Massive Harley dealership, fantastic first time experience. Shout out to Dana for his vast knowledge and experiences he shared, coupled with patience and a lot of questions which he answered with ease. Absolute no pressure, pleasant buying experience. Great customer service. So many bikes to choose from both new and used. We also got free lunch which was a plus. If you are in the market for a Harley stop and see Dana and the rest of the Jet City team for a great experience! Picked up a sweet 2022 Iron 883 while I was there!

Great dealership, really good sales personnel and sales management, horrible F&I (business manager) with Amir, great parts department guys, and wonderful motor clothes personnel. One bad department does not take away from the whole experience though. Jesse was awesome in knowledge and advice, being a longtime Harley rider and deciding to abandon my batwing fairing mentality for the shark (Road Glide) was a decision that did not come easy. Not only did they provide great advice though, they got my bike off the truck and ready in one day for me to be able to take it to Sturgis. Highly recommend them, just ask for anyone other than Amir to do your paperwork. When I went in I told him my wife was going to need to be on the title and he rolled his eyes at me and acted like it was a major inconvenience to have her in later, WOW. Got up and left, Cory saved the deal and Jet should be thankful for that.

Went in to upgrade from an 03 Fatboy. Wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but had an idea. I was helped by Chris. We talked about what I wanted and didn't really matter to me. I ended up with a beautiful Road King. I took a couple for a ride and picked out this beauty. I had to run some errands for a couple hours and rode the bike. I absolutely love it. As a military soldier, I had a brand new bike delivered and processed here from korea. During delivery there were some issues with military auto source, which i became very unhappy with. However once it finally got to jet city, things got so much better. Lee from porter service helped transport me to and from the shop a few times and as a fellow veteran, had some great stories! Amy from sales helped guide me through all the functions and needs of a new bike. Finally Colleen, who has been the rock of sanity during this entire process was fantastic. No spoilers, but if you buy a bike here you get to witness quite the ceremony! Thank you everyone!

I was in the market for a new bike, and reached out to Jet City online, where Emily me locked into a time on a Sunday that worked for me. I walked into Jet City Harley on a cloudy November day looking for my next bike. I was greeted by J-Lo, and he was quick to ask how he could earn by business. Assisting him were Amy and Denise, both very helpful and fun to hang with during breaks in negotiations. After looking at several different bikes, I decided on a 2022 Softail Heritage 114, in beautiful Redline Red and Vivid Black. After some good hearted banter and compromise, J-Lo and the crew did in fact earn my business that day. Throughout my time there Murali, Jessica and Chris also made me feel welcome. After purchase, I walked around to the various departments, where Channel saved me from road gremlins by picking out a bell for me, Clayton showed me some good parts, and the service department went through break in procedures for my new bike (my fourth Harley, but always good to be reminded). Finally, Beau and I sat down and hammered out the details. I must say, he has an amazing haircut. This all sounds great right? Well, what is even better, is when I first arrived and J-Lo asked where I was coming from, and I said Yelm, he immediately told me they would bring my bike to me, free of charge. You really cant beat that. Two days later, Lee Evans gave me a call and told me he was coming to bring my bike home. Took it off the truck for me and pulled it into my driveway. After he explained how to put the bike in trailer mode, we shook hands and he was on his way, like some kind of glorious Harley Santa. Thank you, everybody at Jet City, you have earned a customer for life.

I live in Lincoln Nebraska, but I was in the Seattle area for business. I needed to stop in simply to get a gas cap for my FLSTC back home. Actually, my business started off in Bellevue, east side Harley did not have my part in stock, they recommended jet city to me. I also happened to notice that they had a great selection of new motorcycles on the floor. The salesman caught me looking at the road glides, certainly tried to sell me one. He was friendly, by no means pushy. As a salesman myself, I always have much respect for my fellow working men and women. I did however drop some cash on some motor clothes on my way out. A young lady sold me on the red Harley Davidson sweater. What can I say? They got me.

