I’ve been looking for an Indian motorcycle now for months. I’ve been to dealership after dealership and often not even acknowledged, but Kenny at the motoplex went above and beyond to make sure that I found the bike that I’ve always wanted at the right price point and payment. Understand something. I come from a long history of being in this business and let me tell you, this place made the buying process as easy as it gets. I walked in at about 10. By about 11:30, I had test ridden, applied for a loan, signed papers and was out with the keys to my new bike. If you know what you're doing when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, and understanding why some fees exist, this is as stress free as it gets for powersports.

Highly recommended! I bought a used boat from this dealership and had a great experience. The sales experience was not high pressure like some dealerships. Brian provided exceptional service, he clearly has many years of experience in the industry and was able to answer all technical questions about the boat. I requested a viewing of the boat and then a water demo. Brian was very flexible and willing to meet halfway for the water demo which helped save a lot of time. When I arrived at the dealership to purchase the boat, the paperwork was quick and easy. I hope to do future business and I highly recommend doing business at this dealership.

First time in the employees in parts and service were 👍 The second day I needed a few more things and wanted to see if the service dept could spend 5 minutes to turn off a in need of service light off. I waited a 1/2 hour just to be told it would be 100.00 plus tax. Thanks u tube for showing me how in 10 minutes. So this is a 5 star for the first trip in and 0 stars for the second trip. I probably would not consider buying a new bike here just for the fact that no common courtesy was even considered.

Took it in for first service and was delighted with the great service and quick turnaround. I asked them to check on one thing for me, and to my surprise nothing was done except for the service. It was a simple request to adjust the passenger door so it would shut easier. Well maybe next time I’ll be a little more involved.

The service department met me at my appointed time, performed the service within the time frame promised and had my motorcycle ready for me to drive away. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Our salesman Kenny was incredibly accommodating and made the process of buying super easy. The finance department found us great rates. Everyone from the guy at the parts counter and the young lady at the front desk were awesome. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Being from Arlington, we went to Cycle Barn first to shop around and not only did they not have much of an inventory, but they were extremely rude and uninterested in helping. Bought a new 2022 Kawasaki 650 Ninja at Lynwood Motoplex. It was such a great day, thank you! Garrett took care of me in sales, he was so courteous, kind, and very respectful of what I was trying to accomplish and gave me the space to do it. Not only that but the bike was BRAND NEW and needed the full inspection and everything. They were able to put my bike at the top of the list so I could ride home, as coming back a different day for the bike I payed for and couldn’t ride would have sucked and I live far away. So that was awesome! Thank you.This place by far was the best Motoplex in Washington and northern Oregon. I went to a few places and these guys had it together! I was looking for a future place to do business and since they treated me so well I will definitely be going back!

Rode in to town from out of state needing service. The service department was 2 weeks out for an appointment. I explained I was only passing thru and needed to have my Indian serviced to continue my trip, the service manger was extremely helpful and got me in so I could continue my trip. While I was waiting I spoke with the Indian sales person and referred me to a dealership in Minnesota when I return to possibly purchase a new Indian. 5 plus stars for this dealership and their service department as well as there sales department.

We had a great experience buying our BMW 40yr R 1250 GS Adventure here. Staff never used high pressure tactics, made sure to show us everything before we left. All around a fabulous experience. Originally we came in to merely take a look and compare the BMW R 1250 and the Ducati Multistrada V4. We returned the next day, asked lots of questions, test rode the BMW we fell in love with and made our purchase understanding all of our purchase options.

Second time buying a new bike from a dealer. It was a good experience. The sales person was friendly and helpful, not too pushy. He had a bike set aside for me after I called on it. Upon arrival at the store, I found some blemishes on the plastic. After pointing it out, they immediately uncreated a new bike and assembled it on the spot, and returned the blemished bike to the back. They were all over it and made sure I was satisfied. Also, they did not charge above msrp which other dealers I’ve talked to had been. I would buy from again.

