I am not even sure where to start with how amazing this experience was. As first time buyers it was the perfect place to go. They are so knowledgeable and accommodating to any concerns, questions and inquiries. Chris is our man, helped us from the phone call to the pickup. I would be lying if I said it was a seamless after traveling 3 hours to pick up our new quads but none of it mattered with their amazing staff and store. I went through Adventure Motorsports 2 years ago to get a Kayo T2. Bike turned out exactly as expected and was all fun. Well, fast forward 2 years and I am in the market for a bigger badder Bike, but am way better on 4 wheels. Jessica and TJ as well as the owner of the Company totally exceeded my expectations. The parts department is awesome! I had fitment questions about helmets and was promptly helped with getting my son fitted for a proper helmet. I was not up-sold for but given good info on other models and walked out feeling good about my purchase. I should also note the prices of the helmets I looked at were reasonable when compared to internet pricing. Now of course you could search online and probably save $5-10 and in some cases more but when you need to have a helmet right away and you NEED it to fit 100% properly then this IS the place to come. Helmets in my opinion are worth the money and the fitment is critical especially when it comes to our young riders. Check the place out!

Where do I start??? My boyfriend and I started looking for a bike for me last summer. Nothing really grabbed my attention until a few months ago, when I saw "her"! All the people at the store were amazingly helpful and even though I was looking at used, they treated me like I was the only one in there. After a couple of months of continuously looking, in hopes that I might find something else that grabbed my attention, we went back and she was still there. My Yamaha senses were tingling. That's when I met Wade! He was so very helpful and genuinely cared about my concerns, requirements and what I truly wanted. He wasn't there to move a bike...he was there to make me happy. With my credit being an issue, he was, more than happy to assist any way he could. After a couple of days of thinking and asking questions, I made the decision that she (the beautiful bike) must be with me and Wade was the guy to make it happen! I couldn't be happier with my experience at Adventure and with Wade. All the guys were ecstatic about me finally getting her. They'd seen me many times and knew it was a big decision for me. Tim helped me trade in my Yamaha R3 for a Honda NC700x. The whole experience was great. They were short staffed that night and still made it a priority to get me out on the road and riding home with a good deal. Brady Donovan was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful during our transaction for a Yamaha Kodiak. I am new to ATVs and he patiently answered all of our questions with sound advice. After the purchase I changed my mind and wanted the power steering model, for which Brady was very helpful and supportive in trying to find a unit for me. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Scott, the manager, whom I also recommend. One can expect good service while buying a unit, but Brady and Scott were fabulous in assisting post sale with a swap of units. Highly recommended.

Adventure Motorsports has taken care of a variety of maintenance needs for my KTM 990 Adventure and my KTM 690 Duke. They’re very knowledgeable on a variety of topics, and definitely go above and beyond in their service to their customers. Most notably, the service manager Chris is a tuning guru. He remapped both of my bikes in their air/fuel delivery system, creating custom tuning that made each bike run phenomenally while also achieving 10-20% more power! Absolutely mine blowing!

Everyone in here is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine kind hearted people. I have purchased two motorcycles from them and have been so helpful making sure I was happy when I left with it. My buddy has also one of his motorcycle from them and another has taken in his bike to get fixed. They always provide outstanding customer service and making you feel like you belong without talking down to you. The staff is very family with each other and a very welcoming atmosphere. Great place to buy a motorcycle. I was really surprised to see both models I was looking for available in-store (which was kind of a problem in the area lately). What I liked the most is that I was not treated as just a customer, but more like a member of community which helped a lot. One of the motorcycles I was going to look at was still being assembled, but by the time I was done with the first motorcycle purchase, the second one was ready to the point it could be evaluated on quality and seating position. Again, while at the workshop, I had a chance to chat with the owner who, again, treated me as a community member, not as a check book. Kim with the finance department was also very friendly, she explained all the paperwork and helped me finish all the paperwork as soon as possible. Overall my trip there has resulted with pleasant experience, good price for two motorcycles and new friends in motorcycle retail business.

