Reviews of I-90 Motorsports
Fantastic experience here at I-90 Sports! Mike sold me a used rebel 500 and I love the bike. The service was outstanding, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who may be looking to buy a motorcycle:D
Living on an island in Alaska, I called I-90 Motorsports looking for a 4wheeler and snowplow. Mike helped me purchase a nice Honda Foreman with all the necessary parts for a good sized plow. They were easy to work with, and they quickly delivered my ATV and parts to the barge. This was our second purchase from I-90 Motorsports. In 2020 they shipped us a brand new Yamaha motorcycle.
I-90 Motorsports is a trustworthy dealer. I plan to use them again.
I cannot express adequately how amazing my experience with I-90 Motorsports, my salesman Mike, and finance guy Scott was! The gold standard for excellence, customer service, and making sure my experience was nothing short of amazing!
Mike treated me like a friend and the entire staff showed me nothing less than the utmost respect and great service.
As an African-American, I am always leary of how I’ll be treated in new spaces. I’m so glad to report they made me feel right at home!
Looking forward to being with y’all on this journey as a new can am Spyder owner👍🏾
Folks at I90 Motorsports are always willing to help, chat, and talk shop. They have one of, if not the widest selection of motor and Powersports accessories and tools in the whole area, and the service in the maintenance department is great. Highly recommend stopping by, I think I'll be purchasing my next bike here when the time is right.
Shout out to Mike ! Thanks for making everything go smooth & easy, looking forward to road trips with my wife.
Staff was great. Bought a new helmet there. The guy I worked with didn't try to straight up sell me or shame me for considering a brand wlthat was more affordable. Explained why the expensive ones were expensive and why the cheaper hjc ones were still safe and a decent choice. Great place.
Had fantastic experience buying my Tiger Sport 660. Special thanks to Mike who's friendly advice and patience throughout the process really helped me to get exactly what I wanted! Love the place.
Thank you Mike , Scott and the rest of the team for making my purchase of my new bike smooth an easy.
Mike and Scott are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great experience buying my first motorcycle!
Mike, Roberto and Scott were the A-team today! Just picked up a Sea-doo and couldn't be happier with the level of service each one of these individuals provided. I appreciate their time and effort, especially Mike keeping his cool through all the manufacturer delays Covid presented and still managing to get me thr product I requested in time for summer! Roberto thanks for helping me load my Sea-Doo securely and for going out of your way to answer any questions I presented. Scott, thank you for giving me all the details and having to repeat them two or three times. There was a lot of info but thank you for your patience and the time to read through things.
All around fantastic experience, thank you all!
I LOVE MY NEW SEA DOO SWITCH! Thank you Mike, Scott and
the parts department guy that hooked me up on my accessories.
These guys will go the extra mile to find you EXACTLY what you want.
Tyler and Matt they are helpful and will be able to get you relieved of any motorcycle hold up.
I'm from out of town traveling with my Cam-mav tail, I stopped in to see if they had rock sliders&bumpers, sure enough they did! I only had two days in town for the install they made room in their work load and got the installation done perfectly, great shop one of the best I've been too. THANKS!
Mike was great!!! He listened to what I needed and made the whole experience perfect!! Thank you for delivering my pretty new bike!!
Just bought a bike from these guys. So helpful and kind through the entire process. Great spot, great team.
I found my dream motorcycle on their website and from the start of the call with Stephen until the end with him. He was very helpful and made my trade in easy and quick so I could get the bike I wanted. Scott in financials was an awesome guy. He was friendly and knew we had to leave by a certain time and got all the paperwork talked about and done with us by then without skipping a beat. I'll definitely be back for whenever I need something for this bike or just look around more.
Fantastic inventory. Talked to Cody about racing and bike setup. Super cool.
Great shop but getting someone on the phone is horrendous. I am currently sitting at 39 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone in service as I type this. I know it's summer, I know it's busy but 40 minutes, wow.
