I just purchased my first Indian from Indian of White Plains. I bought an Indian Scout Icon, they had everything I needed. My bike is beautiful, my deal went through quickly and without a glitch. The customer service at this shop is A+ amazing. I dealt or spoke with 5 staff members, all very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Lauren, Luke, Shane, Dave (delivery) n the guy with the cool beard, you guys are awesome! My grandson loved them all. I am looking forward to our continued business.

Truly great experience today!! Luke is a great salesman who did not pressure me at all. He is awesome to talk with and to pick his brain about Indian motorcycles. He is a walking encyclopedia on Indians. Lauren made the monotonous task of filing out all the paperwork relaxing. And Les was super helpful in ordering some items that were not in stock. I highly recommend riding an Indian motorcycle and more specifically, Indian Motorcycle of White Plains to anyone that is the market for a bike.

Great Indian dealer!!! Love the fact that they only sell Indian motorcycles at the location. All four walls are filled with Indians and accessories. Friendly no pressure guys working there. They actually have Indian Scouts, Chiefs, Chieftains and a few other models in stock. They are located on a main drive in White Plains so I don't know where you would go for a test ride, but sure that can be worked out. Again great dealership, knowledgeable staff and it's ALL Indian Motorcycles in the building.

My experience here at Indian Motorcycle of White Plains has been nothing short of amazing. My sales team who consisted of Les, Shane , and Lauren have been nothing but kind and most importantly professional. Les offered me plenty of options during my initial visit. Lauren was very very professional, but gave off some really good vibes which made the paperwork easier to manage. Finally Shane was helpful during my search for some swag as well as the necessities I needed. They were very accommodating as well for my friend who drove me there to pick up my bike. In all the experience was very pleasant.

I can’t even begin to explain how awesome this dealership and the ENTIRE staff is. I hit a pot hole 200 miles from home on my way to Key West FL.My front wheel was destroyed, along with the rest of my 4,200 mile bucket list trip. As soon as they were open Shane and Luke went to work and found a solution. That was 9am, I was on the road just after noon. I’m now sitting in a bar in Virginia sipping on a cold draft. Ready to continue South. A simple thank you just isn’t enough.