There was no pressure to buy the bike here just friendly associates, They asked what I was interested in and what I would like to ride, let me look at quite a few different bike to see what I was comfortable with. The folks at Adventure Motorsports are second to none. They genuinely care about their customers and make sure they remain customers for life. From the guys in the parts department, to Wade and Ashley in service, to Tim in sales, they all go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I've bought three bikes from them and it is my go to place for gear. What they dont have on hand they can order for you in a day or two. I just ordered up a new leather riding jacket and am picking it up next week. I'm not one to generally leave reviews but with so few full service bike shops around these days, people need to know how great Adventure is. They have a customer for life. I will be back in a few weeks for my 4K service on my MT-07.

Great staff, very friendly! I brought my bike in on Tuesday for a tire swap I needed done quickly before an adventure trip and they really came through. They worked me into their booked schedule and told me the quickest they could get it done was Friday. I got a call from them on Wednesday evening to let me know my bike was ready for pickup. Everyone working there was very knowledgeable and eager to offer help. Wade was specially very attentive.

I had a great experience during my visit to Adventure motorsports. This was the first time I visited this location to get my Yamaha engine break-in service. The shop was well kept and the pantry was adequately stocked. They also had all kinds of motorcycling accessories in-store for purchase. Special mention to Ashley from service department, who was a pleasant person to speak with and I appreciate her professionalism all throughout. She was upfront in explaining the expected service charges. Later, she also explained me the services performed on the vehicle and also answered my queries well. I went all over trying to find a new snowmobile helmet. No one was willing to even order me one. Adventure Motorsports was recommended to me so I headed over. I think his name is Gary (sorry I'm bad with names) was just amazing. He gladly ordered me a new helmet with the snow package and added the electric shield. I just picked it up a week later and he added the quick connect on the strap for me. Monroe is not exactly next door for me but I will gladly go back when I need anything else. Excellent customer service and he's also really nice and funny!

Wade and Ashley are not just knowledgeable and competent professionals, but they are a delight to work with. Let's be honest, having to make a visit to a shop is seldom going to be when everything is going perfect but they make the experience easy and set clear expectations of what needs to be done. The shop at Adventure Motorsports is the only place I trust to take my bikes because I have been burned at other shops. Adventure has never let me down in 2 years that I have been a customer.

This is the local toy shop in the Monroe area. They have great toys and really work with you for a good price. Try to buy off season if you want the best price. Also, they have service plans that save you a ton of money unless you want to do the work yourself. The service department is good and they can typically schedule the work to get you in and out quickly. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They always want to make sure you are well taken care of and things are right.

I bought my new Yamaha from these guys and couldn't be more impressed. No salesman games, just honest and fair. The deal, paperwork, etc. were all a breeze. Brady was particularly great to work with. When I was about to get on the bike and ride away, Brady noticed a scratch on the exhaust pipe and immediately went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I have to pass two other Yamaha dealers on my way to Monroe to get here but this place is worth the drive. Absolutely the best service I have ever received from a bike shop. I highly recommend them!

They have an excellent, knowledgeable and friendly staff that went above and beyond for us! We travelled from pretty far to do business with them, and we were immediately impressed by both their well-cared for inventory and how they ran the business. We had a mix up that led us to spending the better part of a day there, while they worked to bring us the bike we wanted from hours away. In that time frame, we learned that every staff member was personable and helpful with every customer that came in. They put in their overtime, after hours, to make sure our motorcycle was perfect to take home. The mechanic even paid for our dinner while we waited (it was his birthday!) and worked well after hours for us. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better business to purchase from, we were floored by the customer service. Do yourself a favor and go get your next toy here!

The manager (I believe Scott?) is a down to earth and the whole team appears to be driven by customer satisfaction first and foremost. While we decided against the used machine we were looking at (personal choice after checking out a few others), I'm super appreciative for Wade's and Scott's time and shared knowledge. I'm hoping COVID production setbacks will ease up soon, so we can come back to Adventure to pick up a machine in the spec we've decided on. Great selection of gear and parts as well. I was in the market for a 21’ Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS. I’ve been calling around and pretty much everyone had the same price. Skagit Powersports in Burlington had the best price probably because of the lower sales tax or something I don’t know. Adventure has no problem honoring their out the door price and they saved me the drive! When I got there they had the bike ready, financing was simple and quick, and I was out the door in about 90 minutes! Noice! My experience there, be it very short was pleasant! One complaint, they only gave me a half tank of gas 😝 And I got a free t shirt!

HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS SHOP!! At first we just went there because it was the only place that we could find the exact quad my husband was looking for. We had to drive 2 hrs to get there , but we were not disappointed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially our salesman Phil. He was very attentive even though the place was super busy and he was helping many ppl at the same time he made sure everyone was taken care of. I’m at an utter loss for words. The service I received at Adventure Motorsports was better than any service I’ve received at any store. EVER. Hands down. 100%. No doubt. The guys in the parts department were so knowledgeable and helpful, they all deserve recognition. Devon in particular went above and beyond to get me the parts I needed for my bike. He was friendly, showed a sense of urgency, and obviously takes pride in his work. I watched this poor guy run around for 20 minutes looking for the tiny parts I needed. I’d have left a tip if I could’ve. Get this man a medal. But that’s not all! On my way out, I noticed my car tire was completely flat. I went inside to beg for help like a whiner-baby, and TJ came to the rescue. He assessed the damage, put enough air in my tire to get me to the nearest tire shop(which he gladly gave me directions to), and restored my faith in humanity. Adventure Motorsports makes all other off-road stores look like garbage. I’ll happily drive here from Seattle any time I need parts/service on my bike. Ride Motorsports can suck an egg. I’m going to the tattoo shop right now to get “Adventure Motorsports 4 Life” tatted on my lower back. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, y’all.

Came up to the Lake Steven's area (from southern Oregon) for Thanksgiving to visit with some friends and I had asked if they knew of a good Suzuki dealership close by. They (our friends) suggested I go check out Adventure Motorsports. I was very happy with the service I got as soon as I walked through their front door! Asked if I needed help, and directed me to where I could find what I was looking for. And after I purchased my findings, I happily spent the next 15-20 minutes talking "shop" with a couple of the guys that works there. That's my kind of motorcycle shop! And by the way..... My home area doesn't have a good Suzuki dealership. It's very small and usually doesn't stock hardly any popular items. If I have to, I will travel back just to get the friendly customer service.

My husband and I have a 1998 Vulcan that was having a carb issue that went far beyond our abilities and/or knowledge to tinker with on our own. We brought it into the service department at Adventure Motorsports in March thinking we would be ahead of the mad rush of bikes coming in for repairs before the riding season, but COVID put a huge wrench in those plans. While the repair did take longer than anyone expected due to parts delays, everyone in the service department was patient and kind with us. Wade and his crew really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and didn’t show an ounce of annoyance when we would call to get updates. (They were just as frustrated with the amount of time it was taking for the parts to arrive) The bike is running better than it ever has, and we are looking forward to a great riding season this year, thanks to Wade and everyone in the service department at Adventure Motorsports. I cannot recommend them enough! They make you feel like you are part of the family, and are very knowledgeable with diagnostics, not to mention they will go out of their way to make sure you are made whole and you are 100% satisfied.

The only thing is if your financing your new toy make sure to read the contract. My father financed a Yamaha Silverado 1800. Great harly style street bike. A 2 or 3 year contract and in the contract his said how many payments it was gonna be but on the very last payment the financier called and sayed he was late on his last payment and my father told them no I'm not I just sent you a payment 3 days ago and the rude lady informed him that his last payment was for what ever remaind on the contract. He ended up paying double to tripple what his normal monthly payment was. I really dought the sales person knew about this stimulation in the contract so not gonna fault Adventure Motorsports.