My drive to I-90 Motorsports was worth it. Stephen in sales did exactly what he said he would. Finance was great to deal with. The parts dept crew was knowledgeable, and had inventory. My next bike will be from there.
It was a pleasure to do business with people who live what they do. Mike R's knowledge of vintage and current motorcycles is incredible. It was a fun and educational purchase process. Scott is a straight shooter who lives motorsports. What a great experience!
The staff is super helpful and friendly. It's like hanging out with the homies then buying all the parts we just talked about. They've always had more inventory for my Yamaha than anyone else around.
Went in for gloves. Didn't have time to tour the store to look at pretty shiny toys as the store was closing soon & have to get to work. Great variety of selections of gloves. When I have more I will look at helmets & bikes. They seem to have a good variety of both as well as parts & maintenance supplies.
Don and the people at i90 are awesome. On my 3rd bike from them and it's the first place I go for Moto stuff.
My first-time buyer experience at I-90 was not what I expected after being recommended to I-90 by a friend. Nevertheless, after receiving a prompt response from management after filing a formal complaint I can recommend this place with some degree of caution. I-90 has great financing, a good parts department, and friendly staff making this place worth checking out if you’re shopping around. Their management and staff have great intention and will work with you to make things right if you feel that you didn’t get what you came for.
I took my recently purchased 2016 Kawasaki Ninja in for oil and chain service as well as full inspection. They did what I asked, but as a first time customer I felt customer service could have been better. They don't have a point of sale in the service shop, Tom handed me the invoice, it was awkward for a moment and I handed him my credit card, then he told me he doesn't have a card reader and to go next door. Which explained why I didn't see my motorcycle anywhere until I came out after waiting in line for at parts area for 10 minutes. Seems like technician did good work, chain was tensioned but could be cleaner (I'm a perfectionist), and I provided my own Mobil 1 Racing 4T oil I purchased @ Cycle Gear Auburn. They also reduced the load on the rear spring at my request, but they took it all the way out which I wasn't too pleased with. Provided a full inspection checklist sheet. So good service, just lacking great customer service is what I'm getting at. Not sure if I'll go back, didn't feel valued enough as a customer.
The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly and don't mind taking time to help you. Thumbs up
I bought a Yamaha Waverunner here and was treated professionally and fairly. The transaction went fast but the support was thorough and friendly at the same time.
Thanks a lot Mike!
Been a customer for about a year and a half. Don originally sold me my bike (good deal) and he's a great guy to deal with from day one. The buying process was painless and fair. I stop by from time to time to chat Don up and get his opinion on stuff and he always greets you with a smile and a joke or two.
I've had issues with a few things (bike and gear) and they've always dealt fairly and completely with them.
They've spotted warranty work on my bike when I took it in for a standard service (leaking head gasket) and just fixed it for me. They added back a seat bolt when I lost one. They've always done the work I needed, on time and with no issues. When a muffler fell off, they contacted triumph and had them fix it for me.
I've bought riding gear that they've stood behind when the zipper blew out (twice!) and I would much rather buy from them because they'll help me out if I run into trouble.
I'm happy, and considering they're really close, that is good.
I have had great luck buying motorcycles here. I have bought several Triumphs from them. They even let me in one time when they were closed with locked doors to look a bike over. That is not the norm anymore. They have always given me what I have asked for on trades, too. Just remember to be reasonable, they are a business.
Stephen and Scott were both amazing to work with. Treated my wife well and actually understood that we were there for her, not for me. Would absolutely shop there again!
Recently visited. They have very nice staff, positive altitude, nice communication. I was serviced by Spencer. He listened to my opinion and introduced multiple bikes for me to chose. Although I ended up buying another bike from different dealer because they have a good new old stock bike, I decide to give them 5 start for my previous experience.