I never felt pressure from them, but can sense they wanted me to be informed and find the bike that was ideal for me. I am the proud new owner of a 2022 street glide in midnight crimson. The crew at Jet City was helpful and willing to make a deal. Amy was there at the beginning for the test ride and there at the end to send me on my way with the finer details of my bike. She was helpful and friendly from start to finish. Ian was my man making the deal. We went back and forth for a while working out some numbers but he was ready to make a deal and made me feel like I knew what I was getting and why. After spending 42 years in my career field I have decided to retire and move to other pastures. I decided I wanted to purchase a new 2022 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited as my retirement gift to myself. I really liked the Reef Blue and Vivid Black so I went down to Jet City and met with Jesse to discuss a purchase. Jesse told me it may be difficult to get one but promised to do his best. Jesse then got to work and only after a couple of weeks my Ultra come in. I went in to find the new Ultra sitting on the floor with a “SOLD” sign on it and my name written on the tag. Jesse asked me what I thought and I told him that it was even more than I expected. Jesse handed me over to Amir to walk me through all the options and financing terms. Amir made the entire process simple and easy to understand. He left me to make the choices I wanted and never pressured me. Then I went back to Jesse and he walked me through ALL of the switches, buttons, pedal, handles, etc. on the new ride slowly and carefully making sure I understood how the Ultra worked and how to safely ride it. He further explained the break-in period and how to safely and prudently get through it. The rest of the Jet City team was superb as well from Clothing to Parts to Service. I was introduced to everyone and look forward to seeing them again any time I need anything!! Thanks again for a wonderful experience and almost perfect purchase of an incredibly beautiful motorcycle. Jesse, Amir and the entire Jet City Harley Team were the BEST!!

I had an amazing experience at Jet City when I was buying a bike. Dana greeted me at the front door and walked me through the different Road Glide models that they had and the differences between the models. Dana was very transparent and to the point which I was so happy for. I stopped to look at a bike I saw on there website and found it was already sold. I took another bike like it for a test ride and Dana did his magic to find me one and bring it in from out of state the next day for me to look at. After I looked it over I decide it was not the bike for me, I wanted more features and a bigger motor. Just bought my 2019 road glide The salesmen Tim Bartlett is great helped me from when I walked in the door until the sale was complete. Then after that he called a few times just to check on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I’m a new rider and was a little nervous about the bike so Tim and the manger Jeff set me up with Frank who is Awesome he took me by the hand in the parking lot and taught me how to properly ride my bike. Then after that he took me out on the street and the highway so I knew what I was doing. I had the best experience I’ve ever had while looking for a new bike for my husband yesterday. For the first time in a few years I felt welcome and appreciated while browsing and inquiring about a bike. Phil is one of the most genuine and hard working people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He never pressured us or made us feel like we were being rushed into a decision, but instead wanted to make sure we were making a decision that worked for us. JD was amazing, he took time to listen to our list of wants and help us find the right bike. And I've visited every Harley within a 60 Mile radius of here, and I can't necessarily say the same great things I can about these guys. I had the best buying experience ever here. I traded in my 2016 Sportster for a Dyna Street Bob. I have to thank every staff member involved and making me feel like part of the family. Jeff Savage was able to put together a deal I couldn’t refuse and made everything make sense for me. Maxwell Bullimore has so much knowledge on all the bikes and was able to help with my decision on the perfect bike. Rod Swanson helped put together some numbers as well that could see. Dave McGraw for helping with the transaction. Tim Bartlett for taking me on a demo ride so I could get the real feel of the bike on the road not just in the showroom. And they take you on your Ticket To Ride and introduce you to the whole store. Dawson got me hooked up on my free T shirt and then Michaela and Clayton show you options to install upgraded parts that you can put on a wishlist. Then you get to meet the service department, Sean and Sprocket told me about other awesome engine upgrades that are available to make your new bike a screamer. Then Amir Abasaliyev for putting all the pieces together in the financing department, he has such a streamlined process to make sure everything works together for the buyer and gets the best deal possible for you to feel confident in your purchase. I honestly felt like I was a huge priority not just to get a sale, but to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend Jet City for all your Harley needs. They have everything from clothes to parts to brand new beautiful CVO’s. I will be getting way more miles now that I have the perfect bike 🤙🏼

Went to get new saddlebags for my Harley-Davidson Pan America Special. This bike is relatively new, and parts are hard to come by for it. I had the part number and talked with Eddie in Parts. He was very personable and friendly and curious about the bike. He ordered the bags for me and I mentioned that I know that they are back ordered until July 8th. He told me that if I didn't hear from him before then to please call on the 8th to check the status. My transaction was smooth and simple. I appreciate Eddie's diligence and follow through. Most places don't want to be bothered with phone calls, but he encouraged me to follow up. It's nice to hear a dealership do this because it shows they genuinely care. Good customer service is a rare thing in this day and age. Thank you Eddie for a very pleasant shopping experience!

