The new location is absolutely awesome. More space and more bikes. I was immediately greeted by a Harley representative and was helped within seconds. Before coming to Eastside, I had taken the Harley Davidson Riders Course the weekend before and I also did some research on the bike that I wanted...for over a year. I was a little hesitant at first to jump on such a purchase, but since Harley announced that they stopped making V-Rod's, it was all or nothing (I really did want to sleep on it). Jonnie (sorry if I misspelled your name) was very informative and helped me ease into purchasing my very first Motorcycle. 2015 Harley Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special. Eastside is full of warm and friendly staff members and I will be returning for accessories and such. Ride on!

If you’re reading this, chances are you trying to decide where the best place is to go buy yourself a motorcycle. The first time I bought a bike I went to all the dealerships within 50 miles of my house to try and get the best deal on the one I wanted. After visiting all the dealerships I went with EASTSIDE Harley. They had the best inventory of bikes with the best prices and most importantly their customer service was excellent. No pushy salesman or trying to brow beat me into making a purchase. They helped me get the exact bike I wanted at a price I was more than happy with. Well 3 bikes later I’m still buying my bikes from EASTSIDE. The last one I purchased was one that I’ve been looking for for quite sometime. I talked with Sean and he said they would find one for me and let me know as soon as they got it. Two weeks later I was signing the papers with Sean and Colin. They made the process simple and easy and I was just as happy with the service as I am with my newest bike.

I really don't ever expect buying a big-ticket item to be "fun"...but this experience really was. I felt ZERO pressure to purchase a bike, and Teague was SO patient and responsive to my questions. I was thrilled with the trade-in value I received on my Softail (far better than a neighboring dealership was willing to give me), and the experience as a whole made it easy to ride off on my new Road King Special. Incredible experience purchasing my brand new Lowrider S at Eastside Harley Davidson! The entire team from Adi Shankar helping me and my 4 year old daughter on our first visit to Izzy Castillo quarterbacking the rest of my visits through my final purchase, I was treated with nothing but respect. On top of that, Brad was an excellent resource for building my wishlist for modification parts, Tricia and Debbie in apparel helped me pick out some great shirts and boots but more importantly made my wife and kiddo feel comfortable enough to want to come back for bike nights and other events hosted at the dealership. Decided to stop in and check out some bikes today. Met with Jacob Tenace who was more than willing to answer and ask questions about bikes I was interested in. They worked with me on the price, got me financed, gave me the tour, introduced me to some service techs, and everybody that worked there was more than friendly and super cordial. Next thing you know, I’m buying a new bike and out the door in less than an hour. Highly recommended. Not pushy, no hurry up and give me your money and leave attitude. Solid crew and a great time!!! The store is 2 hours from my house I made multiple phone calls and never once was I made to feel like a bother. Started off coming in and was greeted by Chris and we first only had a couple questions for their motorcycle classes and wanted to try out the stationary bike so I can know a little more. He was wonderful and patient and did a great job at explaining to me and it made me feel a lot better even though I still need more practice. Than my better half was looking at to trade his in and once again Chris beyond amazing. Then I found a bike I wanted to have for when I'm done with classes and he helps out again. He was beyond fantastic and just a cool guy. And then Darla in the business off was great too! So thank you Harley for the wonderful experience and we will definitely be back. Make sure you bring your bikes here for service and ask for Mark or James. Very knowledgeable service people that gets the job done. They also store your bikes under cover instead of outside exposed to the elements. This is the place to go!

I have mixed feelings about this dealership. I wanted to buy a 2019 street glide they had on the floor. James was very friendly and offered to let me test ride it. I was in street clothes that day and told him I'd rather have my riding gear on (with my helmet) so I could be comfortable. Came back the following day (James was not there) asked about the bike and they curtly told me no way will they let me test ride a new 2019 bike and that I could take out a used bike with a different (smaller) motor! I was shocked. I told them about my conversation with James the previous day and that I came out here specifically to test ride. I eventually convinced them to let me test ride it but they were CLEARLY not happy about it (which made me feel pretty crappy about the experience). I would have walked right there and then except for the fact that this dealership (at the time) had the only bike/color combination I wanted. I ended up paying cash on the spot for the bike they said they wouldn't let me ride. I"m a 50 year old biker and retired so I"m not a joy rider and I didn't see anyone else buying a bike that day. So why the hostility towards a serious buyer? Is it any wonder Harley Davidson is going down hill?

