My wife and I came in to look at bikes. We were greeted almost immediately, with zero pressure. I asked to test drive a bike with a front tire that looked great, without cracks, and good tread. I couldn't tell you their roles, but someone decided they didn't care how good it looked; it was old and getting swapped out before I rode it. I didn't buy that bike. My wife spotted a spectacular looking 2021 Indian Scout Sixty ABS with a couple thousand miles. My wife said, "damn the budget, that's the bike. Go ride it". 5-star experience. This was over a month ago and I have no regrets, we love the bike.

We set up a visit to come down and ride our bike through brothers powersports with Able and the boys. They make the trip as flawless as anyone could ever ask for. We store our bike with them (we live in Alaska) and they make sure it’s ready to go with the battery fully charged. They are a stellar group and the best people anyone could ask for as riding buddy’s and you can’t help but to want to be friends. I can’t ask for a better place to buy a motorcycle, have service done, or buy parts for your toys. We look forward to buying another bike and enjoying the flawless experience. Thank you guys

It was just about 2 months ago we Became aware of brothers power sports. A friend needed a ride to pick up her new to her Spider She had purchased from them. That was the day we discovered our Passion for Can Am 3 wheel bikes! I had an appointment to get my bike serviced here for the first time. I rode the ferry in from Seattle as they were the dealer they had the first availability. I enjoyed the entire experience from the relaxing ferry ride to the service department (especially Jesse). Their shop was very nice with leather sofa chairs that made waiting for my bike there very pleasant. The entire staff unlike some shops really seemed like they enjoyed working there as well as making customers like me feel at home. I look forward to coming here more often even if it means riding an hour each way on the ferry!

We traveled from Seattle to pickup a motorcycle. They were the only ones in Washington that had the model and color I wanted. I was able to put a hold on the motorcycle a week in advance before my visit to their store. They were very accommodating and responsive via phone, text and email. They also secured a better interest rate compared to my Credit Union. It was significantly better. On arrival I was given a tour of their facility, got a discount on gear with my bike purchase and also an overview of the bike. The staff were very friendly, laid back, accommodating during our stay and knowledgable. Their store was well maintained, clean and presentable. They also had a good selection of Indian and Triumph motorcycles in addition to other Powersports products. I would purchase from them again and it was a great ride back to Seattle with my new toy.

If you're looking for different types of bikes to ride, Brothers Powersports is a great location. The shop is home to a wide variety of Indians, Triumphs, harley-davidsons and everything in between. If you have an endorsement you can test ride just about every bike they have for sale. Brothers Powersports is one of the best Motorcycle shops I've had the pleasure to shop at. Ian was very knowledgeable about the motorcycles in the shop and was the sales rep I got to work with. He was respectful and patience during the process. Lorne was the original financial rep that helped me get the deal I wanted and I'm greatful for his knowledge. Lorne worked with me to get the bike down to the price that worked for my budget. These guys AMAZINGLY AWESOME. They go above and beyond the definition of service. They knew I had a ride planned after Labor Day. I needed parts and the parts were not delivered on time but, they stayed after hours and got the job finished. Good service and lots of models on display. Drove an hour to get here to look at the cb500x but wasn't allowed to test ride unless purchasing. Totally understandable because it was their last model apparently but a little disappointing. Would recommend this shop.

My Can Am Spyder RT was being held hostage by the service department due to the recall on the front sprocket. I was missing out on several of our club rides. But with the help of Jesse, in service, and Dave, from Parts, we were able to release her. After finding the part at another dealer, driving 3+ hours in terrible traffic and bringing it into the shop at 5PM, Jesse got the guys to put it back together so I could take it home that night. I am beyond grateful for everyone involved in getting me back on the road!! Thank you

UPDATE: Since the first review, my wife and I have purchased 7 motorcycles and a SxS. The whole team is like extended family now, and we can't recommend them enough. We have always been treated fairly with pricing and trades, been offered competitive financing when needed (sometimes better than our own banks), and the service after the sale is top-notch. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed. Needed service on my bike (that was not purchased at Brothers) and didn't have an appointment. Brandon got the parts installed in nothing flat and got me back in the woods. Awesome service, great staff and an excellent selection of parts, clothing and bikes. I'll be back, and I highly recommend the store.