I bought my 2022 BMW R 1250 GS adventure at Lynnwood Motoplex in February. The service was fantastic! The salesman John who took care of all the BMW stuff was awesome!. I took my bike in today for the break in service and again the staff and shop were above and beyond awesome. Josh at the service desk was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I had my seat bolts jacked from my Yamaha Vstar 650, and tried going to 2 different locations in Bellevue and Everett but no one parts matched my Yamaha bike. Jason at motoplex took his time finding some extra bolts that secured my seat and let me use the wrench to tighten it as well!

Always had these guys service my boat but unfortunately the owner has decided not to accept credit card without passing on the fee to their customer. Apparently this was just implemented but when your paying over 1k just to service the boat for the summer they should be taking whatever payment the customer desires. I get it for small transactions but as an owner of in the retail business myself you do not pass credit card fees onto your customer. Definitely going to rethink where I take my boat in the future.

I brought my bike in for annual maintenance and some modifications and although it took 2 1/2 days longer than expected Josh frequently communicated with me. I was shocked however, to see that I was charged $80 to have my backseat removed after having $1500 worth of work done on my bike. The seat removal is a two minute task. Outside of that I had a nice experience.

I PERSONALLY SPENT AN HOUR AND A HALF OF MY OWN TIME CLEANING THE VEHICLE BEFORE I COULD RIDE IT HOME WITHOUT FEAR OF FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE FINISH.

"My husband and I walked into Motoplex pretty much knowing what we wanted we just had to find the motorcycle that fit the bill. We wanted a darkhorse (the less chrome the better) touring bike that had floorboards in the back, a heal/toe shifter, highway pegs and a seat that fit my behind. Jarrod was helpful in all our questions. He treated us good; getting me a healthcare worker discount, offering water and giving us free product. (He could've kept his bad language in check though). Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of bikes and gear. My salesperson, Kenny, helped me out on any info I needed and what is needed to help me purchase my first bike, a 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 400 in Passion Red.
Kenny stayed in contact with me after I filled out the finance form on their website on the bike I wanted. Just like any dealership there is a wait and paperwork that is needed to be filled out. Kenny had everything prepared before I came in and it was easy. While waiting, my friend and I waited with casual talks with my salesperson when he’s not helping with customers. Thanks again for the gatorades Kenny! Last step was filling out forms with the finance office which was quick. After filling out the forms I was ready and I rang the bell with a round of applause from everyone that was in the store.
Anyone new to riding or experienced will have a joy coming to this store.
For my second bigger displacement bike I’ll be coming back here. Worth the drive from Arlington.

I recently purchased a used motorcycle from Lynnwood Motoplex. I live in AZ, and found the bike via the Cycle Trader listing. John Heale was the same rep I dealt with. He was very helpful completing the sale, and was able to refer me to a couple of companies that would ship the bike to me.
They held on to the bike and facilitated the pick up by the shipper. And ask without asking for anything more from me.
The bike is everything I had hoped it would be. I had some concerns buying it sight unseen. But it's in fantastic condition and was absolutely with every penny. A great value for my money. I've had it about a month and I've already put several hundred miles on it.

I love motorcycles. They have motorcycles. Honestly I've had mixed experiences at this shop over the years but overall it is a nice place with a reasonable selection and prices. Even though we were wearing masks I chose to believe that the employees were smiling and friendly. They did have quite a few people cleaning the place so that was good to see if a little inconvenient to walk around.

“John showed me how to use the electronics needed for a test drive several times without being impatient. When we came down to purchasing we only had to wait for approval twice which only took about 20 minutes. Purchased an extended warranty that had the wrong dates and after getting home I called about it and it was corrected with a new copy sent electronically within a half hour. Spare key and enduro pro stick were missing which John took care of and mailed it within 5 days. Have no complaints and how this purchase went. ”

