I’ve now purchased 2 motorcycles from Empire, a 2020 RKS and this beautiful 2006 Softail Deluxe! Although this dealer is over an hour away and I have others much closer, they treat you right and always work to earn your business and respect! Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with, kept constant contact with me, explained everything, made the sale process easy and speedy to ensure everyone was happy…. Went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I felt comfortable with the bike and offered multiple test drives if needed to make sure I was a happy customer. 1 test ride was all that was needed. Angel the Sales Manager I worked with to make the deal happen was great and very responsive. Jeff in finance had everything ready and organized, kept the finance process smooth and short! Every step of the way Empire truly delivered, again!!! I don’t care where I am, I will always shop at Empire Harley! Highly recommended! Thank you to the entire team.

Mike Nespolini I never had a motorcycle before but was curious about the Live Wire. Mike put me totally at ease. His deep knowledge about the bike and his calm compassionate bearing gave me confidence about making the leap. He answered all of my questions about the bike and motorcycling in general. During my test drive he demonstrated every feature very clearly and with enthusiasm and passion. I had to purchase the bike straight away as the karma was set. He is a fine man and truly an asset to your organization. Once I complete my training and start riding inevitably my friends will have interest in purchasing a similar bike. Tyler was essential in me becoming first time Harley owner, beside Harley Davidson itself starting to make cool bikes that apper to first time buyers. Tyler took me to amazing test ride, answered all my questions and gave me great ideas what to modify on the bike. He also helped mi install my mirrows and make some ergo adjustments, he is amazing!!! Delership is extremely friendly, have plenty of bikes and gear on the sales floor and everybody went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. I fricking love my Fat Bob!!!

Excellent all-around experience with Empire Harley Davidson parts Department. Andy in part’s very helpful very knowledgeable with part numbers I needed and availability. I could not believe all five pieces I wanted were in stock ready for delivery. Andy got them packed up shipped out the same day and said I should be receiving them that same evening or next day overall excellent experience couldn’t be happier.. can’t wait to actually visit Empire Harley Davidson And meet Andy personally to thank him and see what else they have to offer.
