Great experience with Gold Coast. Dealt with Marcello in service after calling 3 dealers to perform my 600 mile break in service for the s1000RR. They were pretty busy throughout the week but made time for me to come in a few days later. Spent maybe 2 hours there looking around and grabbing lunch next door and the bike was ready to be unleashed with full power. Marcello very friendly and transparent, the sales department was nice to speak with looking around. I would recommend you reach out to them for any service or sales needs over the other "well known" local dealership that rhymes with Axe.

The salesperson, Sean, was knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect bike for my needs. The mechanic, Richie, also came over and was very thorough as he walked me through what to expect from the different styles of motorcycles I was considering. Marcelo in the parts department was very helpful, taking the time to review any aftermarket options I may want to consider improving my riding experience. My boyfriend and I were looking for a touring bike that would be comfortable for the both of us. Gold Coast had an amazing selection and we ended up with a BMW K1600 that we can't wait to take out on trips. Everyone there was super helpful from working with us to buying the bike to the parts department that had the GPS we needed. They even installed it in the bike for the drive home. We definitely plan to return for future purchases. Highly recommend!

Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership! Gold Coast treated me not only like a customer but as a friend. They didn’t treat me any differently because I’m young and potentially would waste their time. Everyone there was very helpful and made the purchase of my 2021 Bmw s1000rr stress free! I’ve gone back to just hang out at this point, it’s such a good environment full of caring people. They have a large inventory of bikes and gear, you wouldn’t want to miss out! Huge shoutout to Shehan for walking me through all the features of my new bike and letting me test ride multiple motorcycles prior to making my final decision. 2 weeks later my girlfriend picked up a Ducati 950 S from there as well. As soon as you walk in your amazed at all the beautiful bikes, The staff was awesome Shehan who sold me the bike was cool as can be the finance Department was short and sweet not like buying a car. I made a mistake and over paid one hundred dollars and she was honest enough to return it . The parts department was great don't know how they work in there it was so hot they help me with accessories for my bike showed me how the bike would look with parts on or off so I can pick the one's I like. You can go crazy with all the accessories like I did but Ayaan ,Peter and Joel mention just get a few at a time and you can alway's come back and get parts you see on line or someone's bike.as you can see left happy. .

I wish this place was closer to my home. Got my R1200GSA here a few months back and have been enjoying ADV experiences all over the place. Ben was great in assisting with my trade in towards the bike, and when I had a small incident on the street, Rocco and Danny were on top of getting me my parts and John installed them with great professionalism. Its a Dealership, so they will get your $$$, but at least you know its quality work.

Could not have had a better experience. I’ve shopped at many dealerships before and this is hands down the best. I came from NJ to find an S1000RR. Shehan assisted me, he was very knowledgeable about motorcycles in general but specifically this one because he rides one himself! I never felt pressured to make a purchase like at most dealerships, instead he laid out all possible options for me and allowed me to make my own decision on a bike. I came in at around 5, they normally close at 6. I wanted to take the bike home same day but setting up the motorcycle would take longer than an hour. Not only did the sales rep stay, but the manager himself, Mike, stayed as well to make sure I rode away same day. If you want professional service and extremely knowledgeable staff look no further.

In the past all my bike purchases were used until my experience with Gold Coast Motorsports. They were amazing from the beginning! They had me at ease buying my first new bike and on top of that I drove 4 hours each way to see, buy and pick up the bike and had amazing service. Cyndi was amazing as well, upon arrival every thing was ready and had me in and out the door with no problems and no rush even though I arrived 15 minutes before closing. A week later I discovered my Motor Vehicle administration has a back log of 3 months to get tags and Gold Coast to the rescue. Amazing service from everyone I interacted with, they have a life long customer!