Went to I90 to purchase a dirt bike. Worked with Dylan in sales, he was amazing. Went above and beyond what I expected from a salesman to ensure the whole process was stress free. We started remotely since I live over an hour away, and Dylan had everything lined up before I got there making the paperwork smooth. I was out in no time and on the trails! Thank you Dylan and all the I90 team!
Best Moto shop in the Seattle area! Good stock of parts and knowledgeable service department. They've always treated me with tons of respect. I've bought several bikes and snowmobiles from them and got really competitive prices. I90 is always my first stop for everything Moto and Snowmobile. Good people!
Ive been to this dealer twice and had excellent experiences both times. The first time I was just getting a replacement part for my dirtbike. The parts department was really knowledgeable and friendly and got me in and out of there in less than a minute. The second time was today when I went to sell my enduro. The sales manager was incredibly nice and efficient, offered me more than its recommended trade-in value, and once again I was out of there with a check in less than 5 minutes. When my husband buys his next motorcycle, we’re absolutely coming here!
I have bought 3 vehicles from this place, an r6 and a scooter. I have also bought tons of parts here too. They always take care of me and the prices are pretty good! I have sent a couple of friends and family members there, and they loved it so much one bought 2 bikes. Never had a problem and they are always willing to help!
Good guys and very reasonable. I ride the extra 20 miles to work with them over my local dealer. I have had several bike deals and also sold some machines out right to them. They are very fair valuing bikes. They are a dealership that needs to make money, so don't expect retail value, but trade in. If you expect full retail and the value of all your added farkle, you need to sell it yourself. I just bought a Tiger 800 from them and I am very pleased with the deal I was given on both the purchase price of the Tiger and my Scrambler trade in. They even let me in the show room on a day they were closed to look the bike over...which I did end up buying. I know my more local shop would have sent me away in that situation. Keep up the great work.
Purchased a new Suzuki Burgman 650 Executive maxi-scoot today from John. Absolutely perfect experience. I drove over from Eastern Washington and John had everything ready to go. I was out the door in less than 45 minutes and headed back home. John made me an awesome deal and his easy going style was spot on for me. Highly recommend I-90 Motorsports and make sure you talk to John.
I bought a used bike from them a bit ago. They made the purchasing experience very simple. I did not feel any pressure to buy anything and it was clear that they all have a passion for motorcycles. Would definitely buy from them again.
Well David.... I have to respond to your review. The "heavyset guy with the pony tail" is Don Shields. If you had a bad experience with him, I seriously think you'd have a bad experience buying a bike form Mother Teresa. Don is very customer oriented, low pressure and very knowledgeable. I bought a SeaDoo from Don a year ago and it was the best buying experience I have ever had...EVER! Don was very interested in getting me in the right boat, and he was VERY fair with me on trade-in etc. I've bought many boats and cars in my 65 years and I've never had such a great experience.
I later had occasion to use their service department at I-90 and it too was top notch. Customer oriented, knowledgeable and willing to find a way to make your visit pleasant.
If you had such a terrible experience, perhaps that experience starts with attitude. They have a rack right inside the door to check that. You must of missed it...
I bought a used bike and some gear here. John was very accommodating and even went over the bike one last time before I took delivery. Great place. Been there forever
I bought a used Sport/Tour bike June 3rd 2014. The price was dead on bluebook, and they had even done the full 16k service,(another 1k).
I financed it through them, and it was a very good experience. I spent days in communications, asking a lot of questions, did 2 demo rides, and then still spent hours on the day of purchase working on the decision. I was torn over several different bikes, and they readily offered test rides on them all.
Brett was the salesman, an avid rider himself, and did not use high pressure.
I picked up some accessories, got the 10% discount, and the parts guy was very patient as well. I have 6 bikes, ride everything from street to dirt, and am very particular and demanding.
These guys understand quality, that is what they offer, and their prices are still very competitive.
Don't go there expecting to buy junk for cheap, but if you want something that will not break down, and give you years of enjoyment, I recommend checking them out before making a purchase from a dealer.