The whole team at Brother's Power Sports was so helpful. I had tried for a month to find and purchase GTI SE 170 jet skis for my husband's birthday. Other dealers didn't return calls, weren't in when they said they would be, and jacked me around on prices (3k higher on invoice than advertised? really?). My last call should have been my first. Tyler answered my questions and called back when he said he would and made everything happen (including delivery) in time! Turns out, Dave the GM also lives about 5 houses away! Happy Customer!! Best service!! I was searching for a strictly specific bike with a very short time frame, since it was to be a gift. Unfortunately, Indians are flying off the shelves right now and they didn't have any on the floor without ordering it out. Had to cross the pond to Brothers because no one had the bike I was looking for (CRF450RX). Let's just say we are glad we did and probably will take a ferry ride just for parts. All of the staff from beginning to end were friendly and awesome. Strongly recommend buying a bike from these guys.

It went in to buy a helmet today just to find out that my bike wouldn't start in the parking lot. Mechanic seen struggling and came out and helped me diagnose the problem. He's found out that the starter died but that guy didn't have to come out and help me but I'm very it grateful that he did. They got some good people working for them I would recommend stopping by.

From the moment we walked in the door, we had a great experience at Brothers Powersports. Amber greeted us warmly and made us feel like part of the family, Seth (our salesman) was low key/no pressure, and even texted me exactly what the Metropolitan would cost me out the door - so helpful in making a decision. Lorne was great in finance (very thorough) and got us in and out of there in no time, which was not at all what we expected! James did a great walk through with us and made sure all of our questions were answered about how the Metro works. I bought a little Honda Metropolitan, but this dealership treated my husband and I like we bought the most expensive bike in the store. It was an awesome experience, and we are still shaking our heads that this was such an easy and fun transaction.

I bought a used bike from them, the sales team was super friendly and out going. They took care of me from start to finish. I rode the bike home and after a week the bike had a pretty big issue with the drive train. I called them and they said bring the bike in and they would take a look at it. I left the bike with them and they took care of everything to get it back on the road. They had no obligation to fix the bike for me for free but that speaks volumes about their customer service and their reputation. Even when the repair was taking longer than expected they offered me a loaner bike so I could still get out and enjoy the nice weather. Huge shout out to Anne, and the whole service department. They could have just said too bad it's a used bike but they went out of their way to take care of me and make sure I was happy. I will continue to shop here for as long as I am in the area.

Wanted to be sure I took the time to leave a review for this company. Recently we purchased a 2018 PW50 which is a very sought after beginner kids bike, that are very hard to find used and new. I had posted on a motocross Facebook group page that I was looking for one and an employee (Kendall) of this company commented and said they had 2 of them. Literally within minutes of her posting that I got a private message asking if I was interested in a sales person contacted me, which I confirmed I was and within a few minutes after that I got a call from a sales person. I was super impressed with how quick of a response time these guys were on it!!!! That women being so on top of her business saved me more time than I can even describe. I am a super busy mom of three small boys and was overjoyed that the process of purchasing this bike was so easy. The salesperson we worked with was Nico, who was absolutely fantastic as far as communication, helping us figure out paying out-of-pocket versus financing, and was extremely personable. Nico was never pushy. He also waited a week for us to get back from a vacation we were on and still stayed in contact with me updating me as needed as far as which of the 2 bikes were still available so we did not waste our time driving more than an hour to pick up a bike that was actually sold already. Nico was super helpful at helping us wrangle our two small kids (Who of course were besides themselves to want to see all the bikes and toys) as we tried to wrap up the deal with the paperwork processing. All of the employees that we had contact with today were great besides just Nico, especially Sam in the parts department, he was absolutely stellar also!!! Now as far as inventory I was pretty impressed with the spectrum of toys that you can purchase at this company. I would highly recommend looking at them as they carry a very wide range of brands and products which is awesome!! After we left we got some lunch at one of the restaurants right down off the water, it was a beautiful location!! Thank you all for a wonderful experience at Brothers!!!

I purchased a Motorcycle from these guys last week. I found the bike I wanted on their website. It was a blowout special they had on leftover stock. I called to make sure they still had it for sale and confirmed the special price. I dealt with Nico in sales. Very friendly and helpful on the phone. I did some paperwork via e-mail, he was quick to respond and took care of business. I wanted the financing all ready when I showed up as I was coming from further away and they completely delivered on my expectations, it was well worth the extra miles to deal with these guys. I was in and out of finance in minutes. Financing with them was a painless experience! I was then explained my bikes features from top to bottom. The gentleman teaching me about all the functions/features was very polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable about the actual bike. I got a quick tour of the place and it all seemed great with a very polite crew working there. I definitely recommend giving these guys a chance to earn your business. A+!