I love these guys! I recently purchased a Ducati Supersport from Gold Coast and my experience could not be better. I visited the dealership several times before purchasing and spoke to Mark in Sales, Ricky the foreman in the shop area, and Joel in Parts. Each time I visited they all were more than helpful and answered every single question of which I had many, and ridiculously I asked some the same questions repeatedly. The Sales process with Mark was completely transparent. I am also vertically challenged and between Ricky and Mo they made it work! I have dealt with other dealers and this has not been my typical experience. Finally, I also requested delivery of the bike in a short window after prep and they came through! Yes I would absolutely recommend and yes this Is where I will be returning for service.

Just picked up a brand new Ducati last night and I was super impressed with the service I received from the sales manager Mark M. He was super responsive and set the right expectations every step of the way - from pricing, to ordering, to prep and delivery. Every concern I brought to his attention was handled promptly and 100% thoroughly to completion. He is a true master of his industry who has many years of experience with bikes and customer service. I’ve purchased two new cars and two new motorcycles in my life prior to this one, and this was the only time I truly felt convinced that I was in good hands. I just left Gold Coast Motorsports where Service Manager Peter Ha could have not been more pleasant!!! I needed my Kawasaki 900 Vulcan Classic inspected and a third party motorcycle cup holder installed that I had no idea how to do. When I first walked in he was lining me up for an appointment and saw I worked at a nearby hospital and gave me the courtesy of knocking both tasks out quickly. He was so customer friendly that he had me looking up prices for the line of Ducatis' they had on display!!! Customer Service is EVERYTHING to me. Strong Work Peter Ha!!!!

I meant to write this review for a while because they deserve it. First Ben is a knowledgeable guy and my purchase was by far one of the best experience i ever had at a dealership (i bought a 2015 R1200GSA). They gave me a good deal and took my old bike on top of that. Now as far as the service service goes, same exact deal. Steve and his team (Ralph..etc) are top notch and are always ready to work with you. If you have a problem they will fix it for sure. If not well it might be because of you...just saying... Again don't go to Manhattan for BMW, triumph...etc just go there. You will not regret it Cheers

Since the new owners took over they have now rehabbed their service department by hiring Steve. Service is better, you get an informed report of your bike, professional customer service with a smile. Seems like the staff want to be there and really help you. Upstairs the buying experience was a pleasure. Ben, the young owner is doing a great job revamping this dealer. Bought a MS Pikes Peak here back in May. Had a simple and no pressure sales experience coupled with easy financing from Cyndi, and was followed up with a TERRIBLE experience while awaiting my registration papers. 3 months in the process of waiting for the registration, I discovered I was being lied by the dmv lady, who kept telling me my registration was coming and this was a delay due to covid19. I finally managed to get the current store manager Mark M., involved personally. Mark was honest from the start and admitted the truth about not having a CO from the manufacturer. I guess it's important to say the place changed ownership around mid summer and there was a major disarray going on with staff and processes around this time. Mark went above and beyond to procure the CO in a matter of days, including working past business hours, and got me my registration within a few weeks after that. Otherwise, I have had a very pleasant experience servicing my bikes here in the past. Will I buy another bike from them? As long as the place has proper leadership like Mark, values and treats its customers honestly, and is heading in the right direction, I would buy and keep coming back here again.

Recently purchased a bike with Lou, everybody in this place is very cordial. You walk in and they ask how your doing and if they can help you. Lou was a fantastic salesperson, always answered any questions I had without a hitch and constantly kept in touch with me while I was waiting for delivery. He also set me up with Ralph(service manager) to setup when I'd like my bike to be delivered. I had to change my delivery date due to weather and Ralph had no problems at all, missed his call and he left a friendly voicemail and set me up later on that day. I'm looking forward to bringing my bike here for any future services needed and have a ton of respect for how these guys run this place! *Update* After having dealt with the service department further, the only mistake is that google doesn't allow more stars lol. They ordered an exhaust that I wanted to have installed on my bike for me, cutting out the middleman. I dropped the bike off after work and it was ready to pick up the next day after work. I just got home after riding around for awhile(didn't wanna get off lol) and the bike feels, looks, and sounds incredible! My dads been working on engines for 40+ years and even he said that the service guys did a beautiful job. I wanna give a huge thank you to Danny, Ralph, and the rest of the guys in the department, you guys run this place like a well oiled machine.