Employees in service seemed knowledgeable, up front and helpful.
Sales...not so much when I visited a month earlier. Person at desk was helpful. Salesman on phone didn't seem a hurry to help me.
Bought a pair of Rykers from Don Shields. Extremely laid back process and super simple. Don had everything ready to go when the wife and I arrived....and Lincoln in finance got everything wrapped up in record time. The best buying experience I have had. Highly recommend I90 Motorsports and especially Don!
Don Shields is a joy to work with. My wife and I live in central Washington. I called Don on a Wednesday. Talked about his inventory and the bike my wife wanted. Agreed on a VERY good price for the bike. Came over on the weekend with a trailer. Loaded bike up, paid, and left within 45 minutes. Bike was as described and my wife is pumped on it. Don was great to work with and the price and bike were both fantastic. Highly recommend. No typical stealership experiences here. Practical, functional, and efficient business. 5/5.
Dave and Sahara.
Recently purchased a motorcycle here and was able to beat a competitors price on a similar bike. Spencer helped me out and would purchase my next bike from him again. As a new rider I highly recommend this place.
We bought a new dirt bike on Wednesday of this week. That same day, my fiancé rode the bike at Pacific Raceways and there were a couple issues (minor to some but major to me). I’m not the easiest to deal with and they were more than gracious. The general manager, Kurt Opel and the service manager, Remko Oosterhof were more than willing to help on the drop of a dime and fixed the situation as fast as they could, taking into consideration UPS and our work schedules.
They’re willingness to work with us, fix the issue, and their professionalism speaks wonders and I would 100% come back to them and recommend anyone buy from them.
This is truly the Nordstrom of bike shops
It is a dealership so don't expect any bargains. What makes the place is the willingness of the parts department to go well beyond what is to be expected to get you back on your bike. On a number of occasions I have had them make sure i got what I needed, even when i had to go to another shop to pick up the part.
This place is clean and the staff there are amazing, kind and super helpful, my husband and I were on the hunt for a Honda monkey for our teen boys, my husband found only one in Yakima however when I called I90 they had one with 15 miles on it that someone had returned because they wanted a commuter bike. We went out and picked it up. I lived in Issaquah when I was younger and used to drive by here all the time however this was my first time going inside. They have a large variety of motorcycles and dirt bikes even quads.
Thank you I90 Motorsports.
I definitely recommend going here
Seems to be the only place around the can fix your stuff right
If you told me a year ago that I would spend $660 on a helmet, I would tell you to go get your head examined.
However, after a summer of riding, my $100 Amazon Special didnt fit my needs. The sales guy (today) was really good. Explained a lot about how helmets were made, why the costs were so wide and how they were supposed to fit. Most importantly, he was not pushy AT ALL! Their price was within $1 of what these were going for at Amazon and he helped me move my comms unit over.
Over all, a good buying experience and I will return there for more stuff in the future!
They went above and beyond! Totally recommend I90 Motoesports for all you Funtime needs!
This is just my basic opinion visit from the parts department.
I stopped by i90 motor sports because it was on my way home to grab a battery for my bike. Service was very quick, they found the necessary battery and I was checked out. It was quick and painless. Friendly staff as well.
Maybe in the future I'll stop by here to look at bikes.
We operate a rental company and count on the staff at i90 motor sports as part of our team. Without their
help, we would not be able to operate as smoothly and professionally as we do. Ohana Kai Watersports.
A special shout out to Tyler and Jeff.
Sat on plenty of bikes and received a lot of helpful service from all of the employees. Their no-pressure salesmen made me comfortable looking around. Some of the bikes are parked a little close together, so be careful when perusing.
Employees that work here are bike fans themselves. My counter gentleman was knowledge, and offered me good advice when I was there to buy brake pads for my Suzuki Savage.