All night Truck and trailer

Walked into jet city harley with only 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close. I received top of the line attitude and customer service from Chris. Both Chris and Amir stayed late after hours to help me get what I wanted, and ride out with a bike just the way I wanted. No pressure to buy, just lots of info and tips on how to find the right bike for me. It's 2022, you don't get that kind of customer service too often anymore, so when you do it's kind of smack in the face of refreshing positivity. If you can't tell yet, I'm a happy customer. Keep on rocking guys, thanks again.

Occasional Buddha

Although the folks at this store are uniformly very nice, after I bought a brand new Street Glide, the only contact I've had was someone calling to see if I was still interested in a Street Glide. In other words, we aren't going to thank you after the sale for purchasing this very expensive toy, but we want to make sure you know we have forgotten that you bought it. It's poor customer service and I'm sure it's not mean-spirited, just not up to what I would expect from a distributor of a top-tier brand of any merchandise. I would have expected a call from the salesman and a call from the service manager to see how things are going. Thankfully, the machine itself has performed flawlessly for over 6,000 miles in less than two months post-purchase. A decade of Harley ownership in almost three decades of riding has been wildly satisfying for me. I just wish I felt more sincere love from Jet City.

I had the distinct privilege to purchase the first motorcycle from Jet City Harley-Davidson. Without exception, I can honestly say that their customer service is second to none. From the moment that I contacted the dealer, Mr. Steve Johnston not only answered all of my questions regarding my potential trade-in, but he was also exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive about the questions I had regarding their new motorcycles. The information he provided however, was surpassed, most importantly, by his welcoming and easy-going demeanor. Steve not only presented the two bikes that I was interested in test driving but he also offered a third option for my consideration. I am so glad he did because after driving the motorcycle he recommended, the Billiard White Forty-Eight Special, I knew instantly that it was the better fit for me! Before the test drive engine had cooled down, I asked Steve to get the paperwork ready. That’s when he introduced me to another excellent staff member at Jet City Harley, Mr. Rippin Ronnie (a sales manager). Ronnie and I were both enthusiastic about bargaining the sale and after a reasonable discussion about price, we reached a win-win agreement! In the end and after the purchase, the staff blared the bike horns in celebratory fashion, not just in honor of their first sale but also because of the excellent teamwork/customer service of the Jet City Harley Davidson staff!

If you want it bad enough, they will make it happen. 24JUL21 I went in for my first bike ever. Not knowing what I wanted I was met by Steve Johnston. He was not by any means the typical salesman. In fact I doubt he would have cared if he sold one or not. He was just excited to meet new people. I told him what I was looking for, an Indian Chieftain to be exact. But I said I would settle for a Street Glide if they had it in white, blacked out. It was a nogo, naturally as everyone is looking to cash in on this gorgeous weather. But I did have in my mind before going in, if they had either a street or road glide in snake venue green, I would apply. Low and behold. He said “come with me”. Turns out they had ONE. And so it began. I applied but I didn’t like what I was seeing. But these guys went to the extreme to make my want a reality. This bike had literally came in the night before, so these guys expedited the process to get that bike road ready, and me on it! After what seemed like forever, only because of the excitement was running through me, I was making my final signatures. When I tell you that Amir Abasaliyev can fight numbers, we are talking gloves off! I kid you not I made a deal and hand shook with him, if he got the payments at a particular price +\-$5 I’d sign. Sure as dandilions it was exactly a $5 difference. Plus Steve even purchased a gremlin bell for my bike! I tell you what, this for ME was the best decision ever. Now, I’m just glad the couch is comfy, cause the wife isn’t too happy. But I am! Point of the story, if you want something bad enough, Jet City will make it happen. Thanks guys I love this ride!

