By far one of our top experiences in Nola! My 13 yr old begged me to do it and I was skeptical at first but it was an absolute blast! Carl was helpful, friendly, and made the experience that much better! We zipped around the French Quarter and saw more than we would have walking!

I Love this business! I get to move through the city with ease and the comfort of not having to hustle to find parking. The location is the best and the service is great. We will definitely return! The employees were accommodating, helpful, fun, and explained everything thoroughly. They made changes to the scooters to make it easier for us to ride the style we wanted (foot bars, etc). Charges are explained clearly and very reasonable. Your deposit is immediately refunded upon return, no issues.

This place was amazing. I was reading one star reviews and I think they’re referring to a different place over in barracks because that’s the experience we had with the “other guys”. Nola Cycles was nothing but friendly, polite and accommodating. The bikes were great for riding around the French quarter and the putter surrounding areas. They last the entire time and we were able to handle the rough riding the streets sometime provide. Y’all are trippin if you go anywhere else. Also, they’re the most affordable we could find! Worth every penny.

Our guide Roy was in great spirits even with some annoying drunkards on board. He was very knowledgeable and did not skip a beat with numerous interruptions due to the drunkards. Was personable and tock time to answer any questions and helped us with our cameras excited to see any orbs or oddities we caught on film.

We rented a two person scooter to tour around the city, lovely and quick service and easy to use scooters. Made for such a fun afternoon and it was great way to get around and see the city quickly, highly recommend! One of highlight of the trip!

Helpful friendly service. Selection of electric rentals from cycle scooters to bikes to stand up scooters. Within walking distance of the hotels on canal Street this is an easy place to pick up a ride while you are in town. The batteries last long enough to go most places and back around the area.

We rented a moped from John for 4 hours. The bike was wonderful and comfortable. But the best part was John. He told us the places to eat and site see our first time here. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks John.

We took a 2 person scooter along with our dog in a backpack. We had a great time zooming thru the city. It was one of our favorite experiences during the trip. We did have a bit of slowness at first but when we turned it off and back on we really picked up speed. Was even able to zoom thru the french quater even with traffic. We were able to go to a parade, park, bar, and just comfortably drive around.

This is for all those who are using the service WITHIN the store called Bounce (a luggage drop off service): I placed a booking in advance, right when they opened. Come to find that the place didn't open at 11am, and I waited for 20 min. Contacted Bounce as well and they were of no help either. ***New Edit:*** As a heads up, I advise to call Nola cycles a day in advance to expect you because they didn't open at the posted time. I ended up walking to another Bounce location about 8 min away. Avoid this by calling ahead and make sure they will meet with you on the reservation date. My rating is now updated for NOLA cycles. 4/5 stars for not opening at the posted hour times on their store. However they did try to reach out. That was very much appreciated, but I had already booked at another Bounce because I had reservations to check out before my flight.

Soooooo much fun! I was so bummed when I found out that NOLA has suspended use of their electric public bikes, as I feel that is one of the best ways to get around the city. So i found Nola cycles and had the intention of renting bikes. Then I found out they had electric scooters that look like mini motorcycles. Obviously, my group and I had to try it! The bikes lasted the three hours we rented them and were easy to use. The customer service was above and beyond, as the owner and his employee really worked with our schedule and gave us excellent recommendations! I will be renting next time I am in town!

We had a Blast... This was my son in law Birthday Ride. Our group consisted of about 40 people. The 2 guys who gave us a tour,were excellent,. He said this was one of the largest groups he had ever had. I highly recommend Nola Cycles to all. We had bikes and scooters. No one was left behind they made sure of that. Keep up the good work 👏

Went with a group of friends and this was on our list of things to do. The electrical bikes were most definitely fun. This was the the Cherry on top for our weekend getaway. John was a courteous host and I would definitely recommend doing this especially if it's your first time in New Orleans.

Our experience with Nola cycles was fantastic. The girl who helped us choose our bikes was very friendly and helpful. The bikes were comfortable and in great shape.most of their bike inventory is new so we had an easy time picking out our bikes. They had beach cruisers of all different colors. Our bikes had baskets and cup holders too which was a great convenience. The gentleman that manages the shop was there when we returned. He was extremely kind and helpful. We retuned the bikes almost an hour late because we got lost trying to find our way back . The owner didn't charge us extra for being late, and he was sympathetic to our getting lost experience. I will definitely use this bike service again and I'd highly recommend to others.

Nola Cycles gives you an amazing experience when touring New Orleans. With the tour, you are given a map that guides you through the city and explains in detail different historical landmarks in the French Quarter. The bicycles are comfortable and easy to ride. It's great exercise and lots of fun. I highly recommend it.

Brittany was friendly and accommodating. We (two of us) road a scooter. It was easy to drive, went about 30mph max and had Bluetooth (not all of the scooters have Bluetooth) so that we could navigate back to Nola Cycles after the ride. The scooter was easy to park when we visited the French Market. Renter be aware: if you want to purchase a Groupon for this activity, PLEASE call the store BEFORE you purchase the Groupon! There are very limiting restrictions when using a Groupon, and the restrictions are not listed in the fine print on Groupon! Also, for the scooters, there is a weight limit of 350lbs (as we were told). The scooter seats are a bit hard on the backside...there is little cushion on the seats. The deposit is $150 PER SCOOTER. I recommend using your credit card for the deposit, so that your cash on your debit card isn’t held in limbo until the deposit is returned to you. Overall we had a fun experience.

I had an awesome experience at Nola Cycles. I loved riding all over French Quarter, Uptown, basically all of New Orleans. If your ever bored and have nothing to do, I suggest going to Nola Cycles! I promise that you'll have lots of fun with your family and friends.

We did the nighttime cemetery bus tour from 8-10 PM on a Sunday. It was an okay tour - probably wouldn't do again. I would only book if you have a Groupon. We got the Groupon for $40 total (2 people). The normal price is $40 per person- I wouldn't pay that. Our tour guide, Roy, was super entertaining and funny. He was probably the highlight of the tour. We got to see three cemeteries. The first one was closed so we basically just stood outside the fence. We got to enter the second and third cemeteries. At the third cemetery, we saw the Katrina memorial, which was neat. I would definitely recommend wearing long pants and closed toe shoes. Walking through some of the cemeteries wasn't pleasant in sandals. They did not really follow the schedule, which irritated us a bit. We were told to arrive at 7:40, but the bus didn't get there until 8:10. We didn't take off until like 8:40. As a result, we got back around 10:45-11:00 PM, so be prepared for that. Overall, I'd probably prefer a daytime walking tour to this one.