Purchasing a new vehicle, whether it’s a car or a motorcycle can be a little stressful. To the point... I’ve had a very good experience with Gold Coast. The owner is a nice man and a straight shooter. To get a great deal, I did not feel like I had to endure a 10 round fight (do your homework first). The Service team is Excellent! Friendly, nice guys with no egos, like certain other companies (HD). They did my 600 service on my 1600B and then I added some accessories. Both times I was in and out (make appointment first). They were very helpful, friendly and my bike was spotless before I got it back.

Heads up, the turn for the parking lot comes up fast!! Now on to the good. I have stopped in twice, once for gear and once to look at some end of season deals. Lou took care of me both times and he was the ideal salesman; lots of knowledge, informed and honest opinion, and no pressure ever. I feel very confident that Lou would never sell me something I could handle or wouldn't enjoy!! This dealership is really well put together, the staff is approachable and I didn't feel pressured or intimated into making a purchase. If you've ever bought from a dealership you know the feeling I'm describing. I have owned my Ducati for over 20 years and I learned to do most maintenance and repairs on my own. I have never felt comfortable leaving this motorcycle with anyone on Long Island. Just never found anyone who I thought was competent enough to take care of this beauty. That all changed this past summer when I met Ricky from Gold Coast. He was riding an immaculate Duc, which was enough to spark a conversation. Turns out he's a top notch Ducati mechanic. I ended up trusting him to take care of some issues with my motorcycle and perform some other repairs and maintenance. I could not be happier with the his work. He is an exceptional mechanic and is extremely personable. I was so thrilled with the work that was completed that I left my bike with him and signed up for a few more maintenance tasks. This is an update from a previous low star review. As stated a few weeks ago I ran into a number of unfortunate, almost comical, challenges replacing tires for my BMW motorcycle at the service center. Throughout all of this experience I've been treated with understanding and respect by Rocko, their service manager. At a certain point Ben, their General Manager stepped in to rectify the issue. Today my motorcycle was serviced by a qualified BMW mechanic and the dealer offered new parts to replace the ones we had issues with. They've gone above and beyond to show how much they care about customer experience. I hope to continue receiving high quality service there in the future.

I bought my Aprilia from GCM in late 2017 and it's been a fine machine. I recently over-torqued the oil drain plug and cracked the pan. I brought the bike to Rocco and team at Gold Coast Motorsports and the guys fixed me up for a very fair price with a quick turnaround. Rocco and the service team took great care of me and my bike and I am very grateful to have had such an excellent service experience. I choose my dealer based on their ability to fix the machine down the road. If you are looking for Aprilia, this is a great establishment. I know there are other places you can go to competitively shop on price, but don't be fooled. Buy here with confidence that if anything goes wrong, they will take care of it with skill, grace, and professionalism.

I was planning to do the service on my KTM Super Adventure S elsewhere, since I had some issues with their service department. Then I learned that they hired the new service manager. Mark successfully ran Brooklyn Moto for many years. He is very knowledgeable, intelligent, reasonable, accommodating, soft-spoken and down to earth guy. I used to go here a lot. Based on my experience they're really good at customer service when it deals with a new purchase. However, when it comes to maintenance or repairs they could improve, a lot. I used to take my bike here. Everytime it would go in I wouldn't see my bike for at least a month. Sometimes they would say it'll be ready by a specific date, then I'd call them, and they would tell me sorry it won't be ready for another 2 weeks or more. I'm not saying don't go to this place. I'm saying just be prepared to wait and double check their work.