There's coffee and lots of staff if you need help. Also a great selection of accessories upstairs. I waited in the store while my bike was wrenched on and entertained myself looking at all the bikes. Last year i took a free test ride even though at the time i was a very inexperienced 18 year old and they were more than happy to let me ride it. UPDATE: 9/2/20 5th bike now. 😊 Came across a low mileage 2012 Star Venture with low miles. Lots of customization. Phil saw me looking at it and grabbed the key so I could hear it. Pipes had a great tone so I took it for a test drive with my gf on the back. Was looking for something for comfortable touring that was a cruiser style, and this was perfect! With Phil's help closed the deal within minutes and picked up the bike the next day, freshly washed and fluids checked. Always a great experience here both with buying and service. UPDATE: 3/18/20 Bought my 4th bike from Adventure Motorsports. I was looking to upgrade my cruiser and ran into Scott who asked me what I had (V-Star 650). He had Oscar show me a 2012 V-Star 1300 Tourer. Took it for a test ride. Wow, so much easier to handle than my GL1800 and the fiancee says just as comfortable. Sold! The throttle was a little sticky, so before I rolled off Wade and the service crew fixed that right away. I love this bike; of all the bikes I've had, this one is my favorite. I've been to other places, but I always end up buying my bikes here. The salespeople, like Oscar, are very knowledgeable and will spend time with you to help you find the right bike. I also received a followup call a few days after purchase from Oscar asking me how I liked the 1300 and making sure everything was OK. They take an actual interest in making you happy. Also, the service department is great too - everything I've had done has been done quickly and never had any problem. Previous review: Great place to buy motorcycles and gear. Walked in and immediately met the salesman Brady Donovan. Unlike Skagit Powersports where no one even said hello after walking around. He took me straight to the Ninja that I was looking to buy. Even offered to let me ride it. After checking it out we discussed the price and the owner Scott showed me their invoice price. He gave me a good deal and was transparent. More importantly both Scott and Brady were good guys with funny stories. Of course they have to make some money too but you won’t get ripped off. Scott also hooked me up with some parts and the labor to install it. Brady even offered to load the bike on his truck to get it closer to me! I came in to get tires put on, and Ashley took the time to thoroughly explain the scheduled services my 06' Roadliner needed. Wade even made a recommendation for an aftermarket product called, The Watch Dawg, that would secure my bike, and make it easier to start. Since after putting on the Reckless Fairing that was, in my opinion, poorly designed and makes it very difficult to get the ignition key in and out. My bike was completed on time with a couple of recommendations made for some future service work that I didn't feel pressured to take care of right away. Ashley even washed our bikes! WOW! Have had my wife's ATV at Adventure Motorsports twice for repairs this year. The first time, under the old service manager, it was a dismal experience. After two full months of waiting for their service department to get their act together and fix our ATV, we had missed the majority of the summer ATV season. As a result, my wife (a massive ATV fan!) was very upset and vowed to never go back there. However, when I picked up our ATV after being repaired, learned that the old service manager was fired and that our favorite salesman, Wade, had been promoted to become the new service manager. Since Wade is a truly top notch guy, I was willing to cut them some slack. So, when our ATV had a surprise break, took it back in again and (under Wade's leadership) the service department had it repaired within 24 hours. Their work is now both awesome and fast. Can't say enough nice things about Wade! Also, spoke briefly with one of Wade's mechanics, and the man seemed to be very gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. With Wade as the new service manager, things have really turned around! Will happily go back without reservation!

Short version: If you are looking, go here! They are the best!! Longer version: I LOVE this shop, and I wouldn't buy anywhere else!! I cant tell you how many shops I went into and wasnt given the time of day (solo female rider) without my husband there (who doesnt ride), but Brady and the folks here were immediately fantastic! I was in picking up some plugs for my older Mtn Cat and stopped to ask Tim some questions about touring sleds. I am looking for one for my aging folks who need an electric start two up, utility type sled to access their cabin. Tim was sympathetic to my situation and educated me on the different options and motors. Scott is a stand-up guy and I like the selection of Arctic Cat products. They seem to support the sport pretty well. However, I am still afraid to use the service department, after they have been so bad on getting back to me, after repeated reminders over several months time regarding a recall. Also, had a bad experience on a sled. Had to take it to an independent shop in Cashmere to get it done right. Paid less money for the correct repair in Cashmere then was charged for an incomplete job at Adventure Motorsports. Maybe they have hired some a new wrench, if not I cannot use them for service.