Well what can I say I called them to see if they had a part that was back ordered, and they had it in stock. I had ordered from another dealer, (whom I won't mention) and told me it was back ordered. Horrible experience with the sales manager and others at jet city. They said they would have the general manager call they never did my bike took a week longer than they originally said. My parts weren’t all there and I then paid for shipping then had to return them in person. I recently bought a used 2019 Fat Bob at Jet City. The whole experience was very mellow and incredibly painless for everyone involved. The first thing that blew me away about Jet City was how large of an inventory they had. I'm used to seeing the Harley Dealers with the majority of the bikes staged outdoors and then maybe some high volume sellers or the more expensive ones indoors. At Jet City there seemed to be hundreds of bikes inside with a good amount around the outside too. I knew the bike I wanted and all the negotiation was done over the phone. Jet City was more than happy to honor the number agreed upon in our conversation. The last Harley Davidson dealer I negotiated with over the phone pretty much accused me of being a liar when I got to the store and brought up the price. Because of that experience I chose drive an hour to go to this dealer out of principle. From the start at Jet City I felt like they valued me as a customer and were willing to work with me to get me on the bike I wanted. Josh, the fit specialist I worked with was very agreeable and incredibly understanding. We test rode the bike, and instead of trying to put me on a more expensive model or a new Fat Bob he just talked to me about individual bike I rode, which I definitely can appreciate as a customer. Throughout the experience everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. If I had a question it was answered by Josh or he would ask someone who might have a more in depth knowledge of a subject. If you are in the market for a new or used Harley Davidson, Jet City would be my first recommendation. With the professional and kind staff, massive inventory, and great prices you can't go wrong.

Recent experience at Jet City Harley was outstanding. I want to take a few minutes to summarize the level of commitment to customer service at Jet City Harley. Service department: Chili, Solomon, Shawn, Nico, Doug and Gabby were amazing at notifying me at every step of the process. Truly thankful to Nico for his thorough look over of my bike while replacing a tire with a nail in it. During a basic inspection he noticed a damaged rear sprocket and belt drive. Chili let me know that the bike was unsafe to take and let me know what my options were. Solomon was great to work with as he would check-in with me on Chili’s days off. Doug (Master Tech) did an amazing job of installing new clutch and chain conversion kit. Shawn made sure all paperwork was finalized and correct. Parts department: Worked with Mike and Jeremy in service as he helped me order new parts. He was great at taking my calls on status updates and initiating calls to brief me on shipping status of parts. Overall from the front of the house to the back; Jet City Harley employees have upheld the golden standard for customer service.

I was getting ready for a long road trip and was in a hurry to get my motorcycle serviced since I just completed a long road trip a week prior. I called and was told to bring my bike in with 5 days left on my clock. The the service manager Chops reassured me it would be done in time upon my arrival. Sure enough it was complete. However, I also asked them to do a safety check and inspect a strange wobble. I didn't realize I had picked up a screw that the technician found and could have possibly saved me from having a accident. On the final day before I was to leave Chops stayed after and held the shop open to make sure I was ready to go. Big thank you to Chops and the service team; you got me in quickly, got my motorcycle in safe riding condition, and got me moving. This was the best experience I've had with a Harley service shop I'll definitely be going back.

The team here is very professional and friendly and they don't treat you like a tire kicker. I made my appointment and took my 2016 Road Glide Ultra in for new tires, a new front wheel and a 15K service. They told me everything would be done the next day by close when I dropped off the bike. I did not receive any update from the service writer before closing the next day, so I called to find out it they were not done and it would be the next day. The next day rolled around and the same thing happened, no call from service so I called again. Only to find out the bike was done and could be picked up. I doive into the dealership to find my bike still on the rack and not finished. They had installed new tires and did the 15K service but failed to install the wheel I had purchased from their own parts department and was sitting there. 3 hours later, while I waited there. They installed the new wheel and got me on my way. If it was not for the service manager Chop taking control of the situation, then it would not have happened and gotten done. There was mass confusion between the parts department and service departments.

Everyone came together as a Team to make it happen for me. There was great ease in the process that day and it seemed too good to be true, but it really was. :-) David worked with us on our first day of visiting to try to figure out what was available to us and what fit us best. Mr. Beck was very patience with me through our finance process throughout that week and was very personable, and reviewed with me great options for my journey as a new owner. Mr. Tim stuck by me in between my dealings with Mr. Beck. Tim gave me a little tour of the rest of the place and took me to get my Harley Shirt!!! In the end after ringing the bell, he gave me a quick guide on familiarizing myself with my new baby. That was so awesome because I didn't know anything about the bike. What a fork lock was and probably wouldn't know what to do with it. Tim quickly showed me the basic Controls & Service components and how they work. I knew that each bike was different. I also know that there's a manual that comes with it, but most of the time just that basic run-down of anything new, goes a long way. It boosts your self-confidence with your new item from the gate until you learn the rest as you go, so I really, really appreciate the fact that Tim took that time out to do that. He also took the time out to check up on my progress and how the bike is working for me. I have never received that anywhere else besides my Dr's office checking up on my health, so that in itself speaks volume. I would like to recognize that. Also appreciate Gabrielle for checking up on the delivery of my bike. If it went well and if I was satisfied with everything.

