When I came in to see him about purchasing the bike we had talked about he was just outstanding in his customer service. Bought 3 Polaris sportsman 450’s. Worked out a deal over text/phone prior to arrival. Was able to negotiate a good deal that I price checked with 2 other dealers in the puget sound area and they said they couldn’t even come close to the price cycle barn had for us. Corey was true professional and awesome to work with. The rest of the staff that assisted us getting sized for helmets & riding gear were awesome. The technicians in the shop did a great job ensuring the ATV’s were good to go and in ready to ride condition prior to us picking them up. Finance was fast and easy, we had prior financing arranged. Awesome experience, we’ll be back to buy a couple more when my two youngest are ready to ride their own!

I've been using Cycle Barn for years. I've purchased parts, gear, and motorcycles from them. I do most of my own maintenance, but when it comes to my 1290 super adventure, most of it is to computer heavy for me. They were able to get my bike in and repaired 3 weeks earlier than expected.

This review is regarding my purchase & finance experience with Cycle Barn! I had the pleasure of working with Corey in sales and Kaitlan in finance. I saw a bike listed online and went in person to check it out real quick. I was greeted promptly on arrival and took a look at the bike, sat on a few others too. Staff made sure I was good and left me to explore. Next day I sent an online inquiry, got connected to Corey and after a few emails we quickly settled on an OTD price. He was great at taking my calls to confirm everything and answer questions. I started the paperwork process from home to save time. I got there on the agreed upon time and the bike and paperwork were ready. Corey answered any last minute questions, went over everything again and even helped me load up & secure the bike in my truck at the end. Can't ask for more, nice guy and upfront. A+ service. Since I had done the credit application online, when my turn came Kaitlan in finance was able to get me in and out in record time. She provided me with one of the easiest transactions I have had with a dealer finance department! She fully explained all the paperwork and made sure there were no surprises or additional pressure/stress added to the purchase process. Super pleasant and nice. A+ service again. When you’re ready for your next purchase definitely give these guys a chance to earn your business. The whole process was smooth and easy.

We drove by Cycle Barn the other day and saw an ATV with a snow plow attachment displayed at the entrance. Since we were recently snowed in, we went in jokingly to see what they had. Jeff Harris was such a wonderful salesman that we end up buying a Polaris Sportsman XP 1000 Ultimate Trail ATV with a snowplow blade. Now we are ready for the next snowstorm.

I've now purchased a 23 Honda rubicon dct deluxe,ordered March of 2021 , luckily for this place the previous sales person has been removed due to many unfavorable events. The new sales person Curt, who replaced him, I'd give a 6 star rating, ALWAYS, did what he said, followed up everytime, if I had questions he answered, if he didn't know answer he got it and got back to me. I can't speak for other sales people there, but I'd recommend CURT, for sure. Quick and easy with paperwork, effortless on my part. Rubicon doesn't have a high top speed but I didn't by it to be real fast, superior machine that live axle goes everywhere with no effort, I recommend this machine !!! I'm a little late on review but I purchased it about 10/7/22

I purchased a CFMoto Uforce 1000, and had a wonderful experience at the Marysville Cycle Barn. The sales area was friendly and inviting. My sales person was Corey Floyd, and he was courteous and professional, responded quickly to all of my texts and emails. Answered all of my questions and had everything ready when I went to pick the Uforce up. While I was there I test drove the Uforce and unknowingly lost one of my earrings in the snow. I shared this with Corey and he was still looking for it 7 days later and found it! Way to go above and beyond! Thank you Corey for your dedication to your customers, it is truly appreciated! Bought my first bike here. Lots of inventory (dependent on manufacturers getting bikes to them of course), no pressure to buy either which I loved. I actually got to get a feel for multiple bikes before deciding on one, and once I did getting a test ride and then buying was very easy. No dealer markup either. They also had a lot of gear in the store especially if you ride on dirt. I bought a helmet here in addition to the bike. They will absolutely get my business in the future.

Knew what kind of bike I wanted, I purchased from them in January of this year. Kurt was helpful pointing out the aftermarket bits that were added by previous owners, answering questions I had. It was raining pretty good so I only heard it run didn't test drive it before I bought it outright. No financing paid it outright. The paperwork went fast, they had extended warranty options I do my own maintenance items once I learn about the bike so I skipped. Well about 30 miles after riding it a day later I noticed an issue coolant in overflow was empty. The sales department took care of me, towed it from my house and paid for the tow & diagnostics, etc... I've since ridden the bike over 1,300 miles trouble-free (I refilled the overflow a little more but its leveled out not need any topping off for hundreds of miles, I assume some air pocket in coolant system worked out). Very pleased with the purchase, thank you Cycle Barn!

