I have had my Aprilia Mana 850 here for almost a month now .I think this is a very small shop but I’d lie If I say I wasn’t frustrated. I run a motovlog channel and enjoy reviewing different bike culture stuff . The service staff is friendly but feel lost waiting for an estimate. I’ll give a more accurate review when I get my bike back .

I had the pleasure of working with the NYP team for a few months now for the bike I wanted, the Aprilia RS 660. First visited in Oct. 2021 to see what the bike looked like in-person, but I planned to purchase in the springtime. I placed my reservation in late January, and just finally purchased it two weeks ago. I initially expected to receive it in March, but I imagine pandemic supply chain issues were to blame for the delay. In any case, Jack DeCarlo has been great to work with. Whenever I had questions about the bike, the finance package or anything else, he answered. He and his team were honest & upfront with me about purchasing my first motorcycle, from tips about insurance to the bike itself (they initially suggested a Ninja 400, but tbh, I don't feel like jumping from bike to bike after a few months... plus the RS 660 is just beautfiul). Their service folks even installed my frame & axle sliders of choice. They don't give you the typical dealer bs - I've experienced it and was prepared for it, but didn't encounter it this time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for their first or next motorcycle, scooter or jet ski. P.S. - If you're a new rider and you're into a bike like the RS 660, take an MSF course first!

We called around looking for a few klx110s for the family and out of every place I called, Jack seemed to be the only person willing to answer our questions clearly, without hesitation. After calling multiple Kawasaki dealers in my area for repair of a difficult concours ignition switch and no help. I called New York powersports and June the service manager said bring it down, They diagnosed my concours with a bad Ignition and fob and quoted me a price . They came in at exact $$ amount in reasonable time due to parts stuck at the docks June in service has my Kawasaki business from now on Five stars🌟

I just purchased a KYMCO ATV from Jack De Carlo. I am in the service business as well so I appreciate good service. Never did I experience such warm and knowledgeable people in this industry. From the minute I picked up the phone to call them with my questions they answered all my concerns. They made me feel comfortable already. The next day I spent over 2 hours with my 7 year old son in there store and again they went over everything from the front of the ATV to the rear of the ATV. Than to top it all off the owner himself delivered the ATV to my house and again went over everything and did not leave until I was 100 percent comfortable with knowing everything about the ATV. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a ATV, Vespa, motorcycle or any other type of Power Sport to pick up the phone and ask for Jack I assure you he will treat you like family. This i a smallish dealer, mom-and-pop kind of shop. I bought an Aprilia Tuono RSV4 here. Good price (better than Motorcycle Mall), with minimal haggling. I serviced the bike twice, once an emergency for an anomalous engine heating, and the service was excellent; they also serviced the bike immediately because of the heating. Satisfied, would recommend it and buy here again.

ACNSUBI DRIVER

Brought in my ATV for service end of August 2021. Although, it took nearly two months to get serviced because they were backed up, it was repaired beyond my expectations. They believed in only using factory original parts. They Repaired and organized all my electrical problems in which some were being caused by aftermarket parts!! They tried their best to keep the cost down and it was returned Clean looking like new!!!