Ashley is very knowledgeable, she assured me they would take care of means they did just that. I was treated like a friend or family member not just a number or just another customer. I explained the symptoms to Ashley and she typed every word into the computer so the mechanic could read this info. After a day Ashley called said what Rowdy the mechanic wanted to service and the cost which was very fair and I was excited! Ashley always answers the phone when you call and ask for her, it’s never more than a minute wait and you never have to wait for a call back. She is on top of what’s going on and never the run around you find at other places. Ashley went out of her way to help me load my bike (I’m a Girl, haha) when the lot guy wasn’t available. Ashley is all about the customer and what their time means to them. Rowdy the mechanic is amazing my older XR 250 now a one kick start! Anyone that owns a XR250 knows that’s amazing haha. It runs cleaner and faster than it has since new lots of power and I’m stoked. I will never go anywhere else! Done that BS before. In fact I have two other bikes I just brought in. Within minutes of stopping in I was on my way for a test ride. I knew what I wanted, so when I walked in (I was immediately greeted ) I met a salesman named Wade and he got me some keys and out on the road. Wade knew the bike would sell itself so he reserved comments until I came back from the test ride. Sure enough I came back with a smile on my face. Since I had a trade in I knew there would be a bit of a dance regarding the value. Wade was wise in letting the owner/manager be the bad guy in that aspect of the negotiation. Friendly suggestion, if you want to maximize your trade in value come in with evidence in hand re. Value. Since I didn't, the manager negotiated based on what was on Craiglist at the time. At the time there were quite a few listings for my make and model which I believe resulted in me getting less than what I could have got selling privately. But with that said we negotiated back and forth for a while and eventually came to an arrangement they was satisfactory to all parties. Throughout the process Wade was friendly, kind and knew his stuff. He is clearly a rider himself and knows the product well. He doesn't promise anything he cannot follow through with and doesn't engage in high pressure sales. Don't want anything ? Ok. Come see us if you change your mind. Great business through and through. Wade is excellent. The owner would be wise to compensate that man well and keep him around.

Great Place! Scott took such fantastic care of us. My wife got a Griz 700 for her birthday and my kiddo got a great go kart for his that they had sitting in their warehouse. Scott didn't blink at all when I asked about attachments for the Griz. This may be a lengthy review but this is my opinion; I was looking for a variety of bikes on my list and Adventure Motorsports actually had two I was looking at; a Honda NC700 and a KLR650. Having been to various bike shops around Washington, I have to say that the majority of them are very laid back, and Adventure Motorsports is indeed laidback. What do I mean by that? That means I was able to walk in, walk around, sit on the bikes, look around some more, WITHOUT being harrased or felt pressured to expedite a sale. Some sales people at other shops are trying to get you in and out or don't even want you in there it seems! Not here! The staff seemed very welcoming to be approached, as if they wanted you to check the place out and feel OK about purchasing from there, especially Wade! Now, granted I knew what bikes I wanted to look at, it made my browsing easier (Other than wanting to see what's new for 2018!), Upon entering and checking out a variety of bikes I ended up not seeing the NC700, I approached Wade who sitting at his desk, asked him if they still had the NC700 for sale, and he gladly walked me out to see the bike (it was outside with their used bikes). Having never been to their previous location (as I just moved to this area), he was able to give me a tour of their new location, which was really cool of him and made me feel VERY comfortable about wanting to come back and even have my bikes serviced here (Even though they aren't a Honda dealership) Overall I ended up finalizing my purchase with Wade and the process was great and I will definitely be back for future purchases, parts, or just to see what's new!

Update: Worked with Wade to purchase a 2017 Suzuki V-Strom 650XT. I was going to wait a year, but all of the sunny days here in Seattle killed that plan! The process was just as good as the Kymco buy but I felt I already had a trustful relationship with the team (Wade, Scott and Jen). The new location is a lot bigger so you can actually see more inventory (machines and service). Note: I read some of the Yelp reviews when I was shopping for the Kymco. If you ever have an issue, please address it face to face with these folks. Give them a chance to shine. They will. Just bought a Kymco Like 200i. Worked with Wade McDuff and I have to say, was a great experience. Wade was low key, answered the questions I had and walked me through the process. Oh yeah, helped us pick out some helmets. On a side note, I like supporting local businesses and I feel adventure motorsports worked with me on the price. Thanks Wade and Adventure Motorsports!
