I had a very good experience with these gentlemen. Sal and Jimmy both took very good care of me. Pricing was fantastic service was fantastic. Even the mechanics who built the bikes came outside to go over the vehicles with me and show me some of the different options. One of the gentleman showed me a feature where I can we stripped the throttle on my sons bike being that he knew my son was only nine years old. I thought that was very thoughtful of him. Highly recommend I had a great experience thank you to the team at Crossbay motors. We love our new bikes

I purchased my first bike from Crossbay Motorsports. I’ve dealt with car dealers in the past, and I had visited 8 motorcycle dealerships before landing at Crossbay. I must say, what an amazing experience from start to finish. Sal, one of the owners there, was so patient and understanding throughout the process. Joey got me set up with my bike and taught me how to use it. They even delivered it for me literally 15 minutes after I left the dealership. They checked in with me a few days later and got my registration ready. I’ve never felt so welcome. I’m most definitely getting my next bike from here as well. What an amazing experience.

The whole entire staff is a well oil machine and extremely educated on the motorcycles in their possession. before coming to this establishment I called progressive on the phone for an insurance quote and they tried to charge me an arm and a leg.when jimmy heard of this he couldn't believe it so he and his team worked their magic ,and got me the absolute best value for full coverage. I recently just bought my first bike there, Joe the manger is great! He walked up asked what I was looking for and basically said alright if that’s the one you want let’s do it. He didn’t try to push me in another direction, every decision I needed to make he explained and educated me through the whole process and let me make the decision myself. The one I wanted happened to be at there Bayshore location. Joe said “we can do the paperwork and I can have the bike here by end of the week.” The NEXT day called me up saying the bike was there ready to go. Even with the registration he said to come back in 7 days to pick it up, 2 days later got a text saying I can go pick it up. The gear shop upstairs Mike and Frankie, super informative and helpful. Overall a great experience, everyone was helpful, friendly and informative would 100% definitely recommend them to anyone Interested in buying and I would definitely go back myself

This is my 4th motorcycle from Crossbay Honda and still satisfied. looking to save some money, I was looking for a new 2018 Honda Goldwing DCT leftover, specifically in white and I couldn't find one anywhere. I went to numerous dealerships in the tristate but all of them tried to sell me a 2020, claiming there weren't any 2018's left. Sal, who owns Crossbay Honda, went out of his way to track down a 2018 Model from outer state and made a deal to get it to NY and hold it for me. Sal is the Owner of Crossbay but is out on the floor meeting and greeting all the customers. Most dealerships I've been too, very rarely do you meet the owner. During this Covid Epidemic I witnessed all the staff being very cautious and professional with all their customers while adhering to NYS guidelines. I highly recommend this dealership.

Awesome experience with Crossbay Honda. Called them about a bike I wanted before it was released in America. Salesman Jerry promised to call me first when they got the bike, and he did. Getting the new bike home from the dealership was a breeze. Make sure you go in with all necessary paperwork needed. Jerry was kind enough to give me a bungee net when I told him I forgot mine at home, and had nothing to tie down the bag I was carrying. Will go there again for another new bike should something caught my eyes again.

I want to start off this review by saying this is my experience buying a new motorcycle from a dealership for the first time. I purchased a new 2018 Honda Rebel 300 at the end of May 2020. I want to make a point of adding that everyone I spoke to was pretty fast to help me and friendly in conversation. I believe Sal was my salesmen. I walked in and after speaking for a little let Sal know I would be financing the bike. After that I was immediately sat in an office and had my credit ran without any talk of the amount being financed or a break down of all the taxes and fees added on to the final finance amount. Again, never bought anything from a dealership so I thought this is how it goes. Few hours of waiting later I find out I've been approved for the finance amount. Amazing. I leave and come back a few days later to show insurance, finalize paper work and pick up the bike. Everything is good to go and when it comes time to sign the paper work I notice an extended warranty added for the amount of $895. Ok. Sign the paperwork and I'm off. I few weeks later going through the paperwork at home I realize the added warranty was optional. So they added in an extra $895 to the final invoice without asking or mentioning it. Also messed up my address on the registration and title, so I have to fix that with the dmv. Now its October and the bikes been great, pretty much no problems 3600 miles later. Except for the taillight bulb going out. I think no biggie, I have a regular warranty AND an $895 extended warranty. Maybe they'll replace the bulb for free on this four month old bike. I go in and bulb going out isn't covered by warranty and decide to just have them do it because I already rode all the way over to the shop. End up spending $65 for the $4 bulb and labor to change it. Makes me think the $$$ warranty isn’t good for anything short of the bike exploding in my face. Would've just done it myself if I knew it wasn't covered before making the service appointment. Again everyone I've spoke with at the shop was friendly and courteous, just wanted to share my gripes with the entire experience dealing with them and I feel everyone should know.

Brought my bike in a few weeks ago first day they reopened service post covid. They took care of me the same day. I’ve been going here about 8 years now for servicing on my motorcycle and never been ripped off for great service. They always give great advice and helped me make informed decisions. They have done my oil changes, major services after like break in periods for both bikes I have, tire changes. They also knock the socks off the competition and there’s a reason why they average so high on google reviews. You think you are saving money going somewhere else but when you go cheap you end up paying double. I do not have any experience purchasing a vehicle from them but I would not see a reason not to. Ignore the negative reviews these people are probably low lives like a lot of people and want something for nothing.

I got my first motorcycle here today and Jimmy was awesome, unbeatable price and no run around, straight to the point. Great dealership and lots of options. One thing I do need them to improve is to prep the bike better, my friend and I have to wait for more than 30 mins just so that the bike can be fully charged and they didn't realize that it was completely dead until I asked if I can hear the exhaust and that was almost at the end of the deal.

