider discount. He was able to order things too that he didn't have in stock and get them to me pretty quick
Casey Graham
The owner Ryan is a very cool guy as well as the rest of the staff. Ryan spotted my stolen motorcycle on his way to work, pushed it in to his shop and stored it for me until I could have it inspected by an insurance agent. I am eternally grateful for this act of heroism and I'm certain songs will be sung of him for many ages. 5 stars all the way!
Anthony Curreri
Always so helpful! Very patient with me while trying on helmets today, and even helped me install a special anti-fog lense. And by help I mean they did it for me without asking!!! So nice! I've also had my bike serviced here (I towed it in not-running!) And they fixed it up real well, for a very reasonable price! Thank you!
Christos Zulas
Super nice guy helps everyone just be patient but he'll do an amazing job and priced right !
Benjamin Schlosser
Really great place here. Friendly owner and staff, and my bike feels completely different than it did before taking it in for a new clutch kit in a very good way.
John Dunn
I needed my tires installed on my 2013 Victory Cross Country. Had been calling around all week. Motoplex in Lynwood that is a Victory dealer says it would be three weeks to book me in. I bought the tires online and just needed a mounting. Well after reading the great reviews of this place I gave then a call Friday morning of the Labor day weekend expecting another let down. Well I was pleasantly surprised that they could get me in. Still apprehensive as this isn't a Victory shop. Well these guys hooked me up and got it done. They did a complete install and I rode of in a couple hrs. Dont be held hostage to these shops that are running one tech. Such as South Sound Motoplex. If you need tires for your Victory they can have Dunlop and other brands in two days and they did a great job with friendly service. I definately recommend to all who want real service.
They deserve 10 stars. These guys are legit.
J K
I came in to buy my first motorcycle helmet after feeling discouraged by my experience at another shop. Ryan was super informative, helpful, and easy going. I felt no pressure to make a purchase, and felt really comfortable the whole time. I'm happy with my purchase and plan to come back here again!
Pidge Carrier
The guys at Cycle Center really go above and beyond to help you keep your bike on the road without breaking the bank. They can almost always find me parts and deals at a better rate than I can find online, and they put so much effort into remembering the people they work with. I've never had a bad experience here and if you own a scooter or a vintage Japanese motorcycle, these guys have the experts with the patience and institutional knowledge to treat them right. You can't go wrong with Cycle Center.
Leo McHugh
I've been a customer for 8 years with various bikes.
Straightforward and easy to work with, this shop/store is run by people who provide the kind of service, attention and value that have me regret each time I've gone elsewhere. I keep coming back. 5 stars.
Miguel Ortiz
This place is awesome and you get treated right Ryan is a great store manager. Good place too go and trust.
daryl leonard
Need a scooter or harley worked on ryan and company rock, knowledgeable and they do great work always happy with their work,10 plus years patron.
David Do
Staff are very friendly and helpful, and prices are reasonable on all their products if you want/need something the same day.
I recently brought my bike in for repairs and they were very upfront and honest about everything, which I appreciate. They even suggested ways to save money on upgrades.
I haven't gotten my bike back yet, but I'm pretty confident I'll be happy. I've made numerous purchases at this store, and hope to keep coming back.
Tascha J
Great customer service. As a woman rider I always feel very comfortable here. The guys never make me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about, or that any questions I have are "woman" questions, if you know what I mean. They're very respectful of all my inquiries. I've purchased most of my gear here and serviced 3 different bikes here over the years and it's always the same great service.
Anthony Riek
Long story short: These guys are super friendly, fair priced, and do good work. Been in for an oil change and for troubleshooting issues and been more than happy each time. - Recently my daily commuter had started giving me a few problems, a slow leak on the front tire and out of nowhere the speedometer stopped working. I trouble shot both to the best of my abilities and couldn't fix either. I took the bike into Seattle Cycle Center and they had the speedometer issue sussed out in less than 5 minutes. They ordered me a new speedometer cable and a week later I got a call that it arrived. When I went in to pick it up I told them the issue I was having with the tire leak and they offered to take a look at it. They took it off the bike, checked it for leaks and cleaned the rim and rebalanced the tire. All for an incredibly fair price and in a very quick turnaround. Im not sure if it fixed the tire issue yet but I'm already sold on these guys. I'll be back for any issues I have in the future.
