On December 17,2022 I bough a 2022 CRF300l ABS from them and let me tell you it was the best shopping experience I’ve had! I’ve been to dealers who seem like they are pressuring me to spend more, or just don’t care but these people are not that! I got there earlier than my appointment and spoke with them about what I wanted and what I was planning on doing with the bike and they were able to make recommendations to me that were very helpful! The employees were friendly and great to talk with, I felt welcomed and believe if all dealers were like this then buying cars, bikes whatever would be an amazing experience! So thank you to them!

Really a great place, the service is one of the best around, there is no reason to go anywhere else. A huge selection of parts and what they don’t have they will get for you. Large showroom with a great selection for everybody. Mason and the whole team make this one of the best motorcycle sales and service centers around. I travel from eastern Long Island to have these guys take care of my bikes. They are my go to people for everything bikes !!!!

Ok so I’ve been going here I would say about 4-5 years and I never had an issue the service was always good. This time I have a 2009 Honda Repsol I went to change the oil and do a few other things I dealt with Mason so I made a appointment and I worked overnight so I missed it anyhow I call him up and he tells me to bring it in before 1pm when my app was at 10am so he did me a big favor and took my bike for it done in less then 2 hours. So what I’m trying to say is if you don’t wanna get ripped off and you wanna leave happy ask for Mason I can guarantee you will not regret it.

One of my best experiences buying a motorcycle from a dealership which is hard to say about any dealership. The bike is mint, it was a quick process and eveything went smoothly. I got a good deal and at the end of the purchase they explained everything about the bike in great detail. They had about every motorcycle brand and a wide variety of options. Would definitely come back to purchase another bike.

My boyfriend wanted to buy a Honda Ruckus for work purposes. He did some research, and finally chose Shelby’s Powersports as a place to puchase his very first moped based on their excellent reviews online. We went there and met Angela, we told her we wanted to financing. She was really sweet, she explained things clearly and patiently, and she helped us with the buying process effectively. Then we came back for the second time to pick up the moped, and met Mason, who explained us the right way how to operate Honda Ruckus. He was very friendly. ShelbyPowerSports has handled everything from start to finish in a quick and efficient manner. I called about a specific bike which they had in stock and a few hours later I was leaving with the motorcycle. Very hard to do in todays market. Met with a guy named Shermin ( hope thats right ) very informative with the bikes I was looking at it. Brought my sons first bike here, service with Vicky and Hamza were amazing patient, kind, and so helpful to all my questions and concern about safety and I'm so happy with this place( They were awesome) I'm so happy with this company. They were funny and not in the rush or push you to buy - they helped me and my with all the papers work needed and was allowed to leave with the 2017 Kawasaki motorcycle same day with great credit.. prices can be a little lower for other miscellaneous items but this place is very welcoming, depending on your attitude when you arrive- You get what you feed of from people.. So check this place out!!!!

This is my second bike purchase with Shelby’s and it has been easy and straight forward both times. No high pressure sales or BS. With my last bike they completed all the service as well and were always willing to work with my schedule. If you are looking to buy a bike, talk to Gonzalo or Nat. They will both take good care of you. Their website is clear and so are the rules in NY. Wear a face mask when you visit and call ahead to let them know a rough time you are stopping by.

I Had a dope and informative experience with purchasing my first Motorcycle. The team was knowledgeable in all areas from bikes to mechanics and even style. The process for purchasing was a breeze I was in and out same day. when it came to helping me choose the right bike there was no pressure. They allowed me to take as much time needed. I came in looking to buy a motorcycle. The employee that came to help me was not very knowledgeable. First he had to explain that there was a huge metal bar across their doors to stop people from driving a car into the store to steal things. You had to go through the employee entrance and call a phone number to get in. right off the bat I did not feel safe. It is listed as a Honda Powersports dealer but outside of a Goldwing I was extremely unimpressed. You should need to have more than one or two motorcycles to call your cell a Honda Powersports dealer. I asked about used motorcycles and they had three, two of which were the owners, and he was selling them. Overpriced, unsafe, and not knowledgeable. I can’t speak for their service department or if there are other sales people who are more knowledgeable. I personally though will not be going back.

