Mike WThe folks at Everett Powersports—and David Phillips in particular—we’re awesome in putting me on my first bike. It was a no pressure sales environment, and once I decided to make the purchase, they made the entire thing painless, even offering to deliver the bike to me to make it even easier for a new rider. They also go out of their way to make sure you are ready for your first service appointment, which is a nice touch and provides the comfort that they don’t want to just sell you a bike; they want to make sure it’s in good shape and that you’re riding a safe machine.
เอก ยุทธจกรPurchased Honda ADV 150 and I am having so much fun on this bike! David Phillips helped me learn all the features and made sure I was comfortable on it before leaving the lot. He is such a great guy! All the staff were so friendly and super knowledgeable they helped me pick out gloves and gave me maintenance tips and requirements. Megan helped me with financing and made everything so easy. I was out riding in no time at all!! I've purchased Yamaha at another dealer in Lynnwood and was treated very not so good. Dave BallFOLLOW-UP SHOWN BELOW THIS INITIAL EXPERIENCE: Had a service appointment for my Honda CTX700. Service staff was super helpful, very accommodating, had good prices - knocking off one star for timing. When I made my appointment, I mentioned that I would be staying until the work was completed. At the time of scheduling, they didn't mention any timing. I arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. on the day of service. During check-in they told me my delivery time could be as long as four hours. After three and a half hours my bike was still sitting outside. I enquired as to the progress I was told, "Your bike is going in next." In the end, it took five and a half hours before my bike was done. If I'd known during scheduling it would take so long, I would have arranged transportation to my home, 17 miles away.
FOLLOW-UP: I had a couple of challenges with both of my tires - none related to Everett Powersports. However, even though the problems were NOT their fault (one manufacturing defect, one screw in a brand new tire), they went out of their way to help me resolve the issues. The staff did a great job of giving me alternative dates for repairs, provided status updates, and turned around the fixes quickly - at a very fair price. I'll definitely be back. This kind of service has encouraged me to push my rating to five stars.
Alex BeresnevNeeded a new rear tire to put on another 1700- 1800 miles before I get back to San Francisco. Called at 10, brought the bike at noon, out by 1.30. And they had 180/70/16 Dunlop e4 in stock! Nice people, great service. Much appreciated!

Sophie MackenzieThe whole team here at Everett Powersports are fantastic. They are personable, friendly and customer oriented. We all know they have a job to do - sell stuff and make money, but I personally interacted with each department and felt like they were there FOR ME. I purchased a used bike from Everett Powersports and I am completely new to the motorcycle world (a very easy target for salesmen!) but they were patient with me and gave me great advice. 2 weeks after my purchase I experienced some minor issues with the motorcycle that were not the shops fault and not only was I reimbursed for gas, the parts and labor were completed free of charge. I could not recommend these guys enough. I am going back there this weekend and hope to be treated the same way... watch this space :)
Update: I have been up to Everett Powersports a couple times for services and new parts since I wrote the last review and I have to say I will never take my business anywhere else. It wasn’t a one time good review, these guys are consistently fantastic in every department. All they want is to ensure that we are doing what we love safely. Thank you Everett Powersports!
Sara CesalOk guys - we live about 7 hours from Everett Powersports and we will be making that drive any time we need anything dirtbike or ATV related in the future. This place and the staff are BEYOND amazing! We made the trip over to purchase a bike from a private seller. It fell apart after we already got over here so I immediately started making phone calls. One of those resulted in talking to Thad. He was all over it. Incredibly responsive. Followed through on everything quickly. Understood our situation and bent over backwards to ensure my husband left this area with a bike. THEN...came Megan. She is a ray of sunshine. SHE bent over backwards to have the paperwork ready for us when we got there. Then she spoiled my kids (and me). 10 out of 10 experience. GO SEE THEM!!!