"Wow! what can I say. David is the man. It started about 2 months ago. I have a Harley deluxe and wanted to get a touring bike. I test drove street glide and was less than excited with it. I went to North Sound Indian and started looking around. What I saw was great looking bikes. I went home, got online and started checking them out. I came across a 2019 Roadmaster Elite and it was instant. I HAD TO GET IT. However there was a little problem. Indian only made 200 of them and there were none in the northwest. On top of that I had never even test rode one. I went to see David and find out if I could test drive one of there Roadmasters. I mentioned maybe the coming Saturday morning would work. the next Saturday I headed up to the store. David didn't call me during the week and bug me so I figured he just forgot. I was wrong. When I pulled in he had one out front all ready to go. He said take it for an hour or two. So now I'm really impressed. After the ride I was hooked. However I wanted the Elite. David went to work calling his connections around the country. He knew that I had to have that Elite. He worked his magic and finally found a dealer willing part with one in PA. To say I was excited is an understatement. He worked the shipping and got it to Lynnwood. Immediately he did a stage one as I requested and a few other things and had me on the bike 24 hours after it got here. FANTASTIC! I am 60 years old and have bought many vehicles, and this experience is by far the best buying experience I have ever had. Not only did they make everything so easy, It was even fun. And oh yea! I now I have the best looking and best riding motorcycle I have ever seen. "I've been coming into North Sound Indian since 2017, having made up my mind that I wanted to buy an Indian. I needed to handle other financial obligations before I could pull the trigger though, so in the meantime I'd come to the sales floor, chat with Josh (now moved away) and David about the bikes, sit on them, dream about them, listen to them; you name it. It became a running joke that whenever Josh or David would see me come in they'd ask Today?. I'd reply No, not today fellas. Just gonna torture myself some more. Three years later, I finally scheduled a test ride to take out the Challenger, Chieftain, and Springfield DH and fell in love with the Challenger. When it came time to buy, David was super easy to deal with. Even my wife (from Peru) who is used to negotiating as though it were a professional sport said there was no need to really do much on her part. “I arrived at 5:30 pm without an appointment on a very busy Wed. evening with an issue with the Shift assist Pro on my new R1200. Joe at the service desk was swamped, but after discussing the bikes issue, went into the shop to see if a tech was available to test ride my bike. 5 min later, Brian Marsh was sitting on my bike ready to test go. After riding the bike, he rode into the shop, and 15 min later, my bike was back in the lot. Brian took the time to reset the parameters of the system, test it to assure everything was working as designed, then gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the Shift Assist. Doug Blubaugh is a Service Writer and Brian March is a Senior Technician in the Service Department of Lynnwood Motoplex. Both gentlemen are awesome at what they do. I recently had a nagging gasoline odor eminating from a new BMW sport tourer cycle. The bike had less than 600 miles on it when I brought it in for a proper diagnosis. I knew that searching out this type of problem would likely be difficult. Doug facilitated a service appointment that met my needs, and kept me abreast of the warranty repair efforts. Voila! Brian did a "deep-dive" on this bike and discovered that the fuel tank was defective, and that there were two other related aspects to the problem. This diagnosis occurred on Tuesday, 5/22. The parts were ordered, and arrived the next day, on Wednesday, 5/23. The bike was ready for pick-up by noon on Thursday, 5/24! Wow! Very impressive to say the least! Doug and Brian get two thumbs-up! I'll definitely continue my routine service at this dealership! He very quickly diagnosed the issue and called over to Bob Feil in Wenatchee to order(and pay out his own pocket) for a replacement part. I had to come back to pick the bike up several days later – when I got to the shop Matt spotted me before I even made it to the door. He got me my keys, last bit of paperwork and I was out the door in no time flat.

"Brought in my 14 Diavel strada for a desmo service. was dropped off early (wed) for a friday-sat service with pickup that sat night. bike was not done till late the next thursday. no real explanation other than ( the bike was being difficult). i was i no rush at all for the bike , being i have other transpiration, but more transparency and better timely communications on why the job was taking longer would be nice. after the ride home the bike has a small coolant leak (loose hose clamp that i fixed) and a slight oil drip that i cant decide/find if it just left over oil drops/puddle on the head from the valve service quite yet. but overall i was very happy with both Thom and Brian (the techs) knowledge and customer skills. i will for sure be brining my bike and service needs to your NEW ducati department. well run business and great showroom and floor associates. Thank you!"