If you're a seasoned or a new rider and have visited any NYC dealer, you are probably used to unfriendly and unknowledgeable staff that makes the motorcycle buying experience terrible. This is why I've previously purchased all my bikes outside of NYC. I was expecting the same when I came to look at a new KTM last week but from the moment I walked in through the door Nat made feel at ease. No pressure sales, knowledgeable, and honesty. He gave me a great otd price on the bike and I was riding it home in 2 days. The entire staff I dealt with was great from Angela who took her time explaining the finances and chatting with me, Gonzalo, and Mason who walked me through the features of the bike, I can't say enough great things about the staff. For anyone looking for a great motorcycle buying experience, don't hesitate to visit Shelby's. I know I will be returning for service, parts, etc and my future bike very soon.

Shelby Power Sports has an amazing staff. Mason and Angela are amazing. They are honest and never price gouge. Many dealerships are taking advantage in this pandemic with inventory shortages. Not Shelby’s that are upfront, honest and reasonable. They do great work too with labor rates that are great. They never over charge. They offer great advice and you feel like they are always trying to help. This is by far the best dealership to get a motorcycle. Visit you will not be disappointed.

I visit this dealer and i want to say that i had a great experience they helped me with helmets, jackets , gloves, shoes and even with the bike. This is my first time buying a bike and all the employees were respectful and knowledgeable of the job they do. If i would to do all of it again i would do it in the same spot. I'm writing this review right after my purchasing my first motorcycle. The process couldn't have been easier. Gonzalo was my salesman and made everything seamless. I got a full helmet sizing tutorial from the Helmet Guy (even though I told him I wasn't ready to purchase yet) which was really helpful, and Mason was extremely diligent in walking me through everything on the bike and taking his time knowing I'm a first-time rider. I recommend them and will be back.

This place has a superb customer service! I have been purchasing items from gear all way to motorcycle parts, tools and supplies. I am recognized as soon as I approach the sales desk. There is friendly and knowledgeable staff that, not only provides a superb service, but also are willing to share valuable information in regards to the merchandise. It feels that they have the customer's best interest at hand. At least, it has been my personal experience there as a customer so far. Prices are reasonable as well and, as long as the item is unused, tagged, has a receipt and is within reasonable time frame, they return is fair and hassle free. Products are good quality, and such quality extend to services provided in my motorcycles. I recommend this place to all of my motorcycle friends.

Shelby's is terrific. I can't say enough good things. I would give 6 stars if I could. The customer service is outstanding. Sherman and Nat were incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and friendly in sales. Never tried to hard-sell me and took the time to help me find what I wanted in a dual-sport motorcycle. Nat even kept searching until he found me an unbelievable financing deal for the KTM I bought! Gonzalo was thorough and professional with my paperwork, as was Mason with my walkthrough. Great guys. Everyone I met, including Angela and Max, were just tremendous. The best part: everyone there is a rider. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a motorcycle dealer. I will be going back for all my motorcycle needs.

This was my first bike purchase. I went with a friend who has biking experience. We were assisted by Mason (Big guy with glasses). He was very informative and helpful. Never felt like he was just trying to sell us on anything. Really tried to get me the right bike for me. I ended up buy the Honda CB300R and I love it! Only thing is that there wasn’t much room for negotiating even though we bought two bikes, but maybe that’s because we bought brand new bikes. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

The people here, well, Mason to be specific, was amazing. He truly helped me fit for a helmet where other dealers had fallen sorely behind... *cough*Ducati*cough*. 😑. He even helped me get fit for a jacket and gave me some great advice and even some deals. I've been to like 6 or 7 dealers in the city and half of them, I'm so sure, just want to get your money rather than make sure you're as safe as possible. That's not the case at Shelby's. I cannot comment much, except to say that their staff seemed nice, attentive and knowledgeable. They didn't really help me, but that's not their fault. I only asked for a business card and kept it moving. I didn't want them wasting their time helping me if I wasn't going to mention purchase yet. Still, they were quick to hand me what requested and another female employee hurried out of the back office to offer assistance to a couple that was browsing as well. I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future. I hope that same energy greets me in the future.