T.R Weeks
I've been taking my motorcycles there for over 10 years now. They take care of business. Know their stuff, service, parts, always friendly and if they don't have in stock what you need, they will get it for you. Thanks guys.
Robert Pratt
On a ride through from Sacramento CA with our Harley group. All the dealerships in the area said no tire service till Monday it's Saturday at 10am. Called Seattle cycle center they said bring it in. Serviced our tire fixed our spokes and got a new tube quickly. Had us back on the road at a reasonable price. Great group of guys definitely a place to ship and do business with
Flo Mavian
Thank you for your continued thorough, professional, reliable, and safe work you've done on my bikes. all while making me feel like I'm part of the "family" and answering all my questions. You are an absolute asset to the moto community and hope you're there when i need you, for years to come! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Mitchell Zink
My friend and I stopped here half way thorough our cross country trip. We had 5k miles on the trip so far so we both needed oil changes, and I needed a new rear tire. I called ahead to make sure they had a tire that would fit my ninja 500, they did and gave me a quote. I mentioned that we only had one night in Seattle and that the bikes were especially dirty from some muddy roads in Montana. They said that they could get the work down in a day and that if the dirt got in the way of the work they would hose them down no charge. We got in at noon and they let us keep all our gear and luggage in their waiting area and he watched over it as we chilled in the Starbucks across the street. They pointed out that my fork was leaking and let me go buy the part from another shop in the area for them to do the work. The mechanic even stayed late that night and replaced both my front seals even though they only charged me for one side, (only leaked on the right). When I got my bike back it was cleaner that I had ever had it and lubed all over (levers, chain). All in all they were very friendly, not pushy with any service, did a great job on the work and willing to go the extra mile even though they knew I would never be a repeat customer (from the east coast). They exceeded my expectations, I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Thanks again
James Cardo
Seattle Cycle Center is the real deal. Ryan and the crew know bikes and care about riders. They serviced my bike recently at a fully reasonable price, and it hasn't sounded or felt this good in years. Personable, communicative, and expert. Absolutely will return for anything mechanical, and if I need gear, I'd 100% rather get it from people who know what they're talking about than take a chance on something from online.
Chandan Rastogi
Very friendly staff and they have a great selection of riding gear too. Went to get my motorcycle serviced and was very pleased with the results and the communication.
Sage Duggal
I went in to the shop based on referral from a friend of mine and the people were amazing. Dave found a spare electrical connector so I could get my neutral light working again, and Ryan out front helped me select a new battery tender giving me a quick run down on the differences between the two.
I've bounced around different shops in the area but this will be where I go from here on out. I'll be back in the spring for some new tires and riding gear. Highly recommended, great local business.
Josef
The two guys I dealt with today (sorry I didn't get your names!) were great. I had a tire with a nasty bulge and wanted a tire put on same day. Not a problem, they got me in!
They only had one tire in stock in my size (not a super common one) but the date code was 15 years back, an '03. I didn't even think to check for that but they did and refused to sell it to me since old tires are..old and rotten. I really appreciated that, since a less reputable service center might do whatever possible to get rid of old stock. I hopped down the street to Triumph, grabbed some tires (service was too busy there to put them on), brought 'em back and these guys hooked me up.
Chill place, cool dudes, great service. I'll be back next time!
Elad Perets
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, which was great experience for a noob rider like myself. Bought a great helmet in a price that was actually a bit cheaper than in various online retailers. Highly recommended!
Matt Matte (FMJ Games)
I take my R6 here ever since I moved downtown. Tires, oil changes, chains and everything. Before that I would only go to Southbound Honda in Tacoma. I take my bike only to shops I trust with my life. They won't even put a used tire on your bike, it's like that, I tried.
This is a chill shop and the employees are very respectable. The tech Sonny is always helpful and easy going. Call them and ask questions and they have answers!