Update: Service Manager Scott called me after seeing my negative review, and invited me to come back in for the service department to fix the issue free of charge. Went in today and had a much better experience this time around, and they fixed the issue in a timely matter, and even cleaned/detailed the area where the oil had leaked. Scott and everyone else that I dealt with today was great, and after today's experience, I will go back to this location for future services. Went in for a 10,000 mile service, and noticed a slight oil leak on my bike from the back end of the engine. Asked them to take a look at it and they quoted me between $430-$730 for the whole job, claiming that the leak would be taken care of either from the 10,000 mile service primary gaskets being fixed, or from the other hour of labor. Ended up charging me just over $800, and I got the bike back and it is leaking far worse from when I dropped it off, out of an entirely different section of the engine. I tried to call and they told me that it was a pre existing issue, even though when I dropped the bike off for service and we did the walk around, it was definitely not leaking from that part of the engine. Extremely disappointed that I paid nearly $1,000 and got a bike back that was leaking far worse than it was before. Will definitely not come back to this location again.

I’m going to write a formal letter to the owner of Eastside Harley in Bellevue, WA. Until then, I wanted to write this to let potential buyers know what’s up. I’ve purchased several new vehicles from dealerships, and the salesman are usually scum bags that don’t want to get a real job. They’ll listen to how you are not comfortable financially, but have saved to buy whatever it is, then they’ll talk you into spending more money, and they’ll throw numbers out at you that sound great, but when all is said and done, if you weren’t vigilant in keeping an eye on the real numbers, you’ll realize you got taken BIGTIME! In my experience, sales people are right up there with yuppies and insurance companies; a complete and total waste of oxygen! BUT, not at Eastside Harley. These people were sincere and fair, friendly, kind, and honest. I set out to purchase a used bike, which was almost new, and I had a certain budget. After choosing the used bike, the salesman Jon, said he could probably get me a brand new model for the same payment, the warranty had run out on the used bike, and the new ones had better...everything! Not only did he make good on his word, my monthly payment was $2 LESS/Mo.!! They gave me a genuine deal, it took no time at all, and I got much better for what I bargained(I have this thing with never ending a sentence with a preposition...). This was, BY FAR, the best sales experience I have ever encountered. My gratitude goes out to everyone at Eastside Harley! Thanks, -Kilroy

My first time at the Eastside Harley, and man! I had issues with my bike. I called for service, was helped the same day, and had results the same day. Lydia whom was at the service counter killed it! She helped with a bunch of stuff other than my service questions. They serviced my bike shortly after I arrived, and then Scott diagnosed me extra quickly with the upmost customer satisfaction. After Scott ran me thru the issue and helped me fix it Lydia did a superb job of answer my questions plus helping improve my bike. A STELLAR performance from these two. I will definitely come back to this location. I always say, they people make the environment. It's true with these two.

Worked with Ryan to buy a 2010 Heritage Softail Classic. Bike was fairly priced but they still worked with me to get a good deal on clothing with the bike. I haven't used their service department yet but I liked the laid-back atmosphere and good sales service. It was missing the owner's manual and Ryan had it ordered for me at no cost. The bike was prepped, clean and gassed up for me on pickup day. The follow-up has been good and questions via email are answered same day. All in all, it's the kind of quality service I can easily recommend to others.

I walked in at 4 PM on a Saturday and drove away with a used Harley by 5:20 PM. They even stayed late 20 minutes after closing to make it work. That time includes getting financing and trading in my old bike. I got a great deal on the used Harley, and I feel they gave me a fair price on my used bike. Been to this dealer today 6/20/2021 and finally after several other harley dealers all over the west in 3 years found the right seat for myself and bike all thanks to Mike Reasy in service. He took the time to hear everything I had to say and different from every other dealer thus far gave a much different view point into seat comfort. I really appreciate the straight honesty from Mike and all the time he spent with my girl and I getting us use of a demo seat and into the best seat I have felt on a harley ever. I am on a long trip over 2000 miles and was on the stock 17 road glide ultra seat which is good but does cause pains after a couple of hours riding. Thanks to Mike Reasy I can do more serious hours riding. This is your guy to talk to when you stop in. Thank you Mike very much. Will definitely be in touch in future for more harley stuff.