Purchased my first ever motorcycle. I should have set aside a few hours and not 30 minutes since the experience included a wonderful tour of the dealership's services and a bit of a ceremony for joining the Harley Davidson family. JD was my main contact, and he understood my time limitations and went above and beyond to meet my needs. We also got some help from Jedi to push things along, which I really appreciate. I had to leave and come back later in the day to finish things up, and in the end I walked out of there opening my first ever motorcycle and I was quite happy. I waited at least week to write this review since I also wanted to include the delivery process. I was called the next day to schedule the delivery day/time, and my bike was delivered within the delivery window I selected. The delivery man was very professional and nice and even helped me bring my bike into the apartment garage and parked it for me. Overall, the experience was really solid and the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had.

I had an interesting experience with Jet City Harley-Davidson. I gave them a call asking if they would do a tire change on my non-Harley bike. I was told that there is a 2-week wait on service, but since it's only a tire change that I could bring it in and they could probably squeeze it in within a couple days. My European, single-sided swing arm bike turned out to be a pain, as it required very specific tools for the swap. After a couple weeks I was getting a little upset, come to find out the service staff had to go out multiple times to find the correct tools and no no avail, ended up needing Ducati to overnight a specific wheel socket. It took a lot longer than I expected and left me without a vehicle for much longer than expected, but Jet City Harley ended up coming through for me, comping the service change and having my bike delivered to my house. I probably should of taken my Ducati elsewhere, mainly for their sake, but I was in a pinch on the south side of town and Jet City helped me out. Their customer service came through in the end which seems to be a rare occurrence these days. I'd like to thank Chops in the service department for helping me out. I would definitely recommend their team for your bike.

This should of been two reviews. In January 2021, I purchased a bike, my bike broke down in Seattle where I am not from. Jet City Harley took the time before closing to come get my bike and to get me back on the road. Earlier this week my bike needed to be serviced with no service Dept in sight in eastern WA. I called Jet City Harley, Chops answered the phone and remembered me from that one visit and asked how I was doing and what my dilemma was. I explained the service was horrible at Harley in Richland, WA and had an emergency for a motorcycle event/BTO 2021. Chops made sure that my bike was done and serviced for BTO 2021 and he did this for me at an emergency notice. Must admit, they got my attention with a Beautiful Red Ultra but, when i emailed them, it was sold. Got some wonderful help from Nicole Henton-Woodley online and agreed to come in just to look (famous last words, huh) Arrived and talked with Tim Bartlett. He did an excellent job walking thru options on different bikes and such. Options on financing (my trade in was upside down) and really struck a fair deal with a great interest rate. Rode out on a 2021 Street Glide with 5 miles on it. Fair deal, great service and would STRONGLY recommend Jet City. Especially at end of month, they are trying to hit their goals and are very fair on deals. 5/13/21 When I first bought my 2021 Street Glide (River Rock Grey) I was extremely impressed with the Motorcycle, the sales team and the finance department. Truly 1st class service. But, that is what they do. I then had to deal with Service for my 1k Service. Service Departments aren’t sales people, they have a different way about them. I had expected competency but, maybe not exceptional Customer Service. Frankly, as long as it was done right, I didn’t need great Customer Service. Oh, but I was wrong. Not only did “Chops” give excellent technical service and answered a few “idiot level” questions I had, but did it in record time and with a smile the whole time. I had planned to drop off Thursday and pick up Friday but, Chop and his crew got me in & out the same night, saving me a trip back to get the bike the next day. Truly Top Shelf service. Jet City Harley! These guys are good. I highly recommend them. Jesse and Amir especially. I went in to Jet City with a trade. I wanted a Harley Road King but after crunching some numbers it just seemed like it would be out of reach. The Sales Manager (I forget his name - Brazilian guy) went out of his way to get me a higher trade in value at the same time lowering the Harley's price that I was looking to buy. I was feeling a tad bit stressed through the process but Jesse being so down to earth helped me get through it. I'm grateful for that guy (go see him he's good you'll get what I'm saying). Anyhow I agreed to the price and then that's when Amir (financing guy) was introduced to me. He was awesome. Easy going, though I didn't know what kind of loan structure he was going to come up with for me, so I was a little hesitant in trusting him. While he was working on my financing I met some super cool people. The lady who worked in the clothing area for gear. Super nice and helpful. Then I headed over to Parts and again the manager there showed me how to use the Harley Website, etc. I then landed in the Service Dept with the Service Manager. He was working on a bike. We BS'd. I could have stayed in there talking to him for hours. After that was all done the Service Mgr took me up to Amir's office where I found Amir's financing to be stellar - and at that rate I felt I could really trust him. At the end of the day Jesse showed me a place in the back where I could practice some drills before riding Harley home. The only thing I might have changed was the process being a little quicker. It was about 4 hours start to finish. But... I get it. A lot packed into the process. If this sounds like a blaring endorsement it is... I really had a good experience. And two days later... I was cruising through Mt. Rainier, the pipes echoing through the woods on my way to Paradise. My two cents.