Lots and lots of selection and inventory of both new bikes and gear. Staff could have been friendlier. I made the effort to greet first and got a 'meh' response. Come on! You're supposed to be supporting moto enthusiasts! Have some enthusiasm! When I was finally able to wrangle some help, the gentleman was not knowledgeable at all about glove options. I'll go back, but next time I'll have lower expectations. I guess I got spoiled by the Ducati dealership in Portland, OR.
Good, sound processes in the service department translate to their doing what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. Most bike shops are a catastrophe in this regard. They could use some additional personnel in all departments but I have no idea whether the margins make that feasible so I won't venture a judgement. Plus it's difficult/expensive to staff for the spikes and then have them standing around during the lulls. Fiscal realities...
The service shop is extremely busy right now with the beginning of riding season. I made an appointment last week to have a new chain and sprocket installed on the 24th of June, but they said to go ahead and bring it in on the 19th so I wouldn't be tempted to ride on the bad chain.
Drop the bike off on the 19th, kiss her goodbye, and head home around 2pm. At 4:55pm I get a call that a couple people cancelled, and she is good to pick up. Bike is tight, chain and sprockets look good, and the vibration/mechanical issues I was experiencing are gone. Great experience, and I will be back!
I have bought 3 motorcycles in 4 years and traded in 2. I'm good now with my FJR. This was my first experience with I-90 Motorsports and my best experience. Don was great to work with - no BS, no hassles, just a great experience!
Great service. Worked with Spencer great guy and super enthusiastic.
Took my two jet skis in for service due to not running. Service knocked it out the park! They run like new. Will always be a customer of I90. Highly recommend for service, parts, gear and new toys
Great sales staff, all very friendly and approachable even if just in browsing. Do your research beforehand as I did before making a big purchase and you will not be disappointed with them. Prices are very fair, be nice and they may just take a few hundred off the purchase price..
I had a positive customer experience at I90 motorsports. I'm a fairly new motorcycle rider and know I still have a lot to learn. I walked into the service department with a list of questions about a (used) KTM 450 EXC I had just purchased. Tom was very help and took the time to answer all my questions in a low pressure situation. Tom and Brett made the conversation feel like I was talking to friends about my new toy and not someone just looking for my business. They never talked down to me and patiently explained how different things worked on the bike with possible solutions to the problems I was experiencing.
This positive customer experience will make me a returning client.
It's impossible for a dealer to get 5 stars but this place is close. I have ordered parts hear for a really old bike(ke175) and also walked threw dreaming about getting a new bike ever since I moved to Washington state. For the last 7 years I stop in to dream every few times I pass. I havent perchused a bike and I have still yet to feal any pressure to buy. Maby they know me by sight and know I use it as a pick me up and for motivation. When I look at all the beutifal bikes it reminds me of all the times I went across the country on my old cb 750. Long story short they must be increadably good at reading people because most of the time when I come in I walk threw and look around and then leave. I don't have to say a word and feal bad for giving a sales guy the brush off. There is always one in my line of sight and every know and then I talk to one of the old guys to see what's new in the world of motersports, Or To reminisce. Eather way I love it. To top off a trip hear go to the triple x next door and get the great berger and a root bear float.
I bought my wr250r here in 2014 and my girlfriend just bought a crf230l. Both times it was a great experience. They have a great selection of bikes and gear as well as awesome customer service.
Great experience from start to finish. Was shopping around for an Africa twin. Dyllon was my sales rep and gave me a great deal. Everyone in the store was great and helpful. Thanks
I bought 2018 Triumph Bonneville Bobber Black here. Salesman was Don Shield. He personally delivered the bike to my house (16 miles away) and explained everything I need to know about the bike.
Ok overall however when there is something on a discount rack due to its age and they refuse to sell it because there is no tag on it doesn't that defeat the purpose of trying to get non moving inventory sold. It was on the clearance rack for a reason. If u dont want to sell something why is it on display with the purpose of selling things I guess I just dont get how selling clothes work
Very friendly and kind staff here, and a good mix of pre-owned and new motorcycles for riders to choose from.