I just appreciate this place because they seem like a scooter shop at first but they are stoked to work on motorcycles and there's always a few super bikes out front. Cool vibes and not extreme prices make this rating 5 stars!
Oil change includes all the lubes you need. Tires are done right on time. The bike comes back running better and smoother and even the kickstand gets lubed. They let you know all the things your bike needs but aren't pushy about it, they just say it can be done! All in all it's a great shop!

I've been going to Seattle cycle Center for years always finding reasonable pricing and helpful service. The current group there are by far always striving to help you make a decision and explain to you the various accessories and options available.
Very happy doing business there and recommend it to others.
thx jrp
Got a discount card from taking the riding course at Evergreen Motorcycle Training at Totem Lake. Bought some boots. Selection of boots is sort of small, I'd look somewhere else next time, but they have lots of other great gear. Service department does only tires and brakes on Harleys. The sales staff is friendly and very helpful. Made helpful recommendations. They let me try boots with my bike to ensure function and comfort. Great folks.
Scott Hunter
Realized that I've been coming here since 1992! It's changed a lot since then, but the employees are still friendly, helpful, and know their stuff. I'm really glad Seattle Cycle Center has stuck around!
Roger Coulter
Great guys. Excellent service. I was able to schedule break-job the next day, and they did it while I waited (it took exactly as long as they said). They washed the bike. They were friendly professional and helpful. They've got a great selection. I'll never go anywhere else.
Joshua Rappaport
I've been shopping here semi-regularly for almost 20 years and they are still my local go-to for anything that isn't brand specific to my bikes. You might save a few bucks ordering your tires or helmet online, but the service Ryan provides is well worth the difference and his prices are pretty damn close. At a time when the dealerships are becoming less and less welcoming, I'm glad we still have Seattle Cycle.
Morgan Lucero
These guys are awesome! Good selection of gear, scooters, and cycles. They're currently working on my scooter and they're totally friendly, hospitable, and helpful. They wanted to close early for Labor Day weekend but they're going the extra mile to get me back on the road a.s.a.p. I will definitely be a repeat customer even though I live in Renton.
Brandon Payne
I have been in here numerous times for a couple of years now and every time they are helpful and friendly. I can usually find what I need and their prices are actually quite good. I suspect those who have had a problem with the attitude of the salespeople have had a bad attitude themselves. Show a little courtesy and they will take care of you. I will be happy to support a local business that will be there to keep my bike running.
Alexander Spohn
I went in yesterday to buy a tube for my front tire. I was quoted several prices around town to install and balance the tire with the wheel off the bike from $40-50. $60-80 with the wheel on the bike. These guys did it for $35 with it on the bike in about 20 minutes! Thoroughly impressed and satisfied!! Thanks again guys, keep up the good work!
Gus Tibbetts
Friendly, knowledgable, top flight outfit. A very needed, versatile, asset to everyday motorcyclists in Seattle. Good shop. Very usable selection of used bikes. Fast service. Realistic pricing. I gave them a four star rating. I will definitely return. And based on my experience with them. They will doubtlessly earn 5 stars if they keep it up.
Susana Ughetti
These are the guys you want working on your bike, hands down best customer care, and services.
Ryan and Kevin truly care about your safety as a rider, the entire team will make sure your motorcycle is ready for the road before letting you ride away, and they do this in a timely manner.
Royal Nebeker
Great experience and I won't hesitate to return my motorcycle to these honest guys. The throttle cable on my 900 Triumph Thunderbird snapped while on my way to another shop which was actually closed so I had Tim from Lowside Towing take her to Seattle Cycle Center.
It took a week to get the part in but they got on it as soon as it arrived. I received a call saying it was done and the price was right. A few minutes later they called back saying my bike wouldn't start. I'm thinking "Great, I didn't go for the extra work they recommended so here we go they're trying to milk more money out of me." I let them know that the bike was running just fine before the throttle cable snapped. The guy from the shop said that they'll keep at it and will give me a call back but that he will have to charge for the extra time spent on getting it to work. I reluctantly said fine, thinking just get the bike out of there and I can take it to another shop for the recommended service. I called back the next day and gave some suggestions to get her to start after reading on some forums about blunders occurring when replacing the throttle cable. They tried some other things and spent more time on it.