Bought my first bike here, a used Iron 883. Chris Elizaga was exceptionally respectful and generous with his time in the sales process. I had previously been to another Harley dealer in Renton, whose sales process was very high-pressure and wanted to upsell me on a new bike. There was none of that here. It was relaxed, casual, and he let me ask a million questions without any feeling like he was trying to push me into buying anything (even the bike I came here to buy). I had such a great experience I feel like I want to go back there for any bike-related purchase...clothes, parts, service, etc...despite the higher cost of HD-branded items.

After an initial bad experience the won my business back, good customer service and fast to correct mistakes, here is the summary: Two days ago I had the 1K-mile service of my new Iron done there thinking that for the $400 price I was going to get a service similar to my Lexus. How wrong I was, the first impression was getting back the bike hearing from them that it had been washed, they poorly cleaned a couple of the most visibles areas like the two fenders, that's about it. The worst part of the experience could had got me killed, the left foot peg base that is screwed into the frame was loosen, I arrived home today after a short ride with an almost dangling peg base. After inspecting it noted that the two bolts were broken, one had come out completely and the other one was on its way. I'm calling them tomorrow to find out how they plan to fix it since I can't take the bike anywhere. How did this happen? Was the bike dropped on the left side and the foot peg base took the main force to the point of cracking these bolts? I'll come back with the resolution... Just came back from HD Eastside. I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. They did a good job of fixing the bike, and an OK job washing it. The service person was very professional and considered of the situation, even offer a discount for the 5K-mile service. It turns out that the technician did not attach the base of the peg correctly after doing the service. Something to pay attention to since it is a major safety issue.

Words cannot completely describe how wonderful my experience with Eastside Harley-Davidson was today. Imagine the dismay of having your bike running poorly, stalling and overheating in Seattle traffic and you are 1000 miles from home. Then having the bike brought to Eastside Harley-Davidson on a tow truck after hours on a Friday night on the eve of their big 25th Anniversary event. Two people stand out for their incredible customer service in the service department - Rich and Sprocket you guys sure know how to make a Canadian girl's day. They got my bike into the shop right away and checked it all over, and provided me with the reassurance that the bike was fine. It just went into "limp mode" because of the overheating. They delivered it back to me minus the 1000 miles of road grime I had on it, and then made sure my husbands bike was washed as well. You guys rock!

I'm not to keen on the location (extremely busy street that's difficult to get in and out of), the setup of the showroom (super crowded), or the sales manager(s) (heavy on the pressure). However, Ryan Slater is an excellent and knowledgeable salesman that provided me with a great experience for each of the two bikes I purchased from here. He was willing to work within the parameters that I gave him, even if it wasn't the most profitable approach for the dealer- the sales manager on the other hand was a little pushy. If it wasn't for Ryan's low pressure and down to earth approach I probably would have gone somewhere else. I look forward to working with him in the future! Thanks Ryan!

They are silent about telling you any details of the bike so be careful to ask about all details yourself. In my case they tried to sell me a 2016 bike by keeping silent about the model year and just saying that its a brand new bike. I had to take a refund of my downpayment when I found that out from paperwork.

This Eastside dealership is under the same ownership as the Lynnwood Emerald City Harley-Davidson. The staff is usually well informed, albeit a bit inclined to pressure would-be buyers. If you go in knowing what you want and around what it's worth, you should be fine.

Location beats out the old HD bellevue. Friendly staff! If you want to test ride one, they have a big parking lot if you are a little skiddish. Big apparel section too. Service center on site, can't comment on what kind of job they do, I maintain I do not own a harley. (But I'd buy one here)

A couple days ago I had the unfortunate experience of being in the way of a car that ran thru a stop sign in a parking lot near Eastside Harley. I called 911 then Eastside and Eastside ended up beating the police to the scene. After getting to the dealership I felt as if I had nothing to worry about, the whole crew at Eastside made my accident much easier to deal with. The big bummer is my 2012 Street Glide is a total loss.