I had the opportunity of working with Edison and Rocco on purchasing a Ducati V4, and to say the attention and service was superb is an understatement! Greatest experience ever purchased the new 2020 BMW S1000RR racing red with the M sport Package equipment from GCM and Edison and Ben were phenomenal. Went to my bank with great credit after dealing with them for years and was told they were going to only finance a portion of the bike after the approval. First off let me start by saying that I am in the industry so I have been around and in many a dealership. I also own numerous bikes. I only ended up at Gold Coast due to unique circumstances which are a story for another time but, I was well aware of the stigma and reputation they had in the industry. Long story short I ended up purchasing my Aprilia Tuono from them a couple months ago and dealt with a gentleman by the name of Ben. It was not the horrid experience I had envisioned. On the contrary the deal we made worked for the both of us and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the interaction was. I received calls when promised and the bike was ready to be delivered as expected. My first service was also quick and painless. I can and will recommend Gold Coast going forward to my friends and others I come in contact with due to my position in the motorcycle industry. If and when I am in need of another bike I will not hesitate to give Gold Coast a call to see what they have. Due to the new ownership they seem to be really trying to change the reputation once received by the previous owners. I have a couple friends who have also purchased bikes from them in the last couple months with a similar experience to mine.

WOW...the Service Manager of Gulf Coast Motorsports, Peter Ha has re defined what customer service is all about. If you look up on the dictionary the definition of "Customer Service" you will see this CUSTOMER SERVICE = PETER HA. I live in Galveston Texas, and there are 2 Ducati dealerships, Team Mancuso Powersports and V1 Moto, which they are always ready to sell you a bike, but when you need service or parts they are the worst I have seen. They are so bad that I had to contact Peter Ha at Gold Coast Motorsports in New York, since people speak very highly of him and they say that he treats everybody like family. And the truth is that he is even better than what people who speak highly of him say. I would recommend to management of the Ducati headquarters to clone Peter Ha and send these clones to all their dealerships, for them to learn to have a supreme customer service, like the one we customers deserve, something that Peter HA is giving to Ducati customers across the country everyday.

No pressure or hassle tactics in sight. The sales guys are extremely nice and very knowledgeable about the bikes, best financing options and insurance. After the deal was sealed, they even gave my sister a Ducati Scrambler hat free of charge!! Update: make sure u leave w ur temporary documents before you leave, they somehow misplaced my sister's and she couldn't ride her bike till they sorted it out. The contract person was nice enough to drop off the documents the day she was in and profusely apologized for the mistake, even though she wasnt the one at fault. Forgiven.

When I was buying shims for valve job two shim sizes were back ordered, so Daniel from parts asked one of the mechanics to see if he had these shims st home. I met Ben and his father in June 2014 after they had recently taken ownership of Goldcoast Motorsports. I dropped it off to service I was late but they stayed open to take the bike it and write her up... that same night I looked up the reviews for service b.c I was bored idk why people are so critical b.c I had a great experience I let them take their time to figure the problem out they called me every other day when I wasn’t calling to let me know whatsup ... then the manager rob called me himself to let me know it was fixed and that even though ktm wouldn’t cover the problem he was going only going to charge me an hour of labor which I greatly appreciated but I appreciated the fact that they stayed open late to let me pick it up after I told them I work late everyday ! First off the showroom is amazing, I was greeted by Shehan and Sean and eventually meet the owner after casually enjoying the environment and throwing a leg over a few motorcycles. Yeah! A stress free motorcycle experience to say the least. I knew I was in the right place at that time and things were about to get better. After expressing an interest in the BMW R1250 GSA that I would eventually purchase a few weeks later, the staff or should I say team went to work and made me a a customer. Offering price reductions on the 2022 in stock as well as a fair trade on my motorcycle. I got a fantastic deal. All that and the icing on the cake is that they are less than 6 home miles away from home.

About a year ago I left a one star review for this place. Terrible service, no return phone calls and they could not sell motorcycles unless you paid cash. As such, I took my business elsewhere. Gold Coast is now under new ownership and these new guys are not fooling around. I needed some parts and after making a few calls to other dealers, I figured I would try here. I spoke to them, got a great price and everything was delivered as promised. The parts guys are great and happy to help. The general manager Jim, could not have been nicer. They have a decent selection of bikes on the floor and I plan to stop back in the spring to look at a 1250GS. Long Island needs a good, honest and trustworthy BMW shop so I am happy these guys are here and I wish them the best of luck.