My time at Jet City Harley Davidson was literally the best experience I've ever had in terms of motorcycle service. Better than any local shop or HD service department I've ever been to. Chops (the service manager) went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road. While road tripping across the country, the bracket that connects the exhaust to the frame of my dyna completely cracked and I lost some of the hardware. I somehow got to Jet City HD without my exhaust falling off. When I got there not only did their service team fix my bracket, but they also fixed an oil leak, topped me off with oil AND gas, and made sure I had some extra oil to take with me on the road. If you're in Washington, Chops and his team are the guys to see about your bike, period. They'll definitely go out of their way to help you out.

Still not here so i told the parts dept I want to cancel the order because I am now irritated and don't want it anymore as I was told it will be a week and a couple days from the get go. The manager told them to tell me its on its way, hope that works when i said I want to cancel it. Looks like its time to shop somewhere else maybe.

I was looking to buy a bike, but wasn't planning on buying a Harley (never been on one, never part of the culture). My father in-law wanted to stop in and use some gift cards and while I was poking around Amy talked me through the line-up and offered to test ride whatever I wanted. Keith took me out and I fell in love with the bikes I rode. Dave worked with me on the budget and made sure I got something that wouldn't have me sleeping on the couch when my wife saw the price tag. My only gripe about the experience was being asked to sign up for a HD credit card. Not knocking the team, I know they hafta do it, I just wish HD didn't make them. It took a few weeks, but after finally working the system, they found one for me out of CA and had it shipped up. I was and am beyond excited. HUGE shout out to Tim in Sales and Greg the GM for helping me work this through. There were problems along the way, but they went above and beyond what they had to, to ensure my total satisfaction. Had it not been for them, I might have waited and maybe not purchased. Had it not been for them, I definitely would not be riding the bike of my dreams! The great service and parts teams have also been great to work with, including recommendations that are spot on to help me dial it in even further for what I wanted, I couldn't have set it up without them. If you go to shop at Jet City, you gotta find my man Tim B! He instantly presents a relaxed atmosphere where you are free to ask as many questions and test ride as much as you need. He was very patient throughout my whole purchase process. Never once did he try to push anything on me. He was also up front and gave me honest answers. I walked if after "window shopping" the night before. It was a relaxed atmosphere and I looked (drooled) at all the bikes in inventory. One thing I must point out that impressed me even more than the pain free buying experience, was the fact that if one of the aforementioned associates did not have an answer to my question, no matter what it was, they did not BS me with an answer. Instead stated they did not have the answer and pointed me to the correct person who could help me. I walked away with no unanswered questions. That is true professionalism. I walked into Jet City with a smile on my face and left with an even bigger one. They were patient with me, did not pressure the sale and met all needs both financially and on a personal level. Just wanted to say that my whole buying experience exceeded my expectations, the entire staff is very warm and friendly, as soon as I entered the building everyone was fantastic and willing to help. Ramon was our salesman and is phenomenal, he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to work with his management team to make us an offer that I just couldn’t refuse. After the paperwork was completed we were given a tour of all of the departments within the dealership, everyone made the boss lady and I feel like part of the family. We had about a half dozen dealer options added on, which delayed the delivery of our FLHTK, Ramon was on top of it the whole time and kept us up to date on the parts and install. The day it was completed Ramon was quick to call and let us know it was ready and had a delivery date set for the following week. As luck would have it I had the next day off and decided to pick it up and ride it home, rather than wait for it, I got to the dealership the next morning and they had it outside, cleaned, polished and fueled up ready to go.