I went to Shelby’s Powersports today I was looking for my son’s first bike. Even though it was my mistake for not making a appointment due to the laws. I called when I was outside and spoke to a sales agent and he did not turn me away and came outside and helped me. One of the best customer service places I’ve dealt with in my life. When I first got there looking to purchase a new bike Nat helped me out so much to make my decision in purchasing my new bike. It was the best purchase I made. Casi was another helper with great tremendous customer service. Every time I called her and needed something she was there to help me with my purchase. If it wasn’t for Nat and casi I wouldn’t know where I’d be with purchasing a new bike thank you guys and I love my new bike 🙏🏼

I go there for normal maintenance, change tires, change oil, etc. Recently I took my bike there because of a loud, weird, rattle noise. A guy named Jimmy put the bike on the lift and took bike apart and said the noise is the belt and rollers, and that soon they will need to be replaced, but nothing to worry about. They charged me only $50 even thought the hour rate is much more. I was convinced it was something else, and took the bike back the next week and had them take the rear tire off and check the transmission again. Jimmy said he wants me to feel comfortable and welcomed the bike back to the shop. After checking the bike and even removing the tire, he again assured me not to worry about the noise and when i am ready, they will change the belt and rollers. They only charged me $30 dollars the second time! even though the lift fee alone is $45. I respect shop mechanics whom respect their customers. Great, friendly neighborhood place and they aren't looking to rip you off !!

Good shop, tons of inventory and had bought 3 bikes in total with no issue and got a good price on each. Angela and Nat are good people who go ththe extra mile for their customers. If you're having a bad experience contact them and I'm sure they'll sort it out. I would buy #4 there if I were in the market without a second thought .

I came here on a Saturday (in less than ideal weather mind you) thinking that there would be no possible way in the world I would be able to get my Honda Rebel 300 serviced. I was hesitant to even call, but I did and was told to just come on down as fast as I could. I bought my bike in New Jersey, unaware that Shelby's existed - had I known they had such an ample inventory and were located 20 minutes away from me (and on this side of the most expensive bridge in history) things would have been different. I walked in to a busy retail area. Their inventory of Kawasakis is very impressive which is great because I'm looking to upgrade to a 900rs soon. I was approached immediately upon entering by a smiling (super no-pressure) sales person, and was pointed to Mason in service. I explained this was my first service and he ran me through each and every step of what is done during the first service. For those who don't know, this first service after buying a new bike is like going to the doctor for a malaria immunization before heading to a foreign country. You want to get everything checked out before you go hard on yourself - the same is true for a bike. Mason, providing phenomenal customer service, took my bike in, let me know that it was going to be a couple of hours (perfect - I wanted to play in the showroom anyway) and off my bike went. The shop is filled with people who are passionate about what they do. There is zero pressure to buy (although my next bike will 100% be purchased here because of that) and hosts a full apparel shop as well. When I returned a few hours later, my bike was pristine (it was dusty when I brought it in), received a head-to-toe check and a clean bill of health. Mason even took the extra time to help me adjust my mirrors which is more of a pain in the ol' hind quarters than it seems. All-in-all, a wonderful experience here. I will be a frequenter of this shop for sure.

Today I planned to purchase a motorcycle cover for my 2009 Yamaha Roadstar. I've procrastinated for some time now. But I knew I had to get it long time coming. So my thought was to check online 🤔 but this shop came to mind. I immediately knew to go straight over & find one that fits. They're in my neighborhood & that's even better. The staff here was soooo helpful. They came outside, looked at my bike & got it right the 1st time! Awesome! Leander Gonzalez & a nice young lady helped me w/my purchase. Really make it too easy but helpful nonetheless. Cover was by Dowco & was a great fit. Covers entire bike w/windshield & luggage rack in the back. It even comes in it's own nylon travel bag for storage. Price was fair & they'll even price match most items for you & give you the lower price. Which is really cool when you're looking to save $$$ & not shop around d 3-4 diff stores for gear. Again, they respectful, honest & caring to the motorcycle community riders. I'm already planning 2x NEW Bridgestone motorcycle tires next. Shop here & ask for Lesander G. You will not be disappointed 👍👍👍

Motorcycle shopping is seriously challenging, at least for me......researched the bike I wanted to death, dealers compared I ended up at the one place my friend recommended, Shelby’s ! My happy dance began the moment I met Mason, one of Shelby’s team members, who not only took off some of the nervous edge I was dancing on but made the entire experience a lasting happy one...amazing guy super knowledgeable and patient, he explained in detail what needs to be thought of taken care of etc...I sponged it all up, an experienced motorcycle rider himself I was so grateful for his input ....I ended up with the coolest bike that day, as well as riding gear...the entire team at Shelby’s is incredible, thanks Casi, Max and GM!

