I had a good time shopping...had all my questions answered...purchased the bike I wanted but not the bike I needed...I bought one of their KLX300 dual sports...I really should have went for the KTM Adventure or a Ninja..but the dual sport is what I learned on 12 years ago (also the last time I rode) so I went with that.

I wasn't sure where to turn. I just purchased a Troy-Bilt mower with horrible Street tires. I had no traction at all on my steep pasture. Having driven by several times I decided to stop in and see if they had an ATV tire that might work. Well they did and the mower has amazing traction wet or dry I couldn't be happier. Now I want to go back and buy a side-by-side UTV ATV for my wife and I to play with. Might have to wait till September for my birthday on that one. If you need any kind of parts for a ATV or whatever you've got to stop in this is the place Thank you guys.

Great experience. Bought a used bike and felt there may have been a problem. Brian picked it up and took in for a look. Did a thorough inspection and found no issues. Good for a solid piece of mind. Great staff also. He then brought it back. By the way I live on Camano Island some distance from his shop.

Best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Walked in two hours before closing time and they setup an ATV off the floor for my wife to try since she’d never been on one before. When we arrived, Rick took the time to show my wife all the important aspects of operating an ATV. He genuinely cared about safety and her experience. Amazing. Once we decided to buy, we worked with Jim who got us a phenomenal price on the first go. No haggling or hours of back and forth. Best first offer I’ve ever received. Jim truly cared about the customer and I came to see him as a friend by the time I was signing. I’ve done a lot of negotiating in my life and I go into any dealer with a set of expectations lined up. Never had to go beyond the first offer. That just never happens. I will be coming back to Cliff’s for all my off road needs. Ask for Jim or Rick. They’ll take care of you.

Great service, they change my Ninja 650 tires. I brought in the wheels rather than the whole bike and they changed the tires same day for a very reasonable price. I would go there again for service.

Although there was no warranty for a used bike (not complaining), they quickly investigated some concerns of mine even weeks after my purchase at no cost. Went to Cliffs Kawasaki bought a 140 for me son back 2012. One year later trade to 250 duel sport. One year later traded Xmas eve for a RX250 and 110 for my daughter. Bryan was very nice and very honest to deal with. We told him what we wanted for financing and it had to all had to be done by Christmas eve. Well it ran into the last few hours they were open, but he stayed until it was all done. We were waiting for financing to get paperwork all in order. But it all got done and delivered that evening. They delivered our kids bikes Xmas eve.. and took our duel sport with them . It was a good experience. Ask for military specials and discounts. Dealing with Bryan was great. My only complaint? With there were more accessories...to choose from!

I received First Class service. Kelly made sure the helmet I was interested in was ordered in the size that was right for me based on the brands specific directions for that model. She also went the extra mile to make sure the communication set I was ordering was the correct one by calling the company that makes both the helmet and comm system.

Decent selection of bikes used and new catering for different styles. A little selection of riding gear unless you are into motocross. The staff don't follow and harass you as in some other stores, fairly relaxed atmosphere.

I would reccomend Cliff's for apparel. Kelley did a great job helping me find a helmet, boots, a jacket, and gloves. I am a small woman so I had some concerns about finding gear that would fit me. I've been riding in my gear for a few weeks now, and so far I've been very happy with it. Their prices are competitive with what you pay online, and you are able to try everything on there to make sure it fits.

Punctured a rear wheel tube on a ride from Portland to Port Townsend and back. Cliff's was able to squeeze me in on short notice and replaced my tube and got me on the road again in under 30 minutes for a very low cost. Steve in Service is great. Thank-you, Cliff's!! Great Service!!

I had worked a deal with another dealer in the area and agreed on a price for a new 2017 RZR XP Turbo, but they tried to change up the numbers on me at the 11th hour. Needless to say I was very frustrated and dissapointed. When I came to Cliff's and told them what had happened they did everything in their power to get me in the vehicle I wanted at an affordable price. They went above and beyond and surpassed my expectations! I am now the proud owner of a new Polaris all due to the amazing staff at Cliff's. I've never been, but when I was asking about when to get kids into quads, the owner was very willing to talk to me about getting them ready for that with balance bikes and I think he'd have gone for hours. Onetime I ordered a part through parts and had it installed by there service department... turns out the part that came in was the wrong part. They apologized for the inconvenience and had me come back when the right part came in to finish the service. They have yet to do me wrong.

Let me preface by saying I bought a Polaris RZR Highlifter here a little over a year ago and sent two of my good friends to buy a RZR XP and another 1000 S. This is the second time I have been here in two weeks, onsite over a half an hour, and not a single hello or head nod, let a lone a someone will be with you shortly or do you have any questions. I live over an hour away in Sequim and I am buying my new RZR 1000 4 seat TURBO S in Port Angeles. Update, I came back again today with a friend that's buying a Turbo s and we were greeted within 3 minutes of walking in and they were very busy, I am impressed, great work guys.