I received help with loading and unloading, I didn't feel rushed in explaining what was going on with the bike. They took a thorough report and helped assess what the problem was. I had bought a motorcycle that, while I lived in the area, was only serviced at BPS. I live in SW now and sold that motorcycle but needed the service records for the new owner. Amber didn't know initially how to find records that were stored on an old system but she took the time to find them, make copies, and mail them to me and the new owner! These guys are top shelf! I mean that kind of service for a customer from 10 years ago, amazing!

I have purchased 3 bikes, a side by side, and have all my service work done at Brothers! I even have my boats worked on by them. They are always great to deal with, friendly, and unlike some reviews they do give you a great deal! Last time I checked they are not a non-for-profit... They are the go to people for powersports in our area! The sales team is fantastic to deal with and their service dept is always on top of it! I get phone calls updating me on progress and eta of when it will be done. The service is always competitive for pricing too. These guys know their stuff and have a customer for life with me! I’ve bought 2 motorcycles from here, niko helped me. Him and the sales team deserve a 5 star rating. However, I give 3 stars because the last time I came in to grab some gloves, someone in the parts department made a very rude and disrespectful remark. I’m not sure who it was, but it’s not the man the usually helps me at the parts desk, it was my first interaction with this man. I was with my son, and my son was looking at some helmets that were $600 plus and the man said “sorry, I don’t think your dad can afford that” Given that I’ve spent a lot of my money here, I don’t think that an employee should say anything like that. Let alone any customer.

I had stripped out a screw hole on my throttle when replacing my handlebars, and I came in an hour before closing. They were nice enough to get me in anyway so that I was able to ride worry free. Can't recommend them enough! I also have to really thank Seth who sold me my bike. He never pushed me but just kept me informed as I asked questions. Sky also really helped me pick out a helmet that best suited me. What an awesome team they have there!

The finance guy happily took our deposit, warned ys that helmets would be back ordered by the time the mike arrived. And, we were off to the accessories department. Very helpful fitting the kid with the right helmet.

I picked up my 2014 CTX1300D today. The staff was great and very helpful and I feel I got a good price on the bike. When I got home I noticed the fairing plastic parts were not on properly after they installed the battery. I called and they said they will fix it in the morning.Good service.

Search: I was looking for a Ducati Diavel, and found that Brothers Powersports (hereafter BP), had what I was looking for posted on CycleTrader. They had high quality pictures of the bike, and some preliminary information about it. They could have added more in-depth info like the number of previous owners, a copy of the carfax, etc. But I don’t remember those detailed information. But I’m sure if I had asked then and there, they would have provided me with the info. Dealer accommodations: I didn’t have any prior knowledge of BP and being a Ferry ride away, I didn’t really want to spend $30 for a trip back and forth to their dealership “Just to look around”. So, I emailed them in advance with a trade-in value of my Kawasaki that I had in mind, and told BP that if I come over, I want our numbers to be agreed upon prior, so we don’t waste anyone’s time. They emailed me back pretty quick accepting my trade-in value and agreeing to some extend to my offer on the new bike. Since it was a rainy day and they knew I come from afar, BP told me ahead of time that due to safety reasons they can’t allow me to test ride the bike (new tires, rainy day, etc.) which sounded fishy to me, but BP said we will write in your contract that you can return the bike after purchasing it for full refund if you don’t like it for any reason. That’s where I figured these guys aren’t your typical dealership dudes trying to scam you, they actually care about your safety. The day of purchase: When my wife and I showed up at the dealer, there was a breast cancer awareness run where a ton of motorcyclist had showed up. There was pizza and stuff to eat and the sales manager specifically brought a whole box of pepperoni pizza upstairs just for me and my wife. He realized my wife is vegetarian so he ran downstairs and brought another box of cheese pizza so she can have some of that. Honestly we were mesmerized by how nice these guys were but we didn’t let our guards down cuz at the end of the day, we were in a dealership so we had to watch out for sales guys famous for not being honest people. Seth our salesman however was one of the most down to earth guys you ever met, a polite not talkative young family man who wasn’t there to push you towards buying. He was there to answer questions and generally help you navigate around your new bike and the dealer. He pretty much agreed to all my prices on the trade-in and the new bike and next thing you know we were in the finance office. Finance Office: In every dealership, this office is known as the shark tank of the dealer. This is were the top trained salespeople sit to rip people off their money, add bogus charges and fake fees to their contracts (anti-theft system, reconditioning fees, astronomical doc fees, and etc.) and make the most profit for the dealer. But not at BP. Due to my short employment background (only 5 months) we couldn’t get a definitive answer from credit unions. But Lauren managed her way around and suggested we can use both mine and my wife’s employment together to get the deal. So that’s what we told the credit union, and they said that is completely acceptable to compile your marital income/years. With Lauren’s help we got a great finance APR (5.29%) on a used bike and with Seth’s help we found the perfect used bike, and with the manager’s help we had a great free pizza lunch! This dealership was so friendly and earthly that when I was about to leave on my new Diavel, I went by everyone’s cubicle and thanked them for helping us whatever way they could along the way. I recommend this place and will definitely be back for future purchase.