My son purchased a 2019 KX100 from Paulding in White Plains, NY with money he had earned over the years. From the moment we got the bike we were having issues with it and being able to keep it running for any length of time. Just kept stalling out on us. We reached out to Paulding for some help and guidance and were met with nothing but negativity and finger pointing at us. I readily admit I m not a mechanical guy always bringing my cars to dealerships or service professionals. My son, who is 15, worked hard to earn the money to buy the bike for years. He set his goal and went for it. As a father I felt it my responsibility to my son to at least try and get some help and called Kawasaki. Explained that the personal at Paulding was nothing but condescending and not helpful at all and went with the mentality that it was no longer their issue or problem. Kawasaki gave me the name of Shelby Powersport and their number. Kathy at Kawasaki called me 2 days later to let me know she had followed up with Shelby and was informed I hadn’t brought the bike in yet. I had to get a hitch put on my truck, get a dirt bike carrier and the works before I was able to get it there but I did. I dropped it off with Mason who assured me that he would get it in and looked at as soon as possible. Mason called me 2 days later let me know that they had ascertained what the issue was. The adjuster for the air intake to the carburetor was tightened all the way down and not allowing air to mix with the gas. All told it was going to cost $100 to get my sons bike running as it should. I authorized the repair and was told I could pick the bike up on Saturday (my schedule wouldn’t permit me to get it sooner). A short time later Mason called me back to let me know he had called Kawasaki because I had an open ticket with them and that Kawasaki picked up the cost for the repair on the bike. Wait it gets better. Mason called me back yet again to let me know that Kawasaki has also authorized the upgrade of the jets to permit the bike to operate better in cold weather. On Saturday my son and I went to pick up the dirt bike and were met with professionalisms at its peak. Mason introduced up to the mechanic showed us what was found, what was done. They took the time to show my son and myself the proper settings for the bike, the gas mixture ratio as well as what is expected of us for maintenance and upkeep of the bike. I cannot say enough how OUTSTANDING the staff at Shelby Powersport went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome and how well they treated my son and myself. CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE. What I love about Shelby's Powersports is how personable the staff is, from the sales people, to the parts department, the service is top notch! I ordered a bunch of stuff for my Harley and Mason (fat guy with glasses) haha, is one of the parts department sales specialists and was extremely helpful in finding me the parts I needed for my Harley. He was very knowledgeable and treated me like he was genuinely interested in my needs. Sure you can purchase these things online, but I prefer dealing with an actual human, lol. If you're in the NYC Bronx area, give them a look, they have pretty much anything you may want, from sports bike, to cruisers and parts, clothing and accessories. Go see for yourself :-)

I had a very positive experience buying a KTM Super Duke 1290 GT at Shelby's, as well as when bringing it in for it's first service at 600 miles. I interacted primarily with Mason. He is incredibly informative down to the technical details, and never pressured me at all. In fact we talked about competitive bikes that Shelby's doesn't sell. Carla handled all the paperwork for the sale and for a 1.99% financing program KTM was running. The service visit was straight forward, and I think their rates are quite reasonable by local standards. My main concern about buying a KTM prior to coming here was the thin coverage of KTMs national dealer network, but I'm confident that Shelby's will be very supportive.

Back in 2008, came home from Afghanistam for a 2 week break. Stopped in and spoke with sales agents "Mike & Angela" and purchased a GXS1300R Susuki Hayabusa. I left a great down payment and they went to work as I return back to mayhem in Afghanistan. Upon my return, I visited Mike & Angela to pick up my personal gift to myself for serving my 3rd tour and more so, seeing and trusting them with my order. 4" extension, 300 tire, chrome wheels, power commander, alarm, and light chrome work. All mechanic work was done by their great Technician, "Pite or Pito". Also purchased matching Jacket, Helmet & Gloves. Till this day, 2019, (11) years later; my Busa has not had a thing go wrong, rides beautiful & powerful as the first day I picked it up at Bronx "Honda & Suzuki" on Blondell Ave. in the bronx. Communication is pretty poor. Typically I have to follow up with them, instead of the other way around when maintenance is finished. Another example, I'm standing here on Saturday before Labor Day, Phone, website and Google maps all say they are open today, but they are not. Girls at the diner next door say they told them last minute that they decided not to come in today, without any postings for customers. Makes for a waste of an hour and a half trip from Manhattan on the subway.