After the weekend I got a call from them stating that she was ready to be picked up and that it was my battery having been low from sitting for the week. They had installed new plugs and didn't charge me for the labor of trying to get her to start. Do you realize how rare that is?? They only charged me the extra price of the spark plugs. These guys are honest and hardworking. My bike runs stronger than ever. If you want fair, great work, with excellent results trust Seattle Cycle Center.
Guillaume Zurbach
I bought a second hand Yamaha Vino 50cc from them a few months ago. It was my first time buying a scooter and I had plenty of questions. They spent time explaining me how to drive it and how to maintain it. I'm using it every day to go to work and it's been working perfectly so far. I totally recommend this place!
Gabe Cisneros Jr
Excellent customer service! I order some saddle bags for my FZ1 and the order was missing a small part. I contacted Seattle Cycle Center and they responded kindly and acted quickly to address the discrepancy. Happy customer from Santa Fe, NM.
John Davis
I bought some tires from them and they gave me the best price, cheapest mounding and were super friendly. I have also taken my DR650 there for a valve adjustment and they did a great job.
Carrie X
These guys are awesome. Always glad to help, they know bikes, have good gear and do good work on tire changes and brakes. I have been coming here for over 12 years now, never been disappointed. They did an excellent job on my tires and brakes on my 09 harley dyna recently. Topnotch!

Just bought a 2018 Kymco Like 200i from Ryan and his team at Seattle Cycle Center. As a complete novice (and a woman), I found Ryan approachable and knowledgeable but also super laid-back. He didn't talk down to me or try to sell me on extras. I came in knowing the scooter I wanted, and he delivered. You will probably get faster service at a bigger dealership with more staff, but I much prefer great customer service and good prices along with building a long-term relationship with folks who can take care of my scooter. Based on the reviews here, they seem to have seasons when they're short staffed, and that has been the case for a few weeks this summer. Just be patient and follow-up, and Ryan will treat you right. In fact, he personally delivered my scooter all the way out in Renton for me (because I definitely don't have the skills to ride that far yet) and took extra time to go over all the scooter features and quirks. He puts an emphasis on safety--which I really appreciate--while never losing sight of how much damn fun these things are. I took my new scooter out the next morning to practice for an upcoming skills test and am already pulling tight U-turns in a nearby parking lot. Whoohoo! Thanks to Ryan and his team for getting me up and running. I will definitely be back.
Snoogens
Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Ryan has stayed around after hours for me multiple time since my work schedule conflicts with their open hours. great deals on tires and service. Highly recommended..
Zachary SO Lough
Street bikes, dirt and dual-sports - these guys do it all, and they do it well. While other shops are weeks behind on repairs, their turnaround time is prompt and welcomed. Decent gear selection too. When my girlfriend was picking out a helmet, one of the guys spent over an hour walking her through all the options. Top notch.
aniewier
Great place for motorcycle & scooter needs. The merchandise floor has shrunk considerably in the last few years - it's now taken up with scooters - but, if you're in the market for a nice scoot check 'em out, they have some nice brands. Also, they have women-sized clothing, which is hard to find. Staff is always helpful & available to answer any questions.
Michael Yan
Friendly and helpful staff, mechanics are knowledgeable, and they don't try to oversell you. My go-to spot for any motorcycle problems and quick-fix advice.
While I was shopping for a new set of tires, Ryan recommended the ME 888 over my initial choice of Bridgestone Exedra. With no pressure at all, I was given time to think it over and do some research on it. It turns out that for a great price the ME 888's were some of the best out there suited for my bike and riding style. One of my best purchases and no second thoughts. These guys know what they sell and can stand by it.
Kevin Carrabine
Always great service from Ryan, the ultimate multitasker!