I have had my new 2014 Indian Chieftain for a month now and I love it more everyday just ask my wife. I have a whopping 40 miles on it now and if it wasn’t for the weather and traveling I’d ride it every day… I was lucky enough to get a special edition #1085 out of 1901 so stoked. I thought I’d never say it but I like it better than my FLHX and that’s saying a lot because that was my baby and it was hard to let it go… I have to send kudos to David and Jeff they were awesome and went above and beyond to help me out. I just happened to be in the Seattle area and stop by to see the new Indian motorcycles and fell in love with the Chieftain. David order me one right away and within 5 weeks they delivered it to my doorstep in Portland OR. Now that’s what you call customer service. Jeff handled the financing and I did it all from my home… How easy can that be!!! The only complaint that I have is I wish there store was closer because these guys are over the top…

I have purchased 3 dirt bikes new from dealers. The experience I had here was amazing. Taft in sales handled everything over the phone and that same day I picked the bike up. I was referred by a coworker and was a bit skeptical. I'm not going to slam any businesses, but my experience was less than ok at another place last year. Then they again exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond when I noticed a small leak of gear oil on a Saturday afternoon. I contacted Taft right away, as I had a ride planned Sunday. He handled everything on his end and had me drop the bike off that same day. As I was getting ready to leave, they said it will be ready for me in 20 minutes. I received a call 20 minutes later that it was ready, as I was still in line at my daughter's coffee stand waiting for my drink. Which was paid for by Joe in service who handed me cash from his pocket. I'll be back when the time comes to get anything else.

“I needed some gear so I scooted over to motoplex of lynnwood and upon entering I was helped by multiple staff after a moment or two of me drooling on the new yamaha bikes. The woman at the front desk was welcoming, the guy I asked about gear first who didnt have an answer to my question, went and found someone who did, and then that guy helped me make a solid decision on which gear to buy. My partner has purchased two motorcycles from this place, taken them here for service multiple times, and I keep going to see if they have a bike that would fit me (I'm short).
They occasionally host a pancake breakfast and a bike test-ride event. I went to that and rode an Indian Scout a few times around the block. I fell in love. Now, to just save up to buy one!!!
The staff there are very friendly and personable. They remember us by name and have never pressured us for a sale.

Went in looking for a cruiser, specifically a victory and ended up riding home a 2006 Vulcan 2000F. The entire experience was awesome, they let me run home and come back with my lid for a test ride and had to hide the bike from other people who wanted it. Bought a seadoo here. The experience was overall easy because I did my research and knew what I wanted before coming here. Typical dealership who's main goal is profit. The downsides that I've faced were that they didn't have inventory that they advertised online available so options were limited and initially they were trying to sell me a seadoo for full price citing that they sold out all jet skis with promotions but after I mentioned that I'm only taking it for a sale price advertised online I was quickly told that promotion was still ongoing. I wish they were more informative on break in process but they didn't tell me anything useful. Had to again do my online research.

I am from out of town and purchased my new Victory elsewhere. I tried to get my 500 mile break-in service at a dealer closer to home but was told, since I did not buy the bike from them, they could do nothing for me for two months! I guess they really didn't want my business. The nice folks in Lynwood told me they had no openings Saturday, but to leave it and they would work it in. They did in fact and I am very happy. They treated me like they wanted my business and they will get it. I will happily ride the extra 90 minutes to get my Vic serviced at Motoplex.

My Girlfriend dropped her bike in the parking lot while we were stopping for an oil filter. She was very embarrassed, but he talked about how everyone does it at some point, it made her feel better. Her turn signal broke, and he went out of his way to get us some tape, and helped put it back in place. My wife and I are in the early stages of becoming bikers. Since we live in the south sound, we originally visited Indian of Auburn. They were not interest in even talking to someone without a motorcycle endorsement. Needless to say, they will not get your eventual business.
Fast forward several weeks and we finally made our way to Lynnwood motoplex--thankfully! Shortly after walking in, Josh came over to greet us and offer assistance. He was extremely helpful without being pushy or overbearing. He answered all of our questions and offer insight on several things. As an added bonus, he is a former Sailor, which is always a great thing.
Bottom line, when my wife and I eventually buy our bike, we will buy it from Lynnwood Motoplex--thankfully, and Josh will be our go-to person.