This was my third bike from Sal. Unlike the previous two bikes, this time I purchased a used 2014 BMW with a few hundred miles. Unlike before, this time the experience was rather harsh, but quite valuable none the less. After picking up the bike and heading towards White Plains, the fuel pump decided to start acting up, and caused the bike to shut down halfway on I-95. Within a few hours, the dealer sent a pickup truck, picked me up, dropped me home, and took the bike back to the dealership. The next day I asked and them to have the bike delivered to a BMW dealer of my choice in CT. No fuss, just do what the customer wants. And that is when the BMW dealer told me that the fuel pump was giving error codes. The bike came with a three year warranty, so that is neither an issue, nor news to me. The pump got replaced, and I saved a trip to the dealer to perform a routine service and other things. What really mattered in the end, is that unbeknownst to the above issue, Sal and his crew took care of the problem and got me home safe that day. You can't put a price on that! Thank you Jerry the salesman, Joe the driver, and Sal the you know what :)

If I could give this review 6 stars I would. With everything going on, Cross Bay of Howard Beach really went above and beyond for me and my experience. I had ordered a brand new sea doo jetski on Monday, and had it delivered to the bay shore store and ready to be picked up by Wednesday. Jerry the sales manager really was extremely helpful and assisted me with everything I needed. Genuinely nice guy and hooked it up with the best price around. I live 1.5 hrs from this store. I called about a particular bike that they had and spoke to Mike C. He gave me a phenomenal price to make it worth my while to take a trip up. NOBODY anywhere near me came close to the price that Mike C gave me.....NOBODY called me back after I shopped the price. Not one place returned the call after I told them what price I had in Howard Beach. I was concerned by the Yelp reviews after reading them but I deal with Yelp too in my business and they use bad reviews as a way to solicit advertising so I really don't put much faith in them. Let me start by saying that every other dealership I went to between NY and Ct where always trying to scam me one way or the other... When I went to Crossbay I had the mindset that they will try to take my bike in for penny and up sell me the motorcycle I wanted. Well it went something like that.... Mike greeted me and we started chatting, he is really knowledgeable and from the 1st moment he made me feel like family, after we spoke about me trading in my bike for another one he went to speak with Sal his manager. I am a 48 year old first time rider, who has been driving and buying cars for over 30 years, I have enough experience to know a "slimey salesperson" from a honest trustworthy salesperson, this place is the real deal ! They truly are here to make you happy with NO PRESSURE at all and on top of that they were patient, knowledgable and friendly. I had shopped around for the bike I was looking for and did my due diligence, I finally called CrossBay and spoke to Mike C., after hearing from many that this was the only place to buy my bike from. Mike C. took the time on the phone to discuss numbers and didn't brush me off the way several other dealers did on the phone. I went down the next day, met Mike, and the awesome numbers he gave me on the phone were exactly what I bought my bike for. There were no games, no bait and switch bs and he spent at least 90 mins talking with me before I even signed the contract to buy. I was torn between 2 different bikes, both same in cost. Mike didn't push me one way or another between the 2 bikes and told me to decide what seems to work best for me. I picked my bike. He really did care about making me happy and at the same time made sure as a first time rider I was getting the appropriate bike for my experience and didn't for a second try to "up-sell " me at all. He did what I like to say, " let me buy and didn't try to sell me," again no pushy sales tactics whatsoever!! After we got to the numbers, I met Sal, the owner of the business. Sal was a gentleman and gave me a few extras perks as a way of saying thank you for your business (a beautiful modular helmut). I went home and that night I realized I wanted to switch my order to the 2nd of my 2 choices of bikes. I was a bit concerned that I would not be able to switch, I called first thing Monday a.m. Got Mike on the phone, explained what happened and that I wanted to switch, he assured me it shouldn't be an issue, went to speak to Sal and called me 5 minutes later saying it would be no problem to switch bikes. These guys ROCK !!! Lastly, on delivery I met with Jerry, the finance manager and again another pleasurable experience, he took his time to go over the contract and there was no hidden fees or any up selling that you often find with other dealerships. Working with Mike C., Sal and Jerry was one of the easiest transactions I've had in many many years. Thanks Guys for a great sales experience and and my new bike. I purchased a CanAm Spyder via online from out of state with the help of Jerry. Overall I had a good experience and until I received the bike I was on edge due to not physically seeing the bike just going off the pics and videos sent. I scheduled the pick up and delivery of the bike and upon receiving it was exactly as described and in pics/videos. I rode it a couple times and it did cut off on me at the light, gave it a few minutes, turned it on and off etc. and seemed to be fine the next day and on my ride home that night. I had to return to FT HOOD so hopefully that won’t happen again the next time I ride. Outside of that, my experience was a good one.

This arrived the next day, which at that point I registered the bike (22 min. at CT DMV was amazed). Told Sal I'd be down on Saturday to get bike. Arrived at Cross Bay and everything went smooth. Can't say enough on how easy it was to deal with Sal and the rest of the people there. Never bought a bike online but I would do it again with these guys. The price was great the service was great and would recommend this place anytime.

Great experience to go to. Ive bought my first motorcycle there. A honda cB300 f 2017. The rep i spoke to was Jimmy Davenport. Hes well educated on having common sense when buying your first bike when you have no road experience and live in nyc where theyre not motorcycle friendly. I was aiming for a 600 or better, but speaking with Jimmy, who's around the bike life for 17+ years has spoken small words about why a smaller engine is better to start off and you can always upgrade. There's no test rides in nyc, but you can sit on any bike to see what is best for you! "Safety, experience firsr, and you can not grow back lost limbs," Jimmy Davenport said. So a 300 was smart to start off with. Plus 25 mile speed woth cameras in nyc, where will you be speeding at?