Don L
A great experience! I am just starting to learn to ride a motorcycle and I needed some rain gear and gloves. Robert (or was it Richard) was amazing! He listened to my needs and concerns, showed me numerous options, explained the differences, and did not try to "upsell" me. He offered lots of good advice and was genuinely friendly and interested. I will definitely go back when I am in need of more gear.
Jenny Li
The sign says Seattle Cycle Center. They've got a good selection of helmets, but womens gear is pretty lacking.. though that's pretty much the case everywhere. They don't always have everything in stock in all sizes/colors, but the staff is very helpful and will order anything for you :)
I've had great experiences getting speedy assistance from all the staff, and they're very nice. You really don't feel like you're getting ripped off or tricked like you sometimes do at other places.
Siegfried Fritz
Last time I visited Seattle by motorcycle, I stopped by. It had been 25 years. The faces are new but the great service was the same. They had the chain lube that I needed and helped me apply it. It was fun to visit a place that held fond memories of my adventures with my first motorcycles and be there years later with my son who was riding his first.
Charles H. Atwood
I have purchased most of my gear here over the decades. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have also had bikes serviced here, including new tires. No complaints.
tony nissen
So far . . . excellent! We stopped in to pick up a street helmet for my six year old. The employee must have known that when the children of parents are cared for and treated very well, you get the loyalty of the parents. My fault for not remembering his name, but this guy was fantastic with my child. I will be returning for more gear and may start to take my motorcycle there for maintenance (it's a bit more of a drive for me) as I can only hope the rest of the staff is just as attentive.
Lauryn Soulek
The guys at the shop were amazing and went above and beyond to assist my brother and I when we had a random bolt fall out and a strange noise occur during our motorcycle trip. They were even able to look at it that same day! I would highly recommend them to any motorcycle rider.

I called after closing time on a Friday night, looking for a new battery for my bajaj cheetak. I'm planning on taking a trip on the bike today but as the battery suddenly died I was going to have to cancel the plans unless I could find a battery, and fast.
I was surprised when some one picked up the phone - it was Ryan, and he asked me what I needed. After a short conversation he told me I could come by the next day to pick up the Battery the next day around 1, which was late, but what could I do with short notice?
We hung up the phone and not five minutes later my phone rang - it was Ryan calling me back to let me know that he had been able to get the battery charging and I could pick it up when the shop opened at 9 the next day.
This is very impressive service, especially in the scootering world, where I often often get treated as less "cool" or worse, a nuisance to the shops I call.
This shop truely cares about their customers and hands down provides the best service I've ever encountered in Seattle. Keep up the good work.
Caleb Schneider
Pretty competitive prices (to the internet) on gear, and they offer a full array of scooter and motorcycle repair service. Communication is... ok. They don't ever seem to be in a hurry to let you know what is going on with your order.
shipwrecked& comatose
I've been shopping here since the '80s, and please take my word for it that you really don't need to go anywhere else for gear, accessories, service, tires, etc.. SCC has always been top notch. Prices are usually very reasonable, and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and fast. I usually fix my own bikes, so I can't really vouch for the service dept., but in 25+ years I've never heard anybody complain about it. This is a last bastion of old Seattle that, unlike the Doghouse, Skoochie's, Time Traveller's skate and comics, the Sonics, Emmett Watson, the Twin Teepees and the Kingdome, has managed to survive.
Stinky Mans
Awesome place. They know their stuff... Literally. If you go in and ask for something they don’t have, they will tell you they don’t have it and have no problem recommending another place that might have it. I’ve gotten everything I have ever needed, but have seen them do that with someone else. Super nice as well!! Go give ‘em a try if you need anything motorcycle or scooter.
Glen Logan
Incredibly helpful staff. They didn't have the battery I needed in stock so the person helping me called two other motorcycle shops and found me the one I needed.