I've always gone to see these folks for tires and gear. Fantastic service and everyone I've interacted with has been stellar, knowledgeable and friendly. These folks get it. Just recently I had a puncture on the highway. Got towed here and they were on it getting me fixed up and back on two wheels in less than an hour. Oh, and they noted my rear brakes needed replacing while they were at it. Exceptional service!!

Picked up a perfect 2020 KTM 150sx the other day. I’m from out of state which caused a few head aches but I’d like to shout out Kurt Burns my sales guy! He was awesome! He worked with me even through a few hurdles but never once seemed upset or annoyed (he had every right to be) still he was very very professional and polite and I would make the 4+ hour drive to buy from him again. I’d also like to thank their Finance manager Jen Brown who went above and beyond to make sure everything would work out. Couldn’t have done it without her. I have been looking for the right ATV for our needs and it’s been a long search. Once I figured out what we needed, my search started in finding one at the best price. By far the best price in all of Washington state, was at Cycle Barn in Marysville. I called and talked to Cory and told him that I found the ATV on cycle trader and gave him the sale ID number and he found it for me. I asked him to hold it for me and I would be in the next day to pick up. From the moment I walked into the store, I was blown away by the size and selection of different outdoor machines. Cory made the buying experience so easy and amazing. He wasn’t your typical sales person and I LOVED that. He was very helpful and made the buying experience so easy. I’m thankful for Jen in making the paperwork part easy as well. Will definitely be heading back up there, to get some add ons for the ATV.

We are avid riders and this is our local bike shop. Hours kind of suck but they are typical for cycle stores. Prices are not competitive with the online retailers. We love the staff here though they are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices on their bikes are expensive but they do have a used selection to look at also.

Went in on a Friday to see if they had a white 2017 Ninja 650 in stock. They only had black and orange but they said they could bring in a white one from a warehouse in Oregon in about 7-10 days. We went ahead and took care of financing and they got me a 3.9% interest rate. Don't know if it was just luck but they got my bike inn assembled and ready to pick up the following Tuesday! A full 3 days ahead of their fastest estimate.

I needed to do a motorcycle oil change on a cross country loop. They let me do it myself (off property). They sold me oil, loaned me a drain pan and disposed of my used oil all for the price of the oil. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Great when you are outrunning a thunder storm.

Went to service one dirtbike here. Just asked for diagnostic and a parts list. I was told that bike would come back disassembled so I planned accordingly. When I picked up the bike the cap on the clutch was onot and the service guy rolled out my bike saying "they even put it all back together for you" taking his word I take it home and order my parts weeks later my parts are in I go to replace my clutch and open my bike to find out everything inside is gone. I go back to get my parts and they have thrown them away. According to policy. John the service Manger was kind enough to order me the parts I did not receive back and Coverd the cost. By my own fault we initially didn't order everything back but for the most part he did. Had I mentioned it before. He probably would have. John in service go to him with any questions. Great customer service as far as that department goes.

I went in to pick up a couple of things for my bike last Saturday. As I was checking out, the kid that rang me up said "hey, we started stocking some of that oil that you wanted. I just wanted to let you know in case you need it the next time you come in". THAT is service. Not only did he go out of his way to stock the oil, he remembered me when I came to the counter. I started by looking at the lower priced modular helmets, and by the time I was done, bought the Shoei Neotec 2 with a com system. Great service! My boyfriend brought his Harley Davidson in because the Harley dealer didn't have the time to help us.We had a flat tire on our trip from Portland. The woman at the counter was really nice ( I forgot her name ) and said that they were really busy, but she would ask the manager. He came out of the shop to talk to us and assured us they would replace our tire so we could finish our trip. They gave us a recomendation of a restaurant to have lunch at to wait. They called us before we could finish eating to let us know our bike was ready. They even washed all the bugs and guck off our bike. Thank you Cyclebarn!

The only reason we are giving them a 3 is because our buying experience was awesome. The lady in the service department is rude and the Sevice Manager is a coward. We figured since we purchased our Polaris there, we would have it serviced there as well. When we dropped it off to have a heat shield put on we also scheduled an oil change. The Sevice manager confirmed our appointment for the heat shield and oil change when we dropped it off. When we were finally able to get down to Marysville to pick it up, the oil change had not been done. The lady behind the counter told my husband that he was under the assumption that the oil would be changed and that it was not wrote up to be changed, even though we scheduled it and it was also confirmed at drop off by the Service Manager. She went and spoke with him and instead of him coming out and apologizing for the mistake or even handling it, he closed his door and hid. The GM (which we really liked) came and assisted us. He handled it well. Since we drove down from Lynden, he said just come back down when we can. We picked up today and the same lady was rude once again. I'm not one to leave comments, nor would I of wrote this, but she needs a lesson on professionalism.