Just got my first break in service on my 18 r6. Had my slip on, frame sliders, and axle sliders put in. They are very friendly and great people. I wasn't asking much questions or snooping the lot because it was raining and all I wanted is my bike to be done and go home lol. They finished way earlier and didnt charge me for the estimate since it got done earlier. Will be doing all my service here and recommend coming here. Maybe buy my next bike here if the price is right :P

MONEY BACK?!?! so I just couldn't be any happier with the service I received at Brothers. I brought my bike in to have an oil leak looked at. A perfect opportunity to run me through the ringer and charge me for everything under the sun. Instead I paid $305 for an inspection and get you a few hours of a technicians time to diagnose and either figure out a solution or fix the problem. Well after three days not only did they find and fix the problem I also got $62 back. All total, I paid $240.88 to have a certified technician fix my bike. Thank you to the entire Brothers team especially Reid, Isaac, and Chris you've made a customer for life .

I have been a customer here since December 2015. Between two bike purchases, maintenance, and a lot of parts, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Sierra was great during my financing portions, Destiny is always there to help with my parts and has gone out of her way to make issues I've had right again. Mike is a funny guy and very knowledgeable in service, and never fails to make me feel welcome. So I've been spending money at brothers since 2004. I have literally spent thousands of dollars there. Up until recently I have had great interaction with the parts department and the service department. However recently I ordered a simple carb kit for my quad the the parts guy was super nice but seemed like He was really out of it and not get knowledgeable . I had to repeat myself a number of time as to what I needed and what it was for "which isn't to abnormal if you have ever delt with parts people". I never received a phone call letting me know my part was in, and when I called to see if it was in the parts person who answered was less than professional "swearing regularly while talking to me over the phone". After getting the part home i realized it was the wrong part so I called the parts department and told them my dilemma. Unfortunately for me the guy that answered was the air head. He took down my info told me he was ordering the correct part and that it was their fault, he said my part would be in next week. Well next week came and again no phone call.. So today I went to brothers to see if it was there. Again I get the parts guy that's completely aloof. He remembered our conversation but he never ordered the part.. his next words were well I can order that for you but It won't be in until next week. Well I've already invested over a month waiting for this part so I declined his offer and said I would like a refund. I will take my business elsewhere. I don't know, the experience really sucks because like I said I've been going there for years without ever having a problem. with that said, the Knowledge and professionalism has gone way down hill. Kinda hurts even writing this review because the Nielsons are great and are such a huge influence and part of our motorsports community in Kitsap county. Really sucks to see people working for them perform so terribly and drive business away over a 30 dollar part.. Hope it gets better Brandon Zutz After writing this review iniatally, I received a phone call from the general manager. This gesture alone shocked me and showed me that the business prides themself on client satisfaction. During the conversation we talked about the issues that I faced. The general manager took my review seriously and made some adjustments to the way business is conducted. He ordered the part for me and called me personally when it came in. She. I went to pick it up and the general manager brought it out to me personally. I could tell that the parts person was less than enthused to see me but I can't really blame him. It's not always easy being called out on poor service. At the end of all this I am increasing my rating from a 2 to a 4 as I am greatly impressed by the way this situation was handled!