I called and asked about having a Tubliss System and new tire put on an old, beat up rim. I spoke with Kyle who gave me my options. I came in, purchased the tire and gave everything to the service department. Within an hour I got a call to tell me that they were getting started and noticed how bad my rim looked. Kyle gave me some other options, but I asked him to go forward with the original plan. He warned me that it may not hold any air, but they would do it. A couple hours later, I got a call that it was complete and that it wasnt holding air. I came in and picked up everything from Chris. He suggested using Slime to seal any holes or to go to a tube. I ended up purchasing the tube as Chris recommended. I later tried the idea of adding slime and it worked. Thank you for the clear communication at every point of contact!

5 stars all around for Josh. I never felt pressured or rushed and was constantly encouraged to think things over and to ask as many questions as I needed. Josh responded to text messages in a timely and professional manner (and I also was not called constantly like car dealerships tend to do). I was able to test ride the FZ-07 and Z650 and even told to take a few days to think it over once the test ride was complete. Pricing was clear and upfront and I never felt taken advantage of. Overall, I highly recommend working with Josh. He will be your friend and advocate through the process.

Oh my goodness, these men at Lynnwood Motoplex gave this woman the best buying experience I could ever have. I went in the store 3 months prior to buying my brand new Yamaha TW200, and Jeff Wall recognized me. He came over and said Will's Mom!! I couldn't remember his name but, we shook hands, and I was very happy to see him because he is very out going. Years ago my son and I made a purchase with Jeff at another store, that I refuse to go to because everyone there was not friendly. When I was checking out the helmets Jeff Raines, came along to help me and I couldn't believe how much time he spent with me knowing I was not going to make the purchase that day. I later made a couple more trips to the store because I was unsure of what I was going to purchase, so I was also making frequent stops at other stores. This store was great!!! Tyler Brady was awesome on parts as well as Jeff Raines. The young man that help me with trying on the jackets was great. It was one of the best days of my life. The financing men are great. I was having so much fun in the store that day. The mechanics went over the motorcycle step by step with me. And more than one gentlemen helped me with that. They were so courteous. I don't usually write reviews, and if I do, I admit it's because of astonishingly poor service. This is the exact opposite kind of review. After going to Lynnwood Motoplex to initially look at Waverunner PWC's we decided to buy a jet boat instead. Luckily, we met Matt Miller when we first went there because he was awesome at not only explaining the differences in the various PWC's they carry, but also the jet boats. To make a long story short, Matt explained everything very well, was not high pressure, and took his time with us answering all of our questions. The best part though was he brought the boat to our lake house after his shift on Saturday evening. He towed the boat for about an hour and met us to get some gas, then he helped us dump it in the lake, explained everything about the boat as we drove it to our dock, and then helped moor it in a tight spot. When he finally left, he had the boat cover in the back of his truck still, and when he realized it, he came back to the lake to drop it off! Who does that? Bottom line... if you're interested in anything Lynnwood Motoplex has to offer... just go see Matt. You won't regret it. Thanks again Matt, we'll come buy from you again in the future.

I just purchased a 2011 Victory Vision over the internet (something I really never do when this amount of money is involved) but the sales manager made me comfortable enough to pull the purchase trigger. they provide me two purchase options without pushing either one, only advising directional preference. David Hendrickson kept me in constant communication every step of the way through the purchase process. They are sending me all the paper work (warranty/shop work) and maybe a shirt and hat too (smile).
Lynnwood Motoplex shipped the bike to me from WA, receiving it here in MI 3/11/15 and I rode it home today!. All smiles in 49 to 52 degree weather...

Top Notch Sales and Finance! Bought 2 motorcycles to surprise husband who is overseas so we could finally ride together again when he came home on leave. Josh L. was amazing! I felt very comfortable every step of the way and I don't think I can say that about any other auto or motorcycle buying experience ever. Sale on my sea doos was ok, but after that it goes down hill. Their service department is really nice but they are not very knowledgeable. I would recommend steering clear from their service unless you are getting something done by warrianty. Every time I talk to them they tell me something that they clearly don't know what they are talking about. For example they gave me the wrong oil for my jet skis even after I pointed out in the manual what oil to give me. My skis require semi synthetic and they gave me full synthetic. I have had over a dozen situations like this.