It's much appreciated!! My husband made a purchase here this last Sunday (without my consent, that’s a separate issue), he was given a horrible deal and screwed him on the trade in. They finalized said deal without my release of interest on the trade in (purchased from Lawless). My husband has been told that since I refuse to release interest in the trade in (I did not consent to such trade), that the will hold the new one while we still have possession of the trade in and he will still have a payment due in July. Seems very shady business practice to finalize a deal without ALL of the properly signed papers. Would not recommend this dealer, there a plenty of others that would appreciate the business.

As you know, I previously posted an unsatisfactory review on several issues I experienced over the last 10 days or so. Without going into the details, I will say that the new General Manager, Evan Ellis immediately resolved the issue after we connected by telephone earlier today. I am grateful for his attention to the matter. He even made sure to stop be service when I picked the bike and chatted for awhile. Evan acknowledged that they had issues in the service department that they were "working to resolve". He promised to look into the issue. Within three hours, Evan called me back with the news< "your bike is ready for pick-up." JCHD had an issue and when it was finally brought to their attention, they (Evan) fixed it. Thank you Evan!

I purchased a new 2018 Street Glide Special on 3/2019 and wanted to wait to write a review. I wanted to wait until I had an experience in all departments before writing a review. Shaun in sales was great and talked me into taking a "free" demo (turns out I purchased the bike I rode, so not exactly free lol). Judi in motorclothes is straight amazing, she is very personable and knows her stuff with great recommendations. Frank in parts is great, recommended several great parts and all around great guy to talk with. When I was in financing the VIP program was not explained all that well at the time so I passed. After talking with Frank in parts a couple weeks later we decided it was a decent deal and he got us hooked up with a different guy in finance that made things right and got us the VIP for the Street Glide at a discounted price. When I purchased the bike it had a stage 1 installed with a screaming eagle air cleaner, Magnaflow slip ons, and a Vance and Hines FP3 tuner. I recently had a check engine light come on and after doing some research was very concerned that my warranty and extended warranty was void due to the aftermarket tuner. DO NOT believe everything you read (I know I know it's the internet with the keyboard warriors), after speaking with Tyler in service I was assured that since it was all installed from the dealer before purchase and documented, all my warranties are valid. They picked up the bike, took care of the warranty issue, and dropped the bike back off. All in all I have had a great experience, any problem was resolved quickly and I'm a happy customer. They have a huge inventory of bikes and a fair amount of used, a ton of clothing and are constantly having events.

Also, for large selection they were missing several models and staff has no idea when new models are going to be available. It's a pretty standard "corporate" feeling dealer. LOTS of sales "men". You cannot walk an isle without potentially running into one. They have (most of the time) more bikes than it would seem could actually be sold without a sell only model vs customer relations model. Unfortunately the business has changed hands to many times to be a comfortable place to be and has definitely converted from customer friendly to business only. If you are looking for a bike, they have them.

I got help from James, literally all day, and he told me they would stay later if I needed. He answered my 1000 questions with a smile and a great attitude. He explained every function of the bike, cleaned it up even further then it already was, took me around to meet each department, and was just overall greatly helpful.! The manager, on the other hand had sleazy dripping all over him. He tried to rationalize why I should be happy buying a bike with a torn seat, I decided it wasn't worth it try mental gymnastics with a guy running on only two cylinders and no conscious. He was stuck in one groove. However the guy who really was difficult was the paperwork - money guy. He really had an attitude and clearly need s to be in Anger Management. He wasn't outright rude, but VERY Sullen. Maybe becasue I wouldn't buy the $2500 warranty that he was selling? Top marks to Jeff in Parts, he took a bit of time to explain the catalogue to me. And the women, I didn't get her name in merch, was very nice. So was the women in Service! So, ask for James, stay away from the manager, suffer through the money guy, and meet all the rest! Overall I was very pleased and I give them 5 stars. They need to fire the money guy so he can go find a job/life that makes him happy cause it sure isn't this one.

They are a busy dealer and they did all the could to work my issues. In the end I was very happy with the result, once we got over the original frustration. Great sales team and friendly people. However, good luck getting service. For weeks I have been trying to contact them to have a few recall issues resolved. I was not demanding any specific time, I was just looking for an appointment at their convenience. I tried all forms of contact available. I did get one response asking for my VIN, which I gave them and asked for an ETA on a date. Waited a week or so for a response and NOTHING. I will be taking my business to other locations now. It's a shame, I have bought 3 bikes form there and really liked the sales team. But, I can't go back now.