Martin Fries
Wow, these guys are GREAT! Took my old 1974 Yamaha DT 125 Enduro and made it brand new again. This is a 44 year old bike that now has great snap for a 125 mid range bike. Was not sure at first when I brought the bike in, all I saw was scooters and mopeds. Was informed every step of the way what needed to be done and the cost. Took a few months but that was do to getting the parts. Probably won't see them again because of the wonderful job they did the fist time. Just like the old days when someone said they fixed it they actually fixed it!
roger vanderpool
When no other shop in the Seattle area would help me and my friend with getting tired when we were returning from a trip to Alaska to Arizona, Ryan was able to order us tires and get them in and put on our bikes and got us back on the road. I ride a Victory and my buddy rides an Indian, so the can take care of just about any bike. If your traveling through the Seattle area an need something for your bike, they are the ones to call
Jim Goodwin
Even though they wouldn't mount the tire I brought in (a rear tire I wanted mounted on the front wheel of my Goldwing) they were really nice and even made some calls to help me find a place that would!
Jeff Swanson
Great shop - super responsive and trustworthy. Really pleased with these guys and can't speak highly enough of them.
KC Sealock
Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. I went in with what I thought needed to be done, and rather than just charge me and do it, they actually talked me out of some maintenance that didn't need to be done yet! Definitely just earned a new repeat customer :)
Dk J
Ryan and the staff are very knowledgeable about everything Zen about Scooters as well as the big bikes. This day Ryan coached me ( I have not rode a bike since 1975 a Harley Sportster) on how to properly work the center stand on my 2016 200 HD SYM. Ryan made it so easy for me to re-learn and it just got easy for me to do after his simple instructions.

Thank You

The whole experience was a fantastic one.
My 'workhorse' bike (Kawa Concours) left this fine establishment with new vigor and tenacity that have seriously helped my journeys around the Pacific West coast this summer.
There are one of a kind genuine characters working here and Sunny and Dave are just two prime examples of motorcycle magicians, whether in communication or actually mechanical skill, very professional, very top notch and even smiled.
These lads go the extra mile to provide quality and it's a pure pleasure to do business with them.
Please take your motorcycle interests to them and you will be well rewarded.

I went to browse, I'm think about getting a scooter. I was amazed at the level of customer service I received, and even got a quote. If/when I do get a scooter this will be the first and most likely only stop I make. 5 stars isn't enough!
Vernon Yeldell
Great people, knowledgeable, safety conscious, fast and courteous. Replaced both tires on a '13 Victory Cross Country Tour. I'd highly recommend them.
Duane B
Looking for a helmet. They had what I needed and didn't try and sell me the most expensive ones like other shops in the area. Guys are knowledgeable and friendly in a real way, not a 'I am being friendly because I want to sell you something' kind of way.
Kel Drake-Sargent
Just had my bike tuned up and, while the price was good, the work leaves a lot to be desired. I have to go back and see if they can true my back tire as it drags/squeaks/rubs on something ever since they worked on it.
Jon Nereim
Decent selection of helmets. I've heard it's a good place for service which looks like is what they're primarily into.
Mason Killebrew
I recently a needed to find a part for a damaged boot. Although it was a small and inexpensive item, Ryan spent time running it down including convincing the manufacturer to to provide the part directly...and at no cost to me. I had previously tried other sources for the part to no avail.
Kristopher Weholt
These guys tuned my carb and got my sweet TW200 running like a top. A+ service
M. Springer
Tip of the hat to Seattle Cycle Center Inc. for going above and beyond what was expected during service. Brought in my Ninja 250 for a new clutch cable and brake pad installation but they fixed both turn signals, bent clutch lever, and did a chain adjustment for free without me even mentioning it. Now all I need is a new front tire and I know who is going to get the work. Thank you Dave in the service department!
john logic
Always helpful and fair. They know there’s more inventory online, and don’t vibe you if you bring in parts to install. Support Small Independent businesses!

I brought my scooter in last summer for an oil change and inspection. I called three other locations and this store was the cheapest. I was pleased with the efficiency of service. Yesterday, I went in a couple hours before closing because my seat compartment jammed and my wallet and keys were inside. Even though they were busy, they got it fixed right away and even offered to check my tire pressure. They don’t upsell or make you feel embarrassed for asking questions. If they don’t have something in stock they will order it for you. I would definitely recommend Seattle Cycle Center to others!