Awesome place! Parts always have what we need to keep riding! Employees are super friendly
Great service and very helpful staff! I have been buying and using their service center for years. Always done in a timely and fair manner!
These guys crush it 👊
Awesome place. The service department is top notch and the sales staff is great. Remko, Brett and Brent are always very helpful. I switched toy brands because of their great customer service.
Cool spot but very expensive all I wanted was a helmet alot of them were 600 to 1000
They service staff is great and they do excellent work. They can be a bit booked up, but its worth the wait to get quality service. I had my KTM serviced here and they did a fantastic job.
Went in for a factory recall claim. They never upsold or argued with me in anyway. Service department is very professional. Took the edge off going to the dealership.
I've bought two bikes here and lots of accessories and parts here. Great crew and customer service.
Always have a good experience shopping here.
They replaced a DESS module and got it covered under warranty. I was visiting from Canada. Very nice folks. Every employee greeted me and asked me to have a nice day.
All very cool people! Special thanks to Robbie in parts for getting my Muc-Off pressure washer sorted out! Thanks a ton!
Sales staff is the best... completely satisfied with my purchase!
Lot of bikes for sale, new and used and plenty of apparel in different styles, helmets, gloves and parts. Good prices, no pushy sales people 😉. I'll be back here. …
Kudos to Tom in Service at I90 Motorsports for all the time he put in to diagnosing and working on our 2017 Skidoo Summit X that was losing power when pulling hills. Dan Frazier is back up on the mountains and running great thanks to Tom's dedication to making this sled run the way it should!
Always have a great experience at I90 Motorsports. People are great and service is excellent. I bought one motorcycle looking for number 2.
I-90 is my go-to shop for my toys. They treat me great and usually carry what I need in stock, if not they can order it! Oh, it's also right next to XXX-Burgers which is a great place to get fat, you gotta stop and try it haha, YUMM!
I90 motorsports is one of the last true motorcycle shops they do sales service and sell parts. There people are very knowledgeable motorcyclists themselves. I highly recommend I90 motorsports!
Fantastic service! Nice people and very knowledgeable. In and out very quickly. Tyler was who helped us and I'll definetley go back to see him again.
These guys rule. I bought a Super Duke from them & is was one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had. I unreservedly recommend this shop.
Great service great staff helpful people good selection and if there's something you need they will help you get it quality shop service and don't be surprised to run across these guys out on the trail.
Always a pleasure, Remko and his team do a fantastic job.
They have a lot of inventory, if you need a part they will help you get it and give you tips on tricks to install.Lots of parking and easy access to highways.
Lots of fun stuff available here. If they could only get things in stock (2020/21 sales up extraordinarily)
Great shop with a knowledgeable staff. Employees are very willing to help you with any questions you may have, this is the only place I come to have my motorcycle serviced.
I had a very good experience with the parts department they had almost everything I needed and it arrived fast
A very pleasant experience in every way. Every one was knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk with. It's been a fun experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I shared some motorcycle stories with the salesperson, Kurt and he was great to speak with. I will be back when the KTM 790r are released.
They are expensive but it's a great place to go check new bikes of all kinds
Love these guys I have only ever bought parts from them but they treat me like I just bought a new fully loaded Goldwing
The sales folks were great. We learned a lot
Great selection of bikes (no Kawasaki’s) to consider as an additional ride. Patient and friendly staff.
Great selection of bikes and amazing customer service! And high quality service department.
Great place... Good service and prices... The guys are awesome on both the sales side and service side.
Sales agents were super attentive even when they are busy.
Like a kid in a candy shop. Lovevthis place. Good people. Good service. Vroom vroom!
Kurt was very easy to work with. No pressure, and worked hard to get me on my new Goldwing for a very reasonable price.
My bike loves this shop