From day one I was decided wether to shop at NW Harley, Destination, and Jet City. Considering I live on base it’s easier to go with NW Harley out of all three. The excellent service I got yesterday will only be bringing my business to jet city. 3 weeks ago someone bumped me in a parking lot and messed up my gas tank, triple tree, and bent my handle bars. I had to take it to destination and they wrote up an extremely large ticket when we tried to keep it out of insurance so I declined and went to pick it up and all of a sudden the dash LED’s and also my forks were hitting the handlebars. After paying $250 They wanted $150 More to just to look at it, I called your shop and the guy laughed and reassured me there would be no charge and it was most likely warrantee. I went up there right before closing and he got the part ordered and told me come back ASAP in the morning so they could look at the handle bars and forks problem. I was expecting to wait forever or have to drop it off and they got it done right away and also mentioned my clutch cable was loose and also fixed that. It was amazing how your shop knows how to treat customers, I will only being going to your shop no matter what for and the distance and time is worth it!!! On the sales side, NW Harley, I sent an app online and they told me no because of bad credit, went in to an event they had and they told me they wanted $2000 down and $300 a month and there was no give, checked back in 3 days later to see if they could work with me and regardless that I’m Active Duty Army they wouldn’t budge. I spoke with Ashley the next day, no app online nothing, they were able to pull it from NW or wherever and the same day she got it down to $1400 and $240 and the day I went to go sign is when NW called to check up on me and said they could do better than that deal. I regretfully went to see and once again they couldn’t match it even though it’s the same bank. I rushed over going 85 to sign and made the deal. Wether it’s parts or service or sales I will always come to jet city regardless of the time and distance away. Thank you for all you guys do!

They even offered to switch tanks on a bike for me. We walked away with the 2 bikes that we really loved. Can't wait to ride the bikes back to the dealership for one of the bike night events!

I had a rear tire tube replaced, and a week later, the tire was leaking air again. Not a big deal, it seems I am always picking up a nail and puncturing the tube. I was leaving on a family trip, so I left the bike with instructions to repair or fix. I told the service writer I had not had a chance to check it, they remembered I had been in recently, and I headed out on my trip. When I went to pickup the bike, the checkout slip was marked Warranty on tube, No Charge for R & R. I paid zero. They covered the labor to do the work, and I believe it would be a 1.5 hr job. I did not know why it was leaking, I told them I did not know it was leaking, they could have charged me for another tube and labor, and they were very honest, warrantied the tube, and covered the labor. (At a very busy time of year) Thank you Lawless for your honesty.

Outstanding customer service in part and service. Service identified some issues that happened to be covered under warranty. Parts department put up with me (I am a pain in the ass) got me the parts I needed cheaper and quicker than anyone else. When the bike was done, since it was raining, they delivered to my home and put in my garage !!! Way to go with the customer service !! I will be back for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Above all, Brian and his crew are exceptionally caring. I've come across some great and horrible customer service in my day, but never have I encountered a group of people so willing to go the extra mile. This service team, is knowledgable, doesnt gouge you on hours, and despite my bike needing fixing I walked away knowing it and I was in good hands. Friday evening I drove my hubby to Jet City Harley. I didn't tell him where we were going because for the last 15 years I had banned him from getting a motorcycle (he'd had one, and I'd lost 2 friends in a year). I told him I was good with him getting another bike, and his face lit up! We started working with PJ to find the best new ride for him. We ended up leaving since hubby was a bit overwhelmed with the news he could get a bike. We spent the weekend going back and forth over which one would work best, and fit him. Sunday we pulled back in, and PJ was patient, informative, and focused. Finally hubby made his decision, and Phil went stepped in to work the negotiations. Maybe it was the covid? I go in several times a year, usually it's a pretty cool place and they leave me alone. Today, they were nice until I asked about pre-owned. Then, smiles went away and someone pointed to the front door. I guess if you have time to hang out in groups, you are much too busy to show me a bike. There was one that I had an interest in, surprisingly. But of course after looking at it for a good ten minutes, not any of the "boys club" could be bothered to come outside and try. Oh well.

Steve spent over an hour with me explaining features on my CVO that the dealership in Kennewick did not do a week ago on purchase. He also took me to your parts room to buy some critical parts I would not have thought of needing then we went to my bike and he programed a new security bypass in and set up bluetooth ect.