This updated review completely supersedes my previous one related to the purchase of a new 2020 Indian Roadmaster motorcycle, where I posted an overall score of just 2 stars. Since then, Brothers Powersports staff has far exceeded my expectations customer service-wise for their efforts to rectify my previous disappointment regarding a windshield order mix-up and two concerns regarding suspected low tire inflation pressures and low battery voltage at delivery of my Roadmaster. Nothing and no one is ever perfect - including me. That said, for me the most important factor when people confront their imperfections and failings is how they react to them. Do they (1) deny, get defensive, and/or make counter accusations, or (2) do they seek to understand, admit the failing, and then attempt in good faith to rectify it? In the case of Brothers Powersports, I’m here to say it is most definitely the latter. They have set the bar for outstanding customer service. Special kudos/5 stars to Dave, Amber, Heather, the service techs, and the delivery driver who trailered my serviced Roadmaster to my residence at no extra charge. (NOTE: I understand that Brothers Powersports offers fetch and delivery services on a case-by-case basis, and not as a matter of routine.) 2 stars to Abel, however, who disrespected me in an email after the sale. I won't be associating with him in the future. One item in particular worth mentioning here that is not specific to Brothers Powersports regards Deltran’s Battery Tender Plus battery chargers in general, which I just learned about as a result of my original low battery voltage concern. Without getting into the boring details, my advice is to make sure you get/use a charger, regardless of the brand, that is designed and programmed for your particular battery type (e.g., conventional lead acid, valve regulated lead acid (VRLA), absorbent glass mat (AGM), gel, lithium).

Parts department informed me ‘05 Yamaha FJR 1300 had a recall on the TPS. Is that Tire Pressure Sensor I asked. Yes, all FJRs have them was the person’s response. I didn’t think my FJR have tire pressure sensors. Turns out TPS stands for Throttle Position Sensor and yes I had mine checked.

My old pressure washer had the pump go out. It had a Honda motor and a horrible pump ( I bought it at Costco, don't do that!). I talked with Brian Nilsen and he described how important it was to have the right combination of motor & pump, so he ordered me a Honda pressure washer with a Cat pump. Just purchased a new Yamaha FJR 1300A from Nikko and Brothers Powersports and had a great experience. I had purchased my first bike, a used 2009 Versys from them and had good treatment at that time too. For this purchase, I looked all around Seattle, visited several other dealerships, spoke to several I didn't visit, and at the last minute ended up buying my bike at Brothers because they had the best price and I was confident in their service. Sales is a hard job. Trying to make all sorts of people happy is tough. And when it is your paycheck it is even tougher. I've done it. Some people choose to take advantage of gullibility and pull every string and push every button to get your money. They prey on your ignorance and establish themselves as your expert. It is basic psychology 101. Although Nikko is in sales, he has never come across as anything other than a genuinely nice guy who would like to help you buy a bike you will like. No slime. Whole process was painless. And their mechanic or technical guy, whose name I forget but who is always there, does a nice job of explaining your machine to you. I had other dealerships treating me with condescension, trying to pull old tricks of bad-mouthing other dealers, or giving me pennies for my used bike. Cloak and dagger stuff. I had none of that with Brothers. Just simple help to buy a great bike. I'd put it this way: I would not hesitate to send my friends and neighbors there.

Many many thanks to the service crew! I took my bike in for its 10k service recently. They told me to keep an eye on the fork seals, as there was a little bit of fork oil weeping. Sure enough, later that same day it developed into a fairly serious leak. As I had planned a road trip the next weekend, I was not pleased. Took it back to the shop the same day, and while they didn't have parts in stock, they put in an overnight shipping order for the parts right away. They worked me into the schedule on Wednesday, and got everything installed in time for me to take off the next day for a 1300 mile run into Canada and back. Oh, and the parts dept. had *just* the right dry bag I needed to store my mesh riding gear so that I didn't fry in the heat of the Okanogan valley.

In July 2017, my husband and I purchased a used Seadoo from a private party. In Sept we took it to Brothers Powersports in Bremerton for a full service plus winterize and to have a couple of repairs done. Amber and Brian from the service department were extremely helpful. The entire experience was wonderful due to their outstanding customer service and great communication . Brian, the Seadoo specialist spent time answering my list of questions, as a first time owner of a Seadoo. Thanks for the education Brian!!!! They printed off an owner's manual from the internet and located a couple of hard to find parts for us. Amber was in constant communication with me as to locating the parts, prices, estimate and my choice to have to work done. When I picked up the Seadoo the dirty hull was sparkling clean!!! Outstanding customer service is becoming so rare these days...but that's what you'll get when dealing with Amber and Brian in the service department:) I had a similar positive experience when dealing with Matt, Andy and a young lady in the parts department last summer. I would highly recommended them to anyone. Even those on the other side of the pond. It will be worth the drive!