New edit, Feb 9 2017: I figured I should mention the fact that Motoplex did me right again and I took another bike of their hands in Sept 2016! The service department rocks and their parts department has become my first stop when I'm looking to get gear.

There are two stores closer to my house, but they either have lousy customer service, or they're slower than molasses.
When I visit Lynnwood Motoplex, the staff remembers my name and past purchases. They ask how past purchases are working out for my family, and always seem happy to help me find what we need while respecting my time. I am happy to drive a little farther to get better service and Lynnwood Motoplex has been the best for all of my purchases! Bonus points for the fact that they carry both brands of bikes we currently own and the brand we're looking at for the next kid bike purchase next year!

Purchased a Polaris Ranger a month ago. From start to finish Lynnwood Motoplex was more than accomodating and made the entire process painless and effortless. They let me use some ramps to get my new ATV into the truck and offered a large array of parts and accessories for it. The finance department goes above and beyond.

I went into Lynwood Motoplex for a purchase of a motorcycle helmet and worked with their parts department. Their rep Chris answered all my questions and clearly set expectations about the products I was comparing. Motorcycle helmets are expensive so it isnt an easy purchase even If theres no price you can apply on your own life in case of an accident. Chris found me the right helmet at a better price all while finding solutions to add on accessories to the helmet at little or no cost to me. By the point of my transaction he was sure I was confident the helmet I had was the right one, I was setup for the Shoei warranty, and that I understood how support would work if I experienced any defects.

Traveling from Michigan to Seattle on our Victory CCT with approximately 3000 miles left on tire's. Called 3 weeks ahead of time and dealt with Joe in the service dept. for new treads, he sent a quote, we set a time and it went perfect!! "I suspect like everyone else, you shop around before you purchase. The best price is important but not my only consideration. I also wanted to have some understanding about the parts and service departments for any issues or accessories after the sale. I shared my interest in a new KTM Super Duke R with the sales associate; John Heale at Lynnwood Motoplex. We started to talk about a month before my purchase. John has a great personality and easy to work with. I asked some detailed unique KTM electronic control questions. John was honest with me and said he did not know everything. However, what he and Lynnwood Motoplex did next was impressive. John went to the service department and brought back the KTM technicians; Cory and then Brian. They both went into great detail to answer all my questions and concerns. This was all prior to my commitment to buy. This was far better personalized customer service than any other dealer I talked to. A few days later I arranged to purchase and pick up my new KTM. John did a great job reviewing all the features that are unique to the motorcycle. He also shared some helpful tips on proper break-in and being careful with new tires for the first hundred miles or so. Cory and Brian were also around to share their insight and advice prior to my departure from the dealership. This is not my first new motorcycle purchase. My overall experience at Lynnwood Motoplex was great. I appreciate how everyone took the time to make my purchase so memorable. Imagine this; I look forward to my first service. "

I was looking for an option to replace the loud aftermarket exhaust on my Indian Scout, and contacted Ben Jones in Lynnwood Motoplex's parts department. Ben immediately went to work for me and within 24 hours had located a set of Bobber take-off headers. In addition to sourcing the headers, he promptly ordered up all factory hardware I would need to mount the Bobber system and collected the parts already in his inventory. His efforts saved me hours of trying to source the parts myself, avoided shipping costs and eliminated the risks associated with shopping online. This kind of customer support makes one feel valued as a customer and emphasizes the significance of a one-on-one relationship with a real person when shopping for parts. Thanks to Ben, I'll have my Scout back on the road soon!

I have written reviews before about Lynnwood Motoplex. I purchased my Indian Chieftain Classic here, and can't say enough good things about this dealership's commitment to service and its relationships with its customers
They are undergoing a major renovation to showcase the expanded Indian line. They are trying to market to multiple demographics. I love the traditional Indian styling. Gen X'ers and Millenials will probably prefer the new product lines with updated styling.
So, if you associate Indian with old school motorcycles, you'd be right. If you prefer newer styling and lines, you would also be right.
Lynnwood motoplex is planning a re-opening ceremony on March 1st. Indian has decided to offer riders the chance to compare Indian to Harley, head to head. The dealerships will have a line up of various Harley models for customers to ride, as well as Indian models. You can resolve the debate yourself about which brand is better!
